I went tonight with a party of over 20 for my daughters birthday.. not only was the food good but the guy who made it infront of us made the experience sooo cool for my kids.. Now that being said Wa (who is one of the servers) is the best part of this place! She is a GOOD vibe and made the experience THE BEST!! I will definitely be coming back just to see her. Thank you guys for a great night❤️

Update: 2yrs later and still amazing! #1 Sushi/Japanese food in Temecula. Their sushi salad is easily the most delicious item on their menu though every sushi roll (have tried many) are always amazing. The staff are extremely friendly, always attentive and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Love the ambience at the location which makes for a more romantic dinner spot. Pricing is spectacular in regards to portions, you always get more than what you pay for. Highly recommend to everyone and anyone. Don't miss out, you'll regret it.

Celebrated my daughters 21 birthday and we had a party of 25 people and service was good. Shoguns would not except reservations for more then 20 guest. Family owned restaurant and prices are reasonable.

Love, love, love 😍... I went on a sunday to celebrate a friends birthday and it was really packed for it being a sunday. It did take a little long for our order to get taken but it was no big deal. Great atmosphere, great people, great food and great service. This is a great family owned restaurant and if your patient I would definitely say try this place. Can't wait to visit again!!!

From my conversations with the friendly waitress I found that this location had been a family run business over the last 30 years. It's hibachi prepared, but they have a diverse menu and a venue that offers various dining experiences. The food is what you expect trom traditional hibachi places, but it has a feel of home cooking that often gets lost at most chains. I highly recommend visiting Banzai for the ambience, the friendly service, and the general cool vibes. I thoroughly enjoyed every part of my dining experience!

I came to Banzai for a lunch date with my husband a couple of months ago. The service was top notch, we felt so attended to but figured it was because we were the only people in the restaurant so the waitress has extra time to cater to us. We only ordered sushi and made a mental note to come back with our kids on a different day and order off the teppanyaki menu. Last night we finally came back with our whole squad (5 kids) and it was so much fun! My kids all fell in love with the restaurant and are already requesting we make this the go to birthday spot. Even though this time the restaurant was actually busy, the service was still amazing. Starting with the waitresses speaking to the kids so kindly and providing different sized boosters so they could all sit comfortably at the grill table. And when the soups came out, they also brought out a bowl of ice cubes for our little ones to cool down their soups (that was a big hit for the kids). It was very thoughtful and we felt very welcome with our children there. When the chef started cooking on the teppanyaki grill everyone was hooked by the performance. It was a mix between a comedy and art show. The food was delicious!! And even my pickiest eater finished all his vegetables because he dared to try them after watching them get cooked in front of his eyes and thankfully the taste kept him interested and he finished his entire meal. I highly recommend this place!! Whether it’s a quick lunch date and you’re only ordering off the sushi menu or you want to bring the whole family for a night of entertainment and laughter, you’ll feel so welcome here.

First time coming to Banzai, and our server Wa treated us like family, she was extremely polite and friendly. Rock (our cook) was very pleasant and made great conversation, that was different because usually when you go to one of the large corporations restaurant, the cooks usually don’t talk to you. It was really nice that they really make an effort here to make you feel at home and welcome. Also, they welcome families with children and are understanding. Finally, the food was great and will definitely be coming back!

This place is awesome ! A family owned business . They took extra special care of us and made us feel welcome. I got the teriyaki chicken it was so good and so were the noodles and fried rice with big portions. I can’t wait to go back for another date night .

My family and I went to Banzai for the first time on Tuesday for my birthday and we really enjoyed it! This is a family owned and operated place and they seem to really care about their customers. Our grill chef and waitress(brother and sister) took the time to talk to us and make us feel welcome. I was even given ice cream(which was really good) as a little birthday gift and I thought that was so sweet. We will definitely be back next time we go out for hibachi!

Our cook did not engage and spent the entire time watching another group of 20 something's across the room. Drinks were not refilled even after asking numerous times. Salmon and shrimp were overcooked mainly because our cook wasn't really paying attention. We watched other tables go through all the fun antics and simply did not have the same experience. Also the floor was so greasy I almost slipped a couple of times. We will probably not come back.

The chef said less than a total of 10 words to everyone for the whole dinner cooking experience, food was way over cooked and didn’t taste the best. For a nicer dinning place with a show we got non of that Meat portions were also really small
