In today's workforce you come to not expect much from customer service. Seems like it's a chore just for them to do their job. First two representatives were not the most friendly however when I approached the drive up window I was greeted with a warm friendly smile; this person couldn't be more friendly

I go to this McDonald’s a few times a wk for coffee. Usually it’s ok. This morning I went around 6:30 and I must say the young man that took orders and payment at the drive thru has exceptional customer service. Usually the person taking orders is annoying with asking before you even finish placing your order multiple times if that will be everything. Not only did he not do that he was polite and had a great vibe. Keep up the good work young man!

The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because the parking lot has so much litter and debris in it every time I pass through it's sort of bothers me. The inside most definitely needs some kind of upgrade but I understand money is tight these days for everyone. So as long as my table ain't sticky I can live with the decor! And their fries suck. I don't know why McDonald's changed them but lately they suck. Go back to the old French fry recipe.

I will say that they truly do try each and every day, they certainly do. But the odds are stacked against them from the time they open until they close. I wondered if this area happened to be where the director of "World War Z" hatched some of those wild "crowd - overrun" ideas?

They are having kids playground, soda machines is open, you can get your own drink. Servers are good, I get my food very fast. Today got my free kids meat at this location.

Visited this location 6 times over the past year. Food is standard McDonald's, fair enough. Speed of service is always a bit slow. Dining room and drink station have looked like a hurricane passed through, every visit.

Almost every McDonald's for the last 30 years, leaves their trash in the store overnight to be emptied the next day. Not only is that nonprofessional, it's unsanitary, and it shows the mentality. Of the person in charge, it looks like they need to be drawn back in For retraining, nobody in their right mind leaps food overnight in a fast food place, but McDonald's does, that's the only downside to this place. Other than that, they run a very efficient operation. Overall and always a fresh cup of coffee. That's most of the McDonald's most of the time.

My cousin and I stopped by this McDonald after visiting a store nearby. We used the drive thru menu and I got the 20 piece nuggets, fries and a big mac. I used the app to use the deal on the large fries. When we pulled up to the window, they told us to park at number 1 reserved spot but there was already a car park there. We never been here so we were confused and park in front of that car. The worker came out with our food and said that he said to park on the other side but that wasnt true. They filled the fries all the way to the top here. The fries were good, nuggets you can never go wrong with and the big mac was okay.

Title: Mixed Experience at McDonald’s on Beach, Stanton My visit to the McDonald’s on Beach in Stanton was, overall, an okay experience, with room for improvement. The location of the restaurant is often frequented by homeless individuals. While it isn't unsafe, it's not unusual to be asked for a handout, which can be a bit off-putting for some visitors. On this particular visit, I was in a hurry to catch a bus and decided to order a blueberry muffin via the app as I was en route to the restaurant. I arrived roughly 3 minutes post-order, expecting a quick pickup since the item I ordered was pre-made. To my surprise, I was informed by the staff member at the counter that they were still "working" on it, despite the fact it simply required bagging. This caused a slight delay, with it taking approximately 10 minutes to have my order ready, which felt excessive given the simplicity of the task. Thankfully, I was able to make it to the bus stop, a mere 50 yards away, just in time. On a positive note, the restaurant was clean, and I noticed the large play area, which was nearly empty at 9 am. In conclusion, the service could definitely use some improvement in terms of efficiency, particularly for simple orders. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant and the facilities provided made it a generally decent experience. The McDonald’s on Beach in Stanton has potential, but needs to work on speeding up their service.

Out of Towner here. We came here to play in the play place. It's quite big for a McDonald's play area. There's a big slide and tubes for bigger kids, and a little area for crawlers/early walkers. My 3 yr old and 6month old loved it. It was not the cleanest play area we've been to, which is why I rated it 4stars. But we didn't expect it to be sparkling as it's a public play space for kids. I gave both kids a good hand wash afterwards. My son met some nice kids to play with there. The parking was pretty full and a little awkward. I had to circle the place to figure out where the enterance was and get a close spot.

I loved this McDonald's! It has a retro theme feeling about it with what looks like either the original building when it was built, or perhaps later they purposefully built it to look like the original. Has a great playground and sitting area for parents to watch their children play and eat. Inside is immaculate, clean, and decorated nicely. I come by here every day for a chocolate shake and I don't know what they made the shake with but it did not taste like a chocolate shake it did not taste like a strawberry shake and it did not taste like a vanilla shake God knows what was in the shake was awful. Better parking lot lighting is needed ever since I've been coming here for the last three years the parking lot lights I never turned on but they seem to have a security guard every Friday and Saturday night so there's a problem obviously with security why don't they turn the lights on in the parking lot.

They tend to be understaffed like most fast food restaurants. The kids area tables always need more attention. There are alot of homeless in this area. The staff is predominantly young. They tend to have there phones around them. They talk about there encounters with dissatisfied customers within the front area of the counter as you wait to be helped. It really is a hit and miss here.

This is McDonalds has slow inaccurate service. I can't remember the last time I *wasn't* asked to park so they could bring me my food after using the mobile app and giving them a 5-10 minute head start.

Do not use cribside unless you dont mind waiting a long time. Some of the staff are really nice, others well, need some People skills. And they never listen to you when you request something special just forget about it.

It depends on who is making the food. If you go in there on a Monday usually the sausage biscuits are pretty good around 10:00 and on a Wednesday. But any other day it seems like they stand underneath the heat lamps for a minute. Also one of the managers is a hater for homeless people.

Quit telling your drive through customers to pull forward and wait. The food was ready. All you had to do was hand it to me. Use your brains. You make some people wait while their order gets cold and watch others drive by. Bad practice. Fast food is not pull over and wait food, while people behind you drive by. It was a simple order. I love MCDs French fries but there always skimpy with the fries. But they give plenty of ketchup. I would prefer more fries then more ketchup. If McDonald's wants to keep a long time customer they should try to fill the fries at least to the top of the container because this happens a bit because I always buy large fries at different locations but it doesn't happen at every location. Just here and in Huntington Beach located on Warner and Beach Blvd. Other then those two they usually at least fill them to the rim of the container. The service was efficient and done in a timely manner. The service could have been faster than was but my main concern is that they don't give a fair amount of fries for the 3.50$ I pay. Lousy food. Nuggets not cooked thoroughly. Service when ordering took about 4min. Til a crew member addressed me.

This mcdonalds couldn't complete my order, so they gave me a partial refund, but I told them I didn't want the order at all. Since I can't get my full meal, u didn't want a half meal. But they refused. I was really upset. But at least the ladies that helped me were nice to me.

Took over 40min waiting inside for THEIR $16.00 SPECIAL. 40 Chicken Nuggets, 2large Fries, & a Big Mac. I added a medium drink & 3 cookies. Cookies are .89 cents each or 3 for $3.00!!! I, of course, ordered 3 INDIVIDUAL Cookies. Watching others come & go I politely pointed out how long I'd been waiting for my order. The Manager appeared & handled my order quickly. Mcdonald's used 2 have your order ready almost by the time you paid & they finished giving you your change! It's worse no matter which McDonald's I've gone 2 the past 2 years. I tried to order a simple coffee, but did not even get the acknowledgement of a single staff member while waiting at the counter several minutes. Armed security guard there seems to have a power trip. I ended up leaving.

While waiting three hours for my vehicle roof rack to be installed next door, I decided to do the unthinkable and go next door to this McDonald’s. I very seldom go to McDonald’s. It’s nothing like it used to be. It is so sad to witness what was once a great company/product turn into what it is today. I’m all about self-checkout and kiosks. It removes one part of the standard subpar service one receives nowadays. I attempted to order the egg McMuffin and sundae via kiosk. When it came time to finalize the order unfortunately, there were no number items to take and also confirm on the screen. Unfortunately, you must type in the number of the number marker that you take in order to proceed to payment. None of the kiosk had them. I was done dealing with this, so I went to the register and had to place my order at the register. Regina was the person at the register. She was very apologetic and professional. The hot fudge system was not working. I was willing to pay the extra money and asked her to replace it with a chocolate shake instead. She did not charge me. That was very nice of her considering everything I was dealing with prior. Blows my mind even more is that the manager finally took the stack of numbers that was sitting by the register, and placed them at the kiosks. It would’ve been great if he placed them there earlier and none of this would’ve happened. Again, it’s this type of environment that makes us stay the heck away from these businesses. We haven’t been going to places like this for the last 12-15 years.

Don't expect much!! We live in this area and notice that there is one of the few McDonalds that has play area for kids. The restaurant also looks new from outside. There are 2 areas for dine-in: one is newly renovated and the other is with play area. When we stepped in, there was no staff at the counter. No one cared who came in or out (I guess there was staff shortage and everyone was busy in the kitchen and drive-thru). The play area has a very unpleasant strong smell of sweat and hot with no AC. The slide for kids was not well-maintained: dirty, full of dust, sticky, and full of stuff stored behind it just like a warehouse). The plastic parts of the slide were not sturdy at all, so we decided not to let the kid play. Foods were so so, not too special. The staff who brought food to our table fell the Coke but she did not care; coke spilled on the tray.

Drive thru is extremely irritated. Sometime I have to wait 25 minutes before I can talk to cashier. I came back today and take away anothet star. Still slow but food is worse. I had to wait 10 minutes in the drive thru for ONE car in front of me to complete their business. When I was to place my order, the young man in the window snapped at me and said the guy was complaining about "something". I asked what and he got made and mumbled something. I told him I wanted to know because I wanted to make a complaint to the manager and I asked to speak to he manager. He started yelling at me and slammed the window shut. He went somewhere for a few seconds then returned and he angrily told me I could speak to the manager at the next window. The young man yelled some other unintelligible words. The manager was evasive and completely unprofessional. I told her that that young man in the order window needed to be fired before something bad happens, he was that belligerent. I am going to try and contact corporate or regional manager. This is the worst display of any McD employee EVER! The manager lost control of the situantion.

Probably the worst McDonald's in the area. Lobby experience is not very good. They had no time to bring the food to the table but they have time to take it out to drive through customers who have to wait long. And there's an obnoxious sound like a bad fan all the time.

If I could give this location a negative star count I would. Talia, the manager, is super rude and should not be in the service industry as she lacks any customer service skills. Third time in a row picking up food for lunch there were 20 chicken nuggets missing and for an order of 50 chicken nuggets they only gave me 2 , yes 2 sauces and not even the sauces we asked for !!! the other time a double quarter pounder was ordered with only ketchup and they gave a single patty burger with all the fixings. These are just a couple examples of many mishaps at this location.

Loud speaking employee that day was very rude when asked about order placed through the McDonald's app. Chicken biscuit bread was hard and the chicken was very tough. 2nd bad experience at this location might want to avoid.

Too many homeless inside just standing around and watching everyone else. Security really didn't do anything. The playroom was full with kids. Not comfortable at all with ordering & while eating there. Restroom clean.

They always forget the sauce that's INCLUDED with the chicken nugget meal. Their lobby is closed by 9 which means I had to drive back in the drive through and wait 15 more minutes for just sauce alone. My food got cold fast and they didn't seem to give two craps. Had food delivered. The only thing right with the order was the fries were hot. We ordered 2 double quarter pounders with extra pickles, 1 with cheese, 1 without. Neither had cheese or pickles. We ordered a fillet of fish and it came with a plastic sticker in the middle of the sandwich.

Worst customer service ever. They have 20 people working in the kitchen, a couple people in the drive-thru & one cashier in the front. I don't have time to go through the drive-thru, so I go in where there's only a couple customer's already sitting & eating. I go in & the cashier just looks at me & walks away to crush some ice for iced coffee. Doesn't even greet me or say, I'll be right with you. Just stands there staring at the ceiling. When I finally sat down to eat with my little girl the manager told me to eat outside because they are closing the restaurant At 7pm.She was rude and unprofessional . Sketchy location with a lot of transients. Service was weirdly slow for just a MigMack with no one inside at 4:30pm on a Wednesday. Inside was clean and they have a play area for kids. Oddly no kids where there but we saw movement behind the glass and that's where an employee too there break for some peace and quiet. Only 2 cars in the drive thru. Bathroom was my main reason for buying anything since there were so many signs up "for customers only". Could not even go since someone was posted inside. I ordered waited and ate my burger which was good by the way in my car and still no one came out... Not cool. One star!!

Ordered 2 for $3.99 double burgers, but got one burger for the same price. Order corrected wrong, charged another $3.99 for one more burger. Took 1/2 hour to cook. Used tremendous amount of salt (burger crunchy and greasy). Got dysentary hour later, stayed sick days. Restaurant very dirty, and workers untrained. After 60 years of enjoying and looking forward to McD, I am very disappointed. I refuse to eat here again.

My recent order no surprise, no fresh fries after asking explicitly, & it says on my receipt. I'm not sure what the disconnect is but this is exactly y I go here often. My friend and I ordered two ice cream cones at Drive-through, and we were so excited for it too since it tasted too good last time we bought at another location. However, this time was our mistake! The ice creams didn't taste like vanilla nor had any coconut flavor in it. Or rather, it didn't even have any flavor in it, all we tasted was sugar and ice. Very disappointed :(( We hope ice creams can be better next time we stopped by!

Had a very bad experience here last night. The staff is very very unprofessional. I was in the drive thru lane wating at 10:54pm by the time i got to the speaker it was 11:01 and they didnt let me order because they close at 11:00pm. April 10, 2021: Service is HORRIBLE at Drive-thru window and Food is prepared subpar!!! French Fries were half filled and Luke warm!!! I actually drove back through and returned my entire order. The manager that performed the returned was rude, never apologized or never offered any way to reconcile or retain my business...she said have a nice day in a rude and condescending tone. That is fine I went to Jack in the box instead and saved approx. $3.00 on similar order; I was treated as a valued customer at Jack in the box and the food was hot and fries and drink were full!!! This is the second time I have had HORRIBLE service at this McDonald's and will never be back here again!!! Shame!!!

I came here on March 7th 2022 and Alex is a cashier there and he is a really good person and he's really fast and you should give him a raise or make a manager you're going to lose that boy. Apparently you you lost your cashier. Horrible service, won't be coming in again

Im a truck driver driving a truck and 53 ft trailer only thing open was drive thru they did want to give my order she said I have to go through drive through because she would not make walk upException

Your foods literally sitting there on the counter and what do they do let it sit 5 minutes or so causing you to miss the bus.. and they want $25 an hour... what do you guy'sdo to deservesorry customer service sucks too if the employees feel they are entitled .. no offense factory workers would be more entitled then fast food only a matter of time before your replaced by robots their cheaper to pay and will most likely do a better job....( on a side note they can't even properly wrap a burger right... you don't even deserve 20 an hour especially making simple mistakes)

They are never friendly and their service is always bad. I have gone a few times and the fries are always cold

Made me pull around the building for them to bring my order out. There was no one behind so I don’t know why I can’t just wait at the window.

Horrible customer service. Blue hair lady from drive thru and the other drive thru lady on 6/6/25 @ 8:45am were so rude. I get a daily iced vanilla coffee from another location and they really wasted 20 mins of my morning, I asked them to remake it and they gave me the exact same coffee back until I went inside the lady with the blue hair tried to argue with me over how to properly make their iced coffee. I’m clearly not an employee there, she could’ve just simply done her job correctly.

Everything but my hashbrown.. I would’ve gone back inside but I had to get going. Please do better.

All our food was smashed… it almost looked intentional.

Asked for one onions gave me 2 stepped on cheeseburgers fries cold asked for well done fries. Worst Mc Donald's in America. Avoid if at all possible

Horrible service ... Food was cold . Didn't seem freshly made . Also they charged my card twice, didn't give me the refund I had to tell them about it.... Lastly when I got home my stomach was turning ... So horrible experience recommended not going to that location.….

I visited this McDonald's place after more than a couple of years, hoping their service have improved. First of all, they never give their customers receipts for some reasons. When I visited them, it was around noon on a weekday. I was the only customer at the drive-thru, yet they asked me to pull forward and wait for my order ahead. Every other car that came after me was also asked to wait for their food ahead. I don't know why they do this, but I assume it is done to trick the system into believing that the orders were fulfilled immediately. Anyway, after waiting for 25 minutes, nobody delivered my food, so I had to leave my car and go inside to check what was going on. They couldn't find my order and started blaming each other for the mishap. I gave them my order again, and the manager said it would be ready in a minute. After a minute, they brought my order, but half of my order was wrong, and also, the condiments that i asked for were all missing. I had to send it back, and I had to wait another few minutes for my order to be correctly prepared. I live very close to this location, yet I always try to avoid this place as much as I can because of their bad service. I regret giving them a chance after a couple of years. I guess i will give them a try again in a few years, hoping for the best.

Worst McDonald's I've been to. Service is unacceptable. If they ask you to pull forward be prepared to wait up to 15 minutes. This establishment is embarrassment.

The service here is terrible. None of the staff stays alert when customers enter the dining room. They don’t greet customers or acknowledge them when they approach the front. They don’t seem eager what so ever to help anyone out and seem to be in there own zone. It just takes a few seconds to greet someone and if you’re busy let customers know you’ll be right with them in one second instead of ignoring them.

Give cold fries and dont fill it to the top for $5, $5 smoothies amd they fill it half way. One job and don't want to do it. Lazy workers, cold food. I was nice and the girl were mad I asked if she can fill the smoothie to the top.

Possible this is the worst McDonald’s around. Ruby the young lady working obviously didn’t want to be there as every question I asked her was a sigh of it’s ok. I asked for ketchup and she stated that I didn’t ask for it while ordering so all I had in the bag was what I ordered. I had to order from a screen so I could have missed it. Another family had to ask for a rag to clean the table. It wasn’t busy either. The GM here really needs to have a person up front who wants to be there.

This location is consistently out of everything. Like lemonade?? Really? So not only could I not get my kid a hello kitty toy because you let all the adults ruin it for kids but you can’t even have lemonade? Fries also tend to be stale here. Just avoid at all costs.

Gave this place 3 different opportunities to do right and they fumbled all. They never have the cups or missing some items. It’s dirty and many homeless people just hanging around. Today they said park up front for my order it too 10 minutes for 2 pies and another 5 for two happy meals. Would not revomend
