This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes you’ll get fresh great tasting food, other times it’s bland, burnt, hard. I don’t understand the inconsistency, but it’s been happening way too frequently lately. Also staff at the front doesn’t seem to have much patience…

They have a good pizza however there service needs more than tweaking the girl said 30 min for delivery took over an hour an half (friday nite ) and not only was it unacceptably late but arrived cold and we had to put it in the oven again and wait another 20 min very annoyed … my point is be honest with your customers (some of us are willing to pick up over eating cold pizza) with rough time frame not a unrealistic time frame … I apologize for grammar but I’m a little annoyed right now and I’ll never give the delivery side a chance again !!!!

This pizza had an unusual taste. I'm talking about the plain cheese pie. It wasn't for me. Cheaper than Dominoes. That's a plus. The pie did look good. As did the various specialty pies that were coming out of the oven. 6.3

Rude and incompetent staff. We ordered a veggie pizza and were given a plain one instead. When we pointed out the mistake, the staff member claimed that’s what she heard—no apology, no attempt to fix it, just attitude. We ended up paying for a plain pizza (which I don’t even like) and left because we didn’t want to cause a scene, but this was completely unacceptable. The way we were treated was disrespectful and unprofessional. That’s not how you run a business. We will never be coming back.

$14 for a chicken parmigiana, they screwed up my order , wrong address they went to without making sure of phone & address how sad now , this is definitely not a garlic parmigiana it's a plain hero NO MORE BUYING FROM THEM , I ORDER PRIME PIZZA DAMN THEIR FOOD IS OUTSTANDING !!!

⭐️ 1 Star – Brooklyn’s Finest? More like Brooklyn’s Funniest (if you like disappointment)! So apparently this place used to be called Brooklyn’s Finest, but now they go by In The Zone Calzones on DoorDash — probably because the food is so bad they had to go into witness protection. And honestly, after what I just received, I understand why. Let’s talk about these “garlic knots.” The menu photo shows beautifully golden, perfectly twisted bites of heaven smothered in garlic and herbs. What I got? Six sad, pale dough blobs that looked like they gave up on life halfway through baking. One looked like it was tied by someone blindfolded and in a rush. Garlic? Herb? Flavor? Not here. These knots tasted like unfinished bread rolls that accidentally stumbled into the oven. The cheese on them was from my refrigerator btw Now onto the fries — in the picture they look seasoned, crispy, and fresh out of a Pinterest board. In real life? Limp, flavorless orange sticks. Not even close. I’ve had more exciting fries fall to the bottom of a McDonald’s bag a week ago. If you’re looking for false advertising and the culinary equivalent of catfishing, this is your spot. Just don’t say I didn’t warn you. The only thing “in the zone” here is disappointment. I’ve given “Brooklyns finest” plenty of tries and to find out I was deceived because they have another name on DoorDash makes me even more upset wow

Hands down the worst business I’ve ever encountered. The owner acts like he’s doing you a favor by taking your money, and the staff are just as nasty. Their delivery driver literally threw the food on the ground like garbage. The pizza? It was a disgrace — rock hard, burnt, tasteless, and absolutely disgusting. Like chewing on a dirty boot sole. Nothing here resembles decent food or service. Total scam, zero professionalism. Avoid this dump at all costs.

The chicken tenders were burnt, rubbery like it was refried. Garlic Knots were hard, personal pie was cold. The entire meal was warm to almost cold. This is not the first time it has happened. I will no longer order food from this establishment. The wax paper for the pizza was from Wendy’s. 🤨 Does the owner also own Wendy’s?

My friend and I ordered Greek Salad, Pita & Tzitziki, Spanakopita, Cheese Pie, galaktoboureko and ravani. The food was decent but spanakopita tasted like it had freezer burn. Then we decided to have dessert the revani had mold in it and galaktoboureko tasted like freezer burn as well. Probably the last time ill go there.
