It's an excellent place to enjoy with friends who are Harry Potter fans, as the place has themed props you can take photos with. The food is good value for money; the service takes a little longer than expected, but that's because it's freshly prepared and not overly processed. The staff is attentive and explains everything calmly. When you pay, they give you a bill with your order and the recommended tip (10%, which is truly worthwhile), along with a small lollipop.

A magical and beautiful place. I honestly didn't expect so many things so typical of the HP universe. A must-try in Tapachula. I recommend the fries and onion rings.

The food tastes good, the facilities are acceptable, the service is excellent, and the prices are good. I wish the entire menu had themed names; not everything does. Sometimes they play a clip or two from the movie. They should be playing movies or HP content all the time. It's a very good place to visit.

The place is nice. I'm not a huge Harry Potter fan, but there are a few things that could be improved... the food could be better (the baguette with pastor meat), the drinks are good, and the service is excellent. Prices are reasonable.

The food isn't good, the wings don't have the flavor you expect from the sauce you order, they're small and expensive, and the "rach" sauce is more water than anything else. The atmosphere isn't like it looks in the photos; I thought there would be more things related to the Harry Potter theme... and don't even bother asking the waiter for the spells listed on the menu, because he won't have a clue what you're asking for. I think if you're going to have a place with a theme like this, at the very least the staff should learn the menu; otherwise, what's the point of giving it those names? 🙄🤦‍♀️
