I visited this fast food restaurant several times in 2018 and the service was excellent. Polite people, hotfood, clean. The manager ran it like a swiss clock. Very impressed. Great job!

I always like this Mcdonalds when I am heading out to the farms. It becomes necessary with young children before having to sit on a long single lane traffic and who can't wait to eat. So enjoy your trip to the farms and make a quick stop at McDonald's and save yourself the I'm hungry and thirsty routine.

The food was really good and cheap. The place is also very clean each time I go. Also most times I go there is always a new item so I try it out and is always really good. Can wait to try out the shamrock shake

Regular order and my Filet o Fish was good. Years back it really had that fish taste. Now they all seem almost tasteless.

This McDonald's is a decent one. My only complaint is that the sandwiches are too expensive. One sausage egg and cheese biscuit is atleast 5$ with tax, meanwhile I can buy a sausage egg and cheese bagel for 2.99$ at 7/11. Also I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget but when I counted how many there were , as I usually do, there were only 17. Just be careful if you go here, be ready to spend needless amounts of money on breakfast and count your 20 piece chicken nuggets before u go so you don't get ripped off. (Edit: they've since offered a 2 for 5$ deal with the breakfast sandwiches, and they haven't gipped me on the chicken nuggets since)

Really great MickyD's, the managers run the store so smoothly. Food is always hot and fresh.

Very clean location with friendly staff, comfortable seating and they even bring the food to your table when it's ready which makes bringing children a breeze! Only complaint is the lack of ketchup as you have to go to the counter to get small packets as you need them.

Latest innovation of self serve kiosk has you customizing your order. Lots of fun! Food brought right to your table. Even if you don't use the kiosk and order the old fashioned way, they will still bring your order to your table. Remodeling has created comfortable and pleasing atmosphere to enjoy your food with family and friends.

I always come here the food is so great fries are always fresh and hot and also the spicy chicken sandwich this McDonald’s I recommend better than the one in Flanders

Tonight Thursday 09/24/20 this guy (see picture below ) really wasted 15 minutes of my life. He had to speak with the manager because he took so long to make an order, asked 20 question, that the display changed from the menu to his order. He refused to make any orders until the menu returned and got angry when the cashier asked him to pull up to the window. Sorry you all had to deal with him. On a side note, My Ahoy Mcflurry was delicious! Thanks!

Quick bite or meal when I don't feel up to cooking because I worked ALL night. Not healthy but it's okay to have once in a while. The kid's love it. Always has a promotion & $Dollar$$ menu

The only real issue was the wait time. Even with a low number of customers, the line moved slowly and the food took longer than it should have. It was not a terrible experience, but it was slower than you would expect for a place that was not busy.

Very polite employees, usually make everything right..much fresher and better than the McDonald's by the circle coming into riverhead 💯🙅🏽‍♀️ (just saying)...even the teenagers working there are very respectful. My app wasn't working and one of the Employees went out of their way to help me and fix it. Having a lot of teenagers that work there...alot of times you get teenagers that are rude. Or blow you off every time I go to THIS location..They are so nice. Fast..&& They have nothing but smiles on their faces and honestly, one of the nicest staff of a fast food restaurant in Riverhead...hands down 🏆sooooo..yes I know it's just McDonald's...🍟🍔🥤 but it is always fresh. Never a long wait.... I do definitely suggest driving like 5 minutes..only a couple miles from the circle on flanders to go to this, mcdonald's on county road 58.. but yeah....it's mcdonald's not five guys so its cheap...and its MCDONALDS lml...it tastes like...Mcdonalds! lol 💁🏽‍♀️🤣l but FRESH. 💯 download the app..u get offers every day and earn points to get more free stuff. I go to Mc Donald's to buy one thing only...a medium coffee. I usually pay $1.29 for this in Brooklyn. Yesterday I paid$1.94 for a small coffee. The tase rates a 5. The price rates a 1. Hence the 3.

Went inside to order and they have installed new kiosks.I approached the young lady at the counter and she said that you have to use the kiosk.l asked if I could just give her my order,her response was " this is the future and I would have to get used to it " .There are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch . I DO NOT have to get used to it !!

Food was quick and fairly okay in taste. Servers were friendly. The price is a bit high for what it is. And the company has become pretty stingy with condiments, napkins, utensils, and such. Not bad overall. The draw is the kids meals.

Drove thru and ordered a filet o fish sandwich. Service was as expected, good. The shock came when opening the wrap to see a much smaller portion that I remember from years ago. The Price was high, total north of $5.00. Not a terrible price for a good sized portion. Unfortunately the current portion didn't exceed the bun coverage, puney is the only way to describe it. The flavor of the product was good bit the value was not. I won't make the same mistake again by going to a McDonalds.

Went to the Riverhead location the other day. Ordered at the drive thru and sat in the same spot for 10 minutes. Moved up a little and they kept taking orders but we continued to sit and not move. Sat in the drive thru for a solid 25 minutes. Once we got to the window, she had to ask what was ordered because we waited for so long. Also, no apple pies which truly was a bummer. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had to wait over 20 min to get my order. Pancake was not even warm to melt butter at all. While I was waiting I heard 'no coffee' repeatedly from kitchen and employee argued with customer... Total mess in management. Too bad. The guy who serves hall customers seems to make things are working, but no support.

This place is a rip off. Nothing is ever fresh and for the price you pay you'd think you'll get a decent meal. Not the case. Everything is always tiny. Like a joke, tiny. In the photo I posted this was supposed to be their premium chicken sandwich. The piece of chicken was like a large chicken nugget. And the bun was tiny too. Not to mention it had one little pickle and no condiment. I will not be visiting McDonald's again anytime soon.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s on Long Island . They don’t care as much about safe delivery as their packaging is all open and unhygienic , and that their staff is beyond rude if you call them about literally anything . I mean there’s still a pandemic going on and I’m not even sure if they know it . Never ordering from them again .

They messed up my order 2 times, the first time they gave it to a different person and the second time they forgot to give me my sausage patty for my big breakfast with hot cakes.

They are supposed to open at 7am on Sunday. Place my order ahead of time on their app and when I arrive a little past 7am they weren’t open. Waited 50 min and still not open. Finally a worker that was sitting in the parking lot also waiting for the store to open came over and told me she was just notified they wouldn’t open until noon.

Hours are open at 7am Sundays, waited for atleast a half an hour while employees arrived and immediately left because no one with a key decided to show up to work that day. This location has always been poorly run. Went to Flanders location and was served and back home in 4 minutes

Went to get the adult happy meal for fun and to get the toys for a cousin they didn’t give the box it comes in they couldn’t be bothered ! Apparently the adult happy meal is to much work for them ! All tables always dirty stopped going cause even at 7:00 am in the morning could not find a clean table to sit at !

Absolutely the worst! Messed up *everything* in our order!! Ordered a large fry, got a medium, didn’t even get the Oreo McFlurry we ordered or the seltzer and asked for a plain kids burger and it came with onions pickles and ketchup! Absolutely the worst location! When I brought up that the fries were a L and not a M they didn’t even offer to fix their mistake they just said that it was put in as a medium. Worst location by far I’ve ever been to. Big thumbs down

They didn't have chocolate shake, no cup holders, they don't even give napkins or even a receipt! Three medium meals all for $47. Terrible experience for a terrible cost!

All tables were filthy, had to clean off a table myself. None of the kiosks work. Ordered via app, double checked location with employee, waited 15 minutes and no food. Checked with cashier at front - no order. Checked app. Shows order processed, complete with order number. Homie in front was very nice & rectified it but the whole experience was overall displeasing & its McDonald's- already not expecting a lot

This place is under new management and the new manager is a lady who is so rude, I’ve been coming here for maybe 6 years now since I moved to Riverhead and I had to write a review about this because the way she treats the ladies in the kitchen and the staff is unacceptable, she yells at them in such a despicable way, I heard that they cannot even drink water while they’re in the kitchen and so many other bad things and the worst thing is that it looks like she is being racist with them when she is Hispanic herself, that’s disgusting, I think her name is Brenda or something like that I heard they call her. Anyways I hope McDonald’s does something about this because it really looks like the staff has a toxic work environment because of this lady. I feel bad for everyone working there specially the nice ladies in the kitchen.

Normally in the past, this was one of my favorite McDonald's to eat due to the cleanliness and friendly staff besides the Operating manager was friendly, now...there is a so called Digital brand ambassador that doesn't realize that calling names to patrons like myself is not only not professional nor called for. Second, if I ask for am extra sauce and there's an upgrade cost, they must inform patrons otherwise their tactics to add onto their daily total sales are by deceit and thievery. Guess this is no longer a place to eat or trust. Simple actions are demonstrated by their front counter person. No loss, many more options are better and healthier. The cost of any meal is irrelevant, due to the fact that these workers are not informing the consumers buying are wrong.
