Wow!! We just had this door dashed!! It was the ABSOLUTE BEST MEAL EVER!! The fried green tomatoes were delicious and tender. The street corn was on point and fresh and crispy. The chicken is big fat meat. The waffles are fluffy. Everything was delicious. I can’t wait to eat here again.

Came here a few weeks ago. This place did not disappoint! I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak with Eggs and a biscuit. All good! The eggs were super fluffy and tasteful. The Chicken Fried Steak was very good. The ambiance was lively and full of energy. Plenty of seating room. Also, the bar was nice. Ordered cocktails which were also good. Our waitress was on top of it! If you're in Southlake, make this a place to stop and eat!

Visiting from Indiana and our granddaughter suggested we go for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised at entire experience. Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly. He suggested the meat loaf which my granddaughter got and my wife and i are splitters so we shared the chicken and waffles. Both dishes were fantastic. The food was plentiful. The chicken tenders on the waffles were moist and cooked perfectly. The meatloaf came with mashed potatoes and green beans. It was some of the best meatloaf I have had. I would highly recommend this location. We will be going back to try the breakfast.

Food was absolutely delicious. The best chicken sandwich I’ve had in a long time I forgot the name of it, but it was a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon. It was so good and the marinade on it was perfect. I tasted some of my father‘s meatloaf. It was very delicious too a little on the sweet side, but still delicious. Definitely be back and have to try smash burgers next.

I don't know the background of this restaurant but I love the name. We stopped here before a concert in the town square. We were greeted and seated quickly and our waiter arrived promptly for drink orders. The menu is chicken heavy but it's delicious chicken. We ordered hotcakes and chicken, chicken and waffles, a bacon and fried green tomato and lettuce sandwich, and one of their newer items, a Pastrami on rye. Everything was top notch. Large crispy breaded chicken strips, tasty waffle and pancakes, and both sandwiches were great. Check it out. There are a lot of good restaurants in that area. This is another one.

Absolutely the best fried chicken I have had since grandma made it! Service was amazing and friendly. Be sure to ask for Toby, he is attentive and precise with his orders! He also makes a great cocktail! Ask him to make a strawberry mule! Had the corn fritters for appetizer and they were served piping hot! So delicious! Fried chicken was crispy outside and juicy inside! PERFECT!

Celebrated Father's day here with a party of 10. To begin, major drawback here is parties of 8 or more must be one check. Seems very antiquated to me. We were prepared though however as they did tell me ahead of time. Our server however was great throughout the whole experience and graciously separated the checks which we only needed 3 separate checks. It was happy hour and they have some great HH appetizer and drink deals which we took advantage of! The biscuits were incredible with that butter and jam! Everyone loved their food and we had a great time. We also tried all the desserts but we thought the raspberry bread pudding was the best. Peach cobbler needed more preaches and ice cream. Got kinda dry. All in all service was great and food was good. I recommend!

My 16 year old autistic son wanted to try this restaurant. He has been enjoying trying new food places and researched Whistle Britches. The atmosphere was so cute. I love the little two person booths. The lighting and decor was awesome. We order the crispy chicken tacos and my son had the smash burger and Mac and cheese. My son ended up switching the Mac n cheese for French fries. The Mac n cheese is home made and not what he was expecting. I tasted the Mac n cheese and it was very creamy and rich. I liked it, it was just not for my son. We want to come back and try other options on the menu.

At Whistle Britches in Southlake, I loved everything. The burgers are amazing, and the fries are perfectly crispy and full of flavor. The vibe is relaxed and modern, perfect for hanging out with friends or a date. The staff was super friendly and attentive, which made the visit even better. Definitely a place I’d go back to for great burgers and fries in a fun atmosphere.

Some of it felt like it was trying too hard (deviled eggs). Wouldn't get the collards again. The street corn had a strange after taste we couldnt place. The mashed potatoes and chicken strips were great, especially with the hot buffalo sauce. Waitress/bartender was great.

I thought the food was good! Great southern atmosphere :) we enjoyed the frozen John D, also known as a frozen Arnold Palmer with bourbon. It was delicious! Enjoyed some chicken ‘n’ waffles, and their biscuits! Great company, great food, it’s a good spot to catch up and relax :)
