Went to Chipotle In Tarzana on Ventura blvd. Took a guy there with Autism. The girls behind the counter were aware of is condition .I looked at them and without a word being said,they treated him with respect and were very professional. Thank you Chipotle and your employees. Oh, great food also.
Came to Chipotle today on my break. I was shocked! The food was fresh and delicious. The portions were generous and the staff was warm and friendly. First time in years since I've been to any chipotle and walked out happy.
It's easy to order on the app and then pickup. There is plenty of free parking in the lot! The prices have gone up like everything else, but it's still a decent value for freshly prepared food.
Good food fast service plenty of selections of protein plenty of choices for drinks as well alcohol for adults.
Chipotle is always good imo and very fast service the way they have it set up
Hit and miss depending on who is working. I always have to ask for a better serving of food! For the price I expect at least a heaping spoon full. They never clean the tables. I have to bring my own wipes. Music is blasting! Clean the front door please. I do like the chicken bowls. It is my favorite.

I love Chipotle and I eat there constantly. Unfortunately, this one is the most convenient location for me. They just keep hiking their prices, the most expensive location in all of Los Angeles while their portions are getting smaller, constantly out of ingredients, and some of the staff has terrible attitudes. Not to mention parking is challenging and the place is so busy it's usually a giant mess. I would go to most other locations when given the option.
When we arrived, we were told we could not order in person because the credit card system was down, but we could place an online order. I assumed this would be quick, as the store was not busy and the front prep line was unused, with several employees standing there doing nothing. Instead, we waited 10–15 minutes because they only prepared online orders in the back, despite us being right there. The most frustrating part was that the employees were completely unapologetic and seemed not to care. Overall, the customer service was disappointing.
I don’t know if it’s this location or all chipotle‘s but 14 bucks for this tiny bowl that was about half full and 50% lettuce and maybe a dozen beans. I won’t go here ever again if I’m hungry.
Dining hot bar and dining area dirty. Register dirty. Needs a deep cleaning. The place was not busy at the time so why wasn’t the dining room clean? I didn’t feel comfortable sitting down to eat. I almost changed my mind about buying food. Food tasted good though. The dirty dining doesn’t make me want to come back and eat here though.

THE HOST NAME (SHENE), WAS VERY RUDE AND SHE HARDLY UNDERSTOOD ENGLISH. THE MANAGER NAME (FABIANA), WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR TOTAL BEFORE PAYING BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EXREA FOR ITEMS YOU DIDN’T ORDER. Ordered Chipotle via Uber eats delivery. The problem wasn't uber eats. They did there job. The problem is with Chipotle and the portions sizes. I ordered a chicken burrito and a kids meal. My burrito was so small ( baby burrito) I wish i would have took a pic fo you guys and the kids meal meat portion was small too. I will not be ordering at Chipotle anymore, I'm done. Chipotle is trash.
The have one person taking orders with a line out the door. I would have to say this location is poorly managed. They often are out of condiments. They also seem to under surve compared to other locations, Its fine an all cause I make them add more.q Update: what kind of Mexican restaurant doesn't have tortilla? I don't think I'm coming back. This branch either has extremely lazy employees or is horribly ran. UPDATE #2: I decided I'd give one last chance and boy did I regret it. I ordered a bowl and watched the little thin Hispanic employee walk back to get some cheese for the order before me, and the 1st thing he says to me is "just to let you know" were out of cheese. I called the dude out on his lie and he didn't know what to do but continue to lie and say its for online orders. I just walked out and will never return. I'm not trying to be a Karen here, but 5 times I gave this place a chance, and every time there is something their out of because they are saving it for online orders.
Used the chipotle app to order my food for 1:40pm. Got there and they put the wrong bowl in my bag. I had no time to go back since I had to go to work, so I called them and they said they'll remake my order for 5:10 when I'd arrive after work. I arrived and it wasn't there. The staff was never actually notified of the re-order, so they were all confused. It took them 30 minutes to make my food. 30 minutes. The line was way faster than my pick up order. I was late to my next shift because they were so slow. Poor girl who was helping me was doing everything and as quick as she could while everyone else was was doing their single tasks so slowly. This is the second time they have messed up so bad on my order and the second time I've been to this location. I'm just assuming it's just terrible management here. I'm writing this review to remind myself not to come back here.

Got sick with their food. I should have known because everything looked like it was sitting there for a while. Do not go here. Tried to get hold of a manger but they never answer their phone. This place is a health hazard .
They keep running out food, they reserve their food in the back for take out instead to focus on the clients waiting on the front
I've had so many issues at this chipotle that I just stopped going. The guys working there are arguing with each other while I'm trying to order. They're always missing food items and don't restock on them. Even when I do online orders from here, they manage to miss an entire burrito from the order that only includes 2 items.
Went to pick up an order order wasn't ready. The dining area was a filthy mess worker where very rude, and they were cussing, not carrying they had customers, very unprofessional , and the service, terrible workers, terrible
Employees refused to make fresh meat even though they close in 45 minutes. There wasn’t anything available besides limited barbecoa and a hand size worth of carnitas. They weren’t professional and refused to answer questions that I asked in regards to whether or not they were going to provide any more meats. They were portioning food incorrectly and only gave small amounts of rice and meat because they were “low” meaning there was nothing. This was the Tarzana Location on Ventura Blvd. the employee who refused to make the food was named John I believe. The team members who were on the line are named Chloe and Alfred. These people seem to lack quality customer service and have forgotten what time they close and what is considered fresh and good quality ingredients which include fresh meat. The fact that they didn’t want to make anything not even meat for the next hour is truly disappointing. . Also why are the chips always stale and old? This is an everyday thing at that location. I refuse to pay money towards a restaurant that doesn’t care for their customers. People work and get off at 9pm or later, they shouldn’t stop providing friendly, accommodating service because they are lazy and don’t want to clean things up. They should be making food until the closing time. I ended up leaving. Not okay. I’m disgustingly disappointed and this is NOT THE FIRST TIME this has happened.
This place horribly managed. They did not have rice. I had to wait 5 minutes till they brought it out. They didn't have guacamole, and they didn't have vinaigrette dressing. It happens all the time. There were 10 people behind me waiting as well. Chipotle is a big chain, they don't manage Tarzana location well. It is horrible. Moreover, they don't have enough servers. Long wait, if there are people ahead off you.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. We accidentally placed a mobile order at a Chipotle location over an hour away. When we arrived at the Tarzana location and explained the situation, the manager refused to help in any way—not even offering to assist with a refund or remake the order for my daughter. The only option given was to stand in line again, wait 15 minutes, and pay for a new meal. We were already running late to my daughter’s volleyball game, and this just added to the stress. No empathy, no effort to help, just a flat-out “nothing we can do.” Really disappointing and embarrassing, especially from a brand like Chipotle.
I came in to order takeout with my family. The main guy taking our orders was extremely rude and gave attitude throughout the entire process. He misheard my request and snapped at me as if it was my fault he gave me the wrong side, to top off he aggressively tossed the side order to his coworker before handing it to us. I've gone here for years and never had such a poor experience. I won't be coming back here for a long time.
I just picked up food from here with 45 minutes until closing. Stood while four different workers walked around cleaning and looking at me as if they didn’t still have almost an hour before closing. They were out of lettuce in the front so I asked if they had any more and the woman takes my food to the back and put, I’m not kidding you, 14 skinny strips of lettuce on top.

I asked for name and she said they don’t give that information out. I also asked for the corporate number and they refused. Super uneasy experience. She was throwing fight threats as well. It was giving ghetto in an area where it’s not expected. They need better management.

The rudest service I have ever received at a Chipotle. I asked for double protein but I wanted the double separate and the guy helping me was pissed and spilled half of my double on the counter, when I told him that he had spilled some of my chicken on the counter he responded that he’s given me enough on the first scoop. The manager wasn’t friendly or helpful. The restaurant was dirty, the tables were dirty and they were out of Napkins completely and only couple of forks. Only two people were working there and they were both rude and the restaurant dirty. I will never visit this location again.
Food:Always ran out If they did have ITS COLDER THAN DRIED HAIL! Pretty rude ABSOLUTELY NO NICE REPLIES If I could give negative, I would I paid $50 for one bowl with just rice
I ordered delivery i have on multiple occasions and on every single occasion they always deliver the wrong order. It is the correct name on the bag but a somebody else’s order in the bag. Their employees are obviously not doing their job right if they can’t get an order right. I would not order from here again and am very dissapointed.
There's a new 23 yr old kid working here who's giving out 13 pieces of chicken for a bowl and fighting lifelong Chipotle supporters over the fact that it's the portion that they are supposed to give. I've been eating at Chipotle since he was a fetus and I can assure you, that is not the normal portion. I won't be back until he graduates and moves on. UPDATE: I went to the next closest location and they gave me an adult portion of chicken and checked me out with a smile. I appreciate that.

The first time was over 6 months ago, their fajitas veggies were too salty to even put in my mouth. This time, it’s their brown rice not being fully cooked and hard in the middle… Something is really wrong about quality control in this location.
