It used to be a really good place to grab a bite, but since they got new staff, the service has been TERRIBLE. It's one thing for them to be new, but terrible service is another. They make fun of what you order, they don't put any effort into serving you, and when they do, they rush through it so they can keep chatting amongst themselves. I hope they improve, because if they don't, they'll really lose a lot of customers.

Delicious like all the places, although they should not let street vendors in. I'm not against them or anything, on the contrary, I support them, but I've been there several times and they come in and offer you their products or outright ask you for money. I don't know how the work shifts work, but specifically the employees on the afternoon shift are TERRIBLE at customer service. They've refused me service three times now, always using the excuse that "there's no bread." I honestly don't know if it's something that depends on them, but it's very annoying that it always happens the same way. And it's worth noting that I've been there at different times: 4 pm on November 28th, 3 pm on November 30th, and yesterday, December 1st, at 8 pm. It seems very illogical and simply unacceptable. Anyway, I was a regular customer at this branch because I work nearby, and I liked the service they provided a couple of years ago. Subway HR, please take note: your staff needs serious training. As I mentioned, the afternoon employees are always refusing service and treating customers rudely; they don't even turn around when you speak to them.

What are they doing with the tickets at this branch? Why won't they give me a receipt? I went to claim my ticket from last night and they wouldn't give it to me. They said I can't get my ticket back and I needed an invoice. The same thing happened to me at another branch. They need to better train their staff to handle problems.

I honestly expected decent service, but when my order arrived, I was met with the complete opposite. I ordered tomatoes, which weren't included, nor was there any cheese. The bread wasn't the oregano and parmesan I requested; it was plain white, cold, and hard. It wasn't toasted, there was no dressing, and it was shorter than the 15 cm loaf it should be. The order was clearly rushed and unenthusiastic. It's a shame they treat people like this. I ordered delivery hoping to enjoy a tasty meal at home, but it was the complete opposite. It was truly awful. It's worth noting that there were two orders, and both were different from what I ordered.

Beware of the staff. I arrived at 9:18 PM and they refused to open the door, saying they had already closed. They're supposed to close at 10 PM.

Terrible service, instead of placing orders they just spend their time chatting without realizing that they don't pay attention to the orders.

They gave me the wrong order through the didi app, we ordered the sandwiches without pickles because we are allergic and they gave them to us with everything, one of the sandwiches came with extra bacon and they didn't put it in either but they did charge me for it and they didn't give the soft drinks to the delivery person either, I find it very unpleasant since I am a frequent customer of this branch only that due to disability I could not go to the branch and I chose the option of ordering through the didi app. Very bad👎🏻

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but the service at this branch is terrible. I went recently and there were cockroaches on the glass display case with the vegetables, one of the employees was very rude, and something else is awful: any street vendor or passerby who needs to use the restroom can go in there. It's like a public restroom and it's not very clean. It's not a good idea to go to this branch. Overall, it's run down.

The workers were so rude and they didnt even get my order right and all because i was 14 years old never ordering here again
