I haven't tried every single pizza place in Florida, but I think it's safe to assume that this might be the best pizza in the state. Definitely the best I have had. I have lived in NY for many years, and I can say with confidence that, some NY pizza places should learn how to make a good NY style pizza from this place. Amazing food!!!! Definitely a hidden gem !!

Absolutely loved this place! This is the closest you can get to authentic New York style pizza in Tampa! The crust was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of chew, and the sauce was the perfect combination of tangy and sweet. The cheese was gooey and melted to perfection. The prices were also amazing for how much pizza we got! Will definitely be back for more. Five stars all the way!

The woman server was a breath of fresh air. She was funny and accommodating. Food was delicious. Crust was crispy but not dry. The cheese wasn’t a mess when serving ourselves. My wife who grew up eating NY style pizza was in heaven.

Please stop in! You will not regret it, they are so nice and the food is absolutely amazing, we havent tried anything that we havent liked yet. The deserts are great, pizza is amazing and the oven baked subs are delicious 😋..... also try the spinach puffs!

Absolute best pizza, subs, wings any food that’s on the menu. It’s delicious. Customer service is next level! I come here all the time with my family and we would never go anywhere else we know where to get the good slice of pizza!

I love NY Times Square Pizza. Used on line ordering which was great. Ordered a Supreme and as always it was fantastic! Best Pizza in the Tampa area. Have had subs too and they were also very good. But I always come back for the pizza. Give them a try, you'll love them too!

Essie and her team are always so polite and forever going above and beyond for their customers. My wife and I love their pizza so much and we always enjoy stopping by for a slice or a fresh made pie! The garlic knots are super delicious and have a generous and loving dose of garlic butter! Dunk the crust in some marinara and you are on your way to the perfect pizza lovers experience! We even buy the dough to make our own pizza’s at home. They also have a cauliflower crust option as well and delectable desserts like chocolate chip cookies and super soft brownies! Highly recommended!

Got pizza for a large group after a wedding rehearsal event and was shocked by the value of the food we ordered. This family run shop is incredible and the people that run it are the sweetest. The owner opened all the boxes to show me the things we ordered and everything looked and tasted delicious! They even had homemade brownies. I ordered the largest pizza that is like 30 inches in diameter and we were all amused at carrying it out. Definitely the biggest pizza I’ve ever seen in my life. It got a good laugh and was dinner and a show in itself! I would definitely recommend this place for fantastic pizza 🍕 check out the slice app or just call them directly to order as I found it much easier to navigate than Uber Eats.

Best Pizza around! We have been ordering here for years as they do an excellent job catering large orders for our events. Just recently, we ordered 61 pizzas and all 61 were fantastic ! Their customer service is top notch and it is a great place to go on your lunch break for quick service, good food, and kind staff! My Favorite is the margarita pizza!

Excellent food, service and atmosphere! Essie, Sunnie and the staff are amazing. This place is so good you will make it your neighborhood pizza spot even if you don't live in the neighborhood! This is the ONLY PLACE I get pizza from now. Love it! Plus the buffalo wings and the chicken Philly are chefs kiss!💋

Pizza and Stromboli are pretty good. Takes 10-15 minutes to make them. Staff also insisted on no tips at pick up so they're already better than most dining establishments.

If I could give 100 stars I would! We had pizza, wings, and dessert and boy oh boy was everything OUTSTANDING!! The service was amazing, the owner herself was the sweetest woman and taking care of us soooo nicely!!! Please if you have a chance STOP IN HERE!!! Not many places now have good food plus good service!!! We'll be backkkk! Thanks alot yall!

i’ve been coming to this pizza shop for the last nine years and have never been disappointed the customer service is impeccable and the food quality is amazing. The owner takes time to speak to everyone that comes through the door and even holds the door for you on your way out. They truly make you feel like family I would recommend to anyone looking for pizza if you’re in the area to stop by!

By far the best pizza I’ve tried in Tampa. It is our go to spot. It’s always consistent and the owners are such great people. Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Very good New York style Pizza. Eduardo was a very good server, we happened to come at lunchtime and got their special 2 slices plus a can of coke for 8.99. Can't beat that. Lots of tables and booths. Plenty of parking. Wasn't busy. Would definitively recommend checking them out.

5 star treatment, owner/manager was very attentive and nice. The pizza came out as requested. The dough was crispy on the outside a little under done under toppings but I did ask for extra cheese that could have ruined the cooking times. The dough needed a little bit more flavor profile it was bland. Cheese was not as bubbly but tasted ok- would have been better with a bit of broil at the end. Pepperoni didn’t taste good, onions were okay a bit underdone as well. Sauce was on the sweeter side and I’m more of a savory sauce person. I’d try again just do a little bit more cook time see how that goes.

Pizza was extremely nasty and dry. It was rock hard, the sauce and cheese were dry and greasy underneath. It looked like it had been left outside since yesterday and today they just reheated it. I went inside to get it replaced with a fresh pizza and they didn't want to. They didn't give me my money back either. I threw it in the trash, I couldn't eat it. I've never had anything like this happen to me. Terrible customer service. The pictures speak for themselves.

The women who took our order over the phone told us it would be ready to pick up in 25 minutes. When we got there to pick up the Pizza, she told us it would be ready in 2 minutes. Okay. After waiting nearly 10 minutes she almost gave me some else's order. I told her that we had ordered a pizza. At this point she had amnesia and told us with a bad attitude that she didn't recall taking our order. That maybe we "called somewhere else." When I tired to show her the number we called, she told me not to put the phone in her face." She then rudely told us that she can make one for us in 10 minutes. (!?) We left. This place would not have been my first choice. I'm not from the area and was recommended this place by someone who goes there frequently. I even called the person who game their number back to double check. (Sure enough the number was correct). Recommendedation to NY Time SQ. Pizza. Loose the attitude, say you're sorry, and politely offer to make the Pizza. This is my 2nd Google food review ever. Needless to say we won't be going back. We ended up driving off and came across Alfonsos Pizzerria (14942 N Florida Ave, Tampa, FL 33613) ironically less then a 1/4 mile away. Friendly staff, great pizza. And it was quick!
