We always choose this pizza place for our Margherita fix. Their crust is thin and crispy, and the tomato sauce with mozzarella tastes incredibly fresh. The staff is really friendly, making it a 5/5. This stands out as one of my favorites. Everything was perfect, whether it was taste, toppings, or texture. I opted for takeout, and it stays fresh for movie night at home. I recently went here with my friends. The pizza is to die for. Especially the sauce that they add is the winner for me. The place looks neat and clean enough to sit and eat. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A friend/ Co-worker told us about this place. Checked it for the 1st time. Clean place, friendly workers, ordered our pizzas and it was done on the time they said. Totally would tell people to stop by here. We had the chicken Tikka masala and creamy garlic pizza.

Ac is not working please care about the costumers And outside is too hot I thought that inside is cool but no I don’t expect these things from Chicago pizza

Great food but order an hour ahead due to high amounts of order flow. Busy place. Also ordering on their website you can use coupons. With uber eats you can't.

Good food for the price. Very Tasty. I would recommend them. Easy location to drive up to. I thought the bread sticks would good also. There were alot of choices. Check them out if your hungry and want some good food.

when you see pizza box is very nice but when you going to eat pizza I don't like they have missing something maybe pizza sauce problem and maybe cheese problem if you say taste then it's very expensive Employees are so friendly store look like nice and clean

I did not like the food. It had a weird smell. I ordered butter chicken pizza: did not have any flavor and it was dry. Shahi paneer pasta: there was a weird smell and it was too spicy for the name shahi, also really dry. I ordered from DoorDash, cost for 2 around $40

We ordered paneer tikka pizza but the pizza was not god the size of the pizza is to small we ordered medium but it look likes small the base of the pizza is also old and its very hard the taste of the pizza is not good

Does this even look like wings to you guys? Upon opening the box, it smelled so bad, it’s definitely wings that went bad. God knows how old the wings are. Had to end up throwing it.

Don’t go there. if you are looking for Halal chicken pizza they have mix haram and halal said by them. Creat your own is a fraud bcz on menu it says first topping is included in price but they charge $2 for that . I will say to cancel their franchise license. As soon as possible. Don’t trust them at all

The website says one thing, and the stores see/receive the menu items & orders differently. The only way to ensure to get what you want is by calling the store and confirming your order. This is the fault of the corporate franchise, not the stores(franchisees). This corporate brand chicaco pizza with a twist a joke and a facade, making clients have to do extra work. If customers want to do extra work, they will cook their own food. I'm not sure how long this brand existed, but I see this corporate brand non-existent in the next 5 years. Keep it up, Chicago's pizza with a twist. The twist is that this brand isn't on point and not on top of their business. The twist is that they are a joke! Twist that!

We ordered two pizzas today one with vegetable pizza with lamb toppings on the top and second tikka masala with spicy chicken topping through Uber eats. When I received the order both toppings were missing and it taste bad. I don’t know why they don’t make anymore good pizzas .

From last 2year we buy pizzas from this store U guys increase the price we accept but we have paid u 39 for 2pizzas but in pizza there was the smell of poor onions And there comes bad smell from the onion I think u are using past days onion. Topping are more than less .

Be careful! It’s not halal, they serve pork items like pepperoni and stuff! Their cheese isn’t halal certified either, it has pork enzymes and most importantly the contamination is there with pepperoni.

I ordered and paid for a large pizza ($24). When we open the box, it happened to be a medium pizza, NOT A LARGE PIZZA. the employee had cut the pizza in center and took a big chuck of pizza out and made it a medium size pizza. Management should review their camera’s and confront their employees. This location has lacking on taste, flavor and etc……

The pizza used to be very good and delicious but now they made it worst. I got chicken tikka pizza but the chicken was very hard that my mom cannot even eat it. It’s look like they gave old chicken. We had to take out every peace of chicken off from the pizza because it was way too hard to eat. Also when we taste it the taste was not good at all. It’s taste like that the chicken was spoiled.

This place used to be good…no clue what happened to them! All they think and want now is money…they keep canceling the online delivery order …. Sometimes they dont have a delivery person, other times theyre too busy to deliver! Stop offering to deliver when you cant or dont want to do it!

Im really disappointed with my order. I ordered spicy BBQ wings, but what I got was just wings drenched in hot sauce—completely different from what I expected. I also ordered a halal pepperoni pizza, and it was a disaster. The top of the pizza was burnt and cold, while the bottom was still doughy and soggy. How can a pizza be burnt on top but undercooked underneath? This was unacceptable. Won't be ordering from here again."

Hey I just called at the restaurant at exact 10:57pm At that time I was just coming from manhattan with my family so I requested to get the pizza and I also told to charge from my credit card…but from the front guy told that I am tired we can’t take the order and he also told that we have prepared the 250 pizzas …so that’s why he told we can’t make your order.. If u can’t take the order then please change your timing from google. And now a day I don’t know your staff is doing stupid things. Thanks and my pleasure. Happy new year.

Extremely ridiculous service. Don't care about the customer at all. Never going to order from this place at all. There are other locations which are far better than this one. Don't waste your money.

The bell peppers were not cooked properly they put a lot of that. It looked like they sprinkled pieces of bell peppers on top of a cheese pizza, same for panner. I also paid extra for onion they didn’t put that. I ordered from Uber Eats. Very bad experience

The pizza used to be good, but recently the quality has declined. I ordered a Bombay Garlic pizza today, and it seems like they didn’t put enough sauce on it. It just tastes like a cheese veggie pizza. Last time I ordered the same Bombay Garlic pizza, it was also very disappointing. I thought it might have been a one-time issue with a different chef, but today they just gave me a cheese pizza with some veggies. It’s not flavorful at all.

Bad customer service they talk over there food that we are supposed to be consuming 🤦🏾‍♂️ this will be my first & last time here I had to give the pizza to a homeless person & also you can’t even see your food being made

I ordered a pizza for my kids. I waited more than half an hour. Service was pathetic and in the end they gave me a burnt pizza. They were already eating once we came home, but then I realize that they were eating the burnt pizza and I did not let them eat more than that. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Bad enough they didn't follow directions from my Door Dash order but how do you not know the difference between elbow macaroni and THIS? (PICTURE)... If not for that I actually would have given them another chance because the pizza wasn't "bad", just had ingredients that I clearly wanted removed and it ruined the pizza. But come on... I have never been to a restaurant that serves this as Mac and cheese... SMH

I ordered tandoori panner pizza. The pizza is very saulty and the base is very hard. How kids eat hard slice. this is a common sense. I request to all of them please don’t go there. Last time I eat the pizza is better than this time I don’t know they changed the staff or what But please don’t serve this type of pizza we spend money we not get free. I request to the owner of Chicago pizza please bring the old taste and also the Ac is not working please take care of your customer this is a summer time and I order only 1 pizza and i wait 40 minutes for just one pizza. I never come back to Chicago pizza.

I used to love this spot, but ever since new management took over, the service and quality have gone downhill. Every time I try to place an order after 10 PM — even though they close at 11 — it gets canceled. Just happened again tonight. I placed a DoorDash order at 10:15 PM, and shortly after, I got an email saying the store couldn’t fulfill it. If you’re not going to accept late orders, then don’t advertise that you’re open until 11. I miss when my best friend used to own and run this place. It was consistent and reliable back then. Super disappointing how things have changed.

I buy 2 large achari pizza from this place after we eat all family get sick and every one keep doing vomiting that’s my last buy pizza from this place food not good waste $54 💔💔💔

This place used to be really good but the taste has changed. Looks like new management took over as well. Told them not to put peppers but they still messed up. Also found small piece of hair on the pizza.

we ordered pizza here. This place is bad now, it used to be good. I ordered chicken tika masala pizza, they only put 5 pieces of chicken on my pizza. They are careless people and don’t care about making the correct pizza, they only care about the money. Large pizza only came with 5 pieces of chicken. we don’t recommend #bakwaas pizza

One of the worst experience i ever had. So they failed to honor the deals which are shown online. I placed my order and once it was confirmed they canceled it after few mins. I went in to ask for refund. I was told to contact doordash. Expensive pizza, if compared to any franchise.
