Crave Coffee & Tea Temecula Reviews
I came here one time about a month ago and the lady working here helped me to pick out a coffee. She recommended a banana brown sugar latte. I kid you not I get it every week now. The girls that work here are silly, fun, and so so kind. They always have a bright smile on their face and are willing to do whatever it takes to get you what you want and make you smile at the same time. The atmosphere here is like a fun family gathering at thanksgiving filled with pure love and giggles. I love sitting here seeing the girls here laugh together and create the BEST coffee I’ve ever tasted. This place is the definition of home, happiness, peace, and laughter. I come here a lot when I’m having a bad day and every time I leave feeling better. I hope the owner of this store knows how good they did. If you are thinking about trying this place I highly recommend it’s the best coffee in Temecula!
Good place with yummy bagel, my gf and I ordered 2 croissant bagels with different toppings and we loved it! The place is not too small or big, have sofa and tables and chairs to sit. Perfect for a nice quick breakfast or sitting a while catch up with friends. We ordered their matcha latte and it was good too! Recomended!
Crave Coffee is a must-try! Their coffee is seriously good, and they have a great selection of drinks. I especially love their cinnamon mocha with oat milk – it's the perfect morning pick-me-up. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. Highly recommend!
Love the coffee and great vibes. Can’t wait for our Gluten Free cookie line to launch there. Whoop, whoop!!! K.J.’s Gourmet Gluten Free Cookies Coming SOON…
The inside of this coffee shop is beautifully designed and decorated. The layout is fantastic and the large Windows allows you to see everything going on around you. Plenty of seating inside and there's additional seating outside. One of the better designed and roomy coffee shops that I've seen in some time. I only had an Americano and it was somewhat weak. After asking I found out that the medium Americano only has two shots and most places I go the medium has three shots. So that's why it was much weaker than I'm used to. I will go back and try some other drinks so I can't judge it just by one Americano.
Edit: Went for a second visit today on 6/12/25. Still great service and the drinks were amazing. We had a Strawberry Matcha w/ Oatmilk and I had Strawberry white mocha. Both of which were delicious and honestly one of the best places to get a caffeine bump in the area. Go out of your way to check it out! Came in today with my GF and we loved the experience! I tried the strawberry matcha which was delicious. We both got bagel sandwiches and the bagels were so soft. Will definitely be revisiting in the future.
Cool little spot. Plenty of seating and cool study or work space. Believe it's a new spot. Polite customer service Crave has all its standard coffees, expresso, lattes, etc .. they also have their specialty of mixed coffees and flavors.. they also serve juices, milks and smoothies. Its a coffee shop, very limited snack/food menu. They do serve bagels.. which is pretty cool that they add additions to the Begal to get it as you like (: . My wifey got the Americano which had no problem with.. cups are either 16oz or 24oz .. I got the Funky Monkey.. coffee with Penaut butter, Vanilla, and chocolate.. was pretty good.. had that protein coffee shake type feel to it. . I would comeback
Came across this new coffee shop here in Temecula so we definitely had to try it out... Glad we did... Delicious 😋 coffee ☕... Great atmosphere and amazing customer service! Definitely, can see this being one of our favorite coffee shops from now on... Oh and their ice 🧊 is the good crushed ice... 😋 If you are in Temecula, come check out this coffee house for sure... Promise you won't be disappointed!
Stop by to get a cup of cappuccino, an amazing interior inside the place: ace on, good vibes, quick service and great quality of coffee. Cappuccino 12 oz for $4.00. Will return here again

I'd like to give a shout out to the young man working alone this morning 01/01/2023. Even with a handful of customers, he handled every situation perfectly! Great drink and bagel to keep my morning going.
Crave is an excellent local cafe in a Temecula. I get coffee here and sometimes bagels, bagel sandwiches, or muffins. They staff are all friendly, quick and helpful. I love it when they have local coffee beans on sale. There's an app to order, but it charges a fee that will be more than in person.
I'm a big fan studying here it's never overwhelming or loud like better buzz or coffee bean and the drinks are amazing and the baristas are super helpful and sweet and quick with getting the food and drinks out ✨✨

It’s a cute coffee spot with free wifi and some tables to do work. The menu for drinks is fairly basic. I got the dirty chai and it was delicious (thank goodness because it wasn’t cheap). Also ordered an everything bagel with CC. I’m going to biased on the bagel since I’m from NY. This bagel was not it. I liked it but the texture is so different and I only got a smear of CC. I accept that I’m on the west coast now and have forsaken my pizza and bagels in exchange for sunny weather. But overall - I liked it and will be back!
I finally had the chance to try Crave Coffee and Tea, and it did not disappoint. The rustic, cozy atmosphere was perfect, and the cool air inside provided a refreshing break from the heat. The barista was friendly and helpful, offering a few suggestions when I asked for drink recommendations. I ended up going with the iced dirty chai, which lived up to the hype--perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness and a rich chai flavor. Plus, I loved the tiny cubed ice! Overall, I had a great experience at Crave and will definitely stop by again whenever I'm in the area.

Cozy coffee shop with tasty bagels. I’m not a coffee drinker but they have house drip coffee that is popular . I enjoyed my visit and I will return the next time that I am in town.

Let me start by saying, great coffee and the service rating IS NOT for the guy who actually helped us. The young girl behind the counter with long curly hair was extremely unwelcoming, she was giving my daughter and I the worst looks the minute we entered the place and every move we made she was shooting "daggers" with her looks. The guy working with her was extremely friendly and ended up helping us while she just sat behind the counter with an annoyed look and glaring at every customer. Owners, there are a lot of young kids looking for jobs, please take into consideration of who you are hiring and make sure they are welcoming, friendly and are aware of good customer service!!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ – Amazing Coffee, Missing the Basics This little local coffee shop has so much potential, but it’s seriously lacking the most basic customer-service fundamentals. I’ve visited about ten times now, and not once have I been greeted with a simple “Good morning” or even a friendly hello. The atmosphere feels flat everyone behind the counter seems drab, uninterested, and at times even a bit attitude-heavy. I’ve never heard a “thank you,” a “have a great day,” or any kind of positive interaction. Most of the time, my coffee is handed over like an inconvenience rather than a service. And today was the kicker: I found out they no longer allow pets. Totally fair. But when I asked why, the response I got was, “I’m not sure why, I’m not really a dog lover so it doesn’t bother me.” Not exactly the warm, community-oriented vibe you expect from a local spot. Here’s the thing, though the coffee is AMAZING. Truly some of the best around. I want to support local, I want this place to thrive, and they could… but the basics are missing. I hope they turn it around, because the product is worth saving.

I'm making this review to remind myself not to come here for coffee. I've been here three times, and they only had one barista during busy morning times (7am-8am). Sometimes, they will have two baristas, but the sense of urgency is so low that they could probably output the same capacity with one person. Barista was really nice but wasn't able to remember my drink order so I got a drink that wasn't what I wanted. I took it anyway because the line was getting long, and I knew she was stressed by herself, I would be too. My final straw was when I couldn't find the internet password, and the barista was so busy that I couldn't get her attention to get the password. It's not a place that is great for studying. Probably a total of 8 table tops. The refreshment and food display was lacking and little pastry options (see photos)

Poor weak coffee and an attitude. Decided to walk out and go to the Press Espresso across the way. Much better coffee and very friendly greeting and service.

Stopped in for a drink and got attitude by the barista who looked like a discount Lucille Ball for absolutely no reason. The coffee was decent, the ambience was alright, but I don’t feel welcome coming back.
I came into this coffee shop after moving to Temecula and being new to the area. I asked for almond milk in my coffee and there was very little. I asked what my order was and the lady turned her back on me and with an aggressive, rude manor she said “yes, there is almond milk!” I was so uncomfortable and couldn’t even ask for them to fix my drink. I don’t feel comfortable going there and the manager should be aware of this. Their staff have no idea what people are going through on a daily basis. Being friendly and respectful is the bare minimal in customer service. The manager needs to address this behavior with them.
As soon as I walked in I did not greeted nor acknowledged. I was doing a pickup order and I waited at the counter for at least 5 minutes before anybody asked me if I needed help or what was the name that I was picking up or something. They were not busy and they were not helping anyone at the counter. It was out of my way to get this coffee and was not worth it. I will not be going back
