I really like this boba place. Honestly they have such a nice variety of drinks and they’ve recently introduced food which I had no idea. It’s a good place to get work done. They provide WiFi password at the front next to the cashier. Their wood table is such a nice wide wooden table- perfect for studying. Next time I order the mango green tea, I’d ask for less sweetener/less syrup bc the drink was a little too sugary for me this time around. I need to come back and try their poke, that looks promising.

I love coming to Yum Yum. They have difficult to find milk teas (cinnamon, green Thai tea, strawberry etc.). The owner is very friendly. Plenty of seating. Only wish it was closer to my house!

We were sitting outside in our truck, getting ready to sell one of our sheep. One of the girls that work there came out with a cup of water asking if we need anything. She was absolutely so sweet and brought us and our three kids smoothies. And oh my goodness, it taste absolutely delicious. I am very impressed and completely surprised by their kindness and quality of smoothies.

Amazingly friendly owners and really good food. The woman who helped us was open to my questions about their menu and had a sweet demeanor during our time there. The drinks hit and the place is well kept- even the restrooms were clean. Will definitely come back next time we’re leaving Brazos Bend State Park!

This place is really good the food is always fresh and tasty as well as the staff which are really nice, I would highly recommend this place to everyone. They have vegetarian, halal, and lactose intolerant options and the teas are easily customizable

The staff is amazing and very patient. I came in and tried to keep the kids i mentor under control and they were extremely thoughtful and patient when they ordered. Loved their caramel milk tea boba! Thank you for everything :)

I love that they offer customization options like sugar and ice levels, as well as toppings like boba and popping boba. The prices are super reasonable, and the portions are generous. I also tried the Yum Yum Sushi, which was love at first bite! The combination of tuna, and spicy mayo was perfection. The service was also top-notch - friendly and attentive. If you're a fan of Asian fusion cuisine, boba, you should try Yum Yum Boba House. Highly recommend!

I just came by today 2/26, ordered OG milk tea and popcorn chicken, everything taste soooo good and the owner is so nice, polite. I just wish the tapioca is a bit more chewy and the portion of tapioca is a bit less. Overall it is 9/10. I will come back to try their shushi

This longstanding boba shop is under new ownership, and the owner was incredibly kind. My conversation with the owner was truly delightful and is what prompted me to write this review. This is a great neighborhood spot to enjoy boba for those in the New Territory area!

Truly a prime example of why local businesses are the best places to spend your dollar. Brandon is kind, and engaging. He gave superb recommendations based on our tastes. The fries alone I could rave about for hours, yet the most astonishing feat is that the dumplings were amazing, even though I typically hate the taste of dumplings these were astounding. The boba here is top notch, with creative combinations and a cozy atmosphere to spend a quiet lunch or afternoon. A true hidden gem.

The wide variety halal menu is very inclusive but not very good. The service is very good and polite. To advertise the halal menu my suggestion is to get the certified halal sticker and put is on the outside window of the shop.
