The best place to eat in Tecolotlán! Excellent service, family atmosphere, and the food is out of this world. It doesn't need Michelin stars; this place is exquisite in its essence of traditional cuisine, seafood, and grilled meats. A quick note: you arrive and are greeted with a tostada de pata (pork trotter tostada) in the old-fashioned style of classic cantinas. One of their signature dishes is the arrachera fajitas with shrimp—it's fantastic! Overall, great service, excellent attention, and good prices. Let's see how the bill goes, but so far, it's been 100% great!
Everything was very tasty. I ordered the shrimps a la diabla; the shrimps were cooked to perfection, not over cooked. My husband had the carne arachera; it was very tender and well seasoned. A place to come back for seconds for sure!
