Since I've been coming here on hammer Lane so far what i have seen is that they are customer ppl person. There's customer services is great. The manger is has also offer a cheaper deal from i have ordered. I liked that the fact they all work as team and they fast.

I went to KFC Friday and the food was amazing. I got the new Hot Wings and Wedges. Amazing I love everything about it. The workers were so nice and patient with me because I didn’t even know they brought by the hot wings. Overall the service and food was great I’ll come here again.

Horrible customer service. Drive through man super rude. Slammed the window shut like he was pissed. I ordered a two piece chicken. Didn’t ask if breast and wing so when he charged me for drum and thigh. I said wait I want breast and wing. That’s what pissed him off I guess. No receipt given, no sauce offered. I didn’t even have time to ask for any after slamming the window. Then I realized my meal came with a drink and it was not given. Gave me my bags no have a good night or something slammed the window again. Last time going. No more kfc here in Stockton for me.

Went to the restaurant on Hammer Lane in Stockton for a Famous Bowl. The place is named Kentucky Fried Chicken. It has chicken in the name and they said they ran out of chicken for the Famous Bowl. On a Saturday night. Will they have chicken for Sunday? Who does their ordering? Come on KFC you been around to long for this to happen. Disappointed.

Was the only car in the drive through so they weren't busy student.Get my order right paid fifteen dollars for a three piece chicken strip meal. I have for mashed potatoes, no gravy.And honey mustard soft sauce got gravy on my masturbatos and no sauce at all. Drove all the way across town for this crap!

Visited east hammer lane KFC, 2-8-25 ordered Togo waiting 20 minutes. I thought ordering hamburgers Everything was going to be fresh and hot. Wrong. Our meat was overcooked burnt and dry. When we got home we opened it took one bite, I said it looks like we spent $20 for nothing. I could not eat the hamburger nor could my grandson he gagged. My gallon of A&W root beer $8.50 was 3/4 filled. I I felt ripped off. Very upset. I haven't eaten at other KFC/A&W with much better success. Would not recommend the one on East Hammer Lane in Stockton California .🤬🤮
