Huntsville had a good location, manager visited the table and made sure order was correct and took care of an issue, so that's what good service means.

Our waitress was amazing. The ribs were very small and she took them back for a reorder before they even hit the table. Apologized for the inconvenience several times. Food tasted food. I'm not a big chili's fan but this one gets an A+ for food and great service.

There was this server named Maddie she had really blonde hair and bold eyeliner. She is the best server I think I’ve ever had. Very attentive and has a fantastic attitude.

Our group of 20 visited on Tuesday after graduation... we had AMAZING service and food!!! They were up for the challenge!!! We were not the only ones to eat here after graduation either! The place was packed! But you would have never guessed. Our drinks were always full and the food came out together. I think staff working on May 24th need a raise! They were awesome!

Tables need to be deep cleaned. Possibly sand down and re done because they are pretty sticky even after a wiping down. Other than that, we have always had a good experience and food. Service has always been pleasant.

Very good service the waitress had made a mistake on my meal. I ordered all beef fajitas and she went back and she had bought me beef and chicken. She went back and brought me some more fajitas and beef and didn’t charge me for very sweet. Very apologetic was not even upset about it, but she was very kind. I’m disabled so they did a good job trying to find me a good place to sit Just very nice.

Always good food here, they change up the menu a little from time to time. Service is always good and attentive. I've never had anything inwasnt pleased with from Chili's. They do everything really well. Also the staff is friendly and laid back and kid around with you if that's how you roll!

We were seated very quickly and our waiter arrived before we got sat down good. I can't post names of the service personal however I can say he was a male waiter and extremely good at his job. Very friendly but not to friendly, he always seem to know exactly when show up at out table even though he was serving 9 other packed tables as well. He is the first waiter I have delt with that was was giving 110% to keeping his tables happy and without wanting anything because it was already there or coming g. I had the bacon burger that was absolutely amazing in presentation and even better in taste. It was cooked to perfection. A little pink in the center very juice. I am talking 8 to 9 napkins juicy. Not messy by any means. The lettuce was a perfect shade of green and was crisp but not crunch. Tomatoes also a nice shade of red and tasted as if it were just picked from the field. I don't know how but that burger was just perfection in every way. I made sure to the cook got the message that I was more than pleased and that the burger and fries were over the top in excellence. I would recommend this restaurant to my entire family and I truly hope u have the same expericane I had.

Excellent. 10 stars. Clean restrooms, too. We had arrived late because we had been traveling due to our son getting into a car accident. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was excellent. Our server was there for refills before we even asked. The chips and queso with chili sauce were my favorite appetizers. Even though we arrived late in the evening, we did not feel rushed by the staff. 🩷🫶 If you are in Madisonville or driving through, I recommend this Chili's location.

This place is wonderful. I have pretty aggressive allergies so when I started to have a reaction in the middle of our meal, our server Katie rushed to the back and got me some benadryl. We always enjoy going to Chili's. The one in Huntsville is our go-to. It's always clean the staff is always nice. We usually get ours online and go pick it up. So far the food orders are always correct. We usually order the 3 for me which is actually more than 3. The price is reasonable and the food is good.. Once in a while the drink orders may be mixed up.. That's not a deal breaker for me.

every chilis has the same food but never the same service! i had a wonderful and attentive server Natalee who made sure our food was served to perfection! all of out food came perfect, and if it wasnt, Natalee was quick to resolve any problem! We went for lunch during the week so there weren't many people in the restaurant. In fact the workers were sitting at tables. The food was good and came out quick. Our sever was attentive and friendly.

I was in Huntsville, TX at a Seminar & stopped in with some friends for dinner. I had a sampler of boneless wings, egg rolls, & some sliders. I love that they didn't just give me one little cup of ranch, expecting it to be enough. This was very filling. Our waiter was a college student & very nice. He kept making sure our drinks were filled. Our food didn't take too long to come out either. I enjoyed dinner here very much.

We had the Alex’s Santa Fe burger and fries. It was delicious!! One of the best restaurant burgers I have had in a long time. Our waitress, Morgan, was fantastic. She made sure I stayed hydrated and was happy and friendly. We also requested the burger be cut in half, and the kitchen not only cut it in half, but served it to us on separate plates with fries. There is something about a chilis where it never feels “clean” but it is still undoubtedly better than an Applebees in every way. Service is usually really friendly at this location and the food is typically pretty good too. Great for when you have a craving.

We came in with a large group, and it's was overwhelming for one server. Maybe assist when the group is large. The food was on par, and the environment was good. It is the only restaurant in the area, so there are not a ton of choices. Seating was not an issue either of the times we went.

Update 8/1/2020: We ordered our meal using the app for curbside pickup. The process was effortless and the food was packaged well. The food tasted as well as dining inside. We will definitely take advantage of using the app more often. This place is very clean. Be prepared for a small wait time when there are big college events going on. We always enjoy our servers. They are clean and professional. I never wait too long for our drink refills and food. Even on busy nights. The restaurant itself is always clean. The food is as good as it can get for a chain restaurant. In closing it is one of the three main places we go to.

Honestly I don't eat at many chains, but this is one of the few places in Huntsville open past 9 most evenings. I've been to a few other Chili's and wasn't expecting much, so I was pleasantly surprised by the food, but especially the service. The place was packed, but we had excellent, attentive service.

Came in for a quick bite while killing time. Clean place, friendly staff , and shout out to the BOH for the first time GO on my request on crispy fries. But BOO to Chilis over all for taking the chili option off the menu ... that was one of my go tos fr fr.

Their salsa has been thickened, and the flavor of the salsa also has been improved. I wasn't fond of the Chipotle bowl, but that is probably because I was expecting it to be different. The bowl was more of a salad than a bowl. The server and service were good. We were a party of four and over all we were happy and pleased.

When’s we first arrived we were ignored. Once the manager Anthony found out he made sure the rest of our experience was great. Anthony took ownership of the slip of his team and the waitress who was supposed to take care of us also took ownership. I wanted to leave originally but Anthony asked us to stay and fix our experience and we are so glad we did. We did pay for our food and were happy to do so. This wasn’t about freeway food this was about a manger taking responsibility for his te and his team taking responsibility for themselves. We will gladly go back.

Burger was good, fries were cold. For some reason they had the AC on when it was very cold outside. Bathroom pretty dirty, needs some repairs - a light above the sink was dripping water on me as I washed my hands. The little computer you pay your bill on was absolutely filthy. Waitress very nice and her service was great despite the problems with the restaurant. I can see why chain restaurants like this are starting to fail - quite pricey for the quality - best to find local BBQ, instead.

Food is always good but very underwhelming this visit. Wings still had uncooked fat. My side salad was an after thought served on a warm plate. Server brought all of our food out at same time when we said we would like our appetizers first. She was more busy chatting at the bar then serving tables.

I specifically ordered a well done steak, as always, NO PINK. The server was very polite and patient. My steak was taken back and returned charred on the upper side (good) however, the under side was microwaved cooked (whole steak) then placed back on the grill to give it that grilled appearance (not good... cooks). Still VERY red on the inside. I've worked as a cook in the past so I know how MOST restaurants re-cook steaks. Was disappointed, again so yeah...I'm done with Chili's. I know, my not going anymore will not put the place out of business however, I work for my money, I always tip, so I ALWAYS expect my food to be as I order.

Absolutely exceptional service from Bradley!! He was amazing! Also the food was very delicious!! The 3 for $10 is an unbelievable deal with all the food you get!! The only thing I would recommend to them is not to water down the ranch!! Other than that we had a great experience!! Keep up the great work!!❤️ Update 02/4/23. Chili's why did you take away the original crispers??!!😡😡😡 Also portion sizes are way smaller now and prices, like with other restaurants, are sky high. Probably won't be back anytime soon 😭

Tables smelled musky like dirty water/towel was used to wipe down. We had to get the waitress to rewipe the table down.

This Chili's is an "okay" experience. The food was obviously not fresh. Our beef skillet queso had a thick hard layer on top as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. Not to mention it was room temperature being dropped off at our table. My main dish was the bacon burger that I asked for a side of grilled onion with. That said grilled onion was ICE cold. Straight out of the fridge when it arrived with my burger. That burger also looked as if it was sitting under a heat lamp. The cheese was room temperature but was "melted". It had an off-color that showed signs of sitting out. Little to say this experience was not great but it's a Chili's. Take it with a grain of salt.

Over the years chillis used to be our go to dinner spot now especially since they have taken things off of the menu its not so much of a go to place. The food quality has gone down and we just go for the drinks

Our waitress did her best. It was pretty busy in there and she’s was really friendly and attentive. The food was kinda disappointing. Ribeye was hard so I didn’t eat most of it. My husband got the bbq brisket burger and that was just horrible. The atmosphere was as expected. It was nice and clean tho.

people were nice, restaurant was clean. came with a large group, ordered a veggie burger. they did not have any black bean patties so i asked for a broccoli quesadilla. waitress informed me of the secret menu veggie quesadilla. it had only corn and onions. i simply assume the people of chilli's have not met a person who doesn't eat meat or why anyone would eat vegetables. to assume this is valid enough to include on any menu is insulting.

Very busy, but understandable because of the time and day. Server brought drinks for others at table and forgot mine but left in such a hurry he didn't give me time to tell him. Had to wait almost ten minutes to get someone's attention to bring it up. The food was wonderful like it always is at chili's, the price was reasonable, and the atmosphere was welcoming minus this one issue.

Chilis used to be a common stop for us. Haven't been in a while, although there was nothing wrong with the service, the atmosphere is a bit dated and the food was not even average. Returning is unlikely.

Didn't eat. Walked out. Wouldn't let us sit by the window to watch our pups in the car. Said the area were closed. Service pretty crappy. Went down the street to a mexican restaurant and had a great meal. Wont be back.

Thee dirtiest nastiest chili’s I’ve ever been to If not flat out restaurant ever. Obviously management didn’t pay attention to food on the floor or window seals. Another time we came we were first customers at lunch and obviously cleaning wasn’t done the night before or morning of. Staff is very nice and quick, food is good.

I had an horrible experience here the store was very nasty, no one was cleaning, myself and my husband ordered salads and we received mold with it, the cucumbers were moldy. I asked to speak to the manager, he came and brought new salads, but how could I know it was him, he didn't introduce himself or apologize for the problem. I kept asking to speak to him , we sat there and finished most of our food still no him. I finally got to talk to the next shift manager, who didn't offer much of a solution.

My wife, granddaughter, and I eat here almost every other Friday night. We are used to great meals here at good price. Something was terribly wrong with this visit, or they made drastic changes. We are so unhappy with the visit. The only saving grace was our server Levi, who stayed on top of things. He also apologized three times when the food wasn't out yet. I had steak and shrimp fajitas and my wife had the margarita chicken. Both meals were cold. Not cool, I mean cold. The black beans and rice sides with the fajitas were cold. The beans were refrigerator temperature in the middle. The fajita steak and shrimp was cold. No sizzle plate. So cold I removed the iron inner plate with my hand and just held it up to show my wife. I ate the rice and black beans, but didn't touch the steak or shrimp and brought them home. The serving size was half what I got the last time I ordered it. I took a picture and posted. Six small pieces of steak, eleven shrimp. I think the shrimp was about the normal serving size, but the steak was very small. I brought it home to heat it up, because I have no desire to eat ices cold fajitas. Please step up the game chili's, we except more from you.

We order the crispy ones with buffalo sauce. 20 min later we get our food. Had to tell them if we could get my drinks. I check the bag they didn't give us any sause or salsa for the chips. Finally get that. They still didn't give us our salad or fries but after all that just left. Manager did gave us a gift card 10$ but get home my quesadilla was cold and the edges of the tortillas not edible. Tenders we're really good thou. Will probly just eat inside for now on. 5/2019 Ribs were full of meat and cooked perfect!!!!!! Wings always my favorite!!!! And ordered Togo 2/2018 Food was great and fresh. 2/2017 Went with Fam, Food was amazing, fresh and great flavor!!!! Waitress was amazing!!!!! 1/2017 Had the 3 for 10. Our food took over an hour to come out, when it finally did…the fries and chicken strips were cold… Waitress was not bad, but nothing special either. Took awhile for our refills, our margarita took about 30 mins. This is a Monday around 2pm, not busy at all… very disappointed!

I ordered to-go several times for this restaurant whenever I had a craving, and every single time I order, the food comes out awful. Which is a bummer because I love the food at chili’s, the first time I ordered I let it slide, the second time I just shrugged it off, the third time there was absolutely no excuse. It’s plain and simple to see that the food is TRASH at this restaurant. Every time I order from here something just has to go wrong, one thing is missing or the food is cold. I recently ordered chili’s to-go and the Mac and cheese looked like they just took it out the freezer and spread yellow slime all over it. It wasn’t even cooked to soft macaroni! Never ordering from here again. I’ve been to several other chili’s in different cities and let me tell you, the food there is always served PIPING HOT! Steam coming out, smells fresh, the food is crunchy, meaty, melty. Just so delicious. Whenever I receive the food here it always seems like someone had it sitting in the back for an hour, it’s a shame. Food here is lazy and godawful. I highly recommend to go to any other chili’s than THIS ONE. You will be amazed!!

Sat at the bar to have a few drinks. We waited almost 10 minutes to be greeted by the bartender, and almost another 10 minutes to get the drinks we ordered, which were made incorrectly. The bartender didn't bother to come check us, We finally flagged him down to get the bill so we could pay and leave. Neither of us drank what we ordered. Terrible service.

Got the nacho last weekend and it was so burnt look like dog food. Looks like something some made in their kitchen. You would think the would be embarrassed to serve. This is coming up at the wrong location. This trash was Lancaster, Tx!

HORRIBLE! 10 minutes to be seated, no one else in front of us, seated then 15 minutes to get a drink, 20 more minutes for appetizers, 40 more minutes for food! Horrible service, excuses are no reason or poor service at every step of the meal!

This may be the last time we visit this place! When we arrived, there was no one waiting for a seat. The receptionist was a black girl, she wore long nails and false eyelashes, she glanced at us slightly but didn't say anything. Then a family group of 5 people came in, she welcomed them and led them to the table. Then a group of 2 girls arrived, the receptionist led them to the table. We couldn't understand what made the receptionist discriminate against us

The worst Chili's I've ever had. Disgusting cold food had to Reorder and still didn't correct the missing items Quesadillas were disgusting I can't even imagine what has happened to this Chili's it's sad it's so expensive and they completely don't care

The Mac and cheese was literally raw. I had my food delivered and they gave me raw hard noodles in a literal SOUP. It was cold, no warmth at all, it looked like milk. They didn’t even try to heat it up or cook it, I’m not gonna be ordering from Chili’s again. If you wanna eat at a Chili’s I highly suggest finding another one because this one always has issues, always serving cold food and half-assing everything when it’s not that complicated. Every other Chili’s serves food hot and ready but for this one they wanna serve cold uncooked slop lmao.

So done with this location. I ordered through doordash and the food was not put together well but I did not care about that as much as how little strawberry lemonade they gave in the gallon bag I paid for. It didn't even come close to the gallon mark so I had to call doordash to be sent a new one. I bought the gallon for a party so imagine my surprise that at the bottom of the bag was a dead roach. I'll never eat here again. I thank God I looked before drinking. If I could give no stars I would.

This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences my friends and I have had at this establishment. We have all dined here together in large groups before and the service was amazing. We always make an effort to be a low maintenance as possible, tip well, and try to be generally calm patrons. Last night was a special occasion for our group, we were celebrating our friends 21st and it was HORRIBLE. We made a reservation beforehand and were sat pretty quickly, thank you hostesses! When we arrived at the table it took about 15 mins for our server to come greet us and take drink orders. There was little to no answers when we had questions instead we got "I don't know and I just work here". Trying to order adult beverages was the worst part, our server had little to no idea what we were talking about. We did have some arrive late, and they were also waiting long times for orders and drinks. Once we finally got to order food almost 30 minutes later, after waiting for a few other friends to arrive, the food arrived quickly. Sadly most of the orders were wrong or missing items. Trying to send them back was like pulling teeth, our server at this point almost vanished into thin air. We were never offered refills and had to flag down other servers in order to get things fixed. This was not even the worst of it. I told our server multiple times it was a birthday party, and she even confirmed it by checking our friends ID. We wanted to make a big deal since this was her 21st. When we finally were able to order desserts most of them came out wrong. After receiving desserts, that were also wrong, we then finally received our sides that were missing. Server was very reluctant to fix problems and left us alone the entire time we were there. Most of the tickets were also wrong, after our server spent the better part of 20 minutes separating them. We went through all the orders multiple times and were still charged for the wrong things. The manager was helpful in resolving most of these issues but it was still disappointing. It will take a lot for us to return. Chilis in Huntsville we are VERY disappointed.

I’ve never been this upset about a dining experience in my life. Chili’s in Huntsville, TX, what on earth happened to you? This was hands down one of the worst meals my friends and I have ever had, and it completely ruined our evening. We were a large group celebrating a birthday (we reserved an adequate table), and the service from the moment we sat down was a joke. One of my friends has a *red meat allergy* and I asked the server if a dish had red meat in it. The response? "I don’t know." When pressed further, they couldn’t even be bothered to ask the kitchen or check the ingredients—just a blank stare. I’m autistic and have food sensitivities, so when I tried asking about specific ingredients in dishes to avoid issues, I got the same dismissive “I don’t know" over and over. *The last time I asked, the server flat out said, “I don’t know, I just work here.”* I’ve never experienced such laziness or incompetence from a server. But it gets worse. A friend of ours ordered a *black bean burger with no meat*, specifically because he couldn’t have anything that wasn’t halal. What did they bring? A black bean burger with BACON on it! When he tried to send it back, the confusion and attitude from the server was infuriating, as if we were the problem. How hard is it to follow basic instructions? On top of that, the server *tried to pet my service dog* without asking. This is not just inappropriate, it’s illegal, and it added to the chaos of an already horrible night. I was so overstimulated by everything that by the time dessert came, I asked for something as simple as *plain vanilla ice cream*. After what felt like an eternity, I was served vanilla ice cream with chocolate swirled all over it—completely ignoring the fact that I’d made it clear I didn’t want that. Fixing these mistakes took *hours* because our server would disappear for long stretches of time. By the end of the night, I was so overstimulated I had to leave early with my service dog and have a friend pay for my meal. It didn’t help that the tabletop payment systems were broken (not the server’s fault), but dealing with this disaster while waiting to fix all the errors on the bill was beyond exhausting. And as the final insult, after all this nightmare of a service, our server had the audacity to ask for a *five-star review*! No refills, incorrect orders, no knowledge of the menu, and constantly disappearing—and yet they wanted a five-star review? Absolutely laughable. Chili’s, I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but after this nightmare, it'll take a miracle to come back. I’ve never felt so disrespected and unwelcome at a restaurant, and I’d suggest you seriously reconsider how you’re running things over there.

I don't leave negative reviews often. But this last visit I had with my friends 100% deserves one. Yesterday was my 21st birthday. I wanted to go to dinner with my friends and teammates to celebrate at a place that has options for everyone and that we can all afford. I called yesterday morning and made a reservation. We show up and when it comes around time to order, this is where everything started going downhill. I went to order my first ever legal drink, I'm super excited, yada yada. Why did it take 5 minutes for our server to put my drink order in? It was a rum and coke. nothing super complicated at all. She couldn't even tell me or my friend what rum they had. As for all of my other friends, they said they had problems in terms of her not knowing prices, or what toppings some things come with. They would ask her something and they would just get an "I don't know". Even though she has the entire menu at her fingertips with the tablets they use, "I don't know" should not have been the first answer she gave several of us. Our food comes out relatively fast considering how large our table is and I can applaud that for a moment. However we were missing some sides and once we had our food our server vanished. Towards the end of our meal, they were very clearly trying to get us out. It was around 9pm when we finished our food and they closed at 11pm. They had a busser checking our table more than our server and they even left one of the buckets at the booth next to us to take back to dish. We did not feel very welcome at that point and already wanted to leave. During the timespan of us being there, we heard 4 other tables get the birthday song and a free lava cake. We told the server at the beginning that it was my birthday and I even had a little headband on and a gift on the table. Very obvious to anyone walking by. This was even mentioned after we were done eating when we asked for the cookie. All they did for me was walk it to the table and set it down. We did not receive the same treatment that the 4 other birthdays got and I was really upset. Granted, it's not the end of the world, but its disappointing. One of my friends then received their side dish after we had finished our desserts. What's the point? Keep in mind we have been there since 7:30pm and it is now 9pm and we were never once offered any refills. I had an empty glass from the bar almost the whole time and there was no attempt from our to make more sales there. Some of my friends were able to drink the melted ice in their water as their "refill". Checks were requested at about 9:30pm and she was insistent on taking our cards as opposed to scanning the QR code and paying online. After the service we had received so far that made a lot of us nervous. After our server walked away with our cards, we see her moments later running food for a different table. Double nervous. Most of us did not receive our cards back until almost 10pm. Triple nervous. I spoke with the manager to let her know that we never have had bad service when dining here, even with bigger parties, but today was very disappointing. It really soured the mood for the rest of the evening which I was looking forward to on my 21st birthday. The manager was very receptive of the situation and was able to get us our desserts for free (which mine was supposed to be free anyways but I'm glad I could at least get my friends tabs a little lower.) From that point on we saw the manager more than our server. In the end our server asked for us to give her a 5 star rating. Which is hilarious to me because she made us feel unwelcome, offered no refills, and practically wasn't there. I hate to pull this card but as someone whos worked in restaurants since it was legal for me to work, this was unacceptable. It is server 101 to offer refills and to make sure your guests have what they need. We usually have a really good time at this location but after what happened last night we will probably not be returning for a long time.

Chili's has changed the last few years since the paper menus because of covid. I get that they are trying to reboot their menu to bring up the profit margin, but geez, it was not good food. It was pretty pitiful to be real about it. We will never come back. Thankfully

We just walked in and they were not busy, sat down for 15+ minutes and nobody stopped at the table. There were 4 wait staff standing around in sight, another was busy checking out a large party. I made eye contact with a couple of the staff with no results. We got up and left, when we walked buy the reception I said we can't get any service and her response was "see ya."

Yeah this was awful. Ordered the triple Dipper with chicken crispers, southwestern egg rolls, and mozzarella sticks and got food poisoning. Nausea, vomiting, and upset stomach. Absolutely unacceptable. Hopefully a health official evaluates this place and shuts it down. Judging from other reviews, this is the norm for this Chili's This is the LAST time I ever order/eat from any Chili's establishments 🤢
