My mom made the best fried chicken in the whole world! And next to my mom's KFC is the closest I've ever come to that chicken! It is tender, juicy and the crust is amazing! If you never tried KFC I highly recommend it and hope you enjoy it as much as I always have!
Loved the vibe from the team member that attended us. She was friendly attentive swift. Place was clean. Our orders 100%. Food wasn't day old like other KFC's.
Litteral sweethearts. Quick service and they even offered to bring it out to my car. Gave a complentary drink for my wait when my wait was only 5 mins. Awesome guys! Keep it up

Had last minute Repast and ordered after 9pm on Friday. Needed at least 50 pieces 3/16 piece and one 8 piece. Came back Saturday 11am and all was bagged including condiments. Best $200. Spent to feed 25 mouths and not a pot to clean. Did not have to ask staff to assist me to car. I was so proud LIVING IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD 🙃
The service is fantastic. Even though they are under construction they still took time to help us. They ran us out sauce after already bringing us out our order.

The joy brought to my face when I saw the review under mine by Joseph is indescribable. The “used to work here” really brightened my day because I can only assume Joseph no longer works here because he got fired.😭 Joseph you’re a grown man so act like it, if you got fired it’s no one’s fault but yours so put on a pair and accept your mistakes. To leave a bad review on your old workplace only because you weren’t good enough for the work is laughable. I hope your future employers catch on to what kind of person your are quick so that they quickly replace you. Anyways this store is a fine establishment I’ve personally seen the manager push her employees to maintain their areas clean and look presentable. I’m sure Joseph didn’t fit the “look presentable” considering the massive hunchback forcing him to walk like a skinwalker but other than him the staff has generally been kind and understanding of any mistakes.

I'm from the AV and I stop here almost everytime I'm in town. Everything is good. Service is a bit slow but the staff is friendly. Also the mix n match for $8 is a great deal
It’s drive through so that’s pretty amazing. Food came out fast. Not a huge KFC fan but my husband is. Got the bowl which was ok. Needs some more flavor.

Costumer service was not good, the lady (I think she was the manager)that took my order was not friendly and when I got my order, I checked before leaving and my order was incomplete !! When I told the cashier guy, he kept asking her and she was ignoring him and mumbled something to him so after few minutes I got my missing order.
Its a good spot i guess the staff r always friendly but i messed up on odering 2 off the nasty things on the menu for god sake dont oder the 🍩 and 🐔 thing make u sick and sticky and to top it off i got this spicy oily mack and chesse bowl off hot dukie im feelin sick anit going back for a long time

They got my order almost completely wrong. The drink was correct. There was no receipt in the bag, so I couldn't argue it. And they didn't put a spoon in the bag for the mashed potatoes.

Misleading menu " value box advertised for $5 on TV is actually $6.49..then says 2 drumsticks & thigh but you only get 2 drumsticks" . Had to explain what "and" means but they didn't understand and then on the other parts of menu "or" is used.. I explained the difference of "and" "or" but they still didn't get it...calling Corporate tomorrow
The drive thru was trying to upsell me at every opportunity. They also insisted that I get crispy instead of original recipe 3 times due to the pep time required. I had to insist they fill the order the way I requested it. I didn't feel so well after eating it. I don't think I'll be returning.
Check your orders because they aren’t very good about accuracy here. Oh yeah and they take forever in getting you your food even if you order ahead. I miss the other KFC that closed in Sylmar
As someone who works in fast food, I understand how stressful the job can be, and I don’t leave negative reviews lightly. But my experience today was frustrating and disappointing. We went through the drive-thru with no cars ahead of us or behind us. The employee taking our order seemed irritated from the start, giving us unprofessional responses. At the window, we asked for sauces. He didn’t respond, just nodded and told us to wait in front. We had two separate orders (one mobile), and after a long wait, only one was brought out. We had to remind them about the second, which had clearly been forgotten. When the second bag finally came, we realized they had forgotten the sauces entirely so we had to ask again. Even then, we were given too few sauces for three meals. To make it worse, we got home to find our sandwiches had pickles, even though we clearly asked for no pickles, and the employee acknowledged that during the order. And they weren’t just missed, the sandwiches were overloaded with them, and it completely ruined the taste of mine. I understand mistakes happen, but when customers are polite and patient, they deserve at least basic courtesy and attention to detail. This experience fell short, and I hope the staff takes this feedback seriously. Please do better!!

The employees working there seem to be overworked, under pay and in a lot of stress. They are taking out their frustration on the customers. The person on the register is one bad day away from going crazy on someone.

Theyes are always asking me to park in the front and wait for my food and even after that they always get the order wrong. Either it's missing something or they don't do as you requested.

Order the four piece two sides Chicken box. . like iced tea always check your order r it took four employees to get my order right that place is confusing I only go there probably because El Pollo loco is just too crowded it's right next door I should just bite the bullet and go over there and wait in line but it's not the same chicken.. the manager needs to train the employees a little bit longer about the menus . This is the worst KFC I have ever been. I have experienced the worst as customer and delivery driver. They have never the orders (specially biskets/ 20 min wait) on time when it is supposed to be fast food and also the managers (Jazmin) don't care about the customer service. They think they are making us a favor by serving and getting ready the food. No coming here no more. Don't recommend this place at all.

I don't know what happened to the meal. The chicken was underspiced, the mashed potatoes were thin, the macaroni and cheese lost its previous thick cheesy flavor. And the price for the meal increased. I have been enjoying this meal for years. What happened ??

Richard is a cheat and has an annoying attitude. Twelve piece meal was supposed to be $32.99. I was charged $39.99 and the cashier inside became snotty when I pointed that the sign still advertised the lower price. He still charged me $39.99 that I didn't notice until I got home. Upon returning back to this location, the signage had been changed to read $39.99, this person refused to credit me back the difference. I will contact the corporate office to see that RICHARD is reprimanded for his non existent customer service skills.

I understand being understaffed and underpaid makes everyone irritable, but to yeall card curse at a customer is the epitome of bad customer service. I haven't seen the guy there since I was told about this behavior (assume he's been removed) but it didn't change the service at this location. The drive though takes 20 minutes minimum, supposing only one car is ahead of you. I believe the neighborhood is understanding the poor service, it's virtually deserted when you come. The chicken has been undercooked on several occasions. I just eat at other locations instead.

My recent experience at KFC was profoundly disappointing due to the incredibly rude customer service. The staff (especially the lady working there) exhibited a lack of professionalism, appearing disinterested, and inattentive resulting in the prolonged wait time. Moreover, my order was incorrect THREE TIMES!! and the effort to rectify the mistake was met in with inefficiency and disregard (I waited over an hour to receive my food after she cut me off in the middle of my sentence). The overall experience was very frustrating, the current workers should be fired and replaced immediately!!

This location is useless horrible customer service lunch time and nobody at the drive - tru so I wondered and try it since pollo loco and Taco Bell had a looong line while I was asking on the speaker about lunch deals the person sounded rude and said have a nice day 😳excúseme ! Haven’t place my order I asked for 2 pc meal was handed by a guy with a terrible attitude with no drink 🤔I asked why no drink he replied because is cheap wow about $8 i went straight to the trash can with that attitude they probably spit on my food so better safe than sorry shame on such of nice looking renovation 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎to answer the question below what do I recommend? Nothing zero stay away from there

Not to mention the service sucks too. They grab stuff with their bare hands without washing them too . I’ve seen it made complaints but nothing happened. Worst franchise ever.
