These ladies were working their tails off today! Not only was it extremely hot outside but the AC was out in the store! Everyone working was kind and doing their best while working in terrible conditions. I was in the store for only minutes and was covered in sweat! How is this ok working conditions for the staff? Do better for your hard working employees! Close the location until the AC can be fixed!

So I pulled up here the other day and it was during I guess their rush hour. I ordered a Peanut Butter Mood, Belgian Waffle Parfait Bowl, and a breakfast sandwich and honestly it was amazing. Alicia was the one who took my order and made my food and drink. She was very kind and very calm and attentive even though it was busy. Everything was brought to me in a fair time and everything was correctly with how I ordered and well. Drink and parfait cold, sandwich hot and fresh. Alicia made the morning and rest of my day start off amazing. Excellent customer service!!!

I like the way this location makes the smoothies: -not- runny, but nice and thick instead. It's a good feeling when long time employees recognize me as a long-time customer. Please remind new employees to listen carefully to sub requests. I asked to sub almond milk instead of 2%, & she didn't enter that in the order. I'm not terribly allergic to milk, but it makes my allergies worse. :\

Super nice staff, can get busy at times but they are hard workers and get things out to you as soon as they can. They keep you updated and give you wait times which I love. When the place is empty they are super quick and sweet and are great to talk to. Smoothies taste great. They follow the guides to a T lol. I use to work at a jamba years ago so I've had everything. They do a great job! 👍🏾 definitely THIS location is a go to. My recommendation would be apples and greens, peach perfection. Pomegranate paradise, strawberry surf rider (sour), and Mango go go (with chili powder if they have it). Their oatmeal is always hot and good. Love their waffles they are sweet. Pretzels are great! Good snack spot.

Solid, run-of-the-mill smoothie place. They offer smoothies, fresh juices, acai and pitaya bowls, and small bites to eat. Staff is friendly and if they mess up your order, they will remake you another without giving you a hard time.

The place is good. Not too crazy about their prices but so far they have gotten my order right and without having to wait too long

Good stuff. Be sure to buy the $25 gift card if you plan on getting 4 or more items. Use it to pay, and keep the $5 bonus gift card for later.

Good service and quick...only bad thing was they do not accept bills larger then 20 when it comes to paying.

Sometimes the drinks are sweeter than normal or icy but the customer service is great.

Not here to complain though, I wanted to commend the workers for their great attitude and confidence during the rush! Especially Teresa in the front who was in training, she did an amazing job keeping up.

After the room cleared and three groups after we walked in the door were served they informed us they were working on our 'large order'. Haha then we were served next. Just order at the register when you go you won't save time ordering through the app. Food and drinks are always good here though.

Our smoothies were a bit watery and wasn't blended thoroughly. They were too busy talking amongst each other and didn't pay attention to the consistency of the smoothie. Smoothie wasn't a smoothie, more like a melted shake. There was still pieces of ice i had to crunch on in the drink and chunks of ingredients as well.

Horrible customer service not only was the music to loud but the girl didn't get my order right and called out the complete wrong name having me sit there being late for my lob waiting 30 min for my order... sitting right infront of them with few customers I had to ask for my order because I could no longer wait. Worst service ever.

There's something seemingly nefarious in that juice... I used to drink one daily... I used to be more emotional than I felt I should be... I stopped drinking Jamba and the overly emotional behavior stopped... Too much estrogen? Maybe the 666 in their logo? IDK... but, ever since I stopped I'm feeling normal again... How does a juice spot have so many unhealthy looking customers? What's really going on with Jamba Juice?

Poor location. Closed early than it says on there on the door hours... probably so they could leave work early. Completely ignored me when was at the door. Can’t recommend. Disappointing.
