Whoever made the order for MEGAN MORGAN made me love subway again! My sandwich was perfect full of the right amount of veggies and stuffed. Honestly the last few times I have been to subway (not in Springtown) it had been a pathetic sandwich, skimpy and not fresh. I felt cheated when I spent my money there but not this time. Thanks Springtown sandwich artists for making me the best sandwich it was amazing like old times and I will be back because of you!
This is a great Subway location, always reliable. The team is very fast and attentive. The store is tucked back a little bit from the highway but definitely worth a diversion.
Every now and then, you just need a delicious sub sandwich. I love how the options are pretty endless at Subway. Great customer service, especially if you take your horse to pick up your sandwich.

So in my opinion this subway has come a long way just since the manager Rena took over. The orders are perfect, always fresh and the customer service has stepped up a notch as well. The store is always clean and very inviting. Rena is the perfect manager, she takes great care of her guests and always has a smile! Will return frequently!
The staff was amazing. They gave us quick and friendly service and all the food was fresh and sandwiches were put together just the way we asked.
I can only say good things about the food. The service was good the people are friendly and very attentive. I had a bowl but I wanted a certain way because I'm difficult like that but they made it exactly how I wanted it and it tasted excellent. I'd highly recommend stopping in and having a great meal!
Had a great experience with the staff at this location today. My kids 8 and 5 are really shy and a female staff member named Tanner was amazing with helping them choose what to eat . She provided choices and made my kiddos feel heard and not rushed like most restaurants. Wonderful experience will definitely be returning.
Note: I am changing my 1 star review to 5. Since this incident, Springtown Subway has vastly improved in their staff and customer service. Not all of my online orders have been correct, however 90% of the time they are. GREAT WORK SPRINGTOWN SUBWAY!! Did an online order to go pick up and bring home. Ordered the Chicken bacon ranch on artisan, jalapeno, extra ranch, salt/pepper, not toasted. Hubby went and picked up. When I open the sandwich, not only was it toasted, but the bread was so over done that it was hard. Brought the sandwich back up......waited in line (4 people in front of me). I let the gentleman behind the counter know what was going on, said that I did not need the meat heated up as I can do that at home like I always do. He insisted the meat had to be heated, put the least amount of chicken on the sandwich possible, put on the jalapenos, ranch, cut up the sandwich, handed it to me and said " sorry about that" and walked off.......I just spent more gas and more time than I should have to get a sandwich made ALMOST, like 8 requested in the first place. No offer of any additional compensation for their mess up in the first place. I would have been happy with a simple darn cookie for having to waste time and gas for their mistake.
the attitude of tana, tara or im not sure what her name is but to be honest it’s a real disgusting attitude. i didn’t ask for anything more on my food because i didn’t want to be a bother to her. everyone else was amazing! food could’ve been better :/ there was also a hair on the mozzarella. (bottom left piece)
I love Subway and they make decent sandwiches but this place is mediocre. The service is super slow and the employees just stand there staring at the oven or register while you wait to be helped for five minutes with a line practically out the door. They also don't seem very happy, but I won't judge them for that since you get the service you pay for.
Eat here often. Usually pretty good. Don't think I'll be dining in anytime. They have puppies on the table. Gross.
I found white hair on my sandwich last time ,whenwe went back to return it we realized no one wears a hair net . Went back to give it another chance and their lemonade was watered down 🤢 there was to many people behind the counter and still no straws in the front 😂
Got foot long chicken, got home first bite had black rubber like chunks cudnt chew, not identifiable. Took chunks back to subway girl said thot it was over cooked chicken even to it was in the lettuce. Never seen rubber chicken but ahudve ben noticed when put on bread, yuck. Offered apologies and couple cookies, dippers, or 6" sub.
They didnt even attempt to close my sandwich, and when they "cut" it. It just cut the vegetables that had fallen out. When I opened the paper it was just empty bread with vegetables everywhere. The contents of the sandwich, where not in the sandwich. I told the manager and she said they couldn't use a knife because of cross contamination, which makes no sense because they already used the knifes to cut through sandwiches? My sandwich was impossible to eat. Thanks subway.
Here's the TL:DR: Eat here if you want but keep in mind if a mistake is made or heaven forbid your food is tampered with like mine. This location will do absolutely nothing to make it right. On November 3rd this location participated in a National Sandwich Day promotion. Me and my wife ordered a Buy One Get One for $1 deal. So as you can imagine the location was relatively busy for Springtown. I walk in and unbeknownst to me my order I placed online was being completed right then but instead of being placed in the To-Go rack to the side I guess the employees were annoyed by the amount of customers and wanted to take it out on us so they set it along with all the other prepaid mobile orders aside behind the cashier register with no clear instructions about it. So I decided to sit down and wait for my food to be placed into the food rack which to be clear it never was. A gentleman who had waited in line for his sandwich was handed my sandwich in the confusion of the mountain of sandwiches by the register and leaves. He comes in a moment later holding the sandwich thumb deep like a fresh caught bass's mouth, hands dirty from a days work. "I didn't order mayonnaise." I thought to myself "Man I hope that wasn't my sandwich because I did." After sitting there for 20 minutes I overheard another customer basically demand their pick up order from the register so I decided to wait in the line nearly out the door at this point. After waiting another 10 minutes I finally get up to the front and ask for my food. The lady who hands it to me, her face is cherry red, "I'm so sorry" she says. My toasted sandwich was ice cold and clearly ripped down the side along with a big thumb hole right in between my bread. I decided I didn't want to wait any longer so I elected to leave and call them back when I got home, I wasn't going to eat the sandwich. I called and was profusely apologized to and promised a refund in 7-10 days. I waited 10 days like an idiot in retrospect and saw the $11.90 I spent (which to me I can't afford to waste) was not refunded. So I called back and was now promised it would take 1 business day. It was Friday so I waited til Tuesday again like an idiot. Still no fix so I called yet again and was told it had been so long the district manager had to issue the refund and it would take 1-3 business days. So now it's been about a week since then and no change so I disputed the charge with my bank but I have a feeling this greedy franchise out here is gonna claim its a valid charge, so in the end the only thing I can do to swallow it is chalk it up as an $11.90 lesson that this location will never make a wrong right.
I wish I could rate this location and its employees 0 stars. Absolutely awful service and sandwiches so we ended up trashing them, called to get refund same night and they said they would. 2 weeks go by and nothing. Called again, said they would refund it. 5 days go by and nothing. Called a 3rd time and said they would refund it and still NOTHING. Do better. Don't go to this location if you have other options!
I ordered a steak sandwich and whoever cooked it dumped salt so much it tasted like the top come of the shaker , 1 bite , and i like salt but this was unable to eat , i returned , manager or owner was out , the hostess took all my information , i have given plenty of time for the restaraunt to refund my money . So this rating is just . I will be eating there again unless someone else is buying , staff was pleasant and did thier job .
