Great lunch option
Awesome from beginning to end!!!
Amazing!!!! Great customer service and the food is superb!!!! Efficiency indeed!
Great place to eat breakfast all day.
Really great food, lots of vegetarian options, and very good service.
Visited for New Years eve with my wife and some friends, the food was very good and we enjoyed the ambiance. Seemed like it had a nice bar, but I didn't have anything since I would be driving back to Columbia later that evening.
Very good fresh food! The staff are excellent and really friendly. Whether you are looking for a quick stop or a new hangout, this place is the ticket!
Great food and atmosphere, but too expensive for the portion sizes
Food is delicious, but pricey for the portions.
Chic and trendy, great lunch options. Eat in or grab something to go.
Good food noce pepole
Food was delicious but not as filling as I'd hoped. Beautiful seating area
Nice people, relaxing atmosphere. Great place to wait on patients using Barnes.
Food portions small for the price but you are paying for the beautiful atmosphere. Menu items are cool and unique and full of flavor. I would have liked more green healthy options
Have eaten twice at Central Table after doctor appointments at BJC across Forest Park Blvd. Both times I enjoyed the food. There are numerous possibilities from the different stations and the Morning muffins are fantastic!
I have only had the salads here but my friends all enjoy their meals. Good food and courteous staff. There is also a discount for BJC employees
Bone marrow heaven! The vibe, atmosphere, layout, concept are all brilliant. I was there with a rather large crowd of foodies and we tasted nearly everything on the menu. A few of my faves were the bone marrow, octopus, and coddlefish small plates. My entree was the scallop dish and it was such a small looking portion, but left me completely full and satisfied. The pizzas were great - thin, great texture, fresh ingredients. For a Chicagoan, I must say this isn't the type of pizza I am used to but I could definitely get used to it. I didn't have a chance to check out the large wine list, but everyone else seemed to be really enjoying the selections and expertise of our server. The open kitchen creates a really unique dining experience and the gourmet shop/deli are a fabulous touch.
Something for everyone!! You can easily pop in here and enjoy sushi, sandwiches, or small plates. A little offering for everyone. Brunch is good and we have always enjoyed this spot for lunch and occasionally drinks before dinner elsewhere. Valet parking is typically the best bet!
The food is fine, but it is far too expensive for what you get.
Food was good. Service was shoddy.
Ok place. I wouldn't crave to come here. However, it does have a convenient location, it has ok lunch food. Nothing fantastic, but nothing absolutely terrible. Luke warm review. I only go here when its convenient for me.
It has gone down hill in the last year. The staff has been leaving...in particular, the sushi chef that brought about the title of "best sushi in STL" has left--along with some of the best rolls they had. We had a decent enough experience but it's not what it was when it opened.
Meh! I had the chicken Caesar salad and it was edible, but nothing fantastic. Went for a business lunch, would not go if I was choosing restaurant. It is a nice location and clean/well organized restaurant.
Made reservations to eat here on a Friday night on Open Table-which the restaurant didn't have. That was fine because it was not that busy so we were able to be seated quickly. Overall I found this restaurant extremely mediocre. Like I said the restaurant wasn't very busy, but our service was still very slow. The waiter took a long time to get our drinks, then when he took our food order we ordered an appetizer and two entrees (each suggested by the server). We waited for approximately 35 minutes in a non-crowded restaurant to have our appetizer and entrees served at the same time. I had the scallops and my fiance had the braised beef. Both entrees were good but extremely small portions and not worth the price. Like I said-overall I found this restaurant overpriced and very average.
I ordered a chicken philly and it was fantastic. Unfortunately the garlic chicken pizza my wife ordered was terrible. No garlic taste at all and the chucken was dry and chewy. Good reasonably priced local beers was a welcome treat though
Huge space, good location, mediocre food.
Overprices, complicated and a food failure! I felt like I was eating inside a mall's foodcourt. Sadly, I have had better meals at the foodcourt than here. The prices are high for what you get.
I had the chicken Philly, & it was pretty good. The prices are a bit high, but what makes it bad is the service. There were about four tables seated & we still waited on our server far too long. The other downside is that if you want anything from the breakfast menu, you have to go to the other side of the restaurant. The menus are limited, but the one upside is the establishment looks nice to the eyes.
The first time I went the food was pretty good. Recently went back after about a year. Horrible..the tacos were dry, had no flavor AT ALL. Even the rice that come with them, bland an boring..and it took 25 minutes to get chips and salsa. This place is so cool, and the concept is Great! Time to get some new chefs /cooks in the kitchen.
Unbelievably bad service. Almost impossible to describe how poorly organized, unprofessional, rude, and generally unpleasant this place is. Been three times. Each time has been a distinct and horrible experience.
I did not get to taste the awesome food or the fabulous waitstaff. I was given a $50 gift card for the restaurant with no expiration. When I went to the restaurant to use it Monday they would no except it. They say the changed their computer/cash register system. So basically I was SOL with some worthless plastic that did not suppose to expire. That was my third attempt to use this card. Once on a Saturday. They were not open. Second time. Closed early. Each time I had parked in the garage. NOT COOL!!!! Would never go back again.
Probably one of the worst service restaurants I've ever been to. First off, we got there at 8:55 and the outside sign stated that happy hour was from 9-11 and they had half off certain appetizers. So we thought let's wait 5 minutes and get something off that menu. The waiter says that they can't do anything from the happy hour menu because it's not in effect yet. And they said that their kitchen closes at 9. He said we could order of the dinner menu so we did. I ordered something and asked if there was beef in it after I got it. The manager said there was none and that it was made from pork. I had a bite of it and my suspicion was true, it was beef (which the chef confirmed). The most disappointing thing of this was the fact that the manager did not come out to apologize or say anything for his mistake. Overall it was a very poor experience and I would not recommend for anyone to go here.
We made a reservation for 730pm on a Saturday night for 14 ppl. We were the only ppl eating there were 4 or 5 ppl at the bar. It literally took forever to get our food. When it did come out it was either cold, forgotten, or very small portions. We had to pay at bar because everyone was ready to leave. Didn't get everyone out until 10pm. Worst service I've ever had anywhere. One person even commented that he could of gotten better service from high school kids at McDonalds. And that his food was colder than his beer. I nor none of our party, I'm sure, will ever be returning to this restaurant.
