Excellent experience. We were seated outside in the shade of the horse chestnut trees, which, in early June, is truly delightful! We sampled quality local products, exquisite cured meats, an excellent Russian salad, and delicious meatballs. The game meat (deer, kangaroo, and donkey) was exquisite, served with taragna polenta and porcini mushrooms. We also ordered snails à la bourguignonne: delicious. Highly recommended; the service and bill were excellent. We'll be back!

We found this place completely by chance. We were drawn to the dishes described online and tried our luck on a Sunday, managing to book a table for lunch... and thank goodness, otherwise we wouldn't have discovered such a new gem! Delicious meat and game dishes, and friendly staff (the lady who explained the menu could have sold us tables and chairs, she's amazing!). We tried everything at a fair price, including desserts and wine. I recommend the game trio, the gold platter, and the cheese polenta. The proximity to Lake Endine is also convenient, making it a great place for a long, digestif stroll.

A rustic restaurant, but one with that deliberately refined rusticity that feels very homey and quickly puts you at ease. We had lunch outdoors in a well-kept courtyard, shaded by two trees and at a pleasant temperature. The dishes are varied and far from banal, despite this being a midweek lunch. We chose traditional dishes with a few twists that aren't exactly typical of the area. The Gold appetizer platter features truffle salami, beef sirloin flavored with porcini mushrooms, herb-infused lard and smoked goose breast, carne salada, and homemade Russian salad and meatballs. For the first course, they made their own egg pasta, coarsely chopped, topped with a generous amount of wild boar ragù. This was followed by a game dish featuring wild boar, taragna polenta with porcini mushrooms, and, wow, wow, kangaroo with green peppercorns. For dessert, a special cake with sheep's milk ricotta and chocolate, and a delicious crème brulee. The portions were so generous that it was impossible to eat everything (in fact, we took the leftovers home). Everything looked beautiful and tasted great. Finally, I'd like to highlight the friendliness and courtesy of the owners, who are always ready to advise and satisfy your every need. The prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend this place.

Found by chance, a family restaurant (like the location), which pleasantly surprised me. The owner was very friendly and advised us and looked after us as if we were regular customers even though we hadn't booked. The food was truly delicious, all made by them, including Russian salad, I would say excellent. The appetizer was exquisite, with special cured meats, smoked goose breast, loin with oranges, sirloin marinated with porcini mushrooms, lard with herbs, salami with truffles and delicious meatballs. One portion is enough for 2 The donkey stew was great, as was the fillet. The potatoes with their skin were excellent. The wine recommended by the owner, cheaper than the one we would have chosen, was excellent and this also says a lot about the owner, honest and delightfully courteous and friendly. We couldn't resist the homemade desserts. The place was simple, but the food was nothing to complain about. Honest pieces. I recommend it We will definitely be back. The price per person obviously excludes wine and as always depends on what you choose.

A family restaurant where you eat so much, so delicious! We went on a Saturday night for a birthday and were more than satisfied! Highly recommended to everyone, especially to those passing by on a trip to our beautiful Lake Endine who want to enjoy 100% authentic Bergamo cuisine! The atmosphere is rustic, a little bare, but warm and welcoming: it immediately creates a truly homey atmosphere! It's not very big, so especially on weekends, I recommend calling ahead to make a reservation, as there are usually large groups. We ordered a gold platter and a cured meats and cheese platter: the first one features cured meats, but also special ones like smoked goose breast, truffle salami, orange coppa, and so on: it was all delicious! Also, to share, on the advice of the lovely owner, who is keen to highlight the freshness, deliciousness, and homemade nature of her products, we ordered the venison carpaccio served with shaved parmesan and lightly seasoned: it's an absolute bomb of incredible flavor!! Definitely a must-try! Then we continued with the octopus and potatoes, very good, tender, fresh fish, and flavorful seasoning, two Prussian ribeye steaks rare (really rare!), a trio of game (kangaroo, wild boar, and venison, eaten clockwise) with taragna and mushrooms that would feed an army, so abundant and succulent, and I ordered the kangaroo with green pepper! Simply spectacular: the meat is so tender, it melts like butter, yet maintains a unique texture and flavor! Definitely a must-try! The accompanying polenta is truly taragna, with cheese in it, and it's so soft and super tasty: I loved it! A mouth-watering dish with every bite! Not satisfied enough, we let ourselves be tempted once again by the hostess, who persuaded us with their homemade desserts! I had a Catalan cream, delicious, rich, and delicious; their homemade jam tart, a medium-sized tart; and two enormous slices of coconut cake with coconut cream! If you're on a diet, this isn't the place for you, but if you want to leave happy and with a full stomach, yes! We thoroughly enjoyed everything! The prices are also quite fair, considering the quality/quantity ratio of the dishes served! The staff is very kind and fast, and the hostess herself truly knows how to sell her dishes, of which she takes great pride!

Locale piccolo e ben riscaldato , personale super veloce e cortese . Cibo molto buono e porzioni qbbondanri , sono stati super veloci a portare i piatti , abbiamo aspettato neanche 5 min dall ordinaz…

Sono tornato dopo parecchio tempo e da Pacio si mangia sempre bene. Siamo partiti con tagliere Gold carpaccio di cervo,polpettine e insalata russa tutto molto buono e proseguito con bis di secondi con tatagna e funghi.Rapporto qualità prezzo nella media e buono il servizio

Ottimo ristorante a due passi dal lago. Il menù ha parecchie offerte di piatti interessanti. noi abbiamo optato per i classici casoncelli e strozzapreti. poi un tris di torte. prezzi in linea con la qualità, 13 Euro per un primo.

Alright !! Very nice people work there . It was nice polenta and beef. rare or medium rare one. Wasn’t my thing, but many people prefer it that way.. I liked the pistachio sauce that came with the beef . my bf ate calamari - squid . he liked it , a big potion too.

If you want authentic polenta with buckwheat flour (polenta tarangna), pasta made with pure chestnut flour, and to try fresh wild game - look no further than the Ristorante Da Pacio. Also wonderfully close, just steps away, to the Lake of Endine and mini-golf. So indulge and then go for a beautiful walk and play some rounds!

Siamo andati a mangiare 4 anni fa e abbiamo mangiato divinamente, per questa volta ho da ridire su qualche accortezza: ho preso la pasta fatta in casa con farina di castagne con funghi peccato che è stata cotta in acqua insipida e poi per il tris di selvaggina peccato per il coniglio e spezzato e c'erano pezzettini di osso....scusate ma il coniglio non va fatto così....nell'insieme abbiamo mangiato bene...antipasto del buongustaio buono e vino buono.

We had lunch today. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were friendly. It's a shame the positives end there. My partner had polenta with cheese, which was delicious. For starters, we both had casoncelli, which I think were the worst I've ever had; the filling was dry and tasteless. As for dessert, the reinterpretations of the Sachertorte and tiramisu were not very successful. The tiramisu with the Orosaiwa biscuits was unbelievable, and the Sachertorte with the persimmon jam was dry and tasteless.
