Buena calidad en sus platillos y muy rico, la atención fue muy buena aunque se tardaron en atender nuestra orden pero nos dieron un platillo de cortesía por el tiempo de espera, es un lugar nuevo que se ve prometedor, en general estuvimos contentos con el servicio ya que fue muy bueno al igual que sus platillos que por cierto tienen unos nombres algo creativos xD

The place is clean and the food is good here. The customer service could be improved. People aren't rude or anything, however you need to wag your tail in order for them to notice and take your order if you are getting food to go. The other aspects of service are good though. Overall I definitely recommend it.

Pésimo y tardado servicio, jamás habían tardado más de 30 min para servir un plato cuando solo hay otras dos mesas ocupadas, y al final otros 20min para traer la cuenta

Mal organizados, no saben cuando un pedido está listo. La comida es buena, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear.

Pedí para domicilio y fue un cochinero... La comida estaba fresca, pero un ingrediente en específico estaba súper duro y no se podía ni masticar...

Pésimo servicio Para empezar sin medidas sanitarias no tomaron la temperatura, ni gel. No había clientes y tardaron mas de 40 minutos en servir. Un solo baño para los clientes y sucio.

No está malo, pero no está rico. Hace falta calidad en los alimentos, y que tarden menos, espere hora y media mi comida.

Aunque estén sin ningún cliente igual tienes que esperar 1 hora para poder comer

I ordered two rolls to go (we were the only ones in the place at the time) and surprise, after waiting half an hour, they didn't even bring us the drinks. Someone else arrived and in less than 10 minutes they served our rolls. Instead of clearing up the misunderstanding, the waitress just acted clueless. Instead of apologizing for giving us the wrong food, she just said they would remake them. Incompetent service for such a simple order. Six people working to serve the wrong order without an apology. Honestly, I don't recommend it.

They give you sushi with only soy sauce, even if you eat there, they sell you absolutely everything you ask for, eel, sriracha everything, and the service is terrible!

The worst sushi I've ever eaten. It was more rice than anything, the taste was terrible, and they took forever. We also ordered two house teas. They told us they only had one until late, and that they'd make more, but it would be hot. We asked for a small glass with ice, but it turned out there was no ice, so we were left with just one. Terrible service from the waitresses. When they brought us the bill, they wanted to charge us for both teas, asking why they couldn't take them off the bill. They also wanted to charge us a 3% fee for card payments. We'll never return. Terrible service, terrible food.

These were the most bizarre rolls that I've ever had in my life. They were so bad that I ended up leaving most of it on the plate. These rolls were all deep fried and not even close to the descriptions of what we ordered. The deep fried "skin" of the roll was tough and the rice inside was coagulated mush. I do NOT recommend ever coming here. The chicken and beef mixed bowl was tasty but covered with a gelatinous goop that was gross and made you want to puke.
