chick fil a accidentally used breakfast sized chicken on my lunch. they made up for it and a few other mistakes so flipping this to 5 stars

The staff here is so sweet and friendly! They work fast and get orders fulfilled well. The atmosphere in the lobby is really nice! Super clean, lots of comfortable seating areas, and fresh flowers on the tables. Great job to the team!

I’m part of the medical volunteers down by the Guadalupe River responding to the devastating floods. I felt bad calling Chick-fil-A just before noon for large order but I said to the manager on the phone “give me as many Chick-fil-A sandwiches as $250 will purchase” as we’re delivering sandwiches, beverages, and mobile IVs to those conducting recovery and cleanup operations. The manager said no problem give me 25 minutes they had over 50 sandwiches ready for pick up during lunch rush-hour. What I didn’t expect, and why places like Chick-fil-A and H-E-B will forever have my gratitude in my business, is that the manager completely discounted the meal 100% free. I love when Texans take care of other Texans. And I’m not ashamed to admit I ugly cried in my car for at least two minutes. It’s such a kind gesture the ripples a witch goes so much further than people realize. Anybody at corporate Chick-fil-A sees this please give the manager, Jordan Snook, my praise and hopefully a raise. I am so excited to have a new Chick-fil-A nearby! Every visit has been a great experience. The service is always above and beyond—friendly, efficient, and exactly what Chick-fil-A is known for. One of my favorite features is the mobile drive-thru. On busy days when we’re in a rush, it makes grabbing a quick meal incredibly easy and smooth. Orders are accurate, the staff is kind, and the whole process is just so well organized. We’ve been several times already and it has been consistently excellent. So glad to have this location in our community!

This Chick-fil-A goes above and beyond - if that’s even possible. Food and service are typical of the chain. It is the atmosphere that makes it so special - they have a wonderful marketing lady who hosts fun gatherings. For Thanksgiving they had fun activities for the kids and last night they held a few bingo sessions. My kids loved it and they had a full house of families! Thank y’all for being so awesome.

This location is always busy, but don't let a long line keep you from visiting. They will have you through in no time. Food is always hot and fresh. Service is always pleasant 😊

Chicken fil A... what can you say about an institution that built itself on high values, stood behind them. Teach there employees good values and they make good food? Heck they even have dog treats! What a great and simple concept. You can have chicken... or chicken. 2 kinds of Fries, and a drink. If you haven't been there... go, go now! 😀

There is one younger guy there who literally runs your order to you. He is always the most pleasant person I think I've ever met. He always has a smile on his face and asks how I'm doing. Even if I'm having a bad day, that guys positive attitude makes me smile. I don't know his name, but his mom's name is the same as mine, Brianne (maybe Brianna).I don't think I've ever had someone consistently run my order to me. He's an impressive employee.

Love this location! Excellent service & friendly people. Drive through is quick, especially through the app. In house dining can get busy during lunch but I’ve always had great service.

Went to the drive through tonight with my husband. The server/ carhop forgot the straw for my drink, sauces for my chicken strips, and napkins. It took a while to get his attention. All this would have been fine. It was the truck behind us that felt the need to honk at us that annoyed me. If you are in such a rush, go inside and get your order. Why wait in a long line and then honk at the people in front of you when the line isn’t fast enough for you?

The service is usually really quick, which we appreciate. We also like that this location has mobile drive-thru, which makes ordering ahead really convenient. My kids especially enjoy the breakfast bowls. One thing I do wish would change is the chicken. Its just not the same as it was a few years ago. The flavor just isn’t as good as it used to be, and lately we seem to get more pieces that are a little “off.” My biggest complaint though (and this seems to be at every Chick-fil-A) is the cups. When there’s just a little bit of drink left, it starts to taste like Styrofoam. I’ve never had that issue anywhere else that uses Styrofoam cups, only Chick-fil-A. Overall it’s still a good experience with fast service and convenient ordering.

The corporate didn't help any and said the offers are operated and owned independently. Those guys are passing blame around instead of fixing issues

Right now I’m sitting inside this Chick fil a and my food is terrible my butter biscuit has no butter and it’s almost as hard as the table I ordered a breakfast chicken bowl and it was really rough. It amazes me that one Chick-fil-A or multiple Chick-fil-A‘s can be so much better than this particular Chick-fil-A. I’ve come here several times because it’s the closest Chick-fil-A to me. I live close to Canyon Lake and the spring branch location is the closest to me, but I would rather drive to the location on SW. Military Dr. in San Antonio because they always get it right. I even asked the cashier if he could get me a soft biscuit and he said I don’t think I can do that I was puzzled, but now I see why they’re not serving biscuits. They’re serving rocks. Without butter. I’m going to give them credit on the hash browns they were OK but the previous times that I came here. The hashbrowns were a real dark brown color that I’m pretty sure it comes from dirty oil just nasty little things like that anyways I hope they can get it right and I’ll keep on trying here unless they go to Chick-fil-A on 306.

Very fast and efficient, though that means nothing if they get the order wrong and/or don’t give you everything, both of which they did! First, wrong order. Second, didn’t put any sauce in the bag.

This location can't get their act together. Every single time we are missing an entire item or sauce or seeds for the salad etc. We will be holding up your line every time now to check everything in the bag. This location has been open long enough, management needs to get it figured out already

Come here often, but outside person was just out there and asked for a fruit cup from the breakfast menu and the cup is maybe half full. $4 for nothing.

We frequent chick fíl a way too often. There is always something wrong with the drive thru at this location. They always manage to forget something whether it’s the sauces or a whole meal. I figured with time that it would change being that it’s a newer location but it has only gotten worse. It’s a miracle if my whole order is there the first time.
