Twin Trees III Syracuse Reviews
Every single Twin Trees restaurants in Onondaga County surrounding areas of Syracuse NY dining inside OIP pizza restaurant and takeout lunches and dinners from OIP pizza restaurant great food atmosphere
Clean restaurant, great pizza and the tiramisu is on a whole other level! But above all great staff! Nice, quick and professional. I won’t get my pizza anywhere else in North Syracuse.
Love this place anytime we are back home. The food is amazing and the staff is top notch!
Went out with a group of friends one was late they accommodated well. Especially the service was really nice. Italian atmosphere great restaurant for friends and family. Oh the bar is also a plus
Had a small celebration for my Mothers 80th birthday in a private room with buffet. Shawn went above and beyond and all of the staff was phenomenal. As usual, the food was amazing and 3e all had a wonderful time. Recommend highly.
We were there after for a furnal lunch. The service great for a large crowd. Pizza, wings & baked penne was great.
From someone who gets to have dinner out pretty often, Twin Trees was absolutely great. Fresh and very well made, from the prime rib and broiled scallops right down to the salad and sides. I hadn't been here before but my accompanying parties had, we decided it's going to be a regular spot when we're together. There's a lot to say about fresh seafood that's cooked perfectly, and prime rib clean and a perfect med-rare, we pay some big tabs for dinners that are ok-ish, but not here. Thank you!
Went to dinner here with friends and really loved the meal. The service was impeccable, and the server herself couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. Great place to catch up with old friends.
Still the best pizza ever! We love the casual atmosphere, prefer to sit in the bar and enjoy the conversation. Caleb was our waiter, service was great. My favorite place to unwind.
We have been going to Twin Trees for over 30 years. The atmosphere, food and service is excellent. Susie has served us for years and is a treasure.
Love this place! Have been several times in last three years with my 98 yo aunt who is in assisted living close by. The staff are always so kind, easy parking, handicapped accessible, clean and great food. Special shout out to Angel our waitress! She was awesome!!!
Jim was our server he was great! Food was delicious, hot and came out reasonably fast. Manager Sean stopped over to check on everything. Wonderful experience for my cousins 6th birthday!
This is a certified 5 stars rating by me. Since I've been there 3 times. It's the best of best steak yoú can get. There staff there are aimed to please mean the service is 1st class. Thank you all for the great food and service. I'll be back soon.
A little confused as to why you can't get a chicken Philly steak. You make steak Phillies, you makea variety of chicken, so why can't you make a chicken philly?
Thursday night prime rib perfectly cooked, Entire staff was spot on! Highly recommend this location
My husband and I went for dinner. He ordered the fried haddock with fries and starting with mozzarella sticks. I had Manhatten clam chowder soup and a chef salad. As usual, the food was delicious, the prices reasonable and the staff friendly. We ate for a little over $40.
Just what we expected, a delicious Cheese, Sausage, and Mushroom Pizza. And the service was excellent on a busy Friday evening. We're putting Twin Trees III back in our dining rotation.
Pizza and wings were fantastic!!! The staff was very nice and our waitress was great!! They haven't disappointed me yet! and it's definitely worth the trip to enjoy a meal with family and friends ❤️
Ladies were great. Place was busy, but they took care of us right away. Within 2 min. the waitress was right there. And she was awesome. The food was delicious and lots of it.
We recently had a private gathering after a funeral at Twin Trees III, and Sean and his staff were more than accommodating on a very short notice! The food (pizza, wings, zita, salad) was fantastic, and we are so appreciative of them taking care of us! I highly recommend Twin Trees III!
Our food was delicious. The server was very accommodating. We love going here! No one does wings better!
We lived in NY for 30 years and have never been to Twin Trees. We came up to NY for a long weekend from Virginia and tried their pizza. We might move back to NY for the pizza it's that good.
Always great pizza and wings! My husband and I went on a Saturday and it was actually quick seating and got our pizza and wings in about 20-25 minutes.
Had the couples dinner for $40 lasagna, ravioli, meatballs, sausage YUMMO !!! Good service. Highly recommend.
We recently had a gathering after my husband’s viewing. Of courses timing wasn't predictable nor the amount of people. Twin Trees came to my rescue .. thought we would have 50ish people and we ended up with 70. They did not skip a beat … pleasant and kind and of course very accommodating. I don’t need to say anything about the food but we all know how great the pizza and wings are… so many positive comments from the attendees… Please think of Twin Trees when any event comes up … they are able to handle it… thank you for everything.
Twin Trees in North Syracuse is awesome. I came in last night with my girlfriend and my brothers family. He has well behaved kids, but one is a two year old and full of energy. The staff was great and took care of the kids first. Our wonderful server did everything so well and made sure that everything was just right. The adults , we got our food and it was great. Our server was attentive and kept up with refills and extra napkins ect. She was so nice and we felt more than taken care of, even though it was a busy night. As always, Twin Trees knocked it out of the park. Can't wait to go back and would recommend it to anyone looking for great food, great service in comfortable surroundings.
We live out of state and we come “home” this is where we always stop. Chicken parmzilla (huge) and affordable. Best food in town hands down.
Pizza was delish! Great service.
We had an impromptu lunch in with some relatives last week and the food was amazing, never fails. Waitress was amazing, patient and lots of fun. Also the restaurant was very clean and welcoming to us. Thank you so much, keep up the great work.
Angeline was our server and she was great. Always had a smile on her face and checked on us often. Our food was delicious. The restaurant was clean. There's plenty of parking. Check out the daily specials. We'll be back soon.
We rent a room and have a party here every year and the food and the waitstaff are always excellent. My family has been a loyal twin trees patron since the seventies . Love it here.
We go to Twin Trees lll for lunch quite often. The food is always great from pizza to sandwiches to antipasto. And the service is excellent!
We had a birthday party at Twin Trees III and the service and food were exceptional. Not only did the kids get great pizza to share but the adult's meals were delicious. We had a back room to ourselves and they even cut and served the birthday cake we brought.
I was there Tuesday after a funeral. Everyone was so friendly, service was great, coffee, water being filled, dirty plates being picked up constantly. Thank you for the great service. As always the best pizza around.
Garlic pizza is a classic. Super friendly staff.
Always a great experience. Our family has been going to Twin Trees for longer than I have been alive! Great food and great atmosphere. Sean, the manager, is an amazing asset to the company. We ALWAYS go when family or friends visit from out of town. Keep up the great work!
Twin trees is part of a franchise of different restaurants around Syracuse when trees three is one of the more stylish ones, I guess is what you say. They have excellent food. The service is outstanding and you won't be a disappointed. If you eat there, you'll really enjoy it
Our top choice for pizza and wings. We have been fans of this Twin Trees for years. Always delicious food and always ready on time. I would also like to say how very pleasant the employee is who answers the phone and takes our order.
What a meal. We've dined here in the past and always enjoyed it but tonight was fantastic! Got the chicken fingers for Ryan, they were plentiful, hot and delicious. Lisa got fried scallops and upgraded her side to Utica greens. She is picky about Utica greens and these got two thumbs up. I had king cut prime rib, cooked perfectly with a nice peppery crust. Their fries are perfect, I wish everyone had fries like this. I don't like seasoned fries so most times I don't even bother getting fries. Their salads have green pepper, black olive, pepperoncini, croutons, tomato and cucumber. Lily was a great server and the place wasn't overly crowded. We got there early though, like 530 on a Saturday.
Good pizza! Lg; half broccoli, half mushrooms. Waitress was very nice and attentive.
I was so sad the salad bar was gone!!!! So sad. I likely won't return. That was my #1 favorite there.
Had the chicken wings as an appetizer and they’re as good as you can get and came out piping hot. For lunch, I had the grilled chicken sandwich, which was also really good. Service was friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back!
I had not been to Twin Trees since I left Syracuse 25+ yrs. ago. This location in N. Syracuse (?), is beautiful because of the staff and service! The food was AWESOME, especially the Beans & Collard Green Soup! Their different meal specials make it easy to decide what you easier! LOVED IT! #SUPPORTLOCALBUSINESS
I have been eating here since I was a kid. The food has always been excellent
I’m airline pilot and a Marine. I’ve lived in 13 states and visited 28 countries… Twin Trees has the absolute best pizza and wings I’ve ever experienced! The garlic pizza is truly special and if you get the wings get them medium and extra crispy! No on does it like Twin Trees!
The food here is very good and they have a great menu
Went here after 7 hours of moving. Had an amazing experience. This service was quick, the staff was nice and funny, and the food was amazing. Special shout out to Thiri for making our experience amazing!
The Ham Bacon and Onion pizza was delicious. The crust was perfectly crisp. The waitress was very pleasant and the atmosphere felt cozy and happy. The other customers were just happy to be there!
I LOVE their parmzilla so my husband and I decided to share one on Valentine’s Day which is also our anniversary and when I made my first cut into my half of my chicken I found this hair inside. Which I don’t know about anyone else but that is a game stopper for me. I called the store and explained the situation anbd she said if they made another one they would have to start from scratch and see if they could find a driver because they were technically closed for deliveries but they were quick to offer a refund and a $20 store credit which I did not expect. I thought the customer service was over the top given the situation and I can’t wait to order there food again 😊
We had a group of 12 people they took very very good care of us..... Everyone enjoyed their food that came out pretty much all together pretty quickly...... There were a couple other groups of people there tonight...service was very good throughout the night even though it was a very very busy night for this restaurant.... My sister and I stopped in for lunch Tuesday February 11th ordered an antipasto which we knew we could not finish our waitress gave us Italian dressing in small cups which was great because we planned on taking the extra salad home we also ordered a pizza which is very traditional twin trees pizza always good....
Just love going here. Food is delicious. Haven't had a bad wait staff yet, and prices remain fair in this economy.
We dined 1/11/2026 at Twin Trees 3. We chose 2 dinners: baked salmon and chicken Francois. The meals were excellent in this very clean inviting restaurant. Above anything was our server, Nicky. She was friendly, attentive and very efficient. Today, at home, when I unwrapped our generous left-over servings I found that items were wrapped securely and labeled much to my surprise. Thank you Nicky! We will see you again.
Great pizza but the wings are some of my favorite in Syracuse. Service is always good here and they do a great job accommodating large parties.
This is our go to for pizza. It's always going to come out the same. Crust is great and crispy not too thin not super thick.
Twin Trees III is a beloved North Syracuse staple known for its delicious pizza, flavorful wings, and warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The menu offers generous portions of Italian favorites, served by friendly staff who make you feel right at home. It’s the perfect spot for comfort food, casual dinners, or family gatherings — a true local gem worth visiting.
Our family recently held a luncheon at Twin Trees following a funeral, and we couldn’t have chosen a more fitting place. It was her favorite spot for birthday lunches, so it felt right to gather there in her memory. The food was absolutely amazing! Twin Trees is famous for their pizza (and for good reason), but I have to say, the buffet truly stood out as well. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served with care. What made the experience even more special was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. A heartfelt thank you to Sean, Carol, and Angel…your warmth, compassion, and professionalism did not go unnoticed. You helped make a difficult day a little brighter, and we’re so grateful. Twin Trees will always hold a special place in our hearts. 🌹
We brought in a party of 21 and they killed it. Amazing food and a great server. She was awesome. Took care of the group and her smile never left her face. It was great
Hands down the best Twin Trees location, and possibly the best pizza place, period. All the food is on point every time. Our last visit was the first issue we’ve ever had (gave us the wrong pizza), and the manager quickly got us the correct pizza, told us to keep the incorrect one, and comped both of them. All reasons why we come regularly.
Twin Trees makes a really good pizza any way you slice it. We can debate the correct way to cut a pizza until the cows come home but I think we can all agree that Twin trees offers some of the best pizza in the area. It’s kind of a family favorite spot, so tonight i surprised my mom with a large florentine and a half roll of garlic bread. It was good as usual but this was my first time with this topping combo. I liked the sauceless style and each slice had enough tomato to give it the right amount of flavor and a nice soft bite. If you’ve never tried it, make sure you do!
We are originally from Syracuse, and every trip home, we stop at Twin Trees the first night. We went tonight, and it was everything we hoped it would be. The pizzas, of course, were outstanding. My wife had the fried seafood platter, which she loved. Even my twin 10 year old boys were raving about how great everything was. The service was friendly and prompt, and the food was fantastic as always.
The staff was phenomenal as soon as I walked in the door they asked if they could help me with the cake I had in my hand that I was doing for a birthday party. They took the cake and put it in the freezer. They showed me where I had to go and they keep asking me if there is anything they could do for me. They went above and beyond helping me out I think it is a phenomenal place to do a party or get together. They have so much room there. I will definitely be back, and I definitely have been referring them to a lot of my friends.
Had an enjoyable evening with friends here at TT III. Our server accommodated our chatty selves and didn't keep hounding us to take orders until he'd noticed we were done looking at the menus. Our server didn't seem to be very familiar with the menu or how the food is prepared, though, and then it was disclosed that he was a new employee. The restaurant should make sure their servers know the menu and have tasted menu items. He was also a bit abrubt when it came time to clear the table. It was almost as if he was trying to let us know we shouldn't have been loitering so long. Aside from that, the food was good and hot. This isn't a fancy place and could probably use an update to its interior but it's definitely roomy and can seat quite a few people. It's casual and has decent food options to choose from so it's worth a visit.
Friday at 4:30 had dinner. Ordered eggplant parmasan (in the past has been good) but tonite the whole bottom of the eggplant burnt black, tasted burnt ,salad & bread ok Then had fried fish the breading was very mushy not crunchy at all,the bread crumbs had no flavor. They were not even very busy yet. My server was wonderful! I think I'll stick to pizza that is what they do best
Food was good. We got the 2 person platter. Came with lasagna, chicken parm, spicy sausage and cheese ravioli. The chicken parm was the best. Local drafts were good as well. Very busy by 6pm so come early.
I have never had bad service here. The wait staff are excellent. The food in general is good and plentiful, but I feel they lack in the dessert arena. Their cheesecake is horrible, and the other desserts unimpressive. I also feel like the interior could use a fresh coat of paint.
Just to be clear I never give a five star unless it's absolutely the best ever. Food is always great, service was outstanding. Atmosphere always nice to see people there that I see their every so often.
Meals were very good, great service!
It's really too bright in the room we were in. We needed sunglasses. Felt like we were in a cafeteria. Steak was tasty but tough. The chicken parm was oddly skimpy for TT. The garlic pizza which we asked for extra garlic, lacked...garlic. They were definitely fully staffed but oddly the service was slow we had to attempt to grab anyone to get drink refills. It wasn't packed. I'm hoping it was a fluke as never had an issue there. I should have stuck with sausage & cheese pizza that never disappoints.
6 of us had lunch Wednesday. Food came out sporadically. Two soups while the rest waited. Had to ask about the 3rd soup ordered. Was told it was an entree and the other two were appetizers? She ordered the same as us. Soup and garlic bread. By the time the rest of food came out, my soup was done so I sat and watched them eat. The to go order that was ordered was forgotten. Server never put order in. We ordered garlic bread and it was a whole loaf of Italian bread, (huge) and mixed basket appetizer was enormous. Would I go back?? Only if my group chose it. Not on our own.
Excellent service and friendly atmosphere. Locals rave about the pizza, but if you have a broader experience with pizza, it's pretty average. Chef salad was mainly iceberg salad. Wings had some skimpy ones in the mix Still, it's cheap. Giving it three stars because the service is really good -- the quality of the food just doesn't match, despite the low prices.
The spaghetti was great I liked it that I can get no meat. Our waiter was nice, she's the one who gave us our food my family loved it. My dad said it was a fancy restaurant but it didn't. It looked like 1980s so that's why I gave it mostly 3 stars
We were able to attend a family event held here, which was very nice to be able to do, and the service was very good for our group of 13. However, I was not impressed with the food. The food was as hot, but it had little flavor. I ordered a meatball casserole wich came with pasta on the side. When it arrived I was disappointed: There were 4 meatballs with cheese melted over the top in one dish and a very small bowl (like a dessert bowl) of plain pasta with very little sauce scooped on top. The sauce wasn't very flavorful, at all. The meatballs were a good size, but not huge, and tasted okay, but seemed more 'bready' than meat. And the kicker?? The cost was exorbitant, I thought, ...$18.99 plus tax! Had I realized I'm it was that much, I would have opted for something else. Never again. Another person ordered a pepperoni pizza (pepperoni was not on it- the waitress said she just heard cheese pizza) and it was NOT good at all. Again, the waitress was VERY nice, and was the only one serving our table, so when she forgot a few things we didn't complain. We still had a nice time and happy to have had the room for all of us... Next time I may eat someplace else before I go, though.
Some of the best pizza in upstate NY! That’s what they are known for! Is the quality! However it must be noted that their wing prices has went up like crazy… WHICH IS FINE!!! but their wing quality has went down in the last few years… I don’t mind paying extra for wings but when the wing quality has gone down… I find myself almost never purchasing them…
Worst Chicken Parmesan I have had in a very long time. Dried out and bitter tasting due to over cooking. The angel hair pasta was good, but needed more sauce. I haven't been there since before COVID, so it was disappointing to see that the salad bar was gone. I'm not a salad eater, but there were plenty of alternatives other than salad on the salad bar. Now, the only other option is soup. I tried the soup ( beans and greens). Not a fan. It was devoid of any flavor other than salt.
Please dim the lights! It’s all about the experience and ambience is key when dining out. Food is great, service is great, just very bright.
Food was good, but they had 30 of us cramped into a very small space. Service was ok considering the size of our party but could have been better. We had a reservation and they still seemed kind of flustered.
Ordered my take out. It was wrong. I left it the way it was. Got home I ordered mild wings and they were for sure not mild
We've eaten there twice, and aren't likely to go again. Overall everything was under seasoned. The Italian classics were really disappointing. I was shocked to see the use of mozzarella slices instead of fresh grated cheese in an Italian restaurant. Marinara was bland. The ravioli was overcooked. Pizza was so-so. Definitely not even close to the best pizza in Syracuse, let alone NY. The NY chains are better. Although when it's reheated in a toaster oven, it ends up better than when it was fresh. I can't understand all the 5 star reviews, considering the food isn't even as good as Olive Garden, and I'm not a big fan of chains.
This is the last time I will order from this TT’s. The last two times my food was cold. This time the pizza was very dry and the wings were so dry there was NO sauce on them.
Very slow. Pizza was good. Salad not fresh and dressings came in little containers (dine in??) Cleared our own dishes and wings had sauce but only on the bottom.
After hearing great reviews about the pizza, was greatly disappointed. I don't know who likes cardboard crust, but certainly not me. The room I was in had a large sagging ceiling. Thankfully it didn't fall down while I was there. The staff was very friendly, but felt they were new to service work. I would go back, but I certainly wouldn't get any pizza
I had dined at Twin Trees years ago and wasn’t impressed by the food but had heard great reviews since so figured I’d try it again. The food was served hot which is a plus, but the flavor wasn’t great. The ziti noodles were small and the drowning in sauce that tasted bitter and was very thin, it had 2 slices of mozzarella cheese melted on top, not exactly what I was expecting. Also no option to add sausage or meatballs. The Pizza for one was okay per my bf but he said the sauce was very sweet and not something he’d order again. The garlic bread with cheese was good though. Not the worst food we’ve had but definitely won’t be returning to try anything else. Kids menu was very limited. Servers were friendly and the place was clean, lots of space.
We normally love pizza and wings at twin trees 3 in N Syracuse. We went there for our dinner the other night and ordered our usual pizza and wings. Neither of them were even similar to what we normally get. The pizza was short on everything but peppers and the hot wings were extra small and didn't have the normal flavor that we crave and were on the salty side. We have been going there for years and also occasionally bring family that have enjoyed whatever is ordered there. Such a disappointment. That meal, with a salad, a soup and two sodas and tip came to almost $80.00! We are very hesitant to return. Such a shame that all the good restaurants are degrading the quality of the food offering to keep above ground. We will probably not be going back. Sad.
If you find yourself in the twin trees parking lot, about to walk inside. Maybe consider going across the street for a better experience. The food is so bad and way overpriced. The service is fine, but the decor looks like you are sitting in a ponderosa in 1990.
Ordered a pizza and a 2 liter. Waited two hours after calling twice. The second time we were then told they don’t have our order! Seriously?!?! They used to be good now not so much. So disappointing and for what they charge, unexceptable! Definitely ordering elsewhere. Thanks for nothing. If I didn’t have to choose a star I would not have given any!
Not good. I had veal parmigiana with a side of spaghetti. The spaghetti was okay, but the veal was burnt and was the consistency of a truck tire. When the waitress asked me how everything was, I told her that the veal was inedible. "Just eat the spaghetti then" was her response. When I left, the hostess asked how I enjoyed my dinner, and I told her about the inedible veal. Her response: "try something else next time." I said that there wouldn't be a next time. I got no apology for the bad veal and I never went back. There are much better restaurants not far away and they would be a better choice.
Honestly disappointing. We have been ordering from here for years and ordered a sheet pizza and 72 wings. Ended up spending over $100 and ended up with a large pizza. No one ever said they don’t make sheet pizzas anymore until after calling to ask why our pizza was not a sheet pizza. Was given the chance to make right and it wasn’t so that’s why they are getting a one star review.
Went here on mothers day and the waiter brought my mothers fish with burned ( black) edges! I got prime rib that WAS NOT FRESH, was frozen because it had a freezer burn taste and BROWN. My bill came to 86.0p and was awful! I will never be back. Even our waiter said have surprised the cook still has a job imagine that... Grossly unprofessional was one of the worst meals I had in a very long time I will never go back! And we weren't the only ones that was dissatisfied with our food.
They will steal your money. They charge for a special even when you specify no special since you don't want a drink. The special does include a drink price and doing the order separately saves you. This happens each time I order. I called to have a manager take it off and credit me and was told it was busy he will call back to give me the refund. I never received the phone call or refund. Cashier thinks you owe her money for a tip.
I have been eating Twin Trees Pizza for over 50 years and have never been disappointed until today. We got a garlic pizza with onions and mushrooms but there was no garlic flavor at all. Actually not much taste at all. Very disappointed.
Food was good but it was extremely unprofessional for the manager to scream at, and fire, the best server they had, in front of customers. Will not give a place that does this our business ever again.
HAVE GOTTEN PIZZA AND WINGS FROM HERE FOR YEARS AND MANY TIMES HAVE GOTTEN THE WRONG PIZZA AND OR MISSING TOPPINGS AND THANK FULL FOR WELL DESERVED CREDITS ESPECIALLY WHEN IT HAPPENS MORE THAN THEY KNOW! TODAY I ORDERED AGAIN AND THEY DIDN'T MAKE ONE OF MY PIZZAS CORRECTLY AND MANAGER SHAWN SAID I MUST NOT LIKE THE WAY THEY MAKE MY PIZZA AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! VERY FUNNY ESPECIALLY WHEN HE SAW MY ORDER AND CONFIRMED IT WAS WRONG! NO PROBLEM SHAWN NOT ONLY ARE YOU A HORRIBLE MANAGER BUT ALSO A HORRIBLE PERSON AND NO PEOPLE SKILLS!
