High-end, high security shopping area. Here one finds many luxury brand shops. There are also several outstanding restaurants, such as Le Colonial, Ouzo Bay and Toulouse.
At this location, you are going to come across some really fancy cars and fancy lighting setup. It’s a really nice place for first date which could include movie at the iPic theatre followed by decadent gelato at the Amorino or just a casual walk. I usually prefer it for amorino and a walk :). Definitely check it out if you are in the Galleria area.
Very upscale area which houses some of the most beautiful and extravagant houses in the city. Each house is different than the last but they’re all quite unique and beautiful in their own way.
Lots of security patrols, very clean, top notch tenants. Would suggest going early to beat crowds and heat. Garage is rather small.
This Review covers the Holidaze art installation. We loved the golden ‘Holidaze’ insignia on the windows of the entrance, it set the tone for the entire experience, no stone was left unturned in the thoughtfulness of preparation. Each set was meticulously designed with high quality material, something we have come to expect from Matter Creative. Not only was each scene perfectly designed but the lighting was thoughtfully placed for photo ops. We were the only ones in the gallery space, because of this the attendant said we could remove our masks for the photo ops. They have a lot of luxurious options for shoppers to come by, from clothing to jewelry. The area also have lots of food options as well, in which they are quality restaurants. Although not as big as the Galleria, I'd prefer this because the vibe here are very chill and not crazy like the Galleria mall.
I love this place because it has a free parking garage and there is the iPic movie theater, with a very nice bar. I like walking around River Oaks District and look in the stores for the latest fashion. I feel like I'm in Paris or Spain when I go there. There are very nice restaurants and bars. There is Hop Doddies for burgers and they have the Impossible burger, there is Bisue, and my favorite Steak 48. I also like going to Toulouse, the French cafe.

It's just a five-minute walk to Galleria Mall and a five-minute drive to Costco and Whole Foods Market. A little metropolitan oasis. IPIC will spoil you for other movie theaters. Lots of great restaurants with quaint patio dining. And fancy delightful shops.
From the moment we walked in, the detail was outstanding! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and enjoy your dining experience. I appreciated having the booth seating option feel cozy yet private despite it being a big restaurant. The steak melted inn my mouth and the brussel sprouts were perfectly cooked. There are 3 fo 4 different old fashion drinks! Highly recommend the French or orange rye!
I recently visited the River Oaks District and needed some help finding a great place to eat. Tia at the concierge desk was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and recommended Bari, which turned out to be the perfect choice. The food was incredible, and the ambiance was just what I was looking for. Tia’s outstanding customer service truly made my visit special. I can’t thank her enough for her help. If you're visiting, make sure to stop by the concierge desk and ask for her! Highly recommend!

I love this place. There are so many stores here and many places to eat. There’s also a movie theater here. It is always lit up with beautiful lights and decorated. There are always so many people here, hanging out with their friends and family.

This shopping mall area is very unique. Parking garage is free. They have a lot security/police presence in the area. I actually feel safe walking around there!Some of The restaurants are expensive This is a high end area so it expected.. But overall its a nice location to walk around, window shop. You will definitely see a lot of exotic cars in the area. Definitely a must see if you are new to Houston..
The clean and classy asstetic is very soothing. And during the holiday season it is always wonderfully decorated and brought to life. A variety of high end shops and largely spaced. Fun for everyone. I recommend it if your in the area take a walk and enjoy all the festivities.
Es un mall bastante lindo, me gusta por estar al aire libre, tiendas exclusivas y con frecuencia lo visito porque está Amorino Gelato, heladería italiana con unos helados deliciosos.

Uno de mis sitios favoritos en Houston. Para cenar, caminar y terminar en Amorino con riquísimo helado artesanal.
Un lugar muy agradable para caminar sin prisas. Todo se ve cuidado, limpio y con un ambiente tranquilo que invita a pasear, entrar a tiendas o sentarte un rato a observar. Se siente moderno pero relajado, no abrumador. Puede ser un poco caro dependiendo a dónde entres, pero la experiencia lo compensa. Es de esos lugares que disfrutas incluso sin comprar nada, solo por el ambiente y las vibes.

This shopping mall is a great spot for both shopping and dining. The free parking is a nice perk, and the Christmas decorations are absolutely charming and festive. However, not many stores stay open late on weekends.
Great place to bring a family or significant other for a relaxing afternoon or evening. There are always events taking place such as today the the The "Taste of The District" where a variety of vendors came together to create a farmer's market. To make it festive River Oaks had DJ Senega provide music and Premier Sound and Lighting provided staging and speakers with microphone system.

The stores were pretty nice, very upscale. The people weren't as great. Out of at least 125 people, about 20 were wearing masks, including employees. One restaurant, Toulouse, had outdoor dining. There were about 25 tables and they were all filled with at least 4 guests, none of which were wearing masks. It was really gross. The concierge and river oaks staff were pleasant and helpful, most of my dislike belongs to the guests.
Very pleasant retail development in River Oaks area. Houston needs much more of these localized shopping & restaurant areas.

Upscale part of Houston that highlights luxury shopping, great restaurants, and a “see and be seen” vibe. Many stories of unsafe situations, but it seems the concerns have been addressed. Highly recommended - but be prepared to spend a little money.
Tiene cine, estacionamiento gratis y venden elados en forma de flor. Hay exposición de autos de lujo y deportivo, como Ferrari y Porche. También hay restaurantes y tiendas.

It’s neither a district nor River Oaks. Until I place with more solid knob, appeal is built I suppose the designer shots will be here unless they can figure out how to keep the galleria from deteriorating further. After the collapse in Surfside, I wouldn’t go in the galleria garage. Now I see a lot of work being done there just like I had planned to do in Surfside before it collapsed when efforts are made to demolish structures in Houston on grounds of not being structurally sound I no longer protest.
솔직히 한번이상 갈곳은아닙니다. 관광으로 명품로데오거리 한번보고오고 식당도 스트릿안엔 별게없어요. 걍 베벌리힐스 로데오 구경하는 느낌으로 오심될듯. 베벌리힐스를 벤치마킹한 느낌이지만 뭐가별로없음ㅋ 주변에 갤러리아있으니 쇼핑은 갤러리아에서. 명품거리자체는 경제불황으로인해 사람도없네유
Good shops and good restaurants. The garage usually has plenty of space available. The foul smell from the garbage collected near the back stairs in the garage is intolerable. I have never seen any security around which is a major concern.
No elevator and escalator working since months . I don’t understand that this shopping area with so much upscale shops and restaurants didn’t pay attention that their customers going through this ordeal every time they visit you . I would not pay rent if I am one of the lessee here . Rent is a part of the overall maintenance and upkeep of the shopping area . Why other people are so silent. So bad . How someone with any disability can possibly park and go to shopping or in any restaurant. City of Houston suppose to take immediate notice.
Stores are fantastic. Cops are horrible. I am VERY pro police and security but when a patrol “officer” is parked in a customer parking spot and refuses to move for paying customers, there’s a problem. Sir you are meant to patrol, not sit in one spot and when I was heading to Giuseppe to spend over $2k I expect to be able to park somewhat nearby especially when that spot was being taken by someone sitting on the job.
