Mint Cocktail Club

My girlfriend and I decided to try out this new restaurant/bar in Tampa. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and seated very quickly. They had a great selection of cocktails, we decided to try out the coconut crime of passion and the fantasy island. I was very surprised to see that the fantasy island was served with a bubble on the top which I had never seen before at any restaurant. For our meal we got the grouper and banana leaf pork. The dishes were presented nicely and tasted even better than they looked. If you are looking for a new date spot or just a place to drink with your friends this is the place for you. Very trendy with a chill atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back here!

Very good vibes. Great drinks, great bartenders, and great music. Manager Cody also rocks along with all managers on duty and they’re always there for any requests you have. Definitely recommend if you want some great drinks and music at a great price!

Chef David DeJesus took care of me. I told him my allergies and he made sure I got a 5 star meal. Because of him I will come back. Great hospitality and great service but the chef David was sure I was taken care of and the place is amazing

All the food is so good but the Queso Fritos are the best! The drinks are really good and the staff is so nice and attentive!!

Nice little place. Something different in area. Tapas were fantastic. Excellent value. Drink selection was a little limited and while the craft cocktails were good, nothing special. Food was really tasty though.

The employees treat their customers like garbage!!! They call their customers by names and employees have admitted to hating their own jobs. No wonder they have to close early because their bartenders are horribly rude and can’t make money. Sad excuse for an establishment. Do better :(

They purposely over charge patrons for the entry fee. For example, on 21APR22, two patrons had to pay a $10 cover charge. Upon viewing their credit card activity later that night, they realized that there were overcharged. One was overcharged by $6 and the other by $9. One person was able to receive a full refund after challenging to staff as to why they did this but the other did not realize he was overcharged until after leaving the establishment. Mint has a history of doing this, specifically to college students, unbeknownst to them. They have predatory practices when charging patrons and they must be exposed. Additionally, I called their establishment to find out if a cover was required, they stated that before 11 a cover charge was not required but made no mention that patrons under 21 had to pay even if it was before 11. Upon arriving, I informed them of this once they tried to charge us and they didn't care, charging us anyway.
