Last night my husband and I had the best papa john pizza and wings. The whole experience was great! I ordered via the app at 10:38 the approximate delivery time was 36 minutes. We got out pizza at 10:59!! Not only was it an early delivery it was soooo yummy!!. Like I wanted to call and ask who made my pizza and wings. I only want that person making my pizza from now on. That pizza man/woman made it with love. I wish I called and found their name. Hopefully it’s just as yummy the next time we order.

the owner and manager is good guy. Sometimes they screw the order up but overall they are trying hard to please. the delivery guys are great. the food is good

Even though they messed up on my order the last time I went I must say that was the first time they ever did throughout 7 years. Not a bad papa john.

good service but food quality sucks.had a few deliveries before and all same result food quiality of the pizza its a 4/10 would go elsewere for a pie.

I figured out that the best way to get pizza from here is doing it in person. I was able to get a medium pie with extra cheese and mushrooms and hot wings for about $24 which isn't too bad and the food was decent. I think this location is owned by Bengladeshis.

The garlic knots could get some more garlic and the people working there need to be wearing gloves or washing their hands when handling food. I felt as of I was eating plain bread and tomato sauce. I had to ask 3 times before someone tell me when my order will be ready. On top of that the guy using the register, just move to the kitchen and start packing orders without washing his hands. They need to be properly trained.

The Cashier that just rang me out was extremely rude. He had a poor attitude for a paying customer. The location did not have napkins or paper plates for the 3 pizza pies that I ordered and picked up! Shocked at the poor customer service

Usually good, but today we waited almost an hour for our pizza (email said 27 mins). When the pizza finally arrived, it was not only overbaked, but it was cold as if it was sitting on the counter for 30 mins. Very disappointed

I must say that the food was amazing but the service was horrible. The cost of my food was 17 dollers on the website but when they came it cost 28 dollers. Somehow the pizza cost 12 dollers on the website but 16 when he came and he messed up my order. The delivery guy was very rude after I confronted him about the mistake and insisted I call the company even after I told him it was fine, he also had an additude and was not making the situation better but if anything worse. I suggest calling Domino's Pizza or if you want make it yourself because you will have 10 times a better experience with both.

Small supreme pizza and buffalo wings were decent however it shouldn't cost a single person $30 for dinner after adding a beverage and a tip. Won't be using them again.

Got home to eat opened the box and try order was wrong, I got the Papa bowl in tomato sauce with Alfredo sauce on the roof of the box, I will attach pics I took. I called them back expressing my displeasure in the inaccurate order. After going back and forth they will make me a new order. I advised for the inconvenience can they bring the food to me, I live 2 miles away. I was put in hold for a couple of minutes and was told no I had to pick it up. I was totally dissatisfied and asked for a refund, I was put on hold again and this time it was for a several minutes, I hung up, horrible customer service. Reaching out to their corporate office about getting a refund.

The worst. If you don’t have two hours to wait for delivery, or deal with the rude people who answer the phones. Stay away.

This was the worst experience with any food ever. I ordered online and walked to their store to pick up as I always do. I get there the guy adds some new policy that he wants ID and the card used. I say I have my ID but the card is home bc u guys never ask for it nor is there any policy that states that. Another customer came in and used her card and even added so u let me use my card without showing ID yet this customer is showing ID and can't get her food. When you order online you have to put in name on card so therefore that's the name you should be looking at the ID for. The ID i had on me. So in a pandemic Papa Johns left me and my kids hungry and lost a sale plus had to refund another customer because of an incorrect transaction. This location has the worst n rudest cashier. If you want to put a policy in place inform consumers n put it in your adds. I used to be a regular customer but either I'll use a different location or Dominos it is!

Customers beware! This store is pulling some shady stuff. I ordered the philly papadia today. It was delivered with no meat. I called the office only to be told that there isn’t any meat available. I complained and asked why customers aren’t notified prior to ordering sandwich. Employee didn’t have an answer. When I asked for a manager, he tells me everyone, including the employees are looking for the manager, and that the manager isn’t available. They’re intentionally charging for items they don’t have. Save your money and go elsewhere. Time to get these shady crooks out of our neighborhood.

Order my pizza through the Papa Johns app, I wasn’t able to track it online so I called the Papa John store. The person that answered the phone was extremely rude. The delivery driver was polite. I will not be ordering again from this Papa Johns. I will continue to stay with Dominos. #LOSTACUSTOMER

This store and its service is awful and slow ontop of that. My boyfriend ordered me a pizza and sent it to my house. The delivery man came and said in a rude manner that he couldnt give me the pizza unless i had the card and left with my pizza. We've called the store and got terrible feedback. Overall experience was horrendous.

Pizza is aleays good fromhere BUT the Delivery driver leaves somethingto be desired. Cannot follow simple directions to get to the property and then (2xs now) does not have everything . If they like their business they need to get ride of the driver in the Honda

The pizza was cold, the driver took forever to get here and the pizza was dry and hardly no sauce. Will not order from them again.

I cancel my order from this location (dominos have better deals ) and the guy on the phone had the nerve to question me over and over again why I was canceling . Then called me back 3 times ! I was ready to make a trip to Springfield

first off the service sucks in here they are rude and i seen one of the employees grab his gentials and then start making food and then a next time the guy dig up his nose and start making food again they are so nasty please dont eat here they are disgusting and not clean at all and plus the food is no good the delevery service sucks i will be writing a letter to papa john offices cause they need to fired the employees that was at the store aug 9,2016 5:00 pm to 8:42pm

Worst place to visit.. these people are ridiculous stupud.. I orders pizza and went 45 minutes later and still was not ready then when I got home with it it was someone else pizza they give me the wrong order.. like seriously do i have to keep my kids hungry for so long... I am so f**king pissed rite now..

I personally witnessed employees touch garbage and other unsanitary surfaces and then go directly back to preparing pizzas without washing their hands or changing gloves. This is a serious food-safety issue and completely unacceptable in any restaurant, especially one serving the public. On top of that, the customer service was awful — staff were dismissive, unprofessional, and clearly not concerned when issues were brought to their attention. Cleanliness and hygiene should be the bare minimum in a food establishment, and unfortunately this location failed badly in that regard. I will be reporting this to the Department of Health and I strongly advise others to be cautious. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

I’m a loyal customer and the manager was belligerent when I asked why was my order taking over two hours to deliver. He treat tend to cancel my order. Which at this point every other delivery place is fine for the night. So basically I’m screwed.

I live 3 blocks from this location, have an account with them and used the app for over 10 years. One day the app notifies me I earned a free cookie (due to me ordering about 4 times from them within the last 2 weeks) without any extra purchase required so I selected it for pickup. Once there I was told that they won't honor my reward without a purchase because according to them I don't have an account and I might be using someone else's points. I responded by showing them the confirmed order on my phone, as well as my order history in the app itself, then the email confirmations from the last year. Their response was to threaten to call the police, which I encouraged them to do so they pretended to but never did so I called. Once I did that the cashier then offered to void everything and allow me to retain my reward so I can use it in a different store but he entered it as a completed order and essentially robbed me of my earned cookie because they are cheap and unprofessional. You always get the feeling this Papa Johns RESENTS THE COMMUNITY it chose to open their business in. Close Up and move then, the community will do it for you sooner than thought with the staff and management there now. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DIRTY PLACE.

I place the order through uber eats app for BBQ Chicken & Bacon Papadia and the app told me your order is ready in 10 minutes the time was 2:02 but when I go to pick up my order my order is not ready yet and I ask the worker over how long it takes and talk with me very disrespectful and rudely and he yelled at me and I said place the order long time why it so long and he told me he has some other things to do and I ask him nicely how long it takes for my order and he didn’t answer and still talk with me rudely and I was upset about this service

These workers are very unprofessional they put you on hold with the phone open speaking their language then hangs up in you and just lies over an hour delivery I had to just order from a different store and the food was for my kids this is unacceptable and very unprofessional from a store I always order from I don’t know if it’s a new staff but they are just terrible with customer service and satisfaction

Tonight makes the 2nd time in a row my pizza not only took over an hour to be delivered but the pizza also needed to be warmed up before eating. My home is a 6 min drive from this location, under a mile away. I understand the drivers have multiple deliveries but this is completely unacceptable. Not to mention my order arrived incomplete. Never ordering from here again.
