Pechanga Cafe Temecula Reviews
We wanted to have snacks after playing at midnight, and this café was the perfect place. We got a club sandwich that could feed 2-3 people. Excellent service, good food, but the coffee wasn't hot enough. Friendly staff, including the manager.
Just wanted a light dinner and we decided to eat at the cafe. The food was really good and the service was great! I ordered the french onion soup, it was so tasty and good I could've had another bowl. I also ordered the tuna sandwich on the torpedo roll and added onions with a side of fries. The tuna was delicious and the bread was soft and fresh. The fries were hot and salted. The cafe was a good choice if you're wanting something quick and fresh.
Haven’t had some good chilaquiles in a while, perfect grilled asada, crispy tortilla chips and the eggs cooked to perfection. Omg I definitely coming back tomorrow!! Hats off to the chef! Bien hecho!!!
5 star for their food. I love the taste of their spaghetti. Their prices are okay, all American food. Service for To Go is not that great. It took over one hour for our order and they are not even busy. She asked me twice for my order and still didn’t get it right, my other order of buffalo wings is missing. Another lady was there too complaining the lady forgot one of her order :( Well… that lady might me tired or who knows what she’s going thru that day. But overall, food is great. I recommend this place, if you in Pechanga Casino. #pechangacafe #pechangacasino #temecula #californiacasino
One of favorite local restaurants for late night dining (one of the few 24 hr. dining options). The best part is we learned most of the employees names. The night manager Thomas will take great care of you. And the have a bunch of great servers to take care of you so you can see Tim, Carly, Jamaica (I think she's on days now) and Christian does a great job busing the tables and getting drinks. We come here several times a week and really enjoy the food and the people.
GREAT PLACE TO BUY SOMETHING SWEET OR DRINK A COFFEE. THEY ARE ALITTLE SLOW ON BUSY DAYS , BUT THEY ARE NICE AND KIND. THEY TRY TO MAKE UPUR COFFEE AS FAST AS THEY CAN. VERY GOOD COFFEE ☕ CANDY APPLE 🍎 😋 ARE GOOD TOO.

Update... we came back for the spaghetti and meatballs. The waiter asked the first of us if we want the garlic bread. Of course we want the garlic bread. Then the second and third in our group ordered spaghetti and meatballs too. I know it's boring but it's really good. Wfh he failed to tell us was it is now an 8 dollar up charge per side order or garlic bread. That's twelve pieces of garlic bread for the three of us for 24 bucks. Two things.. First: the server should have told us. Second: 8 dollars for essentially 2 slices of toast cut in half is insane. Everybody's dealing with inflation, but this is a whole other level. Old review.. I've been here several times. The spaghetti and meatballs are my favorite. But just about everything we've ever tried here has had great quality, quantity and presentation. I'm kinda surprised by the 3.5 overall rating. Prices are a little higher than what I'm used to, but isn't everywhere these days.. and in that same respect they're not crazy prices either. I'm practically a vampire, so having such a nice place to get a good meal anytime is a big plus and has been my motivation to drive there in more than one occasion.
Went in for lunch, and the menu was light, with decent prices. I ordered the Pechanga Burger, and it was well cooked, the egg was just over cooked, if you enjoy your egg a bit runny, make sure you ask for it sunny side. The bacon was cooked just right At lunch there wasn't much of a wait, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I definitely would recommend this place. The ambiance was light and you could have a normal level of conversation.
Pechanga Café is always a solid choice, but this visit was truly elevated because of the hostess, Jayzel. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with such warmth and professionalism that it instantly set the tone for a great experience. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly organized—even during a busy rush, she made everything feel smooth and welcoming. Jayzel went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, seated promptly, and genuinely cared for. Her positive attitude and calm confidence are exactly what great hospitality looks like. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it shows in every interaction. Employees like Jayzel are the reason people come back. Huge kudos to Pechanga Café for having such an outstanding hostess—she’s a true asset to the team!

The food are actually good and fresh but their management need some improvement. We had lunch there and everything went well. Our server was nice,Polite and always checking on us but when we went back for dinner (It’s Saturday Dinner) we are the only couple in line and half of the restaurant was empty but the host told us that it’s gonna be 45 minutes wait. And of course we didn’t see any reason to wait for that long,So we left. I have read a review from someone else before that said it’s because they don’t have enough server.I don’t know that for sure but if that was the truth. How about have your server take more table,So you can have more customers or hiring more server or anything that you can pack your whole entire restaurant with a customers if you really care for the business because you are losing customers by doing this. If we ever go back there,We might go back for breakfast but I’m not sure for dinner.
The Pechanga Cafe is a nice cozy cafe with tasty plates. The menu selection is not large, but theres a little bit of everything. This is one of many places to eat inside of the Pechanga Resort and Casino. The service is good, everyone is polite and regardless of how busy the cafe is, we’ve always received good, prompt service.
For this restaurant to be in the Pechanga Resort Casino, it is very convenient. Upon arriving, I was seated immediately. However, I had to wait a long time to even find my server. In fact, I had to call on a hostess. She felt bad for me so she went to get my water and retrieve my server. Then my food took an extremely long time to arrive. My server did let me know that the was food taking a little longer than usual. However, it would be out soon. After the food arrived, my server did not ever come to check on me and my food. However, he provided me with the bill and merely walked off without acknowledging me. Since I did not see my server after that point, I asked another server to contact a manager for me. After waiting a very long time, I called on the original hostess to retrieve the manager for me. After the manager arrived, I notified her about my dissatisfaction with my server. She did not even know who my server was.
BRUNCH-TASTIC! OMG the food is sooo good here! This 24/7 café located near the front of the hotel is always available to feed hungry guests at all hours of the day! I happened to visit with my family during Brunch and I had a phenomenal Garden Omelette (Vegetarian) w/ tomato, spinach, cheese, mushrooms and other tasty veggies. The omelette came with breakfast potatoes and thick slices of wheat toast. Mostly everything was amazing, the potatoes were slightly overcooked and dry, however the flavor was there and I could’ve eaten another plateful of them! The place serves lunch and dinner too, however the specialty here is breakfast and brunch. The waitress was a bit slow, yet attentive. The other waiting staff was kind of unprofessional ignoring patrons and sticking to diner veterans. One of the guys was literally doing nothing except roaming around ,acting goofy, and avoiding work. Had the service been superb this would be a five-star restaurant in my book. Until then I’ll keep it as a four! The café isn’t too loud, it’s pretty calm and although it’s busy you don’t feel like you’re being rushed. I don’t like the lighting here, it’s too dim and doesn’t feel as pretty as the hotel’s next door lobby. Overall, it has a couple issues but the food is great and I’ll be returning!
Tried this cafe during brunch as it was convenient while my stay at the Pechanga Resort. There was no wait time and we were seated almost right away. They have a variety of dishes to choose from and you can find the menu by scanning the code at the table. I ordered the club sandwich and it was a huge but tasty sandwich, the fries tasted great and their Ranch dressing is also good too and I'm quite picky when it comes to Ranch. My partner ordered the Huevos Rancheros which also come with a side of beans, overall the food tasted good and the waitress was awesome and attentive. I would be back but would probably try something different next time.

The food was better than I expected, with one exception. The $8 side of sausage tasted like it had been cooked with the hamburgers. Which tells me they have not cleaned their grill since yesterday. It makes you wonder what else haven’t they cleaned. Wait staff and hostess very friendly and competent. Clean the damn grill kitchen staff!

Long ago Pechanga Cafe used to be decent. They were never great, just decent. But, they had a few things that were pretty good. Through the years the menu got smaller and smaller, and the food got worse, and worse. Items that were once pretty good, were reduced to being, at best average. Cost cutting efforts have decimated this restaurant over the years. If your cost cutting efforts make the food SUCK, what is the point in running a restaurant, especially having the best location in the hotel occupied by the worst restaurant in the whole casino. On my last visit my aunt just wanted hot water to drink and they charge $3.00 for HOT WATER. Which I guess is an improvement over last year. Last Thanksgiving they were charging $4.00 for hot water, and $4.00 for extra gravy. I good way to drive away your customers. On this visit I ordered the Brisket Fries. It was a very bad choice. When it arrived it looked pretty good, however looks can be deceiving. Each individual ingredient tasted fine, but together it didn't work. The worst part was under the brisket, a mass of cheese combined with limp soggy fries, disgusting. For the most part service is okay, but how can a server make it better when the food SUCKS.

Clearly not a place that focuses on service. Tables are turned over without a care in the world about proving hospitality to the guests. Servers drop off food and never come back until you want the check. Yet you know they expect a tip. Food takes forever to get after ordering so either kitchen staffing is horrible or they just dont care about keeping guests waiting ridiculous time for the most simple lunches. Bussers stand around talking in the back area. Servers disappear and dont stay visible if you need help. Very disappointing and should be embarrassing for Pechanga.

The service is slow. No one acknowledged us for 15 minutes after we sat down. Barely getting a waitress after sitting for 20 mins. We finally ordered and 30mins in still didn’t have my food, so we left. The dining area was full of trash. No one was bussing the tables and the manager didn’t looked concerned. Very upsetting. I was looking forward to my appetizers.
Came here today for breakfast. I asked for hot water as it is my tradition to drink hot water in the mornings and the waitress said that a cup of hot water is $3.00! Unbelievable. She also said that the servers there don’t agree with the policy, but there’s nothing they can do about it, as it’s up to management. Last time will be there. 👎👎👎
