Haven’t had the chance to visit a Sonic in a while but was looking forward for a bacon double cheeseburger and fries - they made it to order and it was delicious. They can accommodate gluten free diets and have a dedicated frier and will go sans the bread on request. Decent price for good quality food. Ample parking spaces for drive up, walk up and dine in. Handicap accessible lot and building. While I can’t eat fast food that often this is a nice early week treat. Will visit again

It was hot even at night and I was craving a oreo shake so I was so happy that this location had an indoor lobby. It was very well a conditioned and all right clean. Could use some sprucing up a bit but ok and that wasn't even a bother for us. The service was good. Quick and easy. Food was good.

Ridiculous BAD service.. screwed up the order more than once and basically said screw off ... HORRIBLE !!!! Stupid me tried again 5/6/22 still one of the worst sonics ever. I didn't just pay to mix my own drinks and for them to get them wrong as well!!! Owner needs to be notified... 8/2/24 order was done right . I think they changed everyone at this location order was perfect and prompt today !

I was on an important phone call so my daughter had to get out to place the order. She was waiting for at least 5 minutes which I thought was to long with the heat index over 100°. So she got back in and waiting for them to answer and got back out to place the order. It didn't take long for our carhop Darcy to come out. This was the very first time the location got my order right and the first time any carhop has asked me if they could get me anything else. I'm satisfied with the service I received. Thanks.

Good food and shakes for low prices. Sometimes the communication from the stall speakers/mic is not clear . So have to call the employees again to confirm if they heard me because I'll order or say I'm picking up and they don't answer back. Not sure if it's the employees not being clear or it's the mic/speakers having issues. Overall, the employees seem to genuinely care once they bring you your food in- person to the stall.

I go to this Sonic mostly for ice. I know it is fresh and clean. I enjoy service from Mrs. Ada and Mr. Melvin. They are wonderful and for some reason my ice is better when they are there. I appreciate their service.

Busy--post Hurricane Harvey visit and drive thru service only. Mixed up or gave me wrong order, but caught it before leaving. They apologized. Understood as lots of patrons in line and most of their employees were just returning after recent storm/flood(Hurricane Harvey).

Half of the machines were broken. Service was terribly slow. I ended up going to the drive through because the stall service was so slow and backed up (with only 4 people there). Drive through took 5 minutes to get 4 sodas and no food with no one in front of me on line. Nothing like the rollerblading commercials.

Usually great service but today I ordered two slushees and asked them to water them down because they were for my toddlers. When I received my order, Erica walked away without giving me straws. Once I called her back to ask for straws, she told me they were out. When I told her I would not have ordered anything if I had known that, she told me very rudely that she wasn't the one that took my order. She then told me that I should just go buy some straws at the store.

The service was quick. The only issue I had was that they weren't serving milkshakes when I visited, even though they would still be open for 2 more hours. And when I visited, they were giving milkshakes for 50% off. Why have it advertised when you're not even serving milkshakes at that time? I was just frustrated, especially when I had came from a Burger King that was near the location and they weren't serving milkshakes either.

I pulled up to the speaker and said hello several times. After a while I drove up to the window since there was no response. I told them no one answered and the cashier told me I had to go back around to order. After I told them I said hello several times and no one answered they took my order at the window. They were not rude or anything but I do think they should work on their customer service.

I pulled up at 9:39 pm into stall number 7. No answer. But cars will pull into the drive thru and get answered immediately. I pulled out of the stall into the drive thru they answered immediately. I asked what time did the stalls close. The lady said 10 pm. It was only 9:43 by that time. If they're going to close the stalls early ..at least answer and tell us. Don't let us just sit there. Rude!!!!

The lady who brought me my food was very nice and courteous. The food came out super quick. I got grilled cheese and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks breading was not cooked all the way and was like mushy / doughy on the inside the cheese wasn't even fully melted and the oil had a distinct old taste. The grilled cheese was barely cooked as well just enough to mostly melt the cheese was barely warm and tasted bad. I will be going to a different location from now on.

Every time I pull into a Sonic Drive In, I wish and wish that my experience will be as incredible as the good ole' days. Here at the 59 + Airport location, that wish is still a far off star in the sky. Unfortunately for you, this is the best fast food place in the area (unless you're okay with Chicken or Taco Smell). Fortunately for you, this location is getting better... just don't dine-in (it's called a DRIVE In for a reason). The BEST thing about Sonic is their Happy Hour from 2-4 pm daily. It includes 1/2 drinks (all 59 bazillion combinations). The WORST thing about THIS Sonic is their unreliable employees. Sometimes it's a great interaction while ordering, other times it's like drilling straws into my eyes (a mixture of faulty mic and speaker with bad attitudes). The recent hires are an improvement. The inconsistency is what makes my trips here inconsistent. I only ever want to stop here when I know I only have to pay 50% for my drink. If I was a Sonic manager, that statement should concern me. The last thing that bothers me greatly about this Sonic is the lack of quality assurance the employees seem to have. Bad consistency is the theme of this place, and their food + drink is not spared from this theme. When they fix their employees, broken equipment and quality assurance, I'll fix my review. But for now, I'll see you once or twice a month, between 2-4.

The staff is nice it just upsets me that I can't use my sonic app to pay in the drive through! I am trying to make it easy on staff to not have to come out in heat to my car but stalls are only way to use your app at this location.

My fiancé and I just dropped by here to get some slushes. I got the sour patch kids watermelon and lemonade, my fiancé got the peach & raspberry. Unfortunately they were both watered down. On top of that my tator tots were cold! I mean no heat whatsoever, I was extremely disappointed. I did however, appreciate the accommodation of the manager with my flavor choices as at first they were saying they couldn’t separate the sour patch watermelon flavor from the float - the girl at the window was also patient & accommodating. I just wish our slushes were slushes and my tots were hot, we typically love sonic.

Very creepy drive thru person. 1st off, only drive thru open. Ok. Kept us waiting, so we were there about 20 minutes, no other customers. Then he just opens the window and hands the food at me, not speaking. Didn't give a receipt. Over charged. Forgot my drink, didn't fix my daughter's drink right. Food was decent. But horrible customer service. Don't want to go back to this place.

Don't use the drive thru if you want your order to be correct. Their speaker is messed up and you have to yell to order. They still messed my order up giving a medium instead of large and fries instead of tots and I found out 2 lights down the road, went back and they refused to fix the drink. The manager even said they repeated the order but they didn't, they just tell you the total and send you to the window, take the payment and hand you the food

Parked at the speaker and no one answered, drove to the drive thru was told to just go to the window instead. Finally got someone to take the order and got the food and drinks but the drinks were seriously over ice. Hardly aby liquid just cups of ice. Not to the quality of other locations.

Payed 4+ dollars for a tiny box of popcorn chicken that’s insane not even mcds charges that for 4 nuggets and not to mention the service they provided took them like 5minutes to take my order on drive thru.. cashier on the paying window was polite tho.

This is the worst Sonic I've ever went to. On two different occasions it was slow (over 25 min wait) and rude. I thought maybe due to the time of day but the middle of the day was as bad as the night. I got there an hour before they closed and they had to see if they wanted to serve me chili cheese tots and a New York hot dog🤔...seriously. The line was wrapped around the building and we all waited over 25 minutes and even more for the people that was behind me. If I could give this location no stars I would but since I didn't have a choice they get 1 star for nothing!!

Today 10/8 @ 655. Tried ordering food then nobody is inside the store, the guy receiving orders seeing me pull up on the drive thru but decided to keep smoking along with another smworker. The he wants to ask me what I want and hides behind the ordering area and just keep smoking. Very bad customer service. Never coming back this is not the first time I have an issue w this location

Horrible experience, I waited for 25 minutes and they never answered my order request button. I asked one of the employees who was delivering food to other cars, and she rudely answered, you have to wait, we only serve one car at a time, if you don't like the wait, order and pay On Line, it will be a shorter wait. She spoke to me with a very sarcastic attitude. Needless to say, I left their establishment, and will never return. I guarantee it. 😤🤬

Worst experience ever. Sat in drive-thru for 45 minutes waiting on the night crew to get their act together and start getting people their orders. Never happened. Left the line and hope they have to eat the cost of my unclaimed meal. Let's not even talk about how ghetto the employees are here. I will NOT be giving this location another opportunity.

I pulled up to the drive thru intercom and no one takes my order for 5 minutes. After waiting for so long, I'm starting to think the intercom is broken, so I say "hello?" And finally an employee responds "yeah I'll be right there with you" with an attitude. Oh, so he or she knew I was here but didn't say anything? Why didn't they say anything during those 5 minutes? How hard was it for that person to say "I'll be right there with you" the second I pulled up. I know Sonic isn't a 5 star restaurant but how brainless can you be? 2 years later 4/30/23- only took 30 mins to get a small oreo blast and a medium slush. Nothing has changed. Never again.

Just drove up to the Drive Thru and after being at the speaker order box for about 3 minutes and NO ONE ANSWERING I drove off. 3 minutes with no greeting at a fast food restaurant is unacceptable. Won't ever be spending our money here!

The worst Sonic in the world. Drive over to the one on Eldridge or Dulles. It will be faster than waiting for this one. I waited 35 minutes tonight (for one drink and one shake) and another lady was waiting near the door and she had been waiting for more than two hours. The service is horrible. This location needs corporate intervention.

The black girl with the fake eyelashes at the window? IDIOT!!! I'm too mad right now. So I go to sonic to get my mom breakfast. I order a #17 and sprite and a lemon berry slush for me. Get to the window she only has the slush so I ask her, "where's the sprite?" She says, "Oh, yea I forgot." Then she takes my "slush" and puts sprite in it. 😒 So I told her no, I need my sprite separately I didn't say together.. so I try to hand my cup back and she's like, "oh no this is your slush it's the sprite I forgot". Like, no you just messed up my slush I didn't ask for sprite in my slush.. So she tells me to pull up. So I pulled up... so I check my receipt to see that she didn't even give me a slush. It was frozen lemonade and she just threw strawberries in it and the sprite that I didn't ask to be mixed in my drink.. 😠 Then comes back and asked me for $2.05 for the medium sprite when it's actually 10 cents before 10am. 😫 But people working fast food want $15 and hour? Yea, okay.. when I can go to any fast food place and my order is actually correct everytime wells talk about it..

The guy in the window was grossly rude when I told him that the dr. Pepper was flat. He looked at me crazy even though I said can I please get something different he proceeded to close the window when I was talking. I go to them every morning and this is the first time I've had this type of bad experience. I'm not going to recommend this Sonic at all. Also the chicken sandwich I get every morning is normally good but for some reason, it was dry and cooked extra hard today.

There is something off with my order every time. Today I got a corn dog that was burnt and busted open. In the past I’ve ordered a Dr.Pepper and it taste like sprite and peach tea. I don’t know why it’s been this way for months.

We ordered 3 sonic blasts with cookie dough, m&ms, and cheese cake flavoring and it was rotten. The cups smellEd of bleach and the ice-cream smellEd like expired milk. Before all this it took them 5 minutes to answer the drive thru mic.

Terrible drive thru service. I waited at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes with no answer, as did the car in front of me and behind me. Upon pulling up to the window the employee seemed super annoyed to take my order. My slush was great, not great enough to deal with the poor customer service again.

The Young man who filled our order was rude. He acted as if we were taking up his time. When he served the first drink, he was rude and said, "Here!" when I didn't reach for it as soon as he opened the little window. He didn't give me a straw at first when he handed me my Coke Zero, but when he handed me a straw,, he said, "Here's your straw." in a gruff, accusing way, as if I had refused to take it when he first offered it. I WON'T BE GOING BACK THERE!!!

Only have gotten drinks here which aren't bad. But this location is the SLOWEST location by far. I came here at night with no one here for a cup of ice and 30 minutes later got r ice. It is Always always slow. Best one is the location on Eldridge best customer service and ice.

This sonic is ALWAYS SLOW! It never fails. They never hear your order thru the drive thru. It's like they are always understaffed or something idk. If you see a line.....keep moving definitely. Why cant fastfood restaurants operate more like chik fa la...fast and ppl are super nice

Ordered an ice cream cone yesterday around 8pm and it was terrible. It was very salty and the bottom of my cone was soggy. The swirls seem to have melted before the young lady brought it to me at the drive thru. I didn't feel like turning back around to get something else. I'm not sure how the soggy cone was missed by the person that prepared it.

Slow service. Drive thru is a complete waste of time. Once waited about 10 minutes at the speaker to order. Never heard anything from the speaker and drove off. After going somewhere else, I drove past the drive thru and the same cars were in line.

If I could give this Sonic no stars I would. Every time I go to this sonic whether there is one car in the drive thru or no cars the wait is still extremely long. I went yesterday there were no cars waiting at the car hop, but there were 3 in the drive thru. I waited in the drive through for approximately 30 minutes before I was out of the drive thru. Only 5 of those were probably after I order a foot long plain with fires and a hi c fruit punch. Literally the worst sonic ever. Not to mention the several other times where I am waiting at the window for service or at the order box in the drive thru and it takes several minutes to get help.

Was there hungry an mouth watering for a shake and burger. I pull in and they say only drive thru working ok fine. I go to drive thru. Cars in front of me impatiently waiting and driving off. So it's my turn at the speaker. No answer no acknowledgment. Closes at 11pm .. Why are you not taking orders and it's 8.30ish. HORRIBLE SERVICE. on 2/25 whoever on night shift this day needs too be reported !!!

On 04/17/16 around 8, 8:30 pm, I had a pretty bad discussion with the manager. I ordered 2 banana split, they were out of the banana split container, so they decided to make a terrible banana split (if you can call it a banana split) in a little sundae, which it would of been fine if they were not charging the full price. Non sence management. Sonic take care of your customers, they are the reason you are still in business.

Took 30 minutes for them to bring me out cold food and a burnt pretzel. Carhop was rude and told me to press the button if I had an issue and walked away before I could tell her what was wrong. Pressed button and no one answered for 10 minutes. Pressed another stall button once again no answer, had to go through the drive through to get someone to answer me. Luckily the manager remade my food but the fact that I had to go through this many steps to just get the correct food that I ordered it’s the issue here. This store need some major help as there is always some type of issue when I come here.

Sonic must not want my money anymore. It is my favorite drink stop in the morning and afternoon. I normally come enough that the guy up front knows me. But two mornings in a row, I have pulled up to the speaker and sat there for about 5 minutes with no response. This location has had issues with their speaker in the past and had me pull around before and order at the window. There were no cars or carhops in the drive-in area so I pulled around the front. There wasn't a car there so I pulled to the window. Lights were on but no one was there. I waited another three minutes and drove off. Same thing happened today. There was a car behind me that did the same thing both days. It's a shame. I really dont fault the employees though. When I do see people, they look incredibly overworked and stressed out. This is management's issue if they can't keep the place staffed properly.

Usually park get a quick shake with my son and nephews to cool off.. came in with family to the sit area the girl at the register has poor customer service skills and the manager is just as bad. Bad reviews are not my thing. Just be prepared you won't get a smile back and the manager held on to the credit card went to the back and we asked for it back she said she hasn't swiped it yet.

!!!avoid at all cost!!! I don’t know who is running this location but 9/10 you will get poor service. the employees are super bold and are extremely disrespectful. I only get drinks from here I wouldn’t even trust the food but after the disrespect they tried to display today I will never spend another dime at this location! The staff basically ignores you until they realize you aren't leaving. Super hot inside. Car hops look depressed and don't respond when you say hello or thank you but stand there waiting for a tip. Workers walk around doing whatever. Food quality is bad. Drinks never made right

If I could give zero stars, I would . This place made us wait for at least 45 minutes for two combos. Which we paid extra for a substitution of fries instead of tater tots. When we finally got the food , she were so frustrated we didn't take a look inside just left. She messed up our order and the food was barely warm . I contacted them about this with pictures and they have done nothing about it. Just sincere apologies. Thanks I'll keep that in mind next time I go to another establishment .

Just left this sonic and went to the one off of Dulles Ave, As soon I drove up to the drive thru 2 men in uniform walked out of the restaurant and went straight into their cars. Waited for a while never got an answer so I could place my order. Drove up to the window some girl saw I pulled up and turned her head away. Still waited trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Mean while both mean came back saw I was clearly still waiting and didn’t do nothing. The leastb you can do is say you’re not taking orders. Both cars behind me left immediately as well. 😒 Dulles Ave service was perfect.

I have come here multiple times over 30 minutes before closing and they constantly close early without notifying anyone. Multiple UberEats have had to be canceled. This location used to be ran extremely well but not in the past year

I just left this horrible ghetto sonic location. This place needs to be shut down. The manager needs to be screened for hiring these guys working this evening. The guys are hanging out smoking then going in to prepare customers food. Nasty attitudes. Taking customers money not giving there change. I should have called the police out this was straight robbery. I will never return.

We’ve been to this location and others many times. Usually ordering the same thing supersonic breakfast burrito w/chicken instead of sausage. *We don’t eat pork! There has never been a problem before but on this particular day the manager wasn’t having it and said nope!! We pleaded and the girl at the drive through said “my manager said can’t do it. She said NO!” So my issue is with the lack of consistency in customer service that is given throughout the Sonic company chain. If you’re claiming to make items as they are ordered then substitutions should not be an issue. If cost is a factor then simply let the customer know there will be a $1 up-charge.

Waited in line for 30 minutes. Was charged for the car behind me. Ordered two dream blast two different flavors size small, and received vanilla ice cream in a cup with whipped cream on top, two different sized cups. One straw. Oh and I could see the manager standing shoveling food into his mouth. I called in to speak with a manager, but he never came to the phone after 15 minutes of waiting. I'd say this is just about thee absolute worst location ever. DO NOT GO HERE! I'd imagine such poor management would mean a dirty kitchen and a few health code violations. They are in clear need of new management/employees.

I placed an order online. And I wish the app would allow you to just pick it up through the drive-thru but it does not. Waited at stall for pickup, the app and stall said the order was on it's way but nothing showed up. Finally I have to reach out to one of them on the push button at the stall they inform me to go through the drive-thru which by now had a line of about four or five people.

Horrible hamburger was not fully cooked and young lady didn't give me any condiments, didn't realize until after I was already gone. I gave her a good tip since food came out in 5 minutes from ordering. One other thing cook must like mayonnaise since it had half a jar smeared on hamburger. Others must have had issues too since I saw manager walk out to drive thru speaking with a customer

I am an ER physician and I typically work nights. On my way into work, I usually stop by this Sonic because it is in route. I typically get the same things carrying between food and/or drinks. This visit I only need ice for a drink that I currently had on hand. The drive thru line was a bit long (which is the usual) so this time I decided to drive up to the individual car lanes for car hopping. The Hispanic male or female who took my order charged me for the wrong item, had poor customer service and still tried to up charge me more than the pricing for the ice. The African American young lady who was serving me was amazing and it was completely out of her hands. She even apologized for the inconvenience! Unfortunately, this is a situation that had taken place more than once, even within the drive thru line. Thank you for your services that your all tried to offer. Moving forward, I will no longer be visiting this location and I will make sure family and friends of mine will not be customers here either. Thank you.

Just came from there. Only car in the stalls ,pushed the button. Waited 8 minutes yes I timed it. Cars going through drive through GOING not sitting like I was. After 4th car went I pushed the button AGAIN Finally someone answered I ordered a lg ocean water and a vanilla diet Dr Pepper. Another cars pull into the stall another 5 minutes goes bu, second car got there 1 drink. I get mine, pay cash offered no change and guess what!? My Dr Pepper isn’t diet or vanilla. Won’t be back ✌️

Yikes. OK. I don't like giving one-star reviews because a place isn't usually ALL bad, but... this is the worst Sonic I've ever been to. And it's not just one bad experience; it's close to a friend's house so I have had multiple problems here. A summary: - We pulled in for a dessert one night. The carhop hang up on us twice before finally barking, "Drive-Thru only!" on the third try. This was at like 9 PM so they weren't closed or anything. - The manager once spent a solid 5 minutes at the drive-thru complaining to us about how busy they were. I get explaining an unexpected rush, but... what exactly do you want me to do about it? Are you upset I came through? - They get the order wrong way, way too often. And it can be not even close. I'm not sure how a Waffleberry Blast gets turned into a strawberry sundae, but... that happened. And all I got was a half-hearted apology about it. They didn't even offer to give me what I actually wanted. Avoid.

7/9/16: so i came back. Big mistake. As always my order was wrong. I asked for a plain chicken sandwich (i said exactly: plain chicken strip sandwich only chicken strips and bun). My receipt was not given to me. Ordered two strawberry lemon slush both tasted awful. Like rotten (old) strawberries. ive had issues with this sonic every time I've been here. Do NOT order anything with strawberries. Either they are not taking care of the store by washing utensils correctly or they don't store food properly. Posted one month ago: My reviews are fair in my opinion. Which is always an honest one too. I was not satisfied with my order. It didn't taste fresh and it didn't taste like the flavor it should. I'm highly disappointed because I usually give great reviews on any sonic. I thought during summer shakes were half price after 8. Was I mistaken? This is the only one that didn't discount my item. I doubt I'll ever come to this one ever again. This is my 2nd visit. My first visit was also with an issues.

Ive tried to give this location a shot 3 times over the course of a few months since its near my work. The shakes arent mixed at all. One time i got a strawberry cheesecake blast and oh my God i had to just throw it out. All i was eating was the cheesecake syrup. Also the shake had an huge air bubble of nothingness at the bottom. Ive had an airbubble in all my shakes making it LOOK like its filled to top but its only really 3/4s full. Anytime i order food it just looks like it was done so rushed. Undercooked soggy tots and giant pieces of onion.

Update sept 2021: I don’t know why I keep trying. Still horrible. No one answered the drive through. Went to window. Just wanted ice cream. They are out of ice cream. What? 🙈 Original Post: I frequent this Sonic. Today was HORRIBLE. I was in line for 12 minutes to find out they ran out of something I wanted...also I was asked by 3 different people what I ordered because they kept trying to give me someone else's order...not sure what was going on today. Normally they are OK - I order a diet soda and 9 out of 10 times they get that right...sometimes they give me regular instead of diet and I have to drive back around to get the right one. I give it an "it's OK" rating because it's hit or miss...like I said...today was horrible...maybe tomorrow will be better.

June 24, I placed order ahead with tips but didn’t get any. Pushed red button at stool, lady answered, talked car hop guy, but got nothing. There were other cars at stool waiting for more than 30 min.. I just gave up. Asked refund from customer service already but No refund yet.

Horrible location. Do not go here. I have given them about 4 chances and it seems to get worse. Today I place a mobile order so I can get my food quickly. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes while people who pulled up after me got their food before I did, then I when I did get my food (I ordered the queso burger)... it was horrible. It literally had a burger patty, the smallest dab of queso cheese I've ever seen, and the bun. I will never go back to this location.

Don’t waste your time here. I mean that literally. This is my second time going here and it takes the employee at maximum 5 mins to come to the intercom, and what makes it worse is that no one was in the drive thru. After waiting the worker says that the slushees are coming out watery. This location seriously needs to be shut down. I worked for Sonic before on OST and the service there is wayyyy better and faster.

Came to pick up dinner for my family. Pressed button at stall and waited for 7 minutes. Came to derive thru. Waited a solid 4-5 at speaker. No one. Called out for help if anyone heard me an no response. Pulled forward and waited to window only for three people to stand there and literally tell each other and me their not going to take the order and argued for a solid minute amongst each other then walked away for a few laughing. I have a 7 year, 6 year and 10 month old with me. We got here at 7:58 and it’s 8:45. Still waiting outside for my order. Only reason I haven’t left is BECAUSE I ALREADY PID AND AM NOW TRAPPED WAITING. THIS IS HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND EMPLOYEES! I work in food industry and this is ridiculous

Horrible service, I waited about 20 min in line and I order combo #3 $8.×× and when I opened the order at home a received the burger with two buns, meat, mayo and ketchup, And the burger was supposed to have bacon, lettuce and all of the other vegetables.

Got my order wrong three times and got charged three times because they didn’t know how to refund the order. By the third time I was waiting for the second half of my order and the first half ended up getting cold so I ended up returning all the food and just asking for a full refund. Ended up going to another sonic nearby and the manager got my order right within the first try. Not coming here again 👍🏻

Third time I showed up before closing to order in the drive thru. Third time restaurant was officially “open” that I was totally ignored. This time I parked at the drive thru window after yelling at the box, and honked my horn. Employee seemed surprised there was a customer. Roughly asked me what I wanted. Was told no hot food after 10:40, and I quickly ordered a chocolate milkshake, even though I was hoping to order something else. Again, this is the third time I tried the drive thru close to closing, but not after closing. Third time I was ignored. The person who gave me a milkshake had a mop in their hand.

This has been my regular sonic for almost a year, but my experience today has changed that. We placed an order through the app for a drink and a slush and checked in as soon as we parked. About 10-minutes later, the screen said that our order was coming out. After waiting for another 15-minutes, I pressed the call button, which was turned off after a few minutes. I then pressed it again. After waiting for 5-minutes, someone answered. I explained that I had been there for over 30-minutes without receiving my order and the employee said that he would come out soon. After another 10-minutes, I pressed the button again. When I didn’t get a response after 5-minutes, I pressed it again. Finally an employee answered. After explaining that I had been almost an hour since my drinks were ordered, telling the name of the order, and repeating what was in the order 3 times, he brought out our order. Even after all of this, the drink that was ordered was wrong. I can be patient and understanding, but waiting for 2 drinks for an hour and being ignored by the unprofessional staff multiple times has me questioning if I should ever go back to this location ever again. Extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience.

We ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink. It took 22 minutes from the time we placed the order to get our food. Since we ordered through the app, we had already paid and couldn’t leave without losing our money. The past several times we’ve ordered food here have been similar experiences. The management needs to fix the problems at the store before they lose our business for good.

Placed a mobile order and decided to pick it up from the drive through. Waited for over 20 minutes for the order in drive through LINE! Burger was cold, but didn't want even go back and say anything. Won't go here again. Not my 1st bad experience at this place.

I arrived approximately 335 and got in the drive thru line thinking it would be faster. I wanted Happy Hour. Due to some glitch the young man told us he would take our order at the window which we did not finally get to until 406. Over 30 mins. wait only to be told we could not get the service we wanted because it was over. I truly feel that the young man in charge could have given it to us anyway since he did see that we had been in line the whole time.

Out of all the Sonics I have been to in my life, this was absolutely the worst one. The food was terrible like they were using old broken down equipment or something. The milkshake I ordered was lukewarm ⁉️⁉️ 🙃🙃 had to throw that mess away The management for this location is pure trash and disappointing. I usually find Sonic empty, but this location seemed empty for a very well known reason and I should have took that as a sign 😭

I came for coffee and tots... Why does that take 12 minutes. Then for my tots TO STILL BE FROZEN!!! Not cold, ACTUALLY FROZEN. I didn't have time to go back. It already took 12 minutes just to get that and if I would have I would have been late for work. PLEASE just go to the next location on Dulles. This one is truly bad for business.

The restaurant is supposed to be open at 6am. I was there at 6:25am. Press the button and waited five minutes to know answer. Went to the drive through and waited five minutes and no answer. Call the number and there was no answer. There was only one car there other than me and it was clearly open

I counted 18 cars go thru the drive thru after ordering in a stall. After 15 minutes I hit the button and she had no order for my stall it was canceled. So I left. Now I know why the 3 stars.

This place gets orders wrong probably 4/5 times. Always check the bag before you leave. Check your drinks to make sure they're what you asked for, etc. They're also not the fastest - took them 15 min for two burgers with one other car there. I still go here because my wife likes the drinks and complaining about getting mayo on your burger when it's supposed to be dry is less annoying than arguing about drinks. This time though they didn't put a patty on my cheeseburger. That's like the fundamental piece of the cheeseburger... I'm done with this sonic.

I ordered 3 combo meals. One being a kids meal. The chicken tenders were super old and cold and they forgot the tots!! I paid over $9 just for that meal alone and all I received were the nasty old 2 tenders and drink. I’m highly upset! Never again.

10:15 on a Friday night We went to a stall because we weren't sure of what we wanted and didn't' want to hold up the drive thru. We were ready to place our order and hit the red button. She told us to go to the drive thru. so we did that and no one ever answered us we said hello several times and no one answered us. We waited about five minutes and finally left at 10:30. If people aren't taking orders forty five minutes to closing that's just totally lazy. You need new people.

I ordered a chicken sandwich, with no lettuce because the chicken sandwich did not came with pickles or onions, they charged me the price of a chicken sandwich, the cheeseburger is cheaper, and it came with mustard, ketchup, PICKLES AND ONIONS. So they wanna charge me more and give me something cheaper in the menu, the food may be good but the service is really bad, i had to eat it because the person delivering my food refused to give me a receipt too so now im stuck eating this plus there was a clear gel when i took a bite. Bad service overall and this is not the first time they mess up the order and I doubt is going to be the last!

Sewage water Milkshake horror story! Im just now leaving this sonic! I ordered 2 large shakes an oreo and a strawberry banana. 2 of which was filled halfway with water and the rest icecream. Highly disappointed as the girl was very rude with an attitude. Wont be coming back here! She thought she was slick and i will definitely be reporting to corporate. This is not the first incident i’ve encountered. I came here one night it was just a manager working alone. I ordered a large chili cheese tator tots! What did i get see for yourself! Worst place i have ever been to. TOTS AND CHEESE

So I ordered a double cheeseburger with jalapeños. I'm not sure what the he'll happened but this is a sad burger. No tomatoes no pickles no onions? The lettuce is pathetic and hardly even there. Terrible service, slow and lack of attention to detail.
