This place is always a hit or miss. I was feeling like having something good so decided to order doordash. Big mistake my steak was raw and tasted like nasty blood, I added extra ½ order of chicken that was not added. I was very disappointed with my food needless to say I tossed it and got started on dinner early.

The service at this Chipotle on Ynez Road is very very slow. Even when the line isn’t very long, it takes a while to get through. The food is generally fine and what you'd expect from Chipotle, but the wait time can be frustrating, especially during lunch or dinner hours. Hope they improve efficiency soon

Stopped in yesterday with the family for some chips and dip, we love the guac and the queso Blanco,when we sat down the bag of chips they gave us with the dips was stale so we we went up to the cashier and they swapped it out for a different bag which was also stale, so we went up and asked if it were possible to make some fresh chips the cashier said they would need to ask a manager no problem, the mgr Claudia comes out says she can't make fresh chips for the dips due to her being short staffed and the carne asada will need to take priority until her next shift came in at 3pm and proceeded to offer me a refund, the only thing we ordered was dips so without the chips I went ahead and accepted the refund as the solution, Claudia then asks me for the dips back which no problem there's no chips 😢 But Claudia then grabs the dips out of my hand and then tossed them in the trash behind her very rudely, I couldn't even believe it, we were ok with the solution, so for that to be handled by the manager like that was very disappointing to say the least. I highly recommend avoiding this chipotle and finding one that is manged better.

You pay for food when you place an online order but instead of getting food out to customers that have already paid. This place gives priority to people in line that have not paid. You can drive across the town and your order won't even be started while at the same time you watch people walking in getting food served then walking out. The most backwards operation ever. 👎

I'm usually super tolerant of food service workers as i understand how rough the industry can be, but for the past 3 times ive been here ive not only been skimped on portion sizes but treated rudely aswell.

This place is careless. I ordered a bowl and got an entire half of an avocado in it. I went back to have remade and when I got home there was the skin of an avocado in my bowl. Check your stuff carefully.

Avoid this one. My portion size was tiny. $20 for a tiny bowl. Your money can go so much farther somewhere else. The other Temecula store is better.

We order from this Chipotle regularly for our team, and we’ve always had decent service—until today. We spent over $50 on three bowls and were only given one vinaigrette. When I asked for more (one per bowl, which is standard), they refused.like really!!! It’s honestly ridiculous. For the amount of money we spent and how often we support this location, I expected better. It’s disappointing when basic customer service is overlooked over something as small as a vinaigrette. Do better, Chipotle.

Management needs to do a surprise inspection. No napkins were out. Salad dressing containers were next to empty. No mild salsa. Cashier failed to push food to my side of the counter, i had to awkwardly reach over the counter to get my order. Steak was cold. Tortilla was hot though. Too hot. It was burning in my hand. Majority of empty tables were dirty Little things add up.. if there's a new manager, they need to get checked asap. I expect better from chipotle. Other locations are near flawless
