Stopped in for a "breakfast" sandwich for lunch. I like that the croissant sandwiches haven't shrunk like some other chains' products. Shop was clean and well maintained, staff was friendly while working hard to keep up with the drive-through window.

I am a little bit unfamiliar with their items as this is about as close to my home one of them is (43 miles). I like them fine, and bathrooms and dining area both clean and maintained. Service quite good and we both got drinks we went happy with for under 5 dollars.

Only concern was they didn’t honor the price of the brown sugar cold brew as advertised. The avocado toast was very tasty as well

I understand speed of service is important on drive thru. But when you have someone stop making a drink for front counter so drive thru can get theirs, after they waited 5 minutes for someone to even take their order, is a bit rediculous don't you think.

Stop burning your bagels and giving them to customers. Super rude young girl working the window on a Sunday afternoon, didn't say hi or exchange one word...and slow service. And didnt even give me the right coffee. I orded 1 thing. Still can't upgrade to another star.

Worst customer service.i ordered the cookie butter latte ICED and she came out with a hot one not a big deal but i repeated what i ordered it was not the cookie butter latte. And she got all mad that she had to remake it but i was very kind and polite. It was a dark haired girl then I sat there and waited for my donuts for probably 5 minutes until someone came to the window. Dunkin’ is so expensive and they suck at customer service.

Everything was wrong or forgotten. Ordered sausage, got bacon. Ordered plain bagels, got everything. And they forgot my drink. This was a mobile order, I placed it how I wanted it. The line was long in drive thru so I went in to have it corrected. The brown haired worker- who I wasn’t talking to- was rude chiming in trying to insult me?? I will be filing a complaint because there clearly needs to be some retraining and discipline. Just checked the bagels I got and one is severely overcooked. I’ll be contacting my bank for a refund as well.

Not sure when the Springville Dunkin started sucking so badly but they can't seem to ever get a coffee order right anymore. Pretty sick of paying for a coffee that sucks Everytime cause the employees just don't seem to care to make it right. There is only 2 employees I see that can make a coffee order correct and if you ask for extra flavor forget it, you pay for it and they don't even add it in. I am fed up with this Dunkin' Donuts anymore. Dunkin in Allegany NY though has great competent employees who never mess up a coffee order

I had ordered two beverages which came to 11 something and i had given 15$, i did not receive all my change back and when i had asked about it i was then gaslighted by the girl at the window and her co worker about it. I want to note i come to this dunkin very regularly as well, however this is enough to make me stop. If i wanted to get my money scammed i wouldve gone to a casino.

If I could leave 0, I would. They have messed up my order and never offered to fix it, do not care about their jobs (very clearly) when you can’t even say hello how can I help you through a microphone? It is sad that people work like this and expect to get good reviews. I also tried called and they do not answer their phone. Absolutely horrible service.

Just tried to get a breakfast sandwich, I asked for a sausage and egg with no cheese on a croissant. Thankfully I checked my sandwich before I left to see that it had cheese on it, so after waiting 3-4 minutes they finally noticed I was still there. I told them it had cheese and I asked for it without cheese, they responded with "Oh well we didn't hear the no cheese part, and you don't have to be rude about it". Then after waiting another 5 minutes they gave me a bacon and egg on a dry crunchy croissant, I figured I wouldn't correct them again on it and left....so from now on I'll leave reviews here about bad experiences at this dunkin in hopes that maybe someone that works there sees it and understands why I might come off as rude the next time
