Very good place to eat very clean sanitized on top of making sure the tables were cleaned they brought the food out in perfect timing it was nice and hot fresh crunchy the meat was great the shrimp was juicy I had a Thai tea boba drink and a non-sweet tea perfect atmosphere was great I loved the people that were there as well as the service and it smells so amazing when you first walked in I definitely recommend this place

Visited here with a friend for lunch. My first time visiting. We went and were seated very quickly. Service was very quick. The food was very good. I love the variety of the menu. I did wish that they had basil fried rice on the menu, but I tried their vegetarian noodles instead. The flavor was good. Our spring rolls were fresh and delicious as well. And I absolutely loved my strawberry banana bolba shake! I loved the speed of service here even though they were equally busy the whole time. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Very quick with water refills. I would definitely come back here again.

It was pretty crowded. We werent greeted when we got in. We stood for a good 4-5 until someone acknowledged us and took us to a table. The #1 pho wasnt all that. The rice plate was ok. The meat was good but the rice was hard and some were the edge hard rice. I dont think ill return to this one for a while.

Food was alright for the price I suppose service always seems quick enough... to white people expect almost everyone get quiet and stare from the moment you walk in till you leave 🤷 idk why and I still haven't figured out what the deal is with that.... To be continued....

Don’t get me wrong, I do like their pho soup and I will continue to patronize them, I think it’s savory and reasonably priced. However, the rest of their menu needs to be updated and improved. The lemongrass tofu we had was just so bad that after a few bites I just couldn’t eat another, and thats saying a lot. I usually don’t like to waste food, but this one was so tasteless and unredeemable that I didn’t even ask for a to-go box. The service was also lacking, mostly inattentive and needs a lot of polishing. Pho Saigon shouldn’t rest on its laurels but instead improve on the rest of their menu and service to remain competitive.

Disappointed. 1st time and I’ll try again. But, broth is ok, but not rich. Very little meat, too much noodles, broth not very hot and the large gets cold fast. Some of the meat wasn’t very fresh and the bean sprouts weren’t fresh. Disappointed but will try again.

The food is good. Be great for takeout. However service was absolutely the worst. Couldn’t get service and on checkout the overcharged me.

I ordered pho with well-done beef, brisket, and beef meatballs, but what I received was pho with tendon heavy beef brisket and meatballs, completely incorrect. This order was for my toddler, so the wrong meat cuts were a serious issue. When I called the restaurant, they told me to bring it back for an exchange and said sorry, they could not do anything else. This mistake caused me major inconvenience, especially with a child, and I found their handling of the situation irresponsible. Very disappointing experience. When my husband drove back to the restaurant, the worker said they did not make any mistake. She claimed that ordering chín, nạm, bò viên can still be served with only nạm and bò viên, and said “vè giòn” is how they normally prepare it. However, my order clearly included chín, which was missing. This response felt dismissive and irresponsible, and the situation caused us major inconvenience, especially with a child. Not recommended.

We stopped here after a long hour drive and it was disappointing. We opted for this place bcs of the reviews but wished we went elsewhere. The waitress was rude and the pho was okay. For the price you have to pay, better go elsewhere.

I dont know what happened to the service and the food, but it has gone down hill. I ordered Beef Fried Rice and I saw served Pork Fried Rice instead. None of the server cared to tell me or explain why. Furthermore, none of the servers came to check on the table for refills, their food, etc. The couple at the booth next to me were sitting there for a few minutes and didn't receive any menus or drinks. It felt like the staff didn't want to serve anyone and the atmosphere was just dead quiet.

The service here is terrible. I called ahead and they said it'll take 15 minutes. When I arrived I waited an additional 50 minutes for my order. All I ordered was 3 #1 Large. The people who walked in and ordered to go got their order before I did. This place is so unorganized and needs better communication between their customers and staff. They need to prioritize time stamps on when the order is placed.

Horrible customer service. Chicken wings look like chicken nuggets. Staff will argue you down that it came out of the bag like that and get upset when you request regular size wings which is apart of the appetizer platter for the appetizer combo. #32 on the menu. Why serve someone kibbles and bits and call it chicken wings?
