Christmas Eve in Springville NY. Snowing like mad. Was traveling through town and at 6pm they were still open. Coffee was great not burnt or old tasting. Thanks Folks you helped make a Christmas journey possible by keeping me alert and not in a ditch on Rt 219.

Walked in right at 4:44 a.m. this morning for some Mother's Day Donuts and a drink. Wish I could remember the sweet girl's name that was working. She was super patient with me picking the donuts and even recommended a drink that was delicious! Absolutely amazing service for it being extremely early in the morning.

I've actually have only ever ordered the same drink from here, which is a caramel machiatto both hot and cold and it's on point and made the same everytime! Not yet disappointed! Not really into donuts or "fast food" but I know people who love their food and baked goods compared to Tim hortons options and prices so I'll take their word for it! The staff there are always nice as well! Keep up the food work!!

Drive thru was sort of long( it's expected on a Saturday morning). So I went inside, poor employees were being attacked by wasp. They were doing a great job. Just was sorta saddened by the wasp issue the employees have to deal with. My son had counted 11 wasp ( 6 of which were just at the flavor shots spot) you could tell it was difficult to get the orders done with wasp all around. Service was great and the staff was pleasent and our order was as always correct!

First time there even though I passed by a hundred times. Husband & I went in for a quick breakfast ( ate in). Very clean. We had the spiced bacon sandwich on croissant, a coffeecake muffin & coffee. The Manager waited on us & he was very pleasant. The food & coffee were great. I prefer Dunkin to Tim Hortons.

I think, based on my experience with the Dunkin Donuts across the street from where I live, this coffee place gas come alive again in the midst of Tim Horton's looking tired in so many locations.

My husband and I recently switched to Dunkin' after having repeatedly bad experiences at Tim's in Springville. We had absolutely no problems at all... Until this morning. We ordered our coffee as usual, and when they handed it to me, my coffee was ice cold. :'( I think I'll just switch to making my own coffee, at home. Edit: Coffee at home just isn't the same. I'll be continuing going to Dunkin lol they also have amazing breakfast sandwiches.

I go here often, the foods good, the service is friendly. Loss of a star because even when they aren't busy, they get some orders wrong

Odd location with a wayyyyyyyy to small parking lot. It’s so difficult to maneuver around. Then only limited products…. Coffee we got was mislabeled. Ya’ll need to up your training and get the operation of this location back up to Freds standards!

Stopped in for a "breakfast" sandwich for lunch. I like that the croissant sandwiches haven't shrunk like some other chains' products. Shop was clean and well maintained, staff was friendly while working hard to keep up with the drive-through window.

I am a little bit unfamiliar with their items as this is about as close to my home one of them is (43 miles). I like them fine, and bathrooms and dining area both clean and maintained. Service quite good and we both got drinks we went happy with for under 5 dollars.

I believe there may have been a a recent management change at this location and it hasn't been then same. Running out of items all the time and the crew seems to be on edge all the time.

I understand speed of service is important on drive thru. But when you have someone stop making a drink for front counter so drive thru can get theirs, after they waited 5 minutes for someone to even take their order, is a bit rediculous don't you think.

Got a bagel with egg cheese and bacon 🥓 one small piece of bacon broke in half and my bagel was burnt ugh 😑 At work with no breakfast thank you ☺️

Just watched the (what I’m assuming) manager yank the head set and my bag of food out of the poor girl at the windows hands. Humiliating her. There was no reason for it. I won’t go back until she’s gone.

Sign on window states special promotion $4 for medium coffee & bagel. I ordered a medium coffee with bagel and it came up $5.40. When asked about the promotion, NO employee was aware of how to ring up the promo code. After 10 minutes of the supervisior trying, she finally came up with $5.40 is the total including tax. When I asked her about the $1.40 tax on $4 don't make sense, she had such a nasty attitute and was loud. saying that is the amount and walked away. RUDE supervisor. SAD

OK Boston cream doughnut was really good service was fast for 4 people the only thing was the salted Carmel iced coffee was bitter and had 0 Carmel in it??? So only 2 stars☹️

Worst customer service.i ordered the cookie butter latte ICED and she came out with a hot one not a big deal but i repeated what i ordered it was not the cookie butter latte. And she got all mad that she had to remake it but i was very kind and polite. It was a dark haired girl then I sat there and waited for my donuts for probably 5 minutes until someone came to the window. Dunkin’ is so expensive and they suck at customer service.

Everything was wrong or forgotten. Ordered sausage, got bacon. Ordered plain bagels, got everything. And they forgot my drink. This was a mobile order, I placed it how I wanted it. The line was long in drive thru so I went in to have it corrected. The brown haired worker- who I wasn’t talking to- was rude chiming in trying to insult me?? I will be filing a complaint because there clearly needs to be some retraining and discipline. Just checked the bagels I got and one is severely overcooked. I’ll be contacting my bank for a refund as well.

Not sure when the Springville Dunkin started sucking so badly but they can't seem to ever get a coffee order right anymore. Pretty sick of paying for a coffee that sucks Everytime cause the employees just don't seem to care to make it right. There is only 2 employees I see that can make a coffee order correct and if you ask for extra flavor forget it, you pay for it and they don't even add it in. I am fed up with this Dunkin' Donuts anymore. Dunkin in Allegany NY though has great competent employees who never mess up a coffee order

I had ordered two beverages which came to 11 something and i had given 15$, i did not receive all my change back and when i had asked about it i was then gaslighted by the girl at the window and her co worker about it. I want to note i come to this dunkin very regularly as well, however this is enough to make me stop. If i wanted to get my money scammed i wouldve gone to a casino.

If I could leave 0, I would. They have messed up my order and never offered to fix it, do not care about their jobs (very clearly) when you can’t even say hello how can I help you through a microphone? It is sad that people work like this and expect to get good reviews. I also tried called and they do not answer their phone. Absolutely horrible service.

Just tried to get a breakfast sandwich, I asked for a sausage and egg with no cheese on a croissant. Thankfully I checked my sandwich before I left to see that it had cheese on it, so after waiting 3-4 minutes they finally noticed I was still there. I told them it had cheese and I asked for it without cheese, they responded with "Oh well we didn't hear the no cheese part, and you don't have to be rude about it". Then after waiting another 5 minutes they gave me a bacon and egg on a dry crunchy croissant, I figured I wouldn't correct them again on it and left....so from now on I'll leave reviews here about bad experiences at this dunkin in hopes that maybe someone that works there sees it and understands why I might come off as rude the next time
