The burgers are very good, I just recommend that you don't put too many toppings on them as it makes the burger difficult to handle, it slips. You could put a topping station in the center of the table.

I really like the atmosphere of the place. The location is great, right across the street from the park, which makes it easy to bring the kids. I wish the service was faster and more attentive, though, as there are only two waiters and even though it's not always busy, they take a while to attend to your table or bring the bill.

They deliver on their promises. The meat has changed over time, but it still tastes good. I especially recommend the shaved ice, the wings, and the onion rings. The service is good, and the place is very pleasant. You can hang out with family and friends, but don't forget that the pandemic is still ongoing. There's no parking, so you'll have to look for a spot on the street, which is safer near the park. Like I said, try the shaved ice! Tapachula is a hot city, and here you can find liter-sized shaved ice drinks 😋. Overall, it's acceptable.

La comida está regular y los precios son altos con respecto a la calidad y sabor de los alimentos que ofrece el menú y hasta cierto punto es aceptable, pero lo que es reprobable es que hay demasiadas moscas al ser un local abierto y con ventiladores. Deberían tanto el administrador como los dueños atender los comentarios de los comensales. Ese es un indicador importante pienso.

Lugar lleno de moscas e insectos. Cayó una mosca en la bebida y la mesera no lo quiso cambiar porque dijo que de la cocina a la mesa llegó bien. Pedimos el cambio por otro sabor de agua y dijo que ya estaba marcada en el sistema. Pésimo servicio.

La verdad. Es la segunda vez que voy muy servicio al mesero que nos atendio. Se le olvido una hamburguesa y su salsa Verde de habanero hechada a perder pedimos y se.lhizo el comentario asu encargada dijo que era por que estava picante pero pedimos una agua limon con chia. Y llega el mesero y la Asota en la mesa la verdad Deja mucho que decir yo la verdad no las recomendaría. Talvez el mesero estava de malas. No lo se pero si tienen que cuidar mucho de su Clientela.

Whoever heard of crispy burgers? That's what we got here. Horrible. It seems to be a common problem, judging by the photos posted. The three employees we spoke to didn't care about their jobs or customer service. This place is so bad I won't be back.

The person serving the service is discriminating, and it's clear he's very distrustful. I don't think people should be judged by their appearance. I was only wearing shorts and a T-shirt, and a swimsuit, of course, but he thinks it's better to serve people arriving by car, and that's the best service, by the way. But if you're arriving by motorcycle or on foot, I think it's a different story.

A total rip-off, a scam, and the prices are outrageous for the abysmal quality of the food they serve. The worst meal of my life. The worst dining experience ever. A complete fraud; the so-called hamburgers have no meat, and the staff is the worst, providing the most appalling service. My worst experience. Don't waste your money. Zero stars.
