We went to Uncle Al;s for lunch after we were at an event at Markham Park this morning. It is a great place. Everyone is very friendly and the food is great. I shared their 25 chicken wing platter with a friend and we ate until we were full and then we took food home. We had it with the hot sauce and that was amazing. This is a great place and I plan to come back next week. Great food! Great place!

Great wings, great service. The server got a translator to place our orders correctly. Not pushy at all. Came to check up on us often. The wings were great 20wings w. Curly fries, good enough for 3ppl. We got the ones with garlic and the bbq wings.

Classic town-oriented dive bar with amazing food. It's always packed around game time and during happy hour, so get there early or be prepared to wait. It's a cozy spot with a big horse shoe bar. Everyone agrees the wings are the best in the area. I also like the sliced roast beef wrap and the BLT. I can't recall having a bad meal here and the beers are ice cold!

The most amazing wings I have ever had can only be found here. I used to eat here as a child and now that I an old and moved to North Carolina, I come back and eat here every time. I introduced my husband to thus place and he loves it. My parents visit from South America all the time and crave this place too. No wings will ever be as good as Uncle Al's.

Excellent food trip after trip whether it’s for lunch or dinner. The OG wings are always great, wraps, salads to the beer prices! Service is always on point and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience. Bar area has lots of TVs which are sure to have your fav game on and the restaurant is always clean. Big jump from Hurricane bar and grill that was there. You order wet wings and you have to fish them out of the sauce! Food always hot and cooked perfectly. I’d give more than five stars if it was an option!

Great Brunch!!! Had the chicken and waffles. Waffle was done perfect. Was really fluffy. Made to order. I had the bottomless Mimosas and they were delicious! My family and I eat here at least once a week for dinner but if the brunch keeps up, we will be here every Sunday!

This was a good ownership change, although I must admit before about a week and a half ago, I hadn't been to Uncle Al's for a while, so I'm not sure how long ago it happened. The staff was still the friendly bunch that had been there a long time, but the food quality had gone down. Tonight and on our other recent visit, the food was back up to our expectations of Uncle Al's, and the new staff are also friendly and enthusiastic. We will make it a regular stop once again! PS - I like either hot or honey-garlic, unbreaded, well-done wings and my husband eats them breaded with Mt. St. Helens sauce! 😝

My family and I usually get wings from here on a weekly basis usually on a Friday night to celebrate the end of the workweek. Their wings are to die for they are so so good! If you are not a wing person they also have unbelievable great burgers and salads.

want a sports bar type of restaurant? Jose's Uncle Al's is the best. Good food, good service, full bar and lounge area. I recommend the wings or boneless "Wingers" with their delicious blue cheese dressing.

Been going to uncle al's in sunrise and have plenty of great experiences with the service at the bar.Sheila has been taking care of me mostly and has taken very good care of me. Also Carley, Sean and Robert are excellent. I also have food at the bar and my favorite are the buffalo rolls which are made fresh. Second are the wingers with hot sauce. Management is very pleasant which is Lorenzo and Alex Deborah, one of the owners is always happy to please the customers.Very down to earth and easy to converse with. Definitely feel like family and so do my friends when we hang out. We always have a great time. Definitely recommend stopping by.

I always go when Gary is there for karaoke with my buddy Brooklyn. Always a great time and never any issues with the crowd. Big T is a cool dude! He's always there lol Gary definitely gets this place jumping. Food is awsome. The pretzel is crazy good.

Great, well established hangout to watch games, have good food, and get great service. The foot long char grilled hot dog is a mouthful. The regular cheeseburger came cooked perfectly to order. The curly fries are as good as you get at Arby's if you like those. They have a kids menu as well. We hear they have great wings. We didn't get them this time, but I'm sure we'll be back. We finished off with the Death By Chocolate. This is a massive piece of chocolate on chocolate cake. Be ready to share this monster. We didn't get them this time, but I'm sure we'll be back. And our server was outstanding.

This is the far superior Uncle Al's location. I go with my coworkers during lunch, my parents come here with me (it's even tradition to go here when my sister and brother-in-law come in from out of town), and I often order takeout for get togethers with friends. They're often very nice with a nice crowd there as well. Food is obviously good if I'm eating there often.

For the first time in a few years I didn't feel the need to leave a bad review. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. The service was excellent (Desiree) and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Do yourself a favor and get down there.

The service has always been good. The place is clean. Their wings are very good, but somewhat overpriced. I get the Cajun dry rub... really good. It is a sports bar, so the ambiance is consistent with that. The food is great for a sports bar, good for a restaurant. The servers are always REALLY nice and prompt, and the food is always hot. Their beer selection is fairly good for SoFlo... All in all, casual dining, quick service, good food/drinks, and great wings... tip your server!

One of our favorite! They’re wings are the best wings I’ve ever had! Also their steamed garlic peel n’ eat shrimp 🍤 Oh so good! They also have good burgers. If you like bone off the chicken, I highly recommend their wingers (my preference is medium garlic sauce). Not to mention their atmosphere is fantastic! My kids love playing on the arcade machines they have in the back

Some of the best wings in town! You must have the Special Sauce when you are ordering the wings. They have a great lunch special throughout the week that includes your drink as well as fries and wings. They don't skimp on the sauce, so if you like what Wings this is your place! Always friendly staff, decent service, the vibe is pretty fun in there they also have karaoke on Saturday night which is always a blast!

This is THE BEST place for chicken wings, hands down! The wings are meaty and sauced just right. The food came right out, and everything was delicious! The staff here is fantastic! Our server was Bridgitte. She came by our table several times. The owner, Jose, even stopped by to make sure everything was ok. This place is a little hard to find -- it's tucked away in a shopping center -- but it is a perfect neighborhood hangout. Business is brisk -- every table is taken -- but you would never know it by the high quality of the food and the service!

I've been eating there for over 20 years. The quality remains excellent, especially the chicken wings. Prices have increased more and more, keeping up with the economy. $$$

Went here for a later night snack. Our server was great. We got some Cajun spice curly fries that were good. Our friend got this massive bowl of shrimp that was very bland. They have decent beer options. Karaoke seemed fun. Very much a locals bar.

Uncle Al's is an unassuming establishment tucked in a fairly large stripmall. It's what you'd picture a Bar & Grille should look like. Lots of wood decor provides warm cozy feel. Upon entry you'll run into the bar. Busy as she was, bartender greeted us with friendly hello. Stray to your right & sit anywhere you like for your dining experience. Uncle Al's knows burgers. Delicious, cooked to order, really, served by very friendly waitress. The burgers were actually bigger than the buns. How rare is that these days? No pun intended. Great place for a quick burger & beer. Good bathroom, one way parking with normal size spaces.

The wings here are delicious and the service is so friendly. It's small and tucked away but they have some of the best wings I've ever had hands down without a doubt. I order them not breaded with hot sauce, honey, teriyaki and garlic sounds weird but soooooooo good!!

On my main account I gave this place a bad review previously so I wanted to be fair and redo it based on recent activity. Lately I've noticed the food comes out really hot cooked well and presentable on a plate. Very rare to be served hot food. Don't remember what complaints I had previously but I don't notice anything now. Have had a cheeseburger recently and a dolphin Reuben with fries even the fries come out hot much better than last year or maybe earlier than that it was really bad

Uncle Al’s has been a “family” spot for us since I was 10 and living in Davie. My parents would watch football on Saturdays and us kids would play the games in the back. Visiting years later it still has the charm and service I remember, and oh yeah those special combo wings still hit! Gotta ask for the curly fries too. Just as great as I remember, so glad I stopped in while visiting south Florida.

Local bar we found close to Markham Park where we were camping. Absolutely fabulous if you are looking for Local, neighborhood bar. Good food, great bartenders! UPDATE. 1 year later still fantastic. Carli is a great bartender who remembered us from last winter. Chicken salad melt is my fave.

Had so many games on and the ribs were just falling off the bone. 10/10 would eat here again. I also had a tequila sunrise and that was strong. That is what I like, a nice strong mixed drink.

My friends and I came for Music Bingo it was fun! The food was great. Staff very nice and friendly. The owner, Jose, stopped at our table to say hello. Jose was also the person who set my reservation and was very patient and polite when answering all of my emails 😃! It was something fun to do on a Wednesday night!

Went to Flanigans only to be told there was a 40 minute wait so we ended up coming to Uncle Als instead. What a great surprise and im so happy we didnt eat at Flanigans. The fried mushrooms were some of the best ive ever had, the philly was amazing, and the crew was phenomenal. I had gone out tonight because it was my birthday and they brought me a piece of the best peanut butter pie I've ever had! Not only that but they made sure to go beyond the typical restaurant custom of singing and leaving to wish me a happy birthday separately. Special shout-out to Crystal our server, and the gentleman going around asking how everything was, i didn't catch your name! Thank you for a wonderful birthday dinner!

Genuinely the best wings I have tried in the United States. They are large and meaty. The buffalo sauce is spectacular, light and not thick. Incredible! The mac n cheese is from a box, I don't recommend it. The fries are not impressive. The mozzarella sticks are freshly made. The hot is not that hot, is a manageable. Great and delicious!

Good food selection, service was poor despite lots of waitresses and not being busy. Went to the bar to pay and leave but the credit machine was down. Will try it again sometime as it is convenient after leaving Markham Park.

My friends and I went to Uncle Al's for their karaoke Saturdays for the first time. The restaurant had such a great energetic scene and the staff/people were super friendly. We will definitely go again on Saturday nights & sing some songs. However, the food was just ok.

This is a staple spot for me because I work nearby. I'm partial to their chicken caesar wrap and their wings. They have a variety of wing sauce choices and let you mix and match as you please. The staff is friendly and remembers their regulars. While it's a bit of a hole in the wall, it's a decent sports bar.

Delicious food, nice bar, friendly staff! Almost nothing to say bad about here. I just have one issue, which is big enough to take a star off- they don’t ask how you want your steak cooked. Now, you may be thinking. “Why is this so important and worthy of a star?” I like my steaks medium well. So a little more cooked than regular. Since they did not even ask how I want it, they brought it red. Even a little raw in the middle. My family ate wings and they loved it, but my steak was not great. I would recommend getting something else though, because the rest of the things seemed amazing. Also, the cheese overall (sauce and solid) was not good. It was stiff, and had a bland flavor. That is another factor of the 4 stars. Old pops LOVED the beers, so that’s always awesome! I would recommend this place, just with the warning of the steak.

First visit, definitely low key and casual. Nothing fancy for sure. Decor is old, but not bad if you like that sort of thing. Have old memorabilia decorations, thats cool. Staff are very nice and friendly. I'll will probably go again, but staying away from the fried food, Four stars because fish was way over cooked. Other menu items I saw looked very good. The desserts were awesome. Would recommend you stop by and check it out.

A small but excellent Cafe / bar. The only thing that I've ever gotten in this place is chicken wings because that's what they're famous for. However once with the wings I did have a Caesar salad and that was excellent too. But the chicken wings are to-die-for they're wonderful. Big, meaty, with the right amount of sauce. You can always get extra sauce as well. They also serve beer and liquor. So it is a One-Stop serves all purpose. And it is centrally located

This has always been a favorite place for me. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the past few times service has been very slow and they have changed their food. Instead of their regular chicken fingers and fish and chips it is frozen food heated up. VERY DISAPPOINTING Uncle Als.... and also the chicken wings are getting more and more expensive and are now off the lunch menu, they are $10 for 8 small wings and less fries... Very DISAPPOINTING... I won't be going back anytime soon and that is sad considering I have been going their for almost 20 years. Please go back to the Uncle's Al's we all know and Loved. ☹☹☹🍗🍗

Walked in and had a seat at a table by the bar. Bar was full with what appeared to be all of the locals/regulars who frequent the establishment. I waited and waited and waited some more to see if anyone would acknowledge my presence but no luck. I have a habit of always using a timer (stop watch) on my phone whenever I go to restaurants to see how long it takes to be acknowledged. After 10 minutes of sitting there watching the female bartender holding conversations with all the guys at bar and me starting to feel awkward just sitting there with no menu, no water, food or beverage, I decided to walk over to the bar and asked the bartender if anyone was available taking orders at the tables. She proceeds to ask what I would like and I responded "Blue Moon Draft and a Menu". I decided on a Chili Cheese Burger with fries and placed my order. About 10 minutes later, I get a Chili Cheese Dog with fries not a Chili Cheese Burger. Clearly I interupted her social time as she was too distracted and unable to get my order right. I decided to eat the hot dog (which tasted like a 7 Eleven hot dog) as I was already too frustrated at this point. Then from out of the blue, a waitress comes to my table asking how everything was (I wonder where she was at the entire time I sat there). Well this review explains exactly how everything was. I am happy to see that the locals/regulars are able to sustain this establishment and that they do not need new patrons. I certainly will not be returning.

Ordered the grouper finger meal with onion rings, coleslaw, ice tea to drink, and a slice of cheesecake. Grouper fingers were great. Onion rings were overcooked and hard and dry, coleslaw was old. Cheesecake was great but it's $7 for a little skinny slice. Service was great but the overall meal was mediocre at best. We were a party of 3 and we all ate the same, no alcohol, the bill was $100 before tip, the food left us still hungry and definitely not worth the $120 spent for little more than bar food. We all agreed, we will not be back.

I’m done, I frequented this place and every Father’s Day nd birthday I’d get 50 wings and 2 curly fries. It was the highlight of these occasions. But no more. The combo is like $75 now, way higher than a couple of years ago and the wings are no where’s near as good as they were. The new owners suck at making wings and are price gougers.

Ok, so you can definitely tell that there’s new owners since the last time I’ve been here. Wings are much smaller and the quality is good but nowhere near the same that it was. If you notice with all the recent reviews everyone’s a local guide with those four stars which means probably they’ve had their meals comped and everything else makes you wonder sometimes. Couldn’t help but notice the high high rate of turnover with staff. The waitresses used to be there for a very long time as with the bartenders now doesn’t seem like they last more than 2 to 3 weeks.

Very disappointing. Wings were undercooked without much taste, mushrooms and pickles were heavy breading and soggy. Fries sat around and not crispy at all. Chicken Caesar wrap had no taste and just not great. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but they really need to step it up. Won’t be back, too many other good consistent competitors around. It’s a shame because we decided to give a try again after a couple years hiatus and didn’t work out. Sorry, it’s just not good. Hope they can improve.

Very dissatisfied with my order that I place through UberEats. My breaded wings came drenched in a pool of grease. As for little amount wings that weren’t soaked in the grease- they did taste good. Unfortunately I was only able to eat about 8 of the wings out of an order of 20. I also ordered tots with cheese and was missing the cheese. Overall a disappointing meal.

Me and my wife went there a few weeks ago. She ordered the wings and I had a simple burger. The burger was just ok but it had no seasoning or taste. The wings were so salty if you have heart issues you can end up in the hospital. The drinks are good and strong enough for the price. The people who work there are pleasant and try to do a good job. Then I decided to go to the restroom, It was disgusting the tiles were coming off the walls and the air was stagnent. The cleaning supplies for your hands had run out and looked old and grimy. The calking around the sink was missing and discolored. You can tell no effort has been put into this bathroom for many years. The light was yellow and low and everything looked dingy and old. To think that this is the same restroom the staff uses is upsetting. I hope the owner or manger sees this review and does something. By god take some pride.

I’ve had better experiences here recently. Mozzarella sticks were served cold, we sent them back and they were recooked, plus one singular stick brought out separately to replace the ones each of us had bitten initially. Caesar salad with blackened shrimp was more like Caesar salad with boiled shrimp that had blackening seasoning added on top. Didn’t care to say anything, as the manager on duty was drinking bud lites while walking between tables, and we had already had one item sent back to the kitchen. Usually happy with the service here, hopefully this is an anomaly.

If you like buffalo wings, this is the place! And they also have curly fries! Jan 26th, 2025 update! Never order via Uber eats, and unfortunately, I will not go back to this place. Placed order, and all is fine. Restaurant calls me right away to tell me that they are out of calamari and that they can't make any changes on their end or make any substitutions. For me to cancel the order or make changes on my end. Ok... Go to Uber eats, instructions say that I can call the merchant, quote 3 sentences, and they can make changes on their end. Since the restaurant told me they couldn't and since the order was already accepted, the only option is to cancel. So, I canceled to submit the same order minus the calamari. Next thing I know, I'm being charged about 80% of the total order. I chatted with Uber eats about it, and there is nothing they could do. They called Uncle Als, and the restaurant said that the only thing they told me is that they did not have the calamari. So I guess the rest. I guess I just made it up. Well, enjoy the 50 bucks.

Cero starts, the most horrible food and horrible service, first time that i order food here and was money wasted, since i saw the food i wanted to throw it away.

Disappointing visit, been coming to this locations for decades. Today, I ordered for pick up, 20 wings Jumbo hotdog with chili and cheese Curly fries Mozzarella sticks I received a side of ranch and I asked for another one, given that they provide a 2oz portion and for the amount of food I receive this was not much. The server looks at me and says it’s going to be .99cents for any extra, I explained the amount of food I had and she responded by saying, that doesn’t matter….if this doesn’t matter, what does??? Also, I understand the rising costs, but a dollar for less than 2oz of bulk ranch for someone that just spent $50 on your restaurant???? Easy way to lose decades of loyal customers.

Nice servers and food is average. No soap in men's bathrooms. Asked three times to refill soap to three different staff members. I had a party of 13 and I had to go buy hand sanitizer because no one cared to refill soap. Happy to leave a tip but your going get the review you deserve.

Use to like this place but then the food starting getting so bad. The people that work there are nice, just distracted. I’ve been going here for 8 years and it’s just sad how the quality has gone down. I don’t like the fact that they decided to throw a huge loud event on a Thursday (the location is by a preschool and residential homes). My children couldn’t go to sleep because of the loud noise (I live 3 neighborhoods away from here so it’s was incredibly loud). This area is mostly family and elderly.

I’ve been a customer for about six months, the wings were the best in the area when we first started. Last night, 50 wings for 60 bucks. It was literally skin and bones. They were terrible, felt bad for the waitress. We will probably never go back. Whoever the buyer is for the bar needs to stop trying to save money. THEY WERE INEDIBLE!!!! Thank you for your reply, i did speak to the server. She apologized but offered no solution. By giving 60, you are giving 20% more of a lousy product. THERE WAS LITTLE OR NO MEAT ON THE WINGS!! Its your choice to sell the product, I wouldn't sell them. Yes, they are that bad.

Very unprofessional. Ordered food through uber eats. Driver delivered half the order. Called the restaurant and they blamed the driver. When i went to pickup they hard 2 people handing out the orders. Clearly the restaurant messed up and werent even apologetic. Waitresses should pay more attention to their jobs then socializing with each other

Went anticipating better than prior business there Hurricanes, but sadly disappointed and will never return. Food took over half hour to get (hamburger) and wife’s grouper wasn’t fully cooked. Waitress took order and was nowhere to be seen afterwards. Only good thing I can say is beer was cold. Someone there needs to learn how to run a good restaurant.

Worst wings I have ever tried. Went by the reviews but I guess they got old. Wings are terrible and not in a good way. Oh and if you like cardboard, try their fries. Same taste. I would highly advise anybody to stay away from this place. Doesn’t look and doesn’t taste good.

Buffalo Wings were all oily and had no flavor whatsoever also the wings were super skinny with barely any meat. The only thing from my order was a New England clam chowder and the celery sticks. I don't know what happened to this place because a few years back they were award winning wings but now they are horrible. Never buying wings from there again!!!!

Everyone knows what buffalo wings and fries do for your health, but these WERE definitely worth it! Had been going to Uncle Al's for over 15 years, and had always said that they were consisten throughout the years with the best wings ever (2nd to none!) and the ambiance was very friendly, making patrons feel at home. Used to go very frequently (sometimes 2-3 times a week); HOWEVER, for some months now, we have noticed that food and especially service have deteriorated, and even worse, at manager's levels - have had issues with two different managers, which have consistently responded with the same adamancy, neglecting any possibility of improvement. It is sad, but apparently, as with many goods things, it is coming to its end. These wings are NOTworth it anymore.

The wings are terrible. only bone and refried and dried meat and the smell it had was of old rejected oil. I have been a customer of yours for several years and this is the third time they have given me bad food. From now on they relive the food before leaving the premises. so they don't have a bad time

Our server was outstanding. However, we ordered 50 wings and found 3 long black hairs on the food. Although the manager was very apologetic and discounted our bill in half, they have a serious issue with food handling/safety.

$27.00 for small dry up wings? The drumsticks have more bone than meat, this used to be the best wings around but I don't know what happened... What a disappoinment.

Took a costumer to get the attention of an employee to get my food then she must of thought i was drunk cause i watched her add 10$ gratuity while i was trying to speak with a client of mine dont no why she thought that was ok but its obvious when your bill is 43$ and as i turn my head to converse with another customer i notice its 53$ she sneaked a tip on my card without my permission and when confronted she blamed me . I wouldnt of left the review but she decided to ignore my request to speak with manager when i called and left me on hold to make a feeble attempt to not get busted now i have something to talk about with my clients for a month not cool christina s

What a bad service. You order something and it takes 20 minutes Pat a beer. 35 or some wings and they arrive cold… pathetic Que mal servicio. Pides algo y se tardan 20 minutos Pat una cerveza. 35 or unas alitas y llegan frías… patético

Las alitas las dañaron el sabor es a aceite viejo muy usado , demasiado tostadas y muy pequeñas, no vuelvo a comprar nada y no se las recomiendo a nadie!
