We love coming to this Philz. Always busy but the lines move quickly and the staff is super friendly. Adequate parking in the rear and cheap valet. I still don’t get the point of the valet for the parking lot 🤷‍♂️. Free 10 Minute parking. Everything on the coffee menu is great. If your a coffee drinker you need to experience this coffee shop.

First time I had Gingersnap Iced Coffee at Philz Coffee. It was amazing! The store cashier Matthew recommended me this one. Plus, he customized my coffee as per my need. Medium Cream & Light Sugar. Perfect! The cold brew, cinnamon & a hint of ginger made it perfect! Along with that the barista was kind too! Highly recommend Gingersnap Iced Coffee at Philz Coffee, Studio City!

Definitely a great spot to meet. Bring a date! Or just go on your own. Parking is free in the back. The staff here was very nice and accommodating. Their bathrooms are funny as hell. Please see the photos I posted.

Just tried the famous Mojito Mint Iced Coffee today - WOW! 🌿🍹🥤 It's like a chilled minty dream, perfectly creamy and sweet. Definitely a 5-star refreshment!

Heard a lot of good things about Philz coffee, decided to give them a try and it didn't disappoint. Their coffee is delicious and refreshing with new and tasty flavors to try. But honestly, what I love the most is their coffee cake muffin 😋 it was just mmmm good 😊.

This was my first visit with Philz coffee. I cannot rave enough about it! Outstanding customer service! I let them know that it was my first visit. How the ordering process worked was explained I selected the Chia Tea, such amazing notes and crafted to my expectations. I was asked to sample the taste before placing my lid. Calm and peaceful ambiance along with a clean well kept store. They also support local artists and I love it!!! Check them out!

I had the pleasure of experiencing Philz Coffee for the first time a few year back and it was the best coffee I had ever had. Unfortunately there weren’t any close to where I lived at the time, but now there are and I must say it has been my favorite coffee spot ever since that first cup. At this location The staff exudes kindness and warmth, making each visit a delightful experience. Their drinks are simply incredible, crafted with a minimalist approach using only coffee beans, cream, and sugar. Occasionally, using mint and cardamom in some drinks, which are my personal favorites. The Philharmonic and the tantalizing Turkish, both have mint and cardamom, and they are simply amazing. This simplicity is what sets them apart, as the unique flavor profiles come solely from the high-quality coffee beans they use. I appreciate how Philz Coffee stays true to the essence of coffee, without relying on syrups or artificial flavorings that can mask the true taste of the brew. Great service, friendly staff with fantastic concern for the quality and personalization of the drinks. Always a pleasant experience. Music is a bit loud though, it’s kinda blaring rap and hip hop music which I don’t really associate with cafes, especially when there are as many students and working professionals in there as this location.

Great service but...the coffee is kind of fancy coffee drinks nothing like old school espresso or doppio. More suited for teens in my mind rather than true coffee lovers that appreciate good strong coffee.

Not sure, first time customer here. Couldn’t order a cappuccino. I’m not even sure what they were serving there, Whatever I got was interesting but not sure I’ll be back. Workers were nice but not my type of place.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this location. After using the valet service, I discovered that all the loose change I keep in a small box inside my center console was missing. I had used it earlier that same day, so I’m certain it was taken while my car was parked here. It’s very concerning and unacceptable that something like this could happen. I expected much higher standards of honesty and professionalism from your staff.

I am taking some time to write a review unfortunately it’s a negative review. This is the second time I get coffee from this location and the coffee leaks through the lid that they give me and gets all over my clothes and my car I just washed cupholder. It’s ridiculous. I’ve never had this happen at any other coffee shop just at this coffee shop and this exact location twice. I don’t know if I’m getting the incorrect lid for my coffee or what’s happening but it’s ridiculous so I had to post this review and I will be looking to post on Yelp as well.

Your valet parking guys stole my sunglasses. I have an internal/external dash cam that clearly shows the guy taking it. When confronted them, one of the guys didn’t speak English, the other kept telling me they did not take it, when I told him I have the video I can show him, refused to watch it. This is unacceptable behavior, your coffee is great, but if I have to get something stollen every time I park there, I would rather go to Starbucks. Please address this situation with crooks at the valet parking. P.S. filed a police report and provided the video to them.

The SLOWEST Philz in Los Angeles! They really need to figure out the mobile order to walk-in customer order of priority. Waiting 20 mins for a medium coffee and a sandwich is completely ridiculous
