Wings Xpress

This was my first time coming here. I went through the drive-thru, there were no cars ahead of me, and my food came out in less than 5 minutes. The wings were cooked perfectly and came out hot & fresh. I will be back again whenever I'm in the area.

Best wings, hands down. Fries are seasoned well. Everything I have tried has been delicious.

Wing xpress is always clutch but what’s up with this “Advantage Program” charge? It’s only 86 cents but why are we being charged for this? Prices already high as is but at least the food is good.

This place is delicious! They have great choices, and the food comes out very hot and fresh. The wings and the gizzards we're so good. I loved the fries and seasoning was just right. The prices aren't too bad, about 11 to 15 dollars for most combos. Some a little cheaper. We went a second time to get the fried shrimp, oysters, and Greek salad. Also super delicious.

Stopped for lunch to try out their wings, service was very friendly and quick, place seemed clean except for a sewage smell. Wings were pretty good and fries were cooked good but the ketchup they gave me had a weird taste to it. Would go back to try them again .....just wouldn't get the ketchup.

ive been going to this place for years but they're starting to slack off! My food that I waited for like 10 min came out barely warm the fries are soo hard and the hamburger is soooo dry, I did come around 1230am and they close around 2am not sure if that made any diffrence but seems like you'll have to tell them to make fries fresh late night. Day crew seems to be better at making the foods

This place used to be decent, fried my wings so hard and didn’t realize until I got home. Called and spoke to a very nice manager that said he would replace it, I come today said manager is not in, & staff is looking like I’m crazy, spoke to a manager that said he will ask around about it

I placed five orders but was only given four, and had to turn around and come back. The same person who took my order told me “maybe the person who took your order didn’t put it in,” but when I got to the window, it was literally the same person who took my order in the first place. That didn’t sit right with me. There was no apology for the mix-up. Customer service matters, especially when it’s your mistake. As for the food — some of it was seasoned perfectly, but other items were overly seasoned to the point it wasn’t enjoyable. The inconsistency was noticeable. I even confirmed all five orders before pulling off, so this shouldn’t have happened. The OG staff (if they’re still there) need to be on night shift because this new crew is not it. My friends usually enjoys Wing Express, and this was our first time back in a while. Unfortunately, the food didn’t taste great and the service was under adequate. Really hoping this was just an off night, but this experience wasn’t good.

I belive i was targeted and my food was tampered with. Filed a report, will not go here ever again.

The food was extremely salty, but the bigger issue was the staff’s behavior at the drive thru. I asked for a student discount and showed my valid student ID. Instead of simply honoring it or politely declining, the staff questioned why I was asking for a student discount and made inappropriate comments about how I pay my tuition. The interaction was rude, unprofessional, and felt discriminatory. This made for a very uncomfortable experience, and it’s not how customers should be treated

I ordered calamari and a 10 piece meal. They didn’t give me the sauces for the meal that I paid extra for or the fries for meal. They also didn’t give me the marinara sauce for the calamari. This meal was $30 bucks and give to me incomplete. I drove from Wesley chapel and when I called to tell them they told me that I needed to come back or else they don’t believe me. Son has to learn to not go back n forth with the customer about less than a dollar Son charged me 1222 for something that I have been getting for years for less than that. Come to find out that there is a service fee for using a card. Somebody’s not charging me I come like 4 times a week. I avoid coming at night because it’s just a different type of vibe and they are always trying to charge for sauce which I’m supposed to get a sauce. I have to argue at this point a lot with some guy. It might be the sun not for sure. Even me saying OK I normally try to avoid night. He said well this is the dayshift. It just wasn’t necessary to come back and say that in the daytime at 12 noon I get different people versus when I come after five whether you still consider this day or not it doesn’t matter. It shouldn’t have been a back-and-forth about what time of day I come there was a comeback response to every single thing that I said . Son charges me 1222. I tell Son this isn’t right this is normally not what I get charged. He’s going back-and-forth that is 1222. He has a comeback in a response for every single thing that I’m saying like well where is the owner? I’m the owner Son. Why did you just tell me that I asked you for the owner and that was it? It should’ve just been go get the owner and that’s it instead he comes back. I asked for a refund because I’m just done every time I encounter the son. He is combative and nonchalantly argumentative in a rude way like he’s trying to escalate the situation. He explains that you’re supposed to be getting charged $.80. That’s what the argument was over $.80. I’m trying to tell him I don’t know what you’re talking about. I never paid 1222 and I get it. I gotta pay $.80 with the Son but don’t blame me. He’s basically saying well. They’re not doing it right and they should be doing it right that’s something you need to holler at your staff since you run the place and dad does not you should be telling your staff to charge $.80 each and every time mind you I come in almost daily. I never get charged $.80 for using a card. I don’t have cash but had I known that it wouldn’t have been a big deal, but he just rubbed me the wrong way with his very nonchalant attitude and going back-and-forth in front of everybody, it doesn’t even matter. He’s just disrespectful. I can’t do the Son therefore I can’t do the place back to Salem I go.

Waited for 25min in the drive thru just to get cold food … nobody pick up the phone . Trash ass wings … definitely want my money back but I didn’t receive a receipt

How do I call ahead of time and ask if you have sweet potato fries and you say yes then you let me order it at the window and when I get there you say you don't have it with a smirk on your face? Don't play with me like that. You're disrespectful.
