Taco Bell Susanville Reviews
So many people like to only give negative responses these days. The staff were fast, professional, clean, wearing their gloves and mask when I went through the drive thru today about 4pm. My order was as requested. Thanks Tacobell team!
So this is a damn good place to eat are there wait time a little long yess but did any one everything they have to do thing a certain way every company does I’ll keep going I love there food and the crew is nice and friendly I give them 5/5
The food is very good. My wife and daughter were willing to wait 2 hours for me to get home with it. The clerk asked if I qualified for the senior discount , which thrilled my Scottish heart. I was pleased with the price. The food tastes great and the staff was thoughtful.
I am a truck driver and was driving through town and really wanted some coffee, but nothing was open except for Taco Bell drive-through. Molly was working and she helped me out by making a fresh batch of coffee. Molly totally made my day with her genuine smile and excellent customer service.
This was the 1st time I had a GREAT taco. Condiments were cold, beef was hot, utterly delicious.
whoever the young woman working the night of 8/26 was needs a raise - she was gracefully training people, dealing with down computers, and getting orders out
No idea why, but my wife and think this location serves up some of the best-tasting Taco Bell magic. We hit up this drive-through every time we pass through Susanville. Which is always on a Friday around midnight on the way to a silly weekend getaway somewhere up north — maybe that's the reason. Yeah, probably is. Whatever, we dig it.
This taco bell gets a lot of bad rap but here are the facts: Some things this taco bell did right: -got my order correct (everytime) -friendly and helpful staff -refunded my order when there was a payment error Some things that needed improvement: -mobile app orders not showing as paid when selecting drive thru then picking up in store -drive thru line takes longer than normal I initially had a hiccup with my mobile order that i had to pay for twice. I used a gift card and selected "drive thru pickup" because "in store pickup" is grayed out. But I actually went in the store (as i always had, never had any problems) but there is a separate order POS for drive thru so if you pickup in the store with mobile app but actually selected drive thru - be sure to tell them! All they have to do is confirm it on drive thru POS and you shouldnt have to pay for it twice (like i did) What really make my experience beyond normal was the employee helped me get a refund for the order I had paid for twice. Nicole was extremely helpful and friendly in getting my refund issued on the spot. Will definitely come back here for the food but mostly for the friendliness of the employees
I am giving 5 stars across the board because this location has improved immensely! The last time we dined in before last night I swore I would never again, that was a long time ago and last night I am glad we took the chance. The dining area was clean, the employees were friendly, food was quick and correct. We have a big family so when we go out to eat we spend a lot, it’s nice to have a good experience after dropping so much $$. We didn’t regret it last night….great job Susanville Taco Bell team, thank you!
Very conscientious staff, the lady I picked up my food from wrote the details clearly on each item in my (app) order. Very clean. Food served promptly.
Atmosphere I would not know; Drive Thru customer(s.:) Muchas gracias Margo & Crew!! 📍 pinky braids- Legit af 😎 Coolio BlondieBoy-keep it realz! Rarely.. I mean R A R E L Y.. is an order incorrect, in first pass; GREAT JOB 🌮 TB TEAM Stead Blvd!! 🙌 Appreciate you ALL!! “L.J. & Tina!”
Food is ok. Used to use real cheese instead of a cheese sauce.
The food was OK I have had better.
If your familiar with this Americanized Mexican food than you know what to expect. The staff is friendly and efficient and one of the better fast food experiences in town. My girlfriend loves almost everything here and really likes the taco salad. The "power" meal is tasty and contains the high protein content I look for.
This has to be the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to! I think it's only the susanville one cause I have been to many and none are this bad. When you walk in and only 1 person is ahead of you and nobody in drive through it shouldnt take more than 10 min from the time of order to the time of delivery not 30 min plus!
I ordered two luxe build boxs and my freinds was as she asked but mine wasn’t I asked for no sour cream for the cheese fitita potatoes and I got it, same for no sauce on the quesadilla
They've gutted the self-serve station of sauces and napkins out in the lobby. Not sure if it's a temporary change or not but if you eat inside be wary of having to ask for sauces and napkins when they serve your food. Just a minor inconvenience, though they were also out of stock on the lids during my visit. I think they should be a little more conscious about providing good customer service but in regards to the employees, they were pretty polite and quick to respond.
It's taco bell I'm not a huge fan, although they haven't gotten my order wrong yet so kudos to you guys great job. The food is decent the people are nice and the location is easy to spot as it's right there on the corner of main street. No issues here I can't review the inside as I haven't been inside in months even before covid I didn't usually eat inside, but the last time I went in it was clean and modern and the workers were out and about cleaning spots and handing out food. The bathrooms could of used a bit of a clean but that's usually customers not employees. So nothing to really complain about the food usually looks like what you order and they're fast enough with the orders, if you're going during lunch rush just be prepared to wait an extra ten minutes because it will be busy usually every fast food place on main street is around 11-1.
Stopped here on the way from WA to NV. Service was quick and friendly. Food was tasty. Got the potato soft taco for the first time and really enjoyed it. What I didn't like were the prices. For instance, the dollar menu stuff was bumped up to $1.49. I get it; the location is somewhat remote and is a hub for people traveling. But it feels like I'm being gouged.
Good is good and service is improving. Employees appeared stressed and short staffed maybe long wait. I think their working on getting better tho.
Edit: after reading others' reviews, it appears that the slow service is well documented. Whomever owns this location and/or franchise really should address the service issues. I understand that the location is fairly remote, but there are other options in Susanville with better food at a comparable price point these days. It is faster to order takeout from a full-service Mexican restaurant, as it currently stands. Typical Taco Bell food. Deducted a few stars because service, especially through the drive-thru, can be incredibly slow. Have also experienced several visits where they were out of essential ingredients (such as ground beef.) Very weird.
Wait time and hour no matter what They didn't care about dining in customers
Long wait in drive thru usually, but friendly and my order's never messed up
It was the second time I tried using self order system they have in the lobby. It was also the second time it messed up the order we had. The manager quickly took care of us though. I don't see how technology is making things better. 🤔
If you are in a hurry do not stop here. Took twenty minutes to get two soft tacos. Looked like a bunch of unsupervised working or should I say standing around talking to each other and not working. Bathrooms were dirty and lobby needed cleaned and swept. Definitely not the place for fast food.
Does Taco Bell not do customer service anymore? Only 1 person in front of us waiting on his order, minimum of 3 workers in the back and not one of them acknowledged us but looked up and saw us multiple times. We ended up ordering electronically. And if you prefer customers order this way maybe a sign saying please order online or at a kiosk?I have no actual problem with this especially if it's busy but no one is here. A simple acknowledgement goes a long way in customer service. Probably a good learning opportunity that starts at management. Food was good and I don't leave negative remarks but the blatant way to be ignored as a customer caught me off guard.
Literally took over 45 minutes in the drive-thru just to get to the window (Sun 6/27) did not have much of a choice with cars behind me or I would have just went somewhere else. For "fast food" the wait time was appalling and unacceptable. I don't know what the problem here is but I'm definitely gonna think twice before I return.
It was hard to any meat in articles and our Mexican pizza. It was mostly lettuce in our tacos and on the Mexican pizza. There was hardly no filling or sauce. This has happened to us quite a few times now, not impressed.
Been here twice and it’s been the slowest tacobell I’ve ever been to.
Hit up Taco Bell for a crispy chicken burrito and a double decker—both were tasty and fresh. The soda was a letdown though, totally flat with no carbonation. Food was good overall, but the drink really brought the experience down a notch.
Went to Taco Bell and DT took a little long, whatever life happens and its not worth getting upset over a taco. Got my food and it wasn't my order parked went inside to sort it out and the manager on duty felt the need to throw the food across the store making a mess and scream at the staff on hand for making a mistake. I know working fast food can get stressful but that was not an appropriate response.
Drive through took 40 minutes with one person in front of me. When I asked why such a long wait they said they were training. Second time and they give the same excuse. I hope they start training better and more efficiently. This is just so ridiculous
It took over 47 minutes to get my order, I placed it in the kiosk myself, and paid for it. Then looked at the time. This was the longest time I had ever waited at this Taco Bell. But they did get the order correct.
The SMELL of the SEWER was so strong it was nauseating. I asked an employee about it and she said it's been like that for a long time and management knows about it but still hasn't done anything to correct the SMELLY PROBLEM. It's a good thing we were just passing thru.
Outrageously over priced. The kids working there do not care to do there job. Between ordering and getting your order no matter if store is empty or not your looking to Waite 30-45 mins to get your food every time. Bathrooms never work and when they do they are gross.
Waste of time and money. Waited over 30 minutes. The two people who were working at the time stood around the whole time as if there were no customers. Then, they told me they couldn’t give me a refund. Left without any of the food we ordered.
I do t ally understand what's is happening here, 35 minutes sitting stuck in the drive thru while passing through town...this is not FAST food and something has to give--you cannot hijack people this way. Hire good people, pay them well. Do not go to this location--worst experience I've ever had.
Went from being a good Taco Bell to going drastically worst since last month. 1-Star for charging me $5 extra for undelivered substitutions and giving us poorly made food a few times too often. $32 for two STEAK grilled cheese burritos filled with ground beef (these used to be bigger, why were these smaller than my fist?) and two STEAK crunchwraps with the same problem? Yeah.. It's a sobering experience, I'll make better ones at home. A thirty minute wait to get home and bite into food that sucks. Thanks. I also had an inside scoop that the Staff(?) Manager left for another job. This correlates heavily with the drop in standards and recent low-scoring reviews. I stopped eating here for years until late last year when I found it had improved, but it looks like I won't return until I see 5-star reviews again. Probably never.
Really, really slow!! We ended up backing out of the drive thru after the line didn't move for 10 minutes and the people behind us backed out as well
Probably the worst Taco Bell in all of northern ca beyond dirty , out of everything . The meat portion they give you is a joke . Will be reaching out to corporate with photos. On top of all that poor management. Out of large cups , out of ice , out of ground beef etc etc
Service took SO long, there was a confrontation with one of the team members and a manager up front right at the register in front of guests, and the environment was awful. Manager was not professional at all and walking around on the phone and going outside while her team was struggling.
Been to this Taco Bell my whole life and it has been getting so much worse recently, If you are even lucky enough to get all the food you ordered. Service is awful compared to other restaurants. And good luck getting on the phone with anyone should you have a problem (which you will). Whatever they did with staffing screwed the place up and now they have junkies making the food that goes in our children’s mouths. I’m done with this nonsense until stuff gets fixed.
Check your order before driving away. Ordered the Luxe box and in the bag was some disgusting crap I couldn’t even eat. Tried calling them to thank them for wasting my money, but they don’t seem to be able to answer the phone.
Actually a zero. Three staff trying to run the place at 5:30pm. Total meltdown. I waited 15 minutes and nobody greeted me. Phone was ringing off of the hook. Drive through lane had a dozen cars in it. People who had placed on line orders were waiting with zero attention. I and a half dozen other quests walked out. Fast food isn’t fast at the Susanville Taco Bell.
Waited in drive thru lane 45 mins for 6 items. Only four cars ahead of me to put it into perspective. Pay attention to other reviews and don’t chance it. If it had been a lane I could have pulled out of, I definitely would have. Should have offered to take some money off bill, but you’re offered a drink for your 45 mins time. My 45 mins time is worth a bit more than a drink. The drive through girl was attractive but wasn’t really helping out even though, with the pace of the orders, she had 15-20 mins between order taking at the speaker because nobody was moving. Could be just no management on site but this was around 2pm. Should have been someone there to delegate or crack the whip. I get that there are challenges but you either have to close until you get it together or have a sign saying it will be a 45 min wait so people don’t get caught in the drive thru. Go elsewhere.
Worst taco bell in the 11 states I've lived
Worst Taco Bell experience ever. Waited for food for a solid 45 minutes. Tacos lacking meat. No sauce available. No explanation or apologies.
Steamer down nobody notified me. Green burrito with sour cream had no sauce or sour cream. They use the grill to do the maxi meal, which didn’t melt the cheese and the place was a disaster food all over the floor in the lobby was disgusting.
The food was tasteless, the drive thru took over 45 minutes sitting stuck with only 3 cars in front of us and one behind.
The place was busy so I didn’t mind waiting but 20 minutes was far too long and as I waited to ask about my order someone ordered and got his done before they could find where my order was on the list. Very sad experience. Also my cinnamon twist tasted like dirty burnt grease. I’m so disappointed.
It took one hour to get 3 tacos. They were filling drive thru orders over the people waiting inside. When anyone asked about their orders they were told to “be patient” or “our screen is full.” No one “sorry for the wait.” On top of that the rice in the power bowl was hard/undercooked. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant.
If we could give zero we would! They were out of nachos fries, lettuce, onions and tomatoes. I would have left but we were already stuck in line. We waited 40 mins in the drive through and they got our whole order wrong. Had to wait 30 mins to remake and everything was missing half the ingredients. Everything was half the size of normal Taco Bell’s and it was so sloppy and thrown together. The ingredients were also old and cold. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Absolutely awful experience. Waited in the drive through line for 25+ minutes just to get to the speaker to order. Upon ordering I was informed that they were out of chips (so no nachos) and cinnamon twists. After picking something else and finishing ordering I waited an additional 15+ minutes before getting my food. Upon getting my food I discovered that my Crunchwrap was filled with jalapeños. Something I didn’t request, that has never been standard at any other Taco Bell I’ve been to. Never going here again.
This Taco Bell actually deserves "0" stars. This is the second time within 3 weeks they have screwed up my order. I am highly lactose intolerant and I need to order my food accordingly. Because this Taco Bell makes it hard to order inside I go through the Drive through. Two times now I get my food with extra cheese or cheese with no lettuce. It is nearly impossible for me to go back to exchange mistakes. Good bye Taco Bell you will see me or my kids no more.
Not sure why this location stays open. They don’t care about customers and even trying to get orders out in a timely manner. Orders were not being served correctly which slowed down the process even more. There were four employees working. I rang myself up as all customers do in the lobby. Multiple drive thru orders went out before mine was started. I waited over 20 minutes for two basic items.
Waited 20 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me that were already waiting for their order. Looks like it doesn't do any good to post reviews. Looks like everyone one has the same problem and the owner doesn't care. Maybe it's time to stop putting up that kind of treatment in this town. The businesses should appreciate the customers not treat them like they have no other choice. I won't be going back there again.
Walked in with 2 orders ahead of me both of which had not been served their food. after me more people continued to show up. i waited 45 minutes for my 3 item order. I watched staff work slowly IF AT ALL while talking. I don’t ever leave reviews, especially negative ones, but unfortunately, today was the wrong day to not care about your job. It seems like not one person knows what they’re doing back there or seems to care about customers in any way. terrible experience.
We sat in drive thru for nearly half an hour. What gets me is that it looks like you quite literally just threw the food together. It was soooo messy and one of the chicken chalupas had globs of beef in it. I could understand being busy but the food... come on... My 9 year old could do better than this. We won't be stopping at this location again.
Wife and I stopped by to get a late lunch on a Monday. Arrived around 1300, order taken at 1311. I ordered the Chicken Chalupa combo and the wife ordered two Rice and Beans burritos and drink. Total about 25 bucks. We finally got our food and departed about 1350...yes 40 min later. Then we opened the bag, No Chalupas, just some varied Beef Tacos. Some tacos with cheese, some not. Very weird. My receipt taped to the bag says what we ordered, but the bag has stuff that I didn't order. So, we go back. Find out that they didn't even have any chicken. So, I guess instead of telling us about being out of chicken or asking if we wanted something else, they picked what they thought we would like and wait 40 minutes for it. So I got most of my refund after I had to ask for it, except for for the medium drink we had since we waited inside for 40 minutes. Final thoughts. If you don't have something on the menu, remove it from the menu or put a sign up, like you put the handwritten paper saying the self serve kiosks don't work. Maybe some tranining from and for the managers on staff being efficient so customers don't wait for 40 minutes for an intentional wrong order.
Fire the one with dreads and the white girl with glasses this instant. Been in the drive through for 39 mins. Enough to make an account and leave this review
I’ve always hated how AWFUL the wait time is, but after going in and watching what happens in the back I understand. Even though there’s a team of people, only 1 person does anything. The little LAZY girl with a different color of greasy hair every week, is no where to be seen, I only ever see the same boy doing EVERYTHING by himself. It’s sincerely sad. I always see her on the phone outside smoking for the entire wait time of 45 minutes, EVERY time I go in. Not to mention the girl always reeks of marijuana and definitely seems under the influence of something. That poor boy needs a raise, not sure how the girl is in a managerial position but that should be corrected immediately. The quality of your restaurant declines daily because you put the wrong people in charge and let the work load fall onto only one poor kid. Absolutely disgusting, read your reviews and respond or this place is going to go down bad.
I am updating my review from years past I was checking my history and it seemed I have been coming here once a year for the past 5 years. I knew this place was slow from past experiences, but the girls wanted to come here, so I thought I would give it a chance again, maybe they got better. This time they broke their record, instead of a 30 minute wait, we waited 45 minutes. It was incredible how slow they were even with 6 people milling about. One worker's sister came in, so of course her food was prepared first and it became quite the town event as she visited the kitchen prep area. I finally approached one of the workers to ask if my order has been received (it was faster using the digital ordering kiosk than to wait for the worker to figure out the register and menu). After I inquired about my long forgotten meal, several other waiting patrons began asking about theirs. It was, though, literally 45 minutes to get food. I would have left but I already paid $42 for 3 people to eat! The quality of the food was not incredible, but what you might expect, with burritos having about 2/3 the filling as what's in the picture. I ordered a burrito supreme, but ate something that was probably a bean burrito. I checked with the girls and they didn't have any burritos so either my order was incorrect or the presence of lettuce, tomatoes, and beef was undetectable. Not a great way to begin a 5.5 hour road trip, which thanks to Susanville Taco Bell took even longer. You lost a customer for life!
I'm now sitting in the parking lot waiting for my food (3 items) AFTER having waited in the line for 30 minutes. 15 of those minutes were spent at the window. Got my drinks and then turned my car off because of how long we were waiting. The girl asked for my receipt - she never gave me one. They had to hunt my order down. I asked for a refund and my meal and they refunded me but still couldn't find my meal. Not sure what's going on but won't be back. Awful service.
I've had to wait plenty of times for legitimate reasons at this Taco Bell, but never because they just assumed I was a delivery driver and decided to de-prioritize my order. Thanks for finally making it once I tracked somebody down and asked them. Pretty poor experience with workers ignoring me and my order.
I hate that this is the only taco bell around for nearly 100 miles. I hate coming here. My order is always wrong. I always get a snarky attitude from the staff. It takes FOREVER for them to make my food. If I wasn't trying to appease the appetite for someone else, I'd never return.
No help at front counter, waited for 15 minutes, I was acknowledged but window cashier, with I'll be there in a minute...walked out after waiting 15...the items I wanted to order were not listed on the kiosk...this was the worst experience at this location. update 9/24/2025: service is better but still, lacking. bought a 7 layer burrito no rice no steak options, put sauce on quesadilla the was not supposed to be there, soft drink flat and no ice, over all 0-1% change
I ordered burritos and they were so small like 3 inch burritos. I expected more than mostly a tortilla for the high price .i will never go back to susanville taco bell . They were the smallest burritos from any Taco Bell in the last 25 yrs
I'm going on a 45-minute wait. Drive thru reflects the same, if not longer. Ordered by mobile app 30 minutes prior as well. Ordered 2 beefy 5 layers. That was all. Late 30s or early 40s, darker skinned male was also giving a nice attitude and sarcasm to the customers when their orders were numerous in being incorrect. Confirmed a second time that my order was in place. It was. The Bella was helpful for everyone, taking charge and being both considerate of employees and customers alike despite the location issues. AJ was pumping out orders with one other while the rest of the staff was moving much slower. 2:40 PM 03-17-2024
My husband and I are both Vegan. We ordered our food vegetarian without dairy and all fresco. They mess up our order and add cheese, dairy based sauce, and no fresco. They remade our order. Left out the dairy, and instead added meat. The employees don't care about the customers or what they ordered. They had no regards as to what or how it was ordered. Tonight's workers where directed as to what needed to be fixed. And they insult us by adding meat. The employees need to be properly trained to be able to make orders that are outside of the standard textbook menu items. I'm tired of having to reorder our meals several times to get what we had originally ordered.
Could of workers just walking around. Only two other people waiting for food so a total of three people waiting and was looking at the cook line and it took like 4 min to make ONE burrito! Door dash guy took off for waiting too long. It shouldn’t take this long for “fast” food. Mind you they wear gloves but touch their hats and belts adjusting their pants. Prob will never go here again do you lack of customer service/appreciation
My family was traveling through Susanville. We went inside to order food. The order was taken. We waited over 30 minutes. No food. The employees would only prepare orders for the drive thru. I obtained the attention of the drive thru employee who checked to determine when my order would be ready. He said it would be an additional 10 to 15 minutes before the order would be started. 45 minutes from placing the order until starting the order was not reasonable. The manager, who was the one preparing the food, was prompt to refund my money upon request but not to preparing my order.
Waited 45 minutes (not even joking) with only one person in front of us, when we got to the window they handed us the wrong order. (After another 10 minute wait of them not coming to the window and just talking) we didn’t even give it back because at that point we were just hungry and tired. Train your staff better.I am never the person to complain because I know customer service people have it hard, but my goodness it’s FAST food for a reason for 30$ we could have gone to Mazetlan and be home by then.
Reviewed by the best Tulelake baseball player ever. I personally think the food was decent, but when it comes to service and atmosphere; it couldn't be worse. The whole time I was in the establishment it smelled like they were burning food. Additionally, the service was slow and poor. It is quite affordable.
So basically my brother and my mom went here in susanville and one of the guys name rony worked their my mom and my brother proceeded to say they were looking for him because he missed are crunch wrap Supreme yes I know 1 food item but that food item was for me her daughter rony was the one who was doing are order and hung up on my mom when she called and when they came in he was telling the workers to tell my mom that he was off work when they could Cleary see him in the back. then a kind black young man im assuming I dont know the name unfortunately so excuse me for pointing that out their but he was supposed to be going off work and was so kind to make my food he made it so good I give him 5 stars for his food service everything. Then when they were leaving rony purposely was trying to wreck my moms car I dont want someone to work their if they cant handle themselves thats coming from a 16 year old girl by the way next time do your job correctly like the kind man. 1 star for forgetting my food and also because of rony and if I could give 5 stars it would be for the other man. Please never do this again!
If you order online, your food will be ready about 20 minutes after they tell you.
i have probably been to more taco bells than most people across the states, as my job involves extensive traveling and i like to try the taco bells in different regions. this location is by far the worst taco bell in the country. first of all, my build your own luxe combo at this location was $10, which is a hefty premium over a lot of other taco bell locations (like the taco bell in Burbank which sells theirs for $5 and is some fire taco bell btw) and for the upcharge i got the sloppiest gordita crunch ever created, baja blast that tastes like a banana smoothie someone sneezed in, and they forgot my nacho cheese dip for the nachos (which, by the way, IS THE ENTIRE REASON YOU GET THE NACHOS). also i ordered for pickup, and although my order was ready when i got there i was still waiting for someone to give it to me from behind the counter for like 5 minutes. someone actually walked past me and was like "Are you waiting for something" and i was like "Yeah my pickup order" and they KEPT WALKING PAST ME??? Yeah man that's someone else's problem I guess. also the interior of the location was just overall very dirty. so overall i'm extremely disappointed in this terrible location and impressively it gets minimum ratings across the board for horrible everything. if you're looking for the worst taco bell in the country it's right here it literally does not get any worse than this.
The people were very slow. There was people in the back talking, and no one at the front taking orders. The burrito that I got fell apart. They wanted me to sign a receipt after I paid for it so I asked for my receipt. Didn't know what to do finely got a copy will never go back
Rarely have received a correct meal. Almost always have to make 2 trips to get correct order. Ask them if they check orders? They say to look at the receipt (my online order receipt). Voice frustration to them about orders not getting checked? Get told by employee that maybe I need to come inside to have them double check orders in future. So the answer to them messing up orders is for me to go out of my way instead of them doing their job. Manager says sometimes it happens when they get really busy, but this is a consistent problem, this isn’t a one time dissatisfaction.
Sat in the drive thru line for 10 mins waiting on the car in front of me to get there 25 tacos order instead of having them pull up had everybody just wait. Then I get my soggy tacos because they were probably ready and just sitting on the counter waiting for the order in front of me to get finished. Then my order isn’t even correct. So soggy tacos and not everything I ordered. Not a good experience!
I have literally never gotten what I've ordered. Ordered a grilled cheese steak burrito, got a cantina chicken casadilla...ordered a cantina chicken casadilla, get a crunch wrap Supreme.... they've forgotten drinks, charged for things I didn't order and overall have terrible work ethic. I could not begin to fully explain just how immensely incompetent this location is.
Normally my DoorDash orders have been good, even when I hear bad things....but omg 😳 I had an issue with my DoorDash order so I called to ask them about it. Female answered phone, made sure to ask a couple questions first to make sure I understood how they did things, then asked if I could speak to a manager. She said she was, so I described my issue. She went from being polite to very rude as I repeated my name that she didn't hear me say the first time. She proceeded to be snippy through the whole call, cutting me off when I tried to answer her question and then being rude and saying I cut HER off. She very rudely asked if I could come get the remake or not, and when I tried telling her I didn't have a vehicle and the buses don't run this late, which is why I placed a DoorDash order to begin with. I also said I understood that they were out of some things, and that they did really well on something else they made me. She rudely told me that she wasn't saying I had to come get it tonight, something bout my name and a circle on a board and then hung up on me as I tried to get her name (I like to let workers know when I go in that such and such manager helped me with making this right, etc). I called back; this time a male answered. I asked his name since the last person hung up on me. He said his name was Isaiah. I asked if there was only one manager on shift tonight. He said yes, so I asked what their name was (again, so I could let whoever I run into know that I spoke with So&So etc). Then he told me he was a manager, so I asked which of them lied to me, and that I was just trying to speak to a manager. He started talking to the female from the first phone call, which I could hear as he was checking what she wanted him to tell me. I asked which of them lied to me, and that I just want to talk to a manager. He hung up on me also. I had to call back from a different phone because they stopped answering for my number. When a male picked up, I asked to speak to aanager. He said he was one. I asked him when I could speak to him that isn't tonight so I could speak to a manager one on one about what happened without the female manager that was involved being around. He lied again and said to come see him in the morning, which I know wouldn't work out. No night manager is there the next morning. It's absolutely crazy to me that customers are treated that way, and it's even crazier that some people seem to think lying and talking down to the customer is being professional. Disgusting display of human behavior. Bad business all around. Maybe next time I will listen when my upstairs neighbor tells me they were absolutely trash to her when she noticed she didn't have her chips and cheese in her order.... Susanville Taco Bell....what the hell, bro... 😑
I stood at rhe counter while everyone just kept doing rheir thing. No one brothered to acknowledge my existence so I just left. I am really thinking rhis town is horrible for getting food and customer service. It's like if tu ain't a regular you don't exist. Well I won't as far as this business is converned. I make better tacos on my own. Just gotta sick it up and cook. Saves me money and costs them..
Drive through at about 4pm, ordered large Baja Freeze- can’t have a recipe with survey code if you order through the app. LARGE versus SMALL is the same price as I ordered one immediately following this order. Rip off- poor service. Will not be back to this store. Previous rating was 4 out of 5 stars, and order through DoorDash all the time. No more though! I thought DoorDash was the problem so came here myself and found out!
I ordered a bean burrito no sauce, no onions, plus nacho cheese sour cream & grilled chicken. I got home which is 20 minutes outta town to find hella red sauce and onions on it & I'm allergic to onions, no chicken & no sour cream. I've tried calling 3 times now. There's no way they shouldn't be answering phone there were 10 employees there when I was there & there was only 2 people in the drive thru line. Not one person inside but me. Why are they getting paid $20 bucks an hour when they either can't read or are just to lazy to care...... Worst taco bell ever
Wouldn't take our order, so we couldn't pay cash. Used the kiosk. Combo we wanted wasn't on the kiosk menu. Hubby ordered beef on his burrito, got chicken. Nothing was even slightly warm. I could go on. Service was non existent.
The worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I waited 45 minutes to get my food in a room full of 15+ people also waiting. There were employees standing outside chatting while people waited for their food. The manager kept apologizing for the wait but only one or two orders came out from the kitchen the whole time I waited. Then the food came. I ordered crunchy tacos which were damp, including the paper they were wrapped in as though they had been left in a puddle. They weren’t crunchy and were cold. Absolutely nasty. This location needs to be closed down.
We went inside and waited for a few minutes the people in the back tried to eye avoid contact. We then tried using the kiosk we got stuck needed help and again they ignored us. So we decided to go through the drive-thru. The employee was nice. They were out of drink cups they gave us our soda in a coffee cup with no straw. The burrito was cold. Walking in and waiting in the Drive-Thru it took us over 20 minutes to place our order. Disappointed
Attention GM/ franchise owners, this location's management is costing you money. They choose rush hour as the best time to pull employees away for reviews. After waiting 10 mins we were told they were still 5 orders behind already and offered a refund, which we took. Two door dash drivers said they had been waiting much longer. Manager couldn't have cared less about the loss of business.
I normally don't leave negative reviews, especially for service workers because I understand the job is difficult. So I mean this in the kindest, most constructive way possible when I say: this establishment needs help. This is the most dysfunctional Taco Bell, fast food place, and restaurant- period- that I've ever encountered. I'm not sure what the issue was but every order was taking 30+ minutes to fulfill. Orders were filled in a seemingly random sequence. Orders were wrong or done poorly (my bean burrito fell apart instantly, it wasn't even wrapped). I witnessed at least 3 customers ask for a refund while I was waiting for my food, citing long wait times. The staff seemed stressed out and the person working the counter was apologizing to customers, asking our names, trying to figure out which orders still needed to be fulfilled. It was chaotic and everyone- staff and customers alike- seemed frustrated. The staff seems nice, I have no ill will towards them at all, but something needs to be addressed because what I experienced was not a functional business.
We went here and spend 45 dollars on the meal, was shocking. But then we get home and 3 things are missing. Then I open a burrito and it's tiny, about 3 inches. What is going on here? Also everything was poorly made, tiny amounts of everything. This place needs a whole new process because it's not working.
I am only giving them a 1 star because I can't go any lower. Went on October 8, 2021. We went inside to order. Purchased 6 crunchy tacos. That's all. After a 38 minute wait we finally got our order. I would like to mention people were wanting a refund due to the time it was taking to get food. I got home and opened up my taco and all I can say was from a competitors commercial so very long ago is "Hey, where's where's beef". Really 38 minutes on a fast food restaurant only to receive a tortilla with lettuce and a little brown stuff. Please people get it together. I get that everyone is short handed and I get that stuff happens but why are you skimping on meat if.you want to keep your clientele.
In short don’t eat here. If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t write reviews for mediocre service I only write them when it is horrendous service, which this was. Issue one: order was incorrect by a long shot Issue two: waited 1.5 hour for food Issue three: dirty facility Issue four: bathroom paper towels for napkins Issue five: out of all kinds of ingredients and slushy machine was broken
