Went for lunch this time and some of the options had changed, but it was still really good! The variety is amazing! . I went here around 7pm and stayed until about 9pm. Food is good! Decent sized variety, sushi, shrimp, fish, chicken, sea food, dessert, ect. The service was good! The atmosphere was good. I will definitely be coming back! 🙂

The beef was so awesome, the people at the front desk and the people serving and cooking were so friendly, and the place was fairly clean. The tables were trippy but cool.\n\n\n\nBEEF

Not been as happy with the food here lately. We use to come here often and not quite as often anymore. The days are hit and miss in regard to quality of the food; however, if the young man in charge is there, he will make sure you get fresh food. Always friendly staff and environment.😁

At Fine Chinese Buffet. My wife and I had driven upstate for a trip to Letchworth State Park. On the one evening we stayed over we went to King Buffet for dinner. It was one of the few places open late and ended up being very good. Even though we arrived an hour before closing there were adequate choices and the staff even made some additional noodles and a plate of green beans as those items were out. The food was good and the staff was very helpful and nice. We would definitely return when in the area again.

It was great Chinese buffet food. Is there better Chinese food out there? Yes, but it also isn't going to be on a buffet. The food was good, prices were fair, and service decent. Also, they were actually keeping the buffet stocked, even in the middle of the day on a Tuesday.

Very attentive staff, food was good and everything was clean. Our first time coming here and it was good. Only small criticisms are that pineapple was canned and dumpling were a bit doughy (everything else we tried was great).

My son's favorite place to go -So he chose it for his birthday! He was very surprised by the cake and birthday song by the staff! They were very nice. The Mongolian grill is always my favorite. They have a nice selection of various foods throughout.

I’ve been going to this place since it opened. I love it. I mean you get what you need out of it. It’s a buffet and fairly cheap. I go here for some of their foods. I like salmon and eel sushi that they serve here. recently they switched that the eel is only dinner. Kinda a bummer. I like the soups they have here. I think they are tasty. Their Mongolian grill is alright. I used to get it every time now I don’t. I also enjoy the fruits they have. Always fresh it seems. So I give it a 4 star just because there’s certain things I don’t think they to the best. Service is usually mediocre but they just refill drinks and I usually don’t get any! Try it and see for yourself.

All shell fish were Way over cooked! Also items were cold. Won't be going again. Went there 4 years ago and had an awesome meal. Not this time.

Would be a 3.5 star but not bad and nothing special. Your average Chinese buffet type place. Very nice workers and they do a good job of keeping things stocked on the buffet. Fairly priced.

Very mixed bag. Some of the food was really good, but some was really mediocre. The staff was helpful, but they tried to cheat us on the check. We had waters but were charged for drinks, and they increased the prices of the adult meals by $1 each over their stated price.

I know its difficult when business so slow to keep dishes all full. Dont have answer but... food dryed out, barely warm. Cakes also dry and ALL ice cream flavors very low, dry, and OLD with ice crystals through out. Sorry, staff pleasant. Will try again when covid gone.

Live locally and eat here a few times a month. It is your typical Chinese buffet. Food is ok never had any major issues. BUT YOU MUST CHECK YOUR BILL. They overcharge on every bill. More people the higher you are over charged. After speaking with owners at least 10 times I now think it is intentional.

The food seemed to be old, like it's been sitting around under a heat lamp for five hours, the spare ribs were the nastiest I've ever had, the people are nice, you'd think they want to leave early, but no! The sushi was extremely salty, it's just not a place I'm going to come back too until the food is prepared a little fresher is all.

Being Asian and having lived in Asia there was no real high expectations on the quality of the food. When you walk in and then the corner you will immediately see the sushi chefs preparing food and a Mongolian grill with various of food everywhere. This is definitely been Americanize to the point that everything seems to blend into a few different things. 1. Greasy 2. Fatty 3. Oily 4. Quantity not quality. For example, there sushi is aweful and everything seems to be over cooked or dry. The only good thing about this place is it’s prob the best buffet in Utah County. If you want a cheap meal for $13.97 (includes tax for one person) then this is the place. If your looking for trying certain Asian foods for the first time then come here because it’s cheap. It’s pretty much panda, and other Asian food all in one. If you’re in the area come try it. Food isn’t super bad, but I wouldn’t come here again unless I was really hungry or on a budget.

Food here was good at one time but sad to day not anymore. It was cold and at 630pm there was not much of a selection left. Also the manager ( I assume)was yelling at the staff in front of everyone. EXTREMELY INAPPROPRIATE! Won't be going back.

The food is below average The fried rice is absolutely horrible. The soups look like they were several days old, just reheated over and over again. The meat and the vegetables in the mongolian area looks nasty, i refuse to eat it.

Food was way over cooked, tough. Seafood should not be cooked till it’s chewy. And it was all chewy. The lettuce was wiltted. The chicken wings and other chicken I tried was cooked till it was hard. Even the potsticker things were hard hard on the outside. Just nothing like I ate when I ate at another Chinese restaurant down the road. My mom said her hibachi food was okay though but they didn’t have the noodles she liked. But she said it was okay. No refills or was never asked how it was but did come clean some plates off our table. And one more thing they should clean their toys off daily they were sticky sticky and very dirty. Very heavy on the sea food options. Those were fine. The other things were not that good. The chicken was soggy. The bananas in the banana pudding were brown. Cream puffs tasted like freezer. The ice cream is watered down. Overall just not worth the money.

I really wish I could give this place more than two stars. My roommate said this place was great but I believe that was years ago. Most of the food there today was very sub-par. Tons of different options and yet most of it is garbage, kind of like life though honestly... Sushi was okay and as the pictures show, the Mongolian is the stand-out here. Basically everything else is just half-baked, cold, lukewarm, or gross. Don't even ask me about the fried bananas. Went with a friend and it fell below expectations for sure. I enjoyed talking with my friend though. Went at lunch time so it was relatively quiet. That was surely a plus. The server was great and I felt bad for him. Everything besides the people seems to be tainted in some way. Even the ice water tasted a bit funny. This place does make you think about what you are doing with your life, which I appreciate. I read a lot of reviews before and after my visit. My suspicions that this place is going downhill seems to be the collective sentiment. $28 (and that's with the tip) for two people for this quality is ridiculous, but I learned my lesson - most things just aren't worth your precious time or money. Selectiveness is good. It's a shame though because this place really does have so much potential, and I believe it was living up to it better in its earlier days. I'd take someone here again to share that life lesson with them and the Mongolian and that's about it. I really think that lesson is worth sharing - I know my friend and I will never forget it. We'll just have to see if this place is able to rise up to its former glory someday. I've been to way better Chinese buffets and believe this place could still improve. I keep a place in my heart for hope. This place surely has potential to rise to its former glory, and I hope someday it will.

Usually I really like the place but tonight they served bad shrimp and did not care when we told them. Me and my mom both got sick from them. We will probably never go there again. Often times we find that they overcharge us on are bill.

Went here at 7pm after not eating the entire day, i was hungry. Literally everything was old. Advised the staff who said it was not old. Ive worked in the restaurant buziness as a manager for years. It waz OLD. asked to only be charged partial price since all i ate was 6 crab rangoons. Couldnt do that. I do NOT recommend this nasty place to anyone. --- update. I ended up calling the cops after showing the food to the female owner / manager and nothing being done, to let them know i wasnt paying for it. Again advised the manager i would pay for the kids meal the drink and $5 for my fiance and i since we only each ate 5 bites of food. Escalated to the point they refused to let me leave and wouldnt let me out. Cops came. I ended up paying $20 instead of $39. Will NEVER come back.

Went there at 7pm. Food was so bad my fiance and I each ate 6 bites. Asked for a discount we were refused. Ended up telling them we would pay part. Still refused. We called the cops and advised them that we were leaving. I took my daughter outside. They baracaded the door with their bodies in front of my fiance so she couldn't get out. She had to threaten violence and I had to push my way in to get her out. Worst restaurant experience ever. Please leave 1 star reviews!!! Do not eat here!!!

I found hair in my food. I told them and they did nothing. I don’t complain much but I can never go back….. (response to king buffets reply to my comment-since I don’t see a option to respond to thier reply)- I am open to giving you a chance because I was excited to go to king buffet. But it seems like your response is not genuine because you give no option of how to give you the option to show that you’ve made improvements. Which to me just confirms what I saw at your restaurant. I said something your people said they would do something about it and nothing was done. Your response right here shows the same action you’re just saying something and not doing anything about it. Your response shows no intent to change and so I’ll keep my review as negative. I’m tired of symbolic responses that does nothing to change the situation. However, if there is options and I see that you make an effort to make a change, I will gladly change my review if and when I see improvement, thank you

You have a claw machine at the entrance for children to win toys, but the machine is not functioning properly. It does not work as it should. Every time I played, I managed to grab a toy for my children, but the machine would release it on purpose. This is misleading to customers. We spent $10 on this, and my children were very upset because every time the claw dropped the toy, their hopes were crushed. This feels like a scam. If the machine is not working, why is it there? To deceive people? This is unfair and unacceptable.

the food was so bad at lunch today. most of the serving dishes were almost empty with dried out food in the bottom. the sushi selection was really poor and nothing tasted fresh. my wife and I have been sick to our stomachs all afternoon after dining there. We definitely won't be going back!! I guess you get what you pay for
