When my order was just about done cooking, the lady working the register realized that she made a mistake. She let me know what happened. she offered to correct it, but it was not that big of a difference in the pizza I order that I told her she didn't need to make a new pizza, so she gave me a $10.00 credit on my next pizza order.

I placed a delivery order via Uber Eats and the new girl up front made a mistake which happens and as a food industry worker I understand! But the manager on shift by the name of Jack fixed the mistake delivered free of charge and compensated for the wait time and error, his customer service is EXCELLENT, it’s very hard to find people that actually care about their job and customer service and Jack handled this situation very well. 10/10 would absolutely order from here again!!! Tried Big Dinner Box with 3 pizzas. It was delicious and deep dish style. Pizza Hut has the best tasting pizzas always in terms of quality and taste. Never disappoints. Also, the manager Anastasia (my apologies if I'm pronouncing it wrong) had a great customer service, was very kind and gave us requested sides as well. Zac and Alex provided great customer service. Will be a repeat customer and endorse this place for business.

Only bummer/draw back is they don't offer halal chicken or beef options for Muslim . If they did then I would never have to try Arabic places pizzas which offer halal chicken and beef toppings for Muslims

Service was always terrible in the past...Kids really wanted pizza. We tried it one last time and were promptly greeted and seated. They even had a television that was for playing movies for the kids! Good job Pizza Hut

Sooo i haven't been to a pizza hut since like..1995. Spent most of my childhood there. The breadsticks tasted like i was 7 years old and omg...so good. But the WINGS! My son and I never had wings so good before. The chicken fell apart in my mouth and it was perfectly flavored. They forgot my banana peppers but at that point I didn't care. Will definitely be back.

We are a long time customer. Sometimes the pizza isn't always like we ordered. They took away the bathroom from the public that is just inside the main entrance. Not offered anything while waiting for my pizza to get remade twice. 30 minutes, just ridiculous.

The pizza arrived quickly! However, it was an EDGE pizza and the box must have been turned SIDE-WAYS since, the slices were clumped (stacked) on top of one another! The pizza tasted Good!

Found they have a lunch special for a personal pan, pizza and cheese sticks for 599. If you want the meat lovers it’s a little bit more but it’s worth it only complaint is they didn’t cut my bread.

Sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s not. It varies... last time I went here was 2 days ago I got a meat lovers stuffed crust which was $20 and that is a lot for a pizza.... the pizza just didn’t taste fresh particularly the meats... Like the ham on the pizza didn’t look good. I don’t know if they cooked it too long or that ham was from yesterday. It is sad to see a lot of the Pizza Huts closing down but I see why. It’s not as good as it use to be. Growing up being able to eat inside the dining area at Pizza Hut in the 90s now that was good pizza. They stopped serving at the dining area locations it seemed after covid started and closed a lot of locations down.

Only giving this a 4 due to the fact of the door dash drivers which I wish would stop. I would rather just give my money directly to Pizza Hut and tip them instead of door dash. Also would be easier to hold individuals accountable. We ordered delivery (I live 5 minutes from Pizza Hut but with a little one who likes a midnight pizza snack I don’t want to take him out at night). The delivery driver left at 11:41 and did not arrive to my location until 12:23. And he basically tossed my pizza at me instead of apologizing and acting sincere . However, I called Pizza Hut and the most lovely worker sent us a new order and it was there in 10 minutes hot and fresh. When I called she even questioned why the driver was driving the way he was. He was going the complete opposite direction of my house. She did exceptional and went above and beyond to make the situation right. I will definitely return just will probably adjust my schedule to not support DoorDash anymore. Will just do carry out.

Got the big dinner box, it was okay. Wings weren't covered in sauce, like pictures or commercial, the pizza's barely had any cheese on them. Other than that it was good I guess.

We always order from this location. However last night we had the worst pizza we ever had. We picked it up and when we got home the pizza was barely warm and we order a veggie pizza and there were hardly any toppings on it.

My pizza was made wrong, even after I called to correct it. It my food was cold and the hold time to order over the phone was ridiculously long. I have eaten pizza hut for years but this was totally unacceptable. Also the employees need to was there uniforms and maybe wear a hat/hair net.

Ordered my food at 840pm for delivery. At 945 i picked it up at the store, why offer delivery if you have to pick it up urself? I get it post-pandemic its hard to find workers. I get it and they did refund my tip (which i still gave them) and my delivery fee. Food was cold which makes sence since it was ordered over hour earlier when i got home at 10pm with my food. They should be forward about their short comings on their app and on the phone. Also, why is sone indian guy answering and when i asked where was my food he said oh sorry let me look for you then hangs up on me. I call back, same guy, says hes looking for my order please hold then i got stuck in a phone look for 10 minutes before i hung up called back and got to my store. What is wrong with your phones and app. Usually good service. Today was very poor. Thanks for the cold pizza and the delivery i had to pick up myself.

There seemed to be something wrong with the crust. We got the Original stuffed crust. it was really thin, which is unusual. Also, there was barely any sauce. Usually, we do not have any issues. Wings were great.

The food was good. But, the driver tried to claim he couldn't bring the food to the hotel room despite both instacart and Papa John's being able to. I will never order from them again and I suggest you don't either

NOT the best Pizza Hut store. They seem basically friendly, but not quick to help. Food is not as good as the sit down Pizza Huts. Not as good as some of the competitors around. I used to consider Pizza hut the standard to beat.. but the Taylor location has some work to do to get to that level.

The food always taste delicious, however I have received bone-in wings rather than bone-out wings on two occasions. The staff is very polite & pleasant, never rude but they only put a face mask on when heading to the cash register to interact with customers, this even occurred during the lock down time period. Now don't get me wrong I love their staffs positivity, I understand that times are especially tough & I will remain a customer of Pizza Hut BUT I have witnessed this on several different shifts of staff as well as on several different occasions. I would've like to see them wearing their face masks the entirety of their work period as much as they were able considering they are in the food business.

I had a really difficult time with using pizza hut points. I had to call to be able use them. Also i ordered my pizza with ham and mushrooms. There was very little bit of ham on each piece. I had to spend 11.99 to use points plus tax and tip The brownies are usually cut into 9 pieces was not cut at all. Pizza tasted old not very hot.

Make sure I get the full order I prepaid for and had to drive all the way back to get part of the order. Also having the bread cut would have been nice. Had to cut it all when we got back. It was our Christmas lunch for staff so we were quite disappointed. Even included a nice tip.

Answering the phone or calling back when a customer has in issue with the order. I spent 32 bucks on pizza that tasted like leather. Tried to contact the store and no one would answer. Sent a complaint to corporate and they forwarded my issue to the store and still no call from them.

Online order took about 30 min , for a carryout. Decided to give pizza hut another try after 10 years, due to their new recipe. Yup for a $20 that's definitely a no go. See you in another 10 years pizza hut, if you're still in business. Ohh and thank you for forgetting my ranch side that you charged me extra for.

Some places are a hit or miss. I always say if someone wants to order from here "not that one, go further". I don't know why my pasta is always really hard around the edges. I don't mean a couple pieces here and there, I mean a good portion of the edges. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the recent one I had wasn't as bad and had less hard pasta. Typically I travel a bit further to the next city for my orders. When this location is within walking distance.

Double check and make sure that they put the right amount of toppings. Ordered double pepperoni and double cheese, they had to remake it and I had to wait. No compensation for my time.

Pizza Hut can get a little pricey. So when you order a pizza with some extra toppings on the pizza, you expect to see it. I haven't gotten a pizza this bare in a long time. Didn't realize it until I got home. Put the right amount toppings on the pizza, especially a LARGE! You could've counted the beacon alone on this pizza, that's how little was given. Pizza could've been cooked longer, too.

we used to get delivery since like 14 years, but now manager get changed and she said they can't deliver pizza at our location. I really don't like manager attitude, not helpful at all and her behavior is so wired. not prefer anymore.

This particular pizza hut (on telegraph in taylor) has the worst delivery service. 1 hour and 45 minute delivery time. Our food was smashed down and so soggy by the time it made it to our home we couldn't eat it. The one star rating was a modest rating it doesn't even deserve that high of a rating.

Every time I come here there is a problem. Latest edition I did a call ahead order, went to pick it up and waited 25+ minutes because they messed my order up and wouldn't admit it. While I was waiting 2 more customers came in and had complaints about the phone service. Pizza Hut WAS my favorite but after this I'm done going there.

Garbage. Last 5 times I placed an order for cheese bread I get home to find out it is garlic bread. Pretty big difference. Sick of waisting my time with the joke of a place. Today I walked in with my family, ordered to go and we waited about 30-40mins for food just to totally recieve Something we didn't order because the very sweaty guy at the counter was rushing us and interrupting instead of being patient and listening. Waiting for food in this place is like waiting in line at the Secretary of State. Workers blatantly flirting with each other to the point where you wanted to scream at them to get a room. Breadsticks sitting and getting cold while they compare pizza boxes? What shouldve been a “5-7 minute” wait turned into 20.

I wish I could tell you how the food was, but I never received it. I kept getting a call service. After my food was 45 minutes late I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes, when the guy came back on the phone he told me it would be here in 5 minutes.... That was 2 hours ago. I called again they transferred me to the store, nobody answered as I was on hold for 30 minutes.... They now close in 20 minutes.

Went today 4/15 about 4. Horrible. The server a young man has no training at all. He has no ambition at all. There was dirty tables. The worst customer service in my life.

Worst ever! I ordered online and did curbside pick up. Called when I arrived and no answer. Waited for 10 minutes and kept calling and calling with no answer. I went in to pick up food and wasn’t greeted right away. She gave me my order after I waited another few minutes to get all the way home and my order was incorrect. Of course I couldn’t get through when I was trying to call about my order. This is a horrible Pizza Hut. I’ll be driving to a farther one from now on.

Went to this location and received horrendous service. Dined in and the pizza came to the table cold, the dessert came before the pizza & the wait staff refused to address our concerns. Upon talking to a manager who apologized we were granted a credit. Fast forward a few months later we decided to use said credit and were informed that the credit was only good for 30 days and was no longer applicable to a future order. We were not informed of this at the time the credit was issued and now they tell us it's nothing they can do. This makes two times in a row that this location gave us substandard customer services. Don't patronize this establishment because they don't know how to treat their customers.

Ordered a pizza online today. When I picked up it was cold and the worst pizza I ever had. I usually go to the one in Lincoln park but they closed down. If I never had pizza hut before, then I would've thought this was common, but other pizza huts have never been this bad. This place need to have someone come in and rework and getting right.

Very disappointed with Pizza Hut at 10165 Telegraph Road, Taylor, MI. Two different times in a row they've either messed up the order or I paced an online order, received a text that my order was ready, git down there and their response is, z"Im sorry ma'am, we didn't get your order. " I had to replace my order and because I ordered in store, they charged me the full price, even though originally I ordered it online to get the deal. Management was also misrepresented. Im totally disappointed , and if I could give ZERO stars on this review they'd get a negative 1.

I wish I could insert a picture of the pizza that was given to me but I will describe it! The dough looks pale, hasn’t risen and it can pass as play doh or silly putty. The cheese was not melted AT ALL. You can literally pick the cheese up one by one, put it back in the bag it came in and give it back to Walmart. Oh and when i called to complain the girl was real nonchalant, didn’t care at all, no “sorry” or nothing. I will not be a customer there anymore!! Hi, last night when I picked my pizza up I was disappointed when opening the box. My side of the pizza barley had any cheese on it. So it was not eaten due to that reason just was dough with pepperoni and pepper on it. That was a expensive order and I feel like I got jipped on my order.

Placed an online order through the app. Was called within three minutes to be told that they don’t deliver to my address because they have had too many problems. My almost $50 order was paid through CC. When I ask why they were violating the policy of the franchiser - the woman had absolutely no idea what I was talking about!

Let me start by saying that they only recieved one star because Google requires it. If it were up to be there would be none! We dined at this establishment in April of 2015. We waited at least 20 minutes to have our order taken and once the order was taken by our waitress who,by the way had very poor people skills, it took another 30 mins for our pizza to arrive at our table...cold and with the incorrect toppings! We motioned for the waitress to inform her of this mistake. She came over, listened to our concerns, and said she had to help the new family that had just been seated and would deal with our matter in a few moments. We walked to the counter to speak with a manager,who gave us a credit for our entire order and stated that whenever we returned we could use that credit. SOOO today, we attempted to use that credit and was told by a manager that there was a 30 day window of opportunity for that credit and that there was nothing he could do about it. He was rude and cared noting about solving this matter due to the fact that WE WERE NEVER INFORMED OF A TIME LIMIT! AWFUL,AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Well my family order the big box while in Florida. It was awesome, so we decided to get it here and it was awful pizza was under done and had no flavored crust no sauce for the wings sorry pizza hut we wont be back.

I walked in to pick up a pizza and not a single worker was wearing a mask, even though covid cases are increasing daily. To add on to that, they told me my pizza wasn't ready and 5 minutes later they pulled it out of the thing where they hold completed orders, so it was clearly done already. Don't think I'm coming back to this location

I ordered online and I have not got my food it has been 2 hours the app said it would be delivered in 30 min when I ordered at 3 it is 5 30 now I’ve called and they say that the order is going to take a while because they have no delivery drive if that was the case there store souldent be on the app if they can’t deliver so when I called for the 3 rd time I asked how much longer that the delivery driver was at my hotel but left because he didn’t know what room number it was instead of going to the front desk and or call the store to contact me to see what room the driver decided to leave it has been the worst experience of a Pizza Hut ive ever had mind you I spent around 50 dollars on this order just to wait and wait I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PIZZA HUT

They have went horribly down hill, I wouldn't recommend ordering from here. Cant even contact the store if they mess up. Ingredient quality is disgusting. All crusts are just nasty and not even like other stores. Whoever took over this store is just running it into the ground. Wont even use the free coupons they send out. What a joke

First time we ordered from here and it will be the last. Like pizza hut pizza, but if you want it hot you have to eat it in. We waited almost an hour for our pizza to be delivered border line cold. Very disappointed

2nd time ordering from this location, had the old style pepperonis...Not sure what they are made of, but no way are they old style, I can not even explain the taste of them. 1st time I thought it was just a fluke, but second time was the same and both time ended up with stomach issues for days!

Order 2 pizzas, and a drink. Had my order handed off to DoorDash where the guy was lost for almost 20min getting to me and brought me ONE pizza FREEZING cold and burnt, NOT 2 pizza and no drink. This is the Second time this has happened when last time I was sent the completely wrong order.

As the previous manager from different stores I would like to the store as a one. If I could rate it zero I would. Now let's see my reason why I eated this business onone the food is not cooked, especially the breadsticks and the pizza is very doughy and very greasy and sometimes if you're lucky, you can get it burnt now for the service now that's a story on its own. It is very unprofessional. They look at you as if you don't know what you're actually wanting and they don't care if they get the order right or not. They don't smile or greet you at any cost. They don't wear gloves, hair nets and wash their hands or even changed their gloves when they touch unclean surfaces and money. I know what the sanitary rules are. You must wear hairnets gloves and change your gloves at all times when you touch unclean surfaces money or just take them off. For any reason you must change the gloves and not put the same ones back on forr any reason at all either, but the store doesn't seem to know that I will refuse to come back to Pizza Hut and I'm sure that I may not go to any Pizza Hut because of this Pizza Hut's unprofessional managed and unprofessional employees makes me think that all Pizza huts are like this one I think this Pizza Hut has just given other Pizza huts a bad name. I usually when I rate someone I give them a five star rating if they're really good. Well this one I am retiing as a one and if I am too hire anyone from this Pizza Hut it would not be anyone from one of these employees or the manager and if I had to take a survey I would rate the survey as very bad

I called the Taylor location. I confirmed that I called the Taylor location and placed my order. I was told that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I went to pick up my order and was told that I never placed an order at the Taylor location. I showed the cashier that I called the Taylor location, and I was told my call was routed to a call center and the Dearborn Heights location may have received my order. My experience with ordering by phone was a total waste of time. I will never order from the Taylor location. I ended up ordering my pizza from Jets in Allen Park. The staff was very courteous and very pleasant. And the pizza was probably much better that Pizza Hut, but I'll never know.

We typically eat their stuffed crust pizza, and it's probably 4 out of 5 stars. Their service leaves something to be desired though. We stopped dining in because of their poor service. Today though, I placed an order for a pickup at about 9:30 pm. I got ready and left within 10 minutes; everyone on Telegraph drove 5 mph under the speed limit and I caught every light. Because of that, I got there exactly as the clock turned 10:00 pm, their closing time. I went to the door, but it was locked and the lights were out. A lady who was about to mop the floor wanted to let me in, but a manager told her no. He told me they were closed and to leave through the door. Seriously? My pizza was right there next to him! Screw you, Pizza Hut. I'll just find a new pizza place. 1 star service with 4 star pizza; it's not worth the trouble anymore.

Ordered from this place at 6:38 pm and it is now 8:35 and we have not received our food. ALSO we ordered through the Pizza Hut app and they redirected us through to DoorDash. Our delivery driver was switched 3 times and we still don’t have any food. We called, only to be on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. If I could rate this at 0 stars I would. Not impressed at all.

I just picked up my order and it was wrong. AGAIN. I was hesitant to order from this location because the last 3 times I did, it took way longer than the quoted time. During 1 trip, we waited 20mins AFTER the quoted time. Today I ordered 3 Melts; 1 with pepperoni & bacon and 2 meat livers. Instead I got, 2 pepperoni Melts that looked over cooked and bearly stuffed and 1 meat lovers. I called to complain and hoped to get my order fixed but after being connected a foreign call center that transferred me to the store (even though I dialed the store directly) I was left on hold for over 5mins so I just hung up. I will not order from here any more.

Something has changed with the dough. The crust taste different and is less airy. I have tried it twice in the last 30 days and did not like it. It was oddly very similar to a $5 pizza. Why pay $40 then if not better, right? My entire household noticed the quality of this pizza has diminished. Seems subpar! 😐

I ordered 2 pizzas 1 with extra cheese double chicken, onions and banana peppers. I barely had any chicken and onions. Definitely no extra cheese. It’s more crust then pizza. This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had. Wish I could give 0 stars.

It makes me sad to write a review with a rating this low because I remember going to Pizza Hut as a kid and it was my favorite pizza and the breadsticks were my favorite breadsticks anywhere. However things have definitely changed. This location is one of the worst. Hour and a half delivery time, when you call the store someone from an India call center answers, the food tastes like cardboard. I knew the pizza wasn’t as good as it used to be but I thought they couldn’t mess up the breadsticks but I was very wrong. The bag they came in was covered in grease and the breadsticks were disgustingly soggy. Needless to say I had to find something else for dinner. Nothing is the same there anymore

Very disappointed! I brought my family here to eat and sat in the dining room for more than 15 minutes waiting for the server. While we were waiting another gentlemen and his son entered the dining room and they were taken care us before us. We just got up and left the restaurant without making a scene. It was unfortunate, because the server told us to have a seat when we entered and never came to our table.

After picking up our pizza I was asking my wife on the ride home why Pizza Hut would ever have to close their doors. Unfortunately, we found out why they’ve been closing stores. The pizza looked much more like Little Caesars with very little cheese, sauce, or toppings. The breadsticks were very airy, and not cooked well enough. Sadly, the Pizza Hut I remember as a kid in the 80’s is gone.

When I called to order it sent me to a call center in India, which is not very American at all. Then she couldn’t understand me at all she barely spoke English which is horrible customer service. Then after placing our order, which took 20 mins, and then after an hour of waiting I decided to call the number back to check on our pizza and the number was out of service for some reason so it seemed like they did this on purpose. Our pizza was delivered an hour after it was called in and when it got here the pizza was not even warm, the texture was touch and had a cardboard taste to it, the breadsticks were dry and didn’t taste like real breadsticks at all. I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again until they go back to being the American Pizza Franchise like they used to be this pizza was worse than a $5 Hot n Ready.

Everything tasted good. The pan pizza should have been cooked longer. The sauce cup with my bread sticks was only half full. Pizza Hut is overpriced. $15 is too much for a one topping large pizza.

It's basically a cheap doughy Dollar General french bread with a sauce that taste artificial. It no longer has that good ole caramelized charging on the edges because it's not baked in a real cast iron skillet pan anymore. It's worse than little Caesars, it's a far cry from the days of the late 80s, 90s, and early 2000s. It's no longer a sit down restaurant anymore, it's fast food pop eyes chicken of pizza joints. On a good note, the staff were nice and fast.

They have started to door dash there order because they don't want to hiring drivers. So my order I replaced the first time they forgot the 2 liter got the two liter to have with my pizza. So I called Pizza Hut had to call like 4 times just to get a hold of them. Then a manger said she would replace the pizza and have the pop delivered they missed the first time. Door dash picks up the order and they act like I am the one supposed to pick up the pay on the replacement. And I told the door dasher this and that I also already paid the first order they are replacing this order with with card. Then the Dasher said he would give me my order and he would call door dash to find out where he gets his money from. Then they called me trying to tell me I owe another 23 Something. I said nope Pizza Hut owes that money because they are replacing this order I am not paying twice.

I order from here all the time, never had a issue until today. I ordered two large stuff crust pepperoni pizzas and only one had pepperoni. The other one was just cheese. I called and the guy told me that I had to wait for a manager to come on the phone. I was on the phone for literally 30 minutes waiting and then and ended up hanging up. I called back again and he put me on hold again. He said he can't help me, he'll get someone that can. Once again I was on hold. After 15 minutes I just hung up. I just won't be coming back here again!!!

We ordered two large pan pizzas. We were given two large thin crust pizzas. The receipt says pan pizzas. Not sure why there was a mix up. ☹️

I spent nearly $80 including tips on a delivery order and still ended up missing items twice. First the wings were missing, then when they corrected that, my Cinnabons came with no frosting. I tipped two drivers because it wasn’t their fault, but this entire thing turned into a stressful ordeal just to eat dinner. The store refused to send the corrected item with the second driver, even though he was still there. They gave me a $15 credit — and that credit doesn’t even show up in my account. So at this point, I spent more money, waited over an hour and a half, and never actually received what I paid for. The drivers were great. The store and management are the real problem here. If they can’t provide basic accuracy, accountability, and customer support, they shouldn’t be delivering. Extremely disappointed. I won’t be ordering from this location again! The pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way. Totally not happy. Also, i followed the app’s payment prompts but my primary card was charged even though I left the CVV blank and tried to use a different card. This is the second time this has happened. Ridiculous.

Manager is useless, poor management skills , they mess up my order, i called back to ask to remake my order they said yes , I said what do I do with the order, they said whatever you want , I went back to the store for my right order and they refused to remake it because I didn't bring the that wrong order back

Worst pizza ever. Paper thin, hard, & it looks like it was dehydrated. I did not contact the store since I’m only in town for the night.

Ordered 3 orders of breadsticks. 2/3 of the orders came out alright but the 3rd order was not cooked all the way. All the bags were covered in grease. Very disappointed. I’ve added photos of the greasy bag, the undercooked breadsticks and what the breadsticks would look like if they were cooked properly.

I just paid $19 for the driest pizza Every! If I could rate a minus I would….pizza dry barely any toppings or cheese. Cheese sticks dry and cold ! Pizza Hut has been my Favorite for 0ver 40 years! I will Not be ordering again from Taylor Pizza Hut 2nd Bad experience in 9 months 🤢🤮Supreme where?!!

Delivery driver was timely and polite. However no sauce inside the supremo p zone nor marinara sauce with it, also no silverware sent with Alfredo when it was requested upon ordering the meals.
