I ordered a pizza for pick up around closing time and when I got there I ended up locking my keys wallet and phone in the car. The shift manager was nice enough to give me a ride to get the spare key from and bring the pizza to my girlfriend who was working as a care giver and wasn't able to leave. You saved the day and we both are grateful! The pizza was delivered hot and tasty like allways . Thanks again for your above and beyond help and great food.!!
I LOVE the Fire Buffalo chicken wings (bone in) from Dominos. I order from this location on a daily basis. The staff is nice and friendly and they always greet me with a smile. I’ve only had one issue (I received an incorrect order of wings, I got BBQ wings instead of Fire wings) I called and spoke with the manager (Memo) he was friendly and apologetic and offered to send over a new order of wings (delivered to my home) ASAP! .... they arrived in about 5min.. hot and freshly made 😊. Thank You Dominos 😊😊😊
I enjoyed the convenience and hassle-free ordering thru the user-friendly app. With the time I saved, I was able to enjoy my lunch break which I am rarely able to do prior to This occasion. The food was hot and ready in less than 8 minutes, even thru the lunch hour rush. All I had to do was confirm that I arrived at the store thru the app, then moments later, I was greeted by Roxanne with a friendly smile along with my freshly made order. Thumbs up to the team of hard workers at Domino’s in Tarzana for this memorable experience.

My local Domino's in Tarzana just renewed my faith in pizza!! The pizza was made EXACTLY how I ordered it, it was delivered within what seemed like minutes of me ordering it, it was HOT and the delivery guy Lofton greeted me with a smile and dimples! I wish I could give a shout out to the person that prepped the pizza but the tracker won't let me see the details for the prep. person. Thank you, my son and I are so grateful!
My pizza arrived hot and fresh. I’ve ordered the thin crust pizza I like from other places ans it’s usually dry or burnt. This was delicious ans cheesy! 5 stars!
Probably the best dominos I've been too!! 😁 very polite and food was great!! For once it actually had toppings with sauce and everything.. And I didn't have a single error in my order!
The pizza is consistently excellent - both crusts are delicious, and the ingredients are always fresh-tasting. Salads and chicken are tasty. Delivery has been in a good time for 90% of my orders. If there is a problem the manager will make it right. Drivers are always friendly. Highly recommended!
The staff are so nice and friendly they greet you and your food is always the way you want it fresh out of the oven. The staff had a huge smile on their face and were so kind even after a long day they made funny jokes and made me smile. I couldn’t be more pleased with this experience. Just recently there was this lady yelling at the staff because she had been apparently waiting too long to get her food and it had too much or too little of it but even in this sense the staff still kept their bright mood and had everything rolling great
Great customer service at this Domino’s Pizza in Reseda! From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly, helpful, and professional. They took the time to explain the current deals and specials clearly, which made ordering much easier and helped me get the best value. Special shoutout to Jose — he really knows his job and has great product knowledge. He answered all my questions, was patient, and made sure I understood my options before placing my order. You can tell he cares about providing great service and making customers feel welcome. The service was fast, organized, and the overall experience was very positive. It’s always nice to find a place where the staff goes the extra mile for customers. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great service and a smooth ordering experience. This is a good Domino's Pizza location. It is a little further away from home from me but the quality at this location is much better than neighboring ones. It is interesting that you can no longer enter into the lobby/ordering area as it seems like they've geared up for curbside delivery. I'm also not sure that the pizza tracker is actually accurate - as my order said done on the screen but was still about 5 min away from being done.
You know what you are getting when you order dominos. It is not going to be super gourmet pizza. But you are going to get great pizza for the money. $6 bucks for one topping medium carryout? ALL DAY. Tried the curbside delivery and instead of the 2 minute promise ended up being the 8 minute promise. Normally I would have just gone in the store and picked up the pizza but had some sleeping kids in the car. I know they were super busy, so I wasn't irate by any means. And to dominos credit they gave me a credit for a free pizza. Which seems excessive. But appreciated.
I ordered a Chicken Habañero Sandwich to go, asked if they could wrap both halves in 2 separate wrappers but the guy said "it comes in a box"". I said ok then can i at least get a bag and some napkins so i can separate it myself"? he said "sure". I paid $7.60 cash was told it would be 10 minutes at 5:52pm. . But i realized they didn't give me one, so i asked another guy for it and he said "oh no problem", but couldn't find it. 6 minutes later the manager came out and said "oh man you didn't even place the order yet?. i pointed to the guy that took my order and explained that i placed it 8 minutes ago and i paid cash ( even told them what form of cash i used.) the 2nd guy agreed and said "yeah, i saw her pay". the first guy said "it's coming, it's coming". Then the manager rang up my order again, handed me a receipt that now said "5:58pm", said "sorry about that" and i thanked him for his apology, but now i would have to wait for an additional 10 minutes to get my order. no response. meanwhile, two other people came to pick up their orders and they weren't ready or even placed. i specifically came in before 6pm on a Saturday, because i figured they wouldn't be busy yet. one guy was in the kitchen one was in the back and one guy was cleaning windows. and the other two people I thought when I first came in , must have been out on break. finally my sandwich was ready at 6:10 PM. and I still didn't get the bag or the napkins i had requested. If this wasn't such a damn tasty sandwich, I would leave just 1 star. Domino's has really stepped up their game with better quality ingredients and menu choices, , but the quality n employees needs to improve also before I set foot in this place again.
More often than not, you can count on waiting almost an hour for your order from this location. Also if you have an intercom system set up you can go ahead and get your shoes out because 9/10 you’re walking down to get it. Not very convenient if you ask me. 2 stars because one is as low as it goes, and one bonus star because Domino’s as a whole is good.

Not good. Car side delivery didn’t happen so I went in to pick up my order. There about 25 pizzas behind the counter with no claim checks on them. They went through them and handed me a large and medium, which wasn’t what I ordered. When I told them that wasn’t my order, they pulled it up on the computer and said only one medium ham pizza was made. I’ll have to wait 7 minutes for the other one. I came back and was handed a medium and large. Inside the large box was a medium jam and pineapple. No sodas or water either. I said that is still wrong and said just give me the one medium and my drinks. She voided my charge and charged me regular price. So for $19 I got 1 medium pizza and 4 drinks. If they had done it correctly I would have paid $22 for 2 medium pizzas and 4 drinks. The manager and other staff were just as baffled by the volume of unaccounted for pizzas. The management was snippy with the employees and wanted nothing to do with solving the problem of made pizzas with no tags. He was okay looking through each box as the customers came in. I’d love a eefund for such a poor experience but am not interested in waiting for them to get that right.
Food is always great here! Doesn't make it so great when the employees have the worst attitude when delivering your food. I don't really leave reviews but this is the second time that there has been an issue with this delivery guy. The first time "Diego" came to deliver our food, he claimed he couldn't get in and decided to just leave and call his boss, he claimed he had called us multiple times but only called us once and we were waiting for about 15 minutes outside when we received the message of "your pizza has entered your neighborhood" so if it was true that he had tried to get into our apartment complex then we would have seen him since we were outside for 15 minutes. Second time Diego was once again our delivery guy and once he got here he called yelling that he was here and to come get our pizza. His mood only changed when my brother gave him a tip. I get it if you're having a bad day but twice buddy??? Nah. Worst delivery guy ever.

Do not order from this location at all. I ordered a pan pizza 3 dys ago. The pizza took a little over a hour to come. I called to complain and was offered a credit next purchase for a free large 3 topping. I then had to wait a additional hour called back and was apologized to and credited back my account at no charge since it still was taking way longer than promised. I specifically asked for well done and still was delivered a half done pan pizza. Overall the pizza took 2 1/2 hrs to come. I only still waited because I'm pregnant and was home with the flu. I go to call in my free pizza 3 dys later and they tell me I have a $3.99 delivery fee. They delivered the pizza with the wrong toppings! I was too through. The manager didn't really care. I didn't get charge the delivery fee. She didn't give corporate number. Her name is Roxy. I was too upset. This place needs new management. This is unacceptable. Each time I delivered from this place its a problem
For the second time in a row, I didn't see my order for nearly and hour and when it arrived, it was warm but obviously had been sitting around for a while! I spoke with the new manager and he gave me a song and dance about one of their ovens breaking down. Things happen but my phone number is all over my order and I heard not a thing about a delay! That really made me mad! That's not MY problem since I am a customer and that's no excuse for late delivery considering I tracked it online and knew when it was ready! The only reason I gave one star is because I got a full refund! Oh, and when they say they'll give you a credit, DON'T BELIEVE them! Last time they screwed up they said I would have credit coming... right! Point is, the night shift is atrocious! Order early or check out Papa Johns!
They have the worst pizza I have ever had in my life...not only that, their service is beyond bad. The delivery guy was 2 hours late. We called and they gave us a lame excuse that the delivery guy's car broke down and some guy with a gun was outside of their place. Yeah, right. I was still forgiving and said ok so when is the pizza going to arrive and they said oh in 20 minutes. When we finally got the pizza it was cold and disgusting. I will NEVER order from there again!!!! They were rude on the phone and the least they could of done after being 2 hours late was to deliver a hot pizza. Unbelievable!!!!
The order took forever to get here. The online status update said the driver left the store 40 minutes before and still no food. After calling the store, we found out that our order had just left the store. This killed the convenience of ordering our food online. And to top it all off, when the food arrived, it was cold.

Just called at 11:55pm and some guy named memo said he was the manager and argued with me that it was midnight. He said his clocks said it was already 12 and he refused to take my order. He continued to argue that it was already 12 when it was not. They decided to close early. Do not give this location business. Go to any other pizza company in this area because the lazy manager of this location would rather go home early before he takes last minute business. Worst service I've ever experienced!!!
Stay away! 20 min after submitting my order and paying for it online, they called me telling that they will deliver the order in 2 hours, so I sent my guy to pick it up. They took his card and charged him also when he was picking up the order. After days when I figured about this, I called them and asked for the manager and the guy on the phone told me that he is the one, but once he figured it's not about placing a new order, he put me on hold. So I called him with another line, he picked up again. And since he was cought lying about being busy, he listened to me and told me that he will talk to the general manager and they will get back to me within next 5-6 business days, although I provided him with all the details. So I called the CC company and disputed the charge instead of dealling with this guys. It's not about the money, but the honesty and customer service, which they don't have.
Don’t waste your time with this location! Please see order online through the app, turned on the tracker and waited, after a certain amount of time got a notification that my order was canceled without any explanation, tried to call the store multiple times, but nobody ever picked up. Very upsetting & disappointing.
We order a carry out on 6:45pm , we came to pick up on 7:05pm . They told us it’s going to take 2 more minutes We waited 5 they say 5 more minutes We waited 20 minutes I ask them what’s going on they told us they are remaking it I ask for a refund and order a new one from Papa Johns was ready on time in 15 minutes End up eating only at 8:30pm Will not order a pizza from Dominos any Domino’s any more
Entirely too slow. We live right down the street and yet it took them an hour and 30 mins to get the pizza to us. By then it was cold. Will not be ordering from here again. Disappointing and a waste of money
I don't agree with having a minimum due to use your app, I shouldn't have to order more food just for you guys to deliver even though I'm paying for the delivery fee. Fix this and I'll update my review.
Poor customer service owner takes no accountability for delivering spoiled food.. pasta sauce was spoiled and smelled rancid. Imagine risking getting people sick just to save a few dollars on pasta sauce.
This Tarzana store is the WORST RUN pizza place anywhere. The manager is ignorant, and has NO people skills. Every order in the past was wrong and tonight we were going to give another try...wrong idea. They never brought the order because I was a NEW customer, been using this place for 7 plus years.
We ordered 2 large pizza online it was a special 2 large with 2 topping for $9.99 each the dough was not tasty like the location on reseda blvd and vanowen, and the topping was stingily a lot less than the one on reseda. And the location was hot no air condition we had to go outside to eat because it was cooler outside when it was 76 degrees outside. Never again I will go the extra miles and stick with the location on reseda .
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION !!! We wanted to place an order with this location. The prices are different on line when you call your order in. So we were told to order online. We went to the website to try to place her order. Not only will the website not allow us to order the pizza the way we wanted to, the website would also not take the gift card that we had. Since we were having so many problems with the online ordering, I contacted the store directly and asked if they would take the order over the phone and they said sure but they would not honor their online prices.
Worst experience ever. we placed order and it took them 2 hours to being our one small order and they delivered the wrong order. instead of delivering wings they brought us bread twists!!!! but when we called this store to get our money back they gave us such a hard time. they said because we paid cash we have to wait for the driver to come and drop off the cash to us. it is already too late and we wanted to go to bed but no dominos wont refund it to our card. this is unacceptable!!!!
As soon as I pulled up, there was a homeless person sitting by the entrance and eating his pizza. I guess that's okay. But when I walked in, it was a shambles. A few people were complaining. They forgot to charge a few people. And my pizza was wrong. They made it aging. The employee asked if I would like a soda. I said, "How about wings instead to make it right." Then they tried to talk me out of it. They said it would make me wait longer. I said you already are making wait. Then, when I got home, 2 out of 3 pizzas were cold, and my wings looked like pigeon wings.. I would think twice before ordering from this location.
I would give zero stars if it were an option. There is an issue with something every time I have ordered from this location. Tonight was the last time I will order from not only this location but from ANY Dominos period. And the little man with the accent that is running this place into the ground and taking Dominos reputation with him is the most unprofessional and rude individual I’ve ever encountered. He knows absolutely nothing about customer service. He immediately becomes defensive before even hearing a customer concern. He refuses to honor things clearly stated on the website. His reasoning is that it’s the national website, not his so he doesn’t have to. Tonight’s issue…..I ordered the same thing I always order, two medium pizzas and an order of cinnamon bread twists. The cinnamon twists were some sort of old, stale flat bread that they dumped cinnamon all over. It was as hard as a rock and taste disgusting. The dough was close to being completely raw on both pizzas. It was nowhere near being fully cooked and I doubt it was even safe to eat. I threw the entire order in the trash (it was THAT bad). I definitely wasn’t surprised to see many others have shared similar experiences. It’s such a shame because I’ve always loved Dominos pizza. I am however very surprised they have allowed this location to continue operating under their name given what I have read here today. In the pictures I have included you will notice the very end (crust part) is cooked dough but everything in front of it (yellowish/orange) is the nearly raw dough. In what appears to be cheese in the 3rd pic is actually a clump of raw dough.
This location was fine till they hired some short guy with facial hair who doesn't wear a face mask while prepping the pizzas, IT SHOULD BE A REQUIREMENT. On two separate occasions, I've found hair. Especially on the free redeemed pizza.

I order a pizza while I was at work and I was suprised if got in what felt like 20 min my coworks were even shocked because I had told them I was ordering and there it was. Out joy at its delivery was quickly taken away when we saw the pizza. It was undercooked with almost no sauce on it. I called the store wanting to get a new one and the guy who answered started making the excuse that they don't really do much to the pizza they just put it in the oven and he suggested that next time I put that I want the pizza well done. And I said I was confused I've ordered this exact pizza multiple times and never had this issue one time I ordered it and it had no sauce and I didn't say anything then but this time it's not a problem of being well done its still raw. And he said yeah well what to you want a store credit or a new pizza. His disregarding and almost annoyance made me not want anything from this location I told him that I didn't appreciate how he's almost in turn blaming me for not ordering the pizza well done he then got very defensive and said oh my God I didn't say it was your fault I its no one's fault its the oven. And I said I didn't say you were out right accusing me you were implying it by saying I should have gotten it well done (even though it was still raw) but I don't have confidence in them to make me another one if that was going to be his attitude about it. I wasn't interested in fighting I'd rather take the lose them get another messed up pizza. Long story short I wasted 30 bucks and I won't be ordering for this domino's again.
The older guy tried to scam me. I paid $16 online, went to pick up my pizzas. He told me that wasn't the price I needed to pay another $16. And to pay or leave. I showed him my receipt on my phone, he told me that was "different". Only when I asked to repeat everything to me while I recorded the conversation did he leave me alone. Don't order from this guy unless you want to pay double when you get there.
I have since changed the location from which we order. This was close to us so more convenient but I am willing to not support them and wait longer from other locations than give this incompetent branch any business. Almost every time they miss bringing the coke (3 times at least) deliver wrong pizza, when can you call right away and ask them to please make it right they say sure but it can take another 40 min (are you serious?) I told him in this case I don't want to wait (mind you we had already waited 40 min for the original order) and just want a refund and the guy (I believe his name is Parsa but I might have misheard him) we can't give refund but we can give you a future credit) There are way toooooo many Dominos around take your money somewhere else. Customer service is zero here.

For 2 nights in a row now I've ordered online and BOTH TIMES they were canceled after a substantial time. The tracker even indicating the orders progression during that time. Looked at my emails and there was no notification of cancelation. Thank you, but I will now take my business elsewhere.
Food is always delivered cold and the last few times it’s been delivered to the wrong house. Lazy inattentive workers
I order a pizza while I was at work and I was suprised if got in what felt like 20 min my coworks were even shocked because I had told them I was ordering and there it was. Out joy at its delivery was quickly taken away when we saw the pizza. It was undercooked with almost no sauce on it. I called the store wanting to get a new one and the guy who answered started making the excuse that they don't really do much to the pizza they just put it in the oven and he suggested that next time I put that I want the pizza well done. And I said I was confused I've ordered this exact pizza multiple times and never had this issue one time I ordered it and it had no sauce and I didn't say anything then but this time it's not a problem of being well done its still raw. And he said yeah well what to you want a store credit or a new pizza. His disregarding and almost annoyance made me not want anything from this location I told him that I didn't appreciate how he's almost in turn blaming me for not ordering the pizza well done he then got very defensive and said oh my God I didn't say it was your fault I its no one's fault its the oven. And I said I didn't say you were out right accusing me you were implying it by saying I should have gotten it well done (even though it was still raw) but I don't have confidence in them to make me another one if that was going to be his attitude about it. I wasn't interested in fighting I'd rather take the lose them get another messed up pizza. Long story short I wasted 30 bucks and I won't be ordering for this domino's again.
The older guy tried to scam me. I paid $16 online, went to pick up my pizzas. He told me that wasn't the price I needed to pay another $16. And to pay or leave. I showed him my receipt on my phone, he told me that was "different". Only when I asked to repeat everything to me while I recorded the conversation did he leave me alone. Don't order from this guy unless you want to pay double when you get there.
We ordered 2 large pizza online it was a special 2 large with 2 topping for $9.99 each the dough was not tasty like the location on reseda blvd and vanowen, and the topping was stingily a lot less than the one on reseda. And the location was hot no air condition we had to go outside to eat because it was cooler outside when it was 76 degrees outside. Never again I will go the extra miles and stick with the location on reseda .
I have since changed the location from which we order. This was close to us so more convenient but I am willing to not support them and wait longer from other locations than give this incompetent branch any business. Almost every time they miss bringing the coke (3 times at least) deliver wrong pizza, when can you call right away and ask them to please make it right they say sure but it can take another 40 min (are you serious?) I told him in this case I don't want to wait (mind you we had already waited 40 min for the original order) and just want a refund and the guy (I believe his name is Parsa but I might have misheard him) we can't give refund but we can give you a future credit) There are way toooooo many Dominos around take your money somewhere else. Customer service is zero here.
