It's hit or miss at this location. They should strive for consistency. I requested the spicy chicken and it was hardly that. It seemed to have some , but I wonder if their recipe has changed. The pieces of chicken were extremely small as well. Service was quick. While I sat and ate, the two customers after me both had to go back as their orders were messed up. It wasn't busy. I asked if they could put their ghost pepper seasoning on my spicy chicken. They said no. That the ghost pepper seasoning and dry rub were only for the tenders, wings and nuggets (called boneless wings??? Right). Then she said she wished they could use the ghost people dry rub for their spicy chicken (after I made this suggestion). She said other people are asking for it.. Hey District manager. How do you think new menu items are started? If you're getting the requests. Start making it pay off your regular menu. It will improve sales. That's how the Quarter Pounder got started with McDonald's. At 2 locations in CA back in the early 1970's.

I precarious a 6 piece wing dinner with coleslaw and a lemonade. The wings were not cooked all the way and the coleslaw was not good at all. Also ask for plasticware if you go through the drive thru. I've been sick for 3 days now. BTW...I didn't eat the wings. I did bite into one...sooooo gross. Please make sure you're staff temps the chicken!!!

Honestly I haven’t been to Popeyes in forever because of the horrible customer service, but I decided to try it again. The service was ok, but I ordered spicy strips and got plain strips, the fries were cold, the soda machine was out of order, and I wasn’t given the correct sauce. Three out of five of my friends orders were also incorrect. On top of that, nearly all of the tables were dirty. It’s disappointing and I think at this point I just wont come back. I was really hoping it had changed.

I can understand why this location has such a low rating. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. I strongly advise against visiting this Popeyes. On Saturday, August 16, 2025, at approximately 12:00 pm, my daughter and her boyfriend went through the drive-thru. Their order was misunderstood, and while mistakes happen, the issue was how it was handled afterward. When they went inside to politely resolve the matter, the manager refused to make any effort to correct the mistake. My daughter, who has never ordered bone-in chicken and only eats strips, received the wrong meal. Instead of helping, the manager dismissed them and even gestured with her hand as if they were not valued customers. I later called to try to resolve the matter myself, but the manager continued to address me as “Honey” despite being asked not to. This was both unprofessional and disrespectful. A manager unwilling to provide basic customer service has no place in a service-oriented role. Until this location addresses its management and customer service issues, I cannot recommend it to anyone.

bro I really stood in this location for 20 minutes to wait for them to make me 18pc spicy fried chicken to get home and find out they made me the original not spicy. My night is literally ruined and when I tried to call 6 times they didn't answer. I'm going to be filing a charge back on my amex so I guess it's free chicken. I saw the reviews, had to give it a shot because the 281/evans location has bad reviews too but the food is always great, but no really avoid this place, or at least check your order before you leave the store.

The Last Real Foodie

After finishing my shift as a corporate slave, I decided to fuel my body with a nutritious classic chicken sandwich from Popeyes. Slow service, sandwich came with two bottom buns, and chicken filet was lukewarm, while the crust was falling apart. They forgot my pickles as well, unless Bubble Bass from SpongeBob slid the pickles under his tongue before my sandwich went out. Either way, disappointed to say the least.

By far the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been too, not to knock the workers because they are nice and working best as they can. This is more of a management/owner problem they need to get a hold of corporate because this place is trash. Walls are horrible, coke machine hasn’t worked in over a month, no tables to sit in because they are all dirty, paint is chipped, outlets are hanging off or missing. Please Popeyes get someone out there because the Poot hard working are getting the bad end of this!!!

Orders weren’t fulfilled accurately, restaurant was EXTREMELY dirty- seeing in from the drive thru window there was trash, food, and other misc. items on the floor in the kitchen area, counters were all dirty. Chicken seemed to be cooked in old oil- tasted DISGUSTING. Wasn’t the right chicken we ordered and they gave us 2/3 sides wrong. All after being in the drive thru line for over half an hour with only two cars in front of mine.

Ordered in the drive-through, 3 piece "white", fries, beans and rice and a 3 piece tender. Got to the window, had to repeat my order 2 more times and had to remind him of the drinks. Got home they gave me a 3 piece mixed with a thigh that was dried out. The Biscuits were dried out, the fries were old and burned and they forgot my honey mustard sauce that for my tenders.

I don’t have an issue with the taste of the food, I’m concerned with cross contamination, improper food handling and just plain cleanliness. There is absolutely no pride in their location here in Spring Branch, TX. I will not visit again unless these conditions are improved. Is every Popeye’s like this?
