Do not order delivery from this location! They do not have enough drivers, orders are sitting on the shelf for 1,2 even 3 hours due to the shortage. I Understand we are still in pandemic and everyone needs a little slack. But this is your heads up. After waiting for an hour with no order update I went to pick up my order. I didn’t know this until I got there and a staff member told me, after reading the reviews I see it is a regular concern. They were polite about it and made my order in 10 minutes.

First time I purchased 1month ago a different person was working, it was well made. I had a medium cheese pizza. This time, it looks so bad I wouldn’t feed it to a dog if I had one. It’s burnt and dried, plus cold. Within 15 arrival that’s a old pizza that was served to me. Will never order there anymore.

Today, Sunday Apri 6th 2025. I ordered on line. I picked up my order. They gave me the wrong order. The wrong type of pizza and a small parmesan bites instead of the large. I called to explain. They said they would deliver it. I waited 80 minutes. I called back and I was told that the driver knock and I didn't answer. That was a lie because my door was wide open and I was sitting by the door. The driver lied about delivering my food. Now they claim they will send another driver. We see how long it will take. VERY BAD SERVICE.

I had a terrible experience with this store. I ordered a pizza through the app, and it never arrived—even though the app showed it as “delivered.” To make things worse, I’ve tried calling the store multiple times, and no one is answering. This lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating. I expected better service and will think twice before ordering here again.

I never leave reviews, but I have to: This was a really bad experience: 1. I ordered at 5:17PM 2. My "order arrived at 7:40pm" 3. I called the store six times 4. When my order came, the delivery guy didn’t have the pizza with him (he said the store messed up the run?) and he went to his car to get it... THEN NEVER CAME BACK BUT MARKED THE ORDER AS DELIVERED. I never leave negative feedback, because it’s literally just pizza and I don’t want to mess up anyone’s day, but this is a quality control issue. :/

I’d love to share my recent experience with this location on 9/2/24. I called to order 2 large pizzas over the phone and was told my total would be $38. I was then asked to provide my card info over the phone because all orders over $25 requires this. I was hesitant because of a recent experience where I ordered over the phone and it seemed sketchy and the delivery driver REFUSED to provide me with my receipt. So anyways I ask them to ring it up as 2 separate orders so I can pay cash in store. I get to the store and find out my actual total was $23 because they are running a promotion for buy one large pizza get another one free. So it appears that they were trying to SCAM me in paying extra which is very disheartening. Not sure what kind of establishment y’all are running here but we are all struggling so no need to upcharge someone for your own selfish gains, please do better

I waited an hr for them to tell me there is no order here !!! Then asked to place the order again they said that they close in 30 mins they can not take my order! Waste of time! Kids running the place! No adults!! Just sad!

Ordered : 1- GARDEN SALAD with CEASER DRESSING 1- 8 piece wing 1- Iced Tea ** I received a LEMONADE (which was refused as it was not what was ordered, nor was I contacted in regards to the unavailability of what was ordered.), a CEASER SALAD (as pictured) & 8 piece wings 🚫NO GARDEN SALAD (-$7.99) 🚫 NO DRINK (-$2.50)

If I could give this store zero stars I would I waited an hour for burnt pizza. And when calling the store the neverrrrrrr answer the phone never again.

Their hours are until 12 and you come at 11pm and they tell you that it is closed so they don't serve you. I will never return to this place.

I wish I could give this place negative 1 star. The absolute worst workers and crew in the world. Every single time I order it is a mess! I can't switch to another location for delivery so I try to just drive to the other store. Last time I ordered there I waited for my delivery for 2 hours even though Jasmine left an 30min after I ordered. Never got my pizza walked in and they were doing NOTHING just sitting there listening to music super loud and talking. This time against my better judgment because I am exhausted I did delivery. Still again Jasmine is 40min late and now my husband has to drive to the store to see what happened. Close that location DOWN or Fire them all cuz lord they don't even want a job at this point.

By far the dirtiest. To be fair the property seems clean but the staff members preparing the pizza on the open line literally made every pizza wearing no ppe. The wiped their hands in their clothes often worked on the computer picked boxes up off the floor and went right back to making food . No stopping to wash hands no placing gloves on. To top it off I was doubled charged . Showed both women working she even printed a receipt for me and says the receipt would say cancelled . No where on my receipt does it say cancelled . After sitting and watch them prepare this food disgustingly I left the order there. Dominos got 19.26 X2 from me and I left the food there . You win this round dominos

Never ever never never never order from this domino's pizza!! I had my pizza essentially tossed as me because I saw the driver TROY circling around what is known as a weed spot with my pizza after I was told not only 10 minutes prior that my order was the only order as he has delivered his other items, this gets better- I called again and spoke to a liar that claimed he indeed had other orders and thus was now well after 30 minutes waiting and I was on my banking app to cancel and dispute when she sends Troy to my door and knocked on my door asking me for this cold tossed pizza back and I am still out of my money on my credit card and I tipped him through the domino's portal so now I'm even more pissed about this and I told the pizza scammer over the phone that I will have Lauderhill PD at the store about my money. Moral of the story: 3 stars or lower , be prepared to be subjected to a cold pizza because "tyquan" is joyriding and "laquisha" to cosign and back up the bafoonery!!!

Came home super tired so I ordered 2 pizzas..... EACH AND EVERY TIME I ORDER FROM HERE -THERE'S A PROBLEM!!! I'm upset that they're associated with my address! My pizza came COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY UNEDIBLE! See for yourselves....

Man I’ve given this store many chances, first night I ordered no pizza came. No call or email. I call the next morning I’m told they didn’t have any drivers? Mind you I had paid online. Tonight I ordered again and said ok ima do pickup. I get there and I’m told they closed and my ordered cancelled. I ordered at 10:20 got to the store at 10:45. They suppose to close at 12. I’m told my order was canceled because they closing soon, I can’t make this up. Kiddos were so excited and ready for pizza what a let down. Sign even still says open

It's seriously the worst store I've ever seen, with the worst attitude among the girls! The pizza was cold even though they had informed me it was just taken out of the oven, and the phone kept ringing but no one ever picked it up. No one is old enough to manage the store and keep everything running well, so we need a new crew. I would give it a score of zero stars. I advise against it!

I made an order for lunch at 1:40pm only to receive it at 3:40pm. Cold and hard pizza, which I tried canceling but after 30 minutes on hold on the phone I gave up. I honestly feel bad for the people that lives in the area and has this restaurant as their option.

When the store is less than 2 miles from my home the pizza was extremely cold and the pizza box was soggy at the bottom the app said 36 minutes time not 2 hours and 10 minutes by the time I had to reheat the pizza the toppings where dry I called multiple times and was left on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer .the one time they answer I ask about my order and was left on hold for 30 minutes and the person never came back on the phone

Didn’t help that it took an additional 20 mins for a driver to pick up my order. The wings was extremely undercooked and missing sauce on majority of the wings. The only good point of this experience was that the driver was good at communicating to make sure i had my food delivered. Honestly not worth spending the money for dry pizza that doesn’t even have toppings. My order number was #492

I was told to pay .. after payment. The person walked away said nothing .. after asking again is my order ready I was told 4 mins at 325pm . Went out side wait 8 mins came inside and had to wait another 5 mins .. RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER .. I then said I paid for the correct orderCan I receive the correct order .. at now 338 I have waited 20 addition mins after see no complete. Of my order on the board from when I arrived d at the facility then upon providing my sauce the rep slammed it down so it dented and declined to provide her name as you can see none of the others are dented .. need better employees

Her mother even said “she really needs this job, I apologize.” I know she called her mother to try and confront me, and I still didn’t get my receipt for my refund. This was 9/29/2025 around 10:30-10:45. I LITERALLY ONLY WANTED A SODA.

The young man exited the restroom at 11:41 AM, and I asked him for a refund because by that time my break was over. This young man showed no sense of urgency, no sense of respect, and didn’t respect my time. I had to go back to my class hungry and disappointed. They should really consider retraining.
