I love this place. Anytime we're nearby we stop and grab some fish. I would give you five stars for atmosphere but... Change the battery in the smoke detector behind the counter. (chirp of laziness) LoL 😂

It's always a treat for me when I get to Long John Silvers. They're about a forty minute drive for me, so I don't go unless I'm in the area. I'm not sure what happened this time but the fish, chips, and hush puppies were all kinda greasy. Still good, but not great. I got this to go and didn't bother going back. I will go back again when I'm in the area and hope for better results.

I remember being a kid and going to LJS with my parents and I always enjoyed the food. I have noticed as the years pass they are getting harder to come by it seems. We have one here in Spring Hill and I haven't been here in a very long time. Me and my son stopped in today and I was amazed at how they let the inside look the way it does. The ceiling tiles have water spots all over them, floor is filthy, trash everywhere. The condiment area is flat out nasty and needs cleaned more often or better. They are not busy at all but no one seems to want to come out from behind the counter and check it out. Tables are dirty and look like they haven't been wiped down since the early 90s. I honestly don't want to sound like a .... But come on, you serve food. Take some initiative and clean this place up. Food isn't bad, but they can clean up the restaurant tremendously

2 piece fish popcorn shrimp. double macaroni. Fish were great shrimp were old and reheated. I paid $24. Come on guys. If you're going to price gouge us, make sure the food is fresh.

Tons of breadcrumbs in my combo box , waited 15 minutes for a 2 pc chicken . Food was hot and tasted good. Also paid $10 for 2 pc chicken tender meal so not a good value .

I haven’t been to a long John Silvers in many years. I actually stopped in just for old time sake! lol 😂 so for $10 you get 2 really old greasy pieces of fish 2 old Hush-Puppies and coleslaw. No fries 🍟. That used to be $3 dollars! Now it’s $10 the atmosphere had no music very pale looking inside and it didn’t seem that the employees were happy at all. Unfortunately I don’t ever see myself ever going there again. Cracker Barrel has a fish fry and it’s $16 or you can go to Golden Corral for $12,99 I do miss the old Style Long John Silvers. And by the way! The coleslaw was delicious!!

At noon was wondering why there was no one inside. After ordering the overpriced meal I found out. The restaurant is in dire need of a deep cleaning as shown in pictures.

I'm not sure what happen to this location but it has went down hill considerably. I normally go out of my way to stop at this location when I'm on my way down to pinellas or going back home to Alabama. This time I was completely disappointed. I ordered a meal and 2 baja fish tacos didn't exclude or ask for them to come any different... I've been getting them since I was a teenager... this is not one at all. One top of that my friend had a hair in her cheese curds, my niece had a hair in her rice. When we notified staff the manager came out from the back and got upset and his hair was very long and not tied back at all or a hair net... argued with us that it wasn't his hair or the other guys who was back there, he also long hair not tied back or anything. My friends bottle of water came without a label ... very weird when they advertise aquafina water.... its clearly not. I will not be coming back ... the manager was very rude.

Really crappy that I made an online order at 745 pm and was told when I arrived there was no sweet tea already and no green beans because so close to closing i assume but there was still over an hour and a half left until close time !!!! KINDA CRAZY IN MY OPINION girl in the window wearing a blue hoodie that says guard on the back was nice but I’m still aggravated over the beans for my toddler

So after about 25 years away..... I was craving Long John silvers from long ago. We live in Massachusetts and we're down visiting family. I was SOOO looking forward to this and what DUMP AND DISAPPOINTMENT. The 3 kids in there were more concerned with fooling around than cleaning WHICH IS DESPERATELY NEEDED (board of health, take notice!) or helping the 3 customers in there. The drink station and ketchup space was HORRENDOUSLY DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY FILTHY. I'm not this kind of person, but after finishing the little bit of food I could stomach, I left my tray and food at the trash station, BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ROOM TO PUT IT. The parent company and whatever management that is around, should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES and take some accountability. And by accountability I mean FIRED!!! Don't bother asking me to fill out you stupid form asking for me to list issues for correcting. The only correction that could be made is firing all involved, destroying the current building and starting from scratch with a new staff. This HAS TO BE A TAX WRITE OFF for profitable locations. I called and talked to the manager because I ordered the $70 family meal pack The meal pack came with six fish, six pieces of chicken, hush puppies and waffle fries and I added two orders of coleslaw to go with it. I literally got the six pieces of chicken, the six piece of fish and the six hush puppies.still had to pay for everything I had ordered that I Did Not Get and the manager on duty literally said ma’am what do you want me to do order you hamburger? Wow that was so rude and very unprofessional disrespectful😞 I tried to tell the manager it wasn’t about the money I just wanted my family’s dinner

The food was fantastic as always. The issue I have with this location was both bathrooms started to overflow with waste and the manager refused to close the store which is required for obvious health reasons. In addition, I found several dead cockroaches behind a trashcan. I attempted to address the situation by informing the manager and this individual stated that the bathrooms both being closed was fine and that the roaches were dead so it was no longer an issue. When I further attempted to nicely state that these were clear issues, the manager became aggressive and loud and blamed me for trying to "start aomething" when all I was trying to do was fix the gross situation. I refuse to go back to this location after this event. I made it a point to inform both corporate and the local health department about the situation and both were nice and helpful unlike the manager involved in the situation.

My fiancee and I went for lunch yesterday and ordered a combo meal, drink and two sides. Our first side was cold and made by a young worker who was very unsanitary and didn't care about the quality of the food. We spoke to the manager who only gave us a refund for the side despite explaining the staff issues. So we left. I only recommend eating here in the evenings when other older caring staff are working.

Super bad service, the girl weren't that friendly and gave me dirty looks when I asked the girl how come I didn't have my fries with my combo to the A1 which is the spicy papa. She charged me 6.5 and an up charge to my combo for my cheese curds which were suppose to be on the side not replaced but 6.5 was added to the combo price not factored in. She did not clarify this or anything when I asked for them in addiction too but to add the small. Cheese curds was only a 2.5 uncharged on my friends but couldn't answer why the large was almost the same price as them individually. The girl was rude about it because I was asking questions to why it was so much for the combo without my fries. Then there was hair in my friends Cheese curds and the manager was rude the cooks don't have hair nets or anything on in the kitchens. I was very dissatisfied.
