Loved the employees, greet you when you walk in,make sure your drink is how you wanted it...I've gotten a few drinks,but by far the iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha is my all-time favorite, I really home they keep it year round

Dan here from Southside Chicago Northwest Indiana region. Been coming to Brownsville Texas on and off since middle to late 1970s parents and by myself I never was Starbucks fan still buy Wall Street Journal U.S.A. Today newspapers some weekdays and the weekend addition in past for half the year when I was working as contractor at Chicago area oil refinery I stop. I occasionally then later started going to one in Beverly a high class Starbucks neighborhood Southside Chicago to enjoy newspapers and I sort liked the friendly poeple at that location as down street Blue Island I raised.Here at Texarkana I was welcomed very friendly staff here I started going partially all ealy morning into afternoons daily as it been a very very cold January winter down here Texas. I finally enjoying their Americano coffee and green teas and other coffee free refills. I tipped $3.00 daily and bought few other items or another specialty drink. I still not sure I like all coffees but enjoyed their tes and other coffee refills read online I able to charge phone do studying online.Thanks for a great friendly staff welcomed you and I told since I alone bad no where to go I stay enjoy the free refills and so I buy try other things and started to come daily. I was very clean shaven haircut so I felt as long as I clean daily I told I come as soon we open up 4 morning even if I wanted to. I had so much great experience I tried this later I was in ? If I was at the Starbucks in front Walmart in Lufkin Texas Texas I wished I had told them I was alone at this time on foot no car until I get back to Chicago get my brothers other car as mine went out for good and was already 10 years old 167.000 miles and had a defect in transmission but I took great care of this car. I think I been welcomed then to stay but I thought since I told by Texarkana Starbucks I come and stay buy something I was clean but from the moment I came here to Lufkin nobody was as exciting or friendly nobody seemed in the mood to talk I tell I asked question. I sort knew then this may not work yet I filled them started coming daily I rudely told I wrap it up leave after I tried stay sane few times I nodded off here so I left never came back first I went outside sit it chilly then no body cared if I stayed outside still too cold. I wished maybe had I told them first maybe been different the first Starbucks stop Texarkana Arkansas I never had to say anything and was welcomed. If you go outside sit no idy care I notice if nap so I could see that works. I still leave tip I stayed or buy something every do often I see others stay come back not be buying stuff I watched most did buy coffee something drink . I like get free refills you got few or more refills water I ask for. Each visit I think buy something or stay out 1 dollar or 2 in tip box. I liked also special drink mix flavors I liked the best over coffee. Tried protein added to drink was great here too.Dan Native Southside Chicago Blue Island.

I did a mobile order and picked up with no issue. Clean bathrooms too, but I do wish there were still a paper towel option in Starbucks bathrooms because hand dryers gross me out.

Stopped in again on Thanksgiving day and once again beyond impressed with the service and drink quality. They were busy and still didn't miss a beat! This is by far my favorite location. I'm Including a video of my husband recreating my joy when getting a drink from this location🤣🤣💚💚💚

Abroad Travel

Starbucks - State Line (Texarkana) It’s a visibly older location, from outside and inside. I stopped by for few hours for a meeting nearby. I got my hot beverage in my personal cup and set down to get work done. Overall, atmosphere isn’t bad. Seating is limited based on current configuration. It could certainly fit few more tables and chairs. When you first walk in, to the left is your Pick-Up Orders Counter. To the right of the entrance you can sit in one of the two large, leather couches. Couches look old and could use some updating. Next to the couches you have few chairs and tables. In the middle of the room, they have a large, conference-sized table with eight chairs. They offer a few board games above the table. You can find few more tables with four chairs by the Merchandise Shelf. The staff were friendly and worked efficiently. I wouldn’t mind returning here if I’m in the area again.

PROs: Good location. On-site parking. Drive-thru available. Indoor & outdoor seatings. Comfy atmosphere. Excellent & kind (southern kind) customer service. Coffee was fine. CONs: Nothing I found displeasing. Although I'm not a true Starbucks fan, my bro-in-law wanted Starbucks. It was nice to experience real kindness from Starbucks, southern hospitality, and folks held the doors open.
