Love this place eat here every other day there nice & the food is good & affordable...
Fast, polite, and delicious. I ordered the Szechuan chicken combo extra spicy and they actually made it spicy unlike every other Chinese place I've been to in the area. Crab rangoons were the perfect texture and had lots of filling. My new go-to place for Chinese in Syracuse.
Tried it for the first time tonight and now I get the hype. They were super busy (always a good sign) and still got my order out in 15 minutes. Solid hole in the wall chinese joint. The food is really fresh and the roast pork lo mein is the best I've ever had.
Excellent Veggie Lo Mein! I ordered a small box of this, and it was great. The service was superb as well. The small box was more than enough for lunch, and I reheated the rest as a dinner side dish, so it was a wonderful purchase. I normally do not eat in restaurants; when I do, I prefer Asian food, it is more likely to be healthy.
We love their food, we travel all the way from Liverpool to come here. It’s always so fresh! The food is always worth the drive. The employees are great people and great cooks. We’ve tried tons of other chinese restaurants around Syracuse but we keep coming back because they are consistently delicious.
Love it here. Good people who makes good food. I recommend.
Fried food tends to have a lot of excess grease, not sure why possibly they need to raise the fryer temp slightly. Food is pretty good not the best but I'll keep coming back to eat it if it's the closest to me.
Service: great! Called in for a pick up and they had my food warm and ready! However, I didn’t get any plastic utensils or napkins which was a bit inconvenient since I was rushing to get back to work. Taste: “Boneless spare ribs” aka C31- rice was good and meat was mediocre. It was bit on the dry side and the sauce was super sweet but overall the dish was okay. This dish came with a fried roll which was pretty yummy! The amount was also nothing to complain about. Honestly I could eat this for 2 meals. Recommend: Yes! For the price, the food was good! I spent about $10.
Pretty good. Not the best Chinese food I have had, but it's the best near the Onondaga Hill area. General Tso's was decent. Crab ragoons were pretty good. The hot and sour soup is my favorite from Rong Cheng. I haven't tried much else but my fiance had the sweet and sour chicken and she liked it.
I’ve been going here for years.Last three times food just didn’t taste good .Soup tasted like water it was really unpleasant. All 5 of us noticed that the food wasn’t as good as it used to be to be.Idk what happened but I won’t be wasting my money there anymore.Nice customer service tho.
Have been going to these guys for many many years but unfortunately will be on the search for a new go to Chinese food spot. The past 4 times I've ordered the taste, the quality and these past couple times undercooked Crab Ragoons. Gabe them 4 chances to redeem yet they did not. Today was another undercooked Crab Ragoons day but what took the cake was observing the cook pick his nose right in front of me. Not just a little itch type of pick either, it was the going in grab a winner type of pick. He looked right at me noticed I saw him do it and did nothing to make it right. No washing his hands, no grab a tissue...not even a grab a kitchen towel to wipe his hands. I'm done 🤷♂️
You can taste the grease in the food they give me more broccoli than chicken, which it didn’t taste like chicken. I will never go there again. The eggroll will pull up with nothing but grease taste terrible
On Thursday Sept 3 went to get food and while waiting someone came in with food they purchased and stated it had maggots in the rice! Everyone in the restaurant demanded their money back!!!! Don’t go there they are selling spoiled food!
Ordered twice. First time I ate the food tasted like dirty water. The second time my boyfriend ordered. I didn’t eat due to how it tasted the first time. My boyfriend had the worst food poisoning from eating beef broccoli. Don’t recommend
My last order was over $30 and most of the food tasted old or had a weird aftertaste. I just hate that I spent so much money on food I don’t even have the stomach to eat. It simply was not fresh. Would love my money back. When I spend my hard-earned money, I expect quality flavor and freshness.
The only thing they got right in my order was the Rangoons. That's it. I don't know how they messed up so bad...$40 worth of food full of mushrooms that I'm allergic to (And pressed no mushrooms when I called) couldn't go back because we don't have a car. Won't order again.
General Tso was soggy and mushy and flat no spice , fried rice was flavorless, the shrimp and vegetables was flavorless and almost no sauce on them . Egg rolls were just as bad . We tried you guys when you reopened after covid and the food was terrible we decided to give you a second chance and you failed again. You were great before covid now it is just nasty. The crab rangoon was good .
I used to order from here all the time. It used to be very good. Key words "used to be". The last few times I ordered Chicken with Broccoli in Garlic Sauce it was more sweet than spicy. I told them extra spicy and it still came sweeter than spicy. Today I ordered General Tso's Chicken. There was hardly no sauce and again sweet, not spicy at all. I also ordered Boneless Spare Ribs and they were so dried out and blah! I will NOT go here anymore! I'm done giving them 2nd and 3rd chances. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
So I ordered the sesame chicken with fried rice. The chicken was dry and hard like a ball it was really rubbery I didn't think it was going to be that bad because most of the time they are amazing with their food but it was down right nasty. The rice was hard like someone could of used a bit of water in it. It came up to 20$ bucks plus I got chicken wings that were burnt to a crisp. I'm definitely not happy. I should of went and got a sub instead. At least everything would of been fresher than what I had. I don't think I'll be there again. 👎🏼Definitely disappointed.
