My soup was like a liquid and my bread was like a solid however my mac'n cheese was a mixure of both... amazing, how inivative would recomend!

Hard to go wrong with Panera; a great selection, fresh and generally less processed ingredients and super fast service. Their pickup shelf is such a great idea, as well as the self order kiosks (especially due to their incredibly clean and effective ordering app); perfect for a quick but healthier pickup option at work.

What can you say, it’s Panera. There food is great. Especially the new grain bowl lines ups for those that are trying to cut the carbs. But if ur here, u must order there fresh baguettes. Amazing. Which they made more fresh food here. But it’s always a great spot. You can go wrong.

This is the best Panera I’ve been to. Their kitchen staff are always so nice and sweet. My food is always delish, clean, and amazing overall. I can definitely say they make it well. Their cashier Collin is also phenomenal! Great service!

Service is fast here, love the kiosk where you order on your own! Saves a lot of time not waiting on the line. My daughter didn't love her Greek salad, it had too much dressing in it.. Quantity of the kid salad didn't seem to be enough for a 9 year old. I enjoyed my broccoli and cheese soup with mediterranean veggie sandwich. Was very fresh! I liked this particular Panera because there was a group of women playing cards after they had there lunch. I thought that was cool!!

Great place to study or do group projects, but be mindful if the time of day you go because they will try to kick you out to make space for the dinner rushes. Otherwise it's the same food quality as any Panera.

Food was hot and fresh, but was missing ingredients. There is a fireplace here, but it wasn't on even though it was cold, 62°, and rainy outside.

The food was delicious and the service was very good! I ordered a pick 2 of creamy broccoli cheddar soup and a chicken chipotle sandwich with chips as a side. I would highly recommend.

First time at Panera ever. Friendly counter person didn't rush me to order. Four soup selections. Had my order of small soup and half sandwich to-stay. Very glad to see real utensils provided instead of plastic. An oval melamine platter accommodated my half sandwich and soup bowl, no food tray needed. Much less waste and better for the planet. I didn't need to use the restroom and don't know it's condition. Nice, will go again.

Service was fine but the fountain drinks were foul and brought to the employees attention. Nothing was done about it throughout the time we were there other than continuing the filling of the fountain drinks.

The restaurant was pretty clean and service was fast! They did mess up my mom’s salad and gave her a half instead of a whole & forgot her extra chicken she paid for. The food came out almost instantly and everyone working was very kind and friendly. I dont know if I’d ever get the flatbread again as it had like no chicken on it, but everything else was pretty nice.

I ordered for pickup. The order was done pretty fast, however they could of have put my bread in a bag, paper, anything… they just threw it in the bag 😭

I liked my tomato soup but my friend said her chowder soup didn't sit right with her stomach.

It wasn't busy when I went, but there were many tables that were dirty. A lot of employees walked by and saw the mess but didn't clean it up. Besides the messiness, the food was good.

Foods good and service is always fast. I have no complaints about the food but i have some concerns about the operations of this location. The bathrooms are never cleaned and they always smell of raw sewage. The kiosk system works well but the iPads are bulging and i fear they might set this place on fire from a battery failure lol. The drink fountain machine never dispenses water, the ratios to syrup and water are always off and they are covered in bacteria, if you visit this location take a look under the soda dispenser outputs an you’ll see what I’m talking about. Other then these things being a health / fire hazard i still visit this location almost every day so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

I would give this 2.5 stars. A decent place to grab a salad, soup or muffin. The staff in the front register definitely could use some polishing up and get some personality. However, that's what you get when you hire kids and don't train them. A level up from McDonald's, but nothing special.

I just left there, they said it would be a 30 to 40 minute wait for food that was ordered. I have never had that problem at Panera. Never, never. Lots of people just waiting. On a Saturday afternoon, I don't know if they were understaffed or what but...

I like the quick order tablets they set up, food prep staff is hit or miss. If something I selected wasn't available they just didn't give it to me instead of telling me. When asked they answered in a rude tone and didn't offer to substitute anything until I requested. It's wasn't a busy time either which I could understand.

Good coffee, this day two parents allowed two of their children to run around chasing each other in the dining room unstopped while people ate. No one from Panera came to ask the parents to control their children it was very unenjoyable.

Usually get rapid pickup and its a toss up whether I get the extra side that is part of my order along with the pick-2. Order without a tip and didn't get it, ordered with a tip and was able to get it. No one is signing the receipts saying that they check it, so employees putting the sticker around the bag to close it and keep the food nice and warm is negated if the customer has to immediately check the bag to see if their order is correct.

Completely understaffed, but the little staff that they do have is always very nice and helpful. The managers, however, are a different story. I've never come in contact with people who so clearly could not care any less about their jobs. The one woman who works there (I believe her name is Lauren) gives me an attitude every time I'm there. There could be a line out the door and she'll be standing there texting on her phone while the other employees are going crazy. Clearly a stuck up princess who thinks she's too good for her job.

I didn’t feel welcomed here. They missed part of the food I ordered. For the quality of the food and Servie it’s not worth it. A mistake to come here.

Order rapid pickup and my salad was placed in between two hot items..the salad was hot and the lettuce was watery from being “cooked” Just separate the items and definitely do not sandwich cold items between two hot!!!

If coming here after 4pm better bring your ear plugs. This place is packed with high school students doing homework or tutoring. Which is great but have you ever heard of a library? Will pack out the entire place no where to sit or eat. Food quality is also highly inconsistent my sandwich is only made correct 40% of the time.

Either wrong size sent, or unacceptable portion. With free delivery thanks to my seamless membership and %20 tip and tax, I paid $15.47 for the tiniest cup of soup. The picture has a quarter for scale. When ordering, they had the option of half sandwich and half soup or full bowl soup option. I am currently sick at home with family away and I chose full bowl option and this is what I got for $15.47. I called and asked for a remedy saying there must have been a mistake and I was told they do not have any delivery drivers. If this was a mistake on the size and they sent me a cup, pretty terrible. If this was NOT a mistake on the size and this is their "bowl", then I am spechless.

I love Panera but this location continues to forget parts of my order or just messes up the order. Today I got a plain pizza instead of the sausage and pepperoni I ordered. They got the pepperoni order fine. But they also missed one of my sandwiches. Not sure what is going on there but there needs to be some check and balance of what coming out of the kitchen.

Prices, are very expensive for the portions, you get, food is sub par, 15 bucks and change for small half a sandwich, no nmeat on it that my kids can make better, and a small soup, please, everything is over priced, virtually no taste.

Literally mess up every single order. I work in the area and this is the closest Panera bread. Every time I order my order is incorrect. But i love Panera bread so if you have an extra 15-20 mins to check and correct your food, go there. Lol

Counter person was a rude young girl. Gave my son attitude because his mask was on wrong. They are all concerned about wearing a mask properly when you arrive, but the place is a filthy mess. Maybe work on that first? May die from mold exposure in this place, well before corona virus gets me! Never again.

We visited this location today for a late lunch. The girl who took our order was so very rude. We were the only ones on line so we weren't holding up her line. My husband couldn't read the overhead menu so her asked her what kind of 1/2 sandwiches they had with the soup. She mumbled very low and we still couldn't hear her. She very nastily repeated the items. He ordered chicken. She then almost yelled "and what kind of soup"? it was a very nasty, rude tone of voice. he then ordered a soup and an iced tea. I ordered the flatbread pizza. When she handed me the 'buzzer' I asked her for a napkin to hold it with {I didn't want to touch it without cleansing it}. She acted as if I was asking for a bag of money. Anyway, we sat to wait for our order. When the buzzer/timer went off I went to the counter to pickup. When I saw the size of the pizza, I knew I couldn't eat the entire thing. I asked her for a box. She said "no have", I asked for a bag, she said "no have". When I sat down to eat the pizza it was absolutely ice cold. Rather than have any more encounters I decided to take it home. i went to the front counter and there was a different [nicer} girl there. I asked her for something to wrap the pizza in, she said go to the pickup counter, they'll give u a box. I explained that I had already tried that. She went over there and they had a stack of boxes several feet high. I think the lady who hands out the food didn't speak English. She and the other worker began laughing. I really don't appreciate the attitude of any of the workers here. I'm sure there are plenty of other people who would be glad to have those jobs in these times. The entire experience was a huge pain. Neither one of us enjoyed our lunch and it was someplace we won't be in a hurry to try again!! The only other Panera we've ever tried is the one in East Meadow. That one was a pleasure to eat in. I'll never visit the Syosset location again!

My family really liked this Panera before until at a certain the restaurant start cutting the food they provide. I had some very bad experience with them lately. The bread they gave is only 2 inches long. I had to went back to show them. It happened a senior manager called Mike was there and he apologized to me and gave me a foot long bread. But then things are not changed. I keep getting the 2 inches bread(I took the photos with a ruler), 3 pierces of chicken in the chicken noodle soup. So we have to stop going there and choose the one in Hicksville. But the problem is it has to be that store when we do delivery as we cannot choose the store for delivery.

Always makes me comfortable 😊 But the manager services are terrible so.. I wanted give a 5 ***** but because of him I wanted only 1. I just ask him about something. Just needed for food. Worst management I have ever seen. greedy. I waited for several minutes for them to give me a drink cup that I bought, the cashier with a disgruntled face eventually gave it to me. and when I asked for a pickle for my tuna sandwich, they didn't want to put it in. deeply frustrating. the app is poorly designed and can't take a UK credit card because the zip code field will only accept numbers not letters! then tried to call in and place my order and was told they cant take delivery orders on phone - because they track miles using the app - why?? the manager was not at all helpful. spent about 40 minutes trying to order and couldnt. (tbf now ive read other reviews i dont fancy hair in my food anyway)

If I could give this zero stars I would. My office wanted to order lunch for 30 of our employees and Stephanie from the Syosset location answered the phone and told me we could not place a big order on the phone (when you call they tell you to place big orders over the phone) She had a terrible attitude and told me I was “lucky” that she was even taking my order. She interrupted me every chance she got and told me that every other order I placed added an additional hour onto the wait time resulting in a FOUR HOUR WAIT. I gave the call to my boss to give the credit card information to pay for the meal and Stephanie said “I’m on my lunch break right now” I have been a customer of this Panera for a while and I am severely disappointed and quite disgusted with how I was spoken to and how this situation was dealt with. Panera gave up hundreds of dollars in sales today. I and every one in my office will NEVER order from them again.

I had to make a call to customer service during covid 19. I was told to leave the store without service because I used the bathroom which they unrightfully blocked off with chairs and then the customer service was terrible because they refused to let me order. The manager said he felt I was being aggressive- when I was voicing my opinion . Another reason why I won’t eat at Panera bread anymore .

Drank the green tea and got violently sick. Felt like food poisoning although it was a beverage. I fear the large tubs they use to fill the green tea were contaminated. It's been 2 days and my stomach is just starting to return to normal. I called and of course the employee that took my call had no interest or concern. I will never visit this place agin... And i used to love Panerna.

This is the saddest pick 2 I have ever gotten. Not only was the sandwich gone after 2 bites. The salad I specifically said no bacon and it comes with bacon it even says that in the receipt.

The counter cashiers of lunch time are rude and probably never get any professional trainings. They stand there idly without preparing customers’ orders. The worst Panera store I have experienced. It total ruined the Panera's reputation. I am sure it will go bankrupt within a couple of years.

Rapid pick up is anything but rapid. My order has been ready for 20 mins, and I see it behind the counter. There’s literally like 10 bags ready and no one is bringing them out to the rapid pick up shelf. When I asked why it’s taking so long, I was met with an attitude. Extremely unprofessional service. Great place to visit the Zoo. Every morning while I try to enjoy my breakfast and space I hear every 5 minutes a loud laughing hyena. I had ordered 2 whole sandwiches from the Syosset location but only received half sandwiches. Not acceptable at all! I know that Panera Bread has one group that prepares the meals and another person/group that packs the items that were ordered. How can this be missed by both groups? That means that the workers are not paying attention to the orders that are placed. Would not order from this location again.

Just got a spicy stack Asiago no cilantro...so why is it LOADED WITH CILANTRO and no peppers.got this the other day from the cohen location at the hospital and it was PERFECT BUT this current location doesn't know what the heck they doing. Update: stopped in 3 weeks later to see if it had been fixed and it is not. There is a disgusting wet moldy ceiling tile in front of the food prep area. Im sure their ice machines look the same way. Black wet mold water dripped onto my head as I sat and waited for my meal to be prepared. I am disgusted. We let a manager know who literally loomed like she had no clue what to do and didn't even apologize. I am contacting corportate.

I used to like Panera. Look at this cheddar and steak sandwich for $12. Give me a break! They didn't even have lettuce to put on the sandwich. I got this pathetic mostly bread sandwich, a cookie and a coffee for $20. I won't be back here anytime soon.
