Go to auntie Anne's, the teen only gives half drinks and shewing away customers while we're paying. 7pm jan20th
keep in mind I’m in the customer service business so I have a lot of patience & remained respectful, but the guy who gave me my pretzel was eztremeeeely rude. He rolled his eyes when I asked for a pretzel and dropped it in my hands in the midst of me saying “thank you”. Was also rude to the young kids behind me. Employees like this make ur company look bad. The girl who checked us out was really nice though.
Worst customer service, no fresh pretzels, their employees are always rude! I have had a bad experience with them for the 5th time and still no improvement in their customer service. I don't understand why they can't just give fresh pretzels or maybe the girls working there are too lazy to make the fresh ones. Never going there again and would never recommend them to anyone.
The manager Magali is a horrible person very rude with customers and employees. She needs fired !
If had an option would have given zero stars. We asked for a jalapeño pretzel and the manager who works there said she didn’t have none and wouldn’t make one as it was only one hour left to close. So we took the regular pretzel and while passing by after eating we saw that she had some newly made and put up. Worst service.
