Avis sur Twin Trees III Syracuse
The Ham Bacon and Onion pizza was delicious. The crust was perfectly crisp. The waitress was very pleasant and the atmosphere felt cozy and happy. The other customers were just happy to be there!
I LOVE their parmzilla so my husband and I decided to share one on Valentine’s Day which is also our anniversary and when I made my first cut into my half of my chicken I found this hair inside. Which I don’t know about anyone else but that is a game stopper for me. I called the store and explained the situation anbd she said if they made another one they would have to start from scratch and see if they could find a driver because they were technically closed for deliveries but they were quick to offer a refund and a $20 store credit which I did not expect. I thought the customer service was over the top given the situation and I can’t wait to order there food again 😊
We had a group of 12 people they took very very good care of us..... Everyone enjoyed their food that came out pretty much all together pretty quickly...... There were a couple other groups of people there tonight...service was very good throughout the night even though it was a very very busy night for this restaurant.... My sister and I stopped in for lunch Tuesday February 11th ordered an antipasto which we knew we could not finish our waitress gave us Italian dressing in small cups which was great because we planned on taking the extra salad home we also ordered a pizza which is very traditional twin trees pizza always good....
Just love going here. Food is delicious. Haven't had a bad wait staff yet, and prices remain fair in this economy.
We dined 1/11/2026 at Twin Trees 3. We chose 2 dinners: baked salmon and chicken Francois. The meals were excellent in this very clean inviting restaurant. Above anything was our server, Nicky. She was friendly, attentive and very efficient. Today, at home, when I unwrapped our generous left-over servings I found that items were wrapped securely and labeled much to my surprise. Thank you Nicky! We will see you again.
Great pizza but the wings are some of my favorite in Syracuse. Service is always good here and they do a great job accommodating large parties.
This is our go to for pizza. It's always going to come out the same. Crust is great and crispy not too thin not super thick.
Twin Trees III is a beloved North Syracuse staple known for its delicious pizza, flavorful wings, and warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The menu offers generous portions of Italian favorites, served by friendly staff who make you feel right at home. It’s the perfect spot for comfort food, casual dinners, or family gatherings — a true local gem worth visiting.
Our family recently held a luncheon at Twin Trees following a funeral, and we couldn’t have chosen a more fitting place. It was her favorite spot for birthday lunches, so it felt right to gather there in her memory. The food was absolutely amazing! Twin Trees is famous for their pizza (and for good reason), but I have to say, the buffet truly stood out as well. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served with care. What made the experience even more special was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. A heartfelt thank you to Sean, Carol, and Angel…your warmth, compassion, and professionalism did not go unnoticed. You helped make a difficult day a little brighter, and we’re so grateful. Twin Trees will always hold a special place in our hearts. 🌹
We brought in a party of 21 and they killed it. Amazing food and a great server. She was awesome. Took care of the group and her smile never left her face. It was great
Hands down the best Twin Trees location, and possibly the best pizza place, period. All the food is on point every time. Our last visit was the first issue we’ve ever had (gave us the wrong pizza), and the manager quickly got us the correct pizza, told us to keep the incorrect one, and comped both of them. All reasons why we come regularly.
Twin Trees makes a really good pizza any way you slice it. We can debate the correct way to cut a pizza until the cows come home but I think we can all agree that Twin trees offers some of the best pizza in the area. It’s kind of a family favorite spot, so tonight i surprised my mom with a large florentine and a half roll of garlic bread. It was good as usual but this was my first time with this topping combo. I liked the sauceless style and each slice had enough tomato to give it the right amount of flavor and a nice soft bite. If you’ve never tried it, make sure you do!
We are originally from Syracuse, and every trip home, we stop at Twin Trees the first night. We went tonight, and it was everything we hoped it would be. The pizzas, of course, were outstanding. My wife had the fried seafood platter, which she loved. Even my twin 10 year old boys were raving about how great everything was. The service was friendly and prompt, and the food was fantastic as always.
The staff was phenomenal as soon as I walked in the door they asked if they could help me with the cake I had in my hand that I was doing for a birthday party. They took the cake and put it in the freezer. They showed me where I had to go and they keep asking me if there is anything they could do for me. They went above and beyond helping me out I think it is a phenomenal place to do a party or get together. They have so much room there. I will definitely be back, and I definitely have been referring them to a lot of my friends.
It's really too bright in the room we were in. We needed sunglasses. Felt like we were in a cafeteria. Steak was tasty but tough. The chicken parm was oddly skimpy for TT. The garlic pizza which we asked for extra garlic, lacked...garlic. They were definitely fully staffed but oddly the service was slow we had to attempt to grab anyone to get drink refills. It wasn't packed. I'm hoping it was a fluke as never had an issue there. I should have stuck with sausage & cheese pizza that never disappoints.
Please dim the lights! It’s all about the experience and ambience is key when dining out. Food is great, service is great, just very bright.
I had dined at Twin Trees years ago and wasn’t impressed by the food but had heard great reviews since so figured I’d try it again. The food was served hot which is a plus, but the flavor wasn’t great. The ziti noodles were small and the drowning in sauce that tasted bitter and was very thin, it had 2 slices of mozzarella cheese melted on top, not exactly what I was expecting. Also no option to add sausage or meatballs. The Pizza for one was okay per my bf but he said the sauce was very sweet and not something he’d order again. The garlic bread with cheese was good though. Not the worst food we’ve had but definitely won’t be returning to try anything else. Kids menu was very limited. Servers were friendly and the place was clean, lots of space.
We normally love pizza and wings at twin trees 3 in N Syracuse. We went there for our dinner the other night and ordered our usual pizza and wings. Neither of them were even similar to what we normally get. The pizza was short on everything but peppers and the hot wings were extra small and didn't have the normal flavor that we crave and were on the salty side. We have been going there for years and also occasionally bring family that have enjoyed whatever is ordered there. Such a disappointment. That meal, with a salad, a soup and two sodas and tip came to almost $80.00! We are very hesitant to return. Such a shame that all the good restaurants are degrading the quality of the food offering to keep above ground. We will probably not be going back. Sad.
Food was good but it was extremely unprofessional for the manager to scream at, and fire, the best server they had, in front of customers. Will not give a place that does this our business ever again.
HAVE GOTTEN PIZZA AND WINGS FROM HERE FOR YEARS AND MANY TIMES HAVE GOTTEN THE WRONG PIZZA AND OR MISSING TOPPINGS AND THANK FULL FOR WELL DESERVED CREDITS ESPECIALLY WHEN IT HAPPENS MORE THAN THEY KNOW! TODAY I ORDERED AGAIN AND THEY DIDN'T MAKE ONE OF MY PIZZAS CORRECTLY AND MANAGER SHAWN SAID I MUST NOT LIKE THE WAY THEY MAKE MY PIZZA AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! VERY FUNNY ESPECIALLY WHEN HE SAW MY ORDER AND CONFIRMED IT WAS WRONG! NO PROBLEM SHAWN NOT ONLY ARE YOU A HORRIBLE MANAGER BUT ALSO A HORRIBLE PERSON AND NO PEOPLE SKILLS!
