One of the friendliest locations yet! Even during Covid-19 times they’re staff are welcoming and attentive to your entrance. Even when didn’t get the right order they rectified my purchase and sent gift cards for my next visit.

This Habit is always pretty fresh and tasty with happy employees. I was alarmed that today all employees were a bit different. I hope this changes. Dis not feel welcome by the new gentlemen working there, or the new girl. Really strange chip on the shoulder attitudes. I was super friendly as the employees are always friendly and these 2 new employees met me back with strange, unfriendly looks. Very weird. I visit 2 to 3 times a month. But food was great as always 😋

i have you know my rating is more than great, when i first walked in, greeted immediately, warm welcomes, and best cashiering award goes to Cassie (although she had no nametag, i came back to ask for her name so i can write this review), she helped me through it all. she gave me helpful recommendations on the food, and provided the best service a customer can get. i am very thankful for such a great team. and a great place to eat. Cassie even gave me extra napkins when she noticed i needed more! my boyfriend and i will definitely come back here, even with a few family members too!

My burger was great. I love the fact that they grill the onions and only put the items on the sandwich that you want. Only issue was, I ordered and paid for garlic fries and discovered when I got home that they had given me plain fries. I must say they were good.

The Habit Grill is personaly one of my favorite fast food restaurants around. They make all of there food with high quality products and make it right in front of you. They have a very good vegetarian burger and offer a wide verity of fires. They do keep up to code and the restaurant is always clean. Though it does often have a line of 2 to 6 people waiting to order food.

I've been here at least a dozen times and I've never been disappointed by the food or the staff. Also the app. works great for to go orders. I'll set what time that I want the food to be ready and it always is. Plus the family deals are easy and a good value.

Great restaurant. Great selection of food. Attentive and quick acting staff. Only down side, which isn't anything they have control over, is the limited seating. Went during a busy time of lunch hours. Definitely recommend the bbq char burger with avacado. Sweet potato fries are a must try also. If your in the area and haven't been here before then swing on in food for the entire family here.

From the get-go, staff was friendly and helpful. the restaurant was exceptionally clean top to bottom. the restroom was very clean and tidy. the fountain drink machines were all very clean and had no issues. I noticed how clean everything was, so I decided to look even closer and just glanced down at the floor and baseboards, and they were very clean. whoever manages the restaurant and staff that takes care of it are doing an excellent job. Our food was excellent. The Santa Barbara was cooked appropriately, and my fries were good. my wife had the same but opted for the spicy tempura green beans her food was also great. the area where you throw your trash was very clean and in order. the young lady that greeted us and took our order Kamille....hopefully I spelled her name correctly and was very professional and friendly. This restaurant is doing things great. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I would.

Very clean inside, polite people, fast service, and the food was so wonderful and fresh! We ate inside at the high tables and had their burgers with mixed berry lemonades. That garlic roasted cauliflower and sweet potato fries were amazing! So good! We'll definitely come back for another lunch. :)

We ordered online to pickup our food. The food was still hot when we got home. Which told me the food was fresh and right off the grill/fryer. Delicious. And the girl behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Wish I would have gotten her name.

I regularly visit this habit burger. We usually carry out but have dined-in the restaurant as well. I've never had a bad experience while eating here. Their staff is always very professional and friendly. The food has always been amazing, very affordable for the value, and the restaurant is typical very clean. which is impressive because the restaurant is usally packed with guests. I definitely plan to continue eating at this restaurant.

My favorite burger place. It's a good-tasting burger with juicy meat, never dry. Their fries are always hot and crispy. My kids love the apple sauce side and gummy burger. Prices are better than most fast-food places.

I love this place. There are burgers and salads so whether you are gluten-free or looking for an all-American burger, this is the place! The prices are very reasonable. There are a variety of drinks, not only soft drinks but 3 varieties of tea and 2 lemonades. The Santa Barbara is very good. A double burger on sourdough with avocado. My family ordered a double char grill which is a double burger with cheese and all the fixings. There is a choice of regular fries which are delicious or sweet potato fries. The service is great and by looking at the sign of employment , they pay their employees well. Everyone was busy but not overwhelmed and the manager was right there working with everyone. This is our second visit and both times have been very busy. I would highly recommend the habit Burger Grill to anyone.

This was a surprisingly good burger. The onions were sautéed with lots of delicious taste. The burger overall was a mix of new flavor with he old school bread thickness. The fries were a bit too salty for my taste, but the burger will bring me back.

Nice staff! Had the Santa Barbara, hubby got the Teriyaki. He really liked his. Mine was good, just a bit too greasy for me but I'll try something different next time! We'll be back!

This was the best Habit experience I have ever had, in previous experiences at other locations the burger was always dry and mediocre taste at best. I am happy to say that was not the case at this location The food was very tasty burger was juicy and flavorful fries were hot and very good. Location is clean and well kept. staff is helpful and efficient not really friendly but that's okay 😊. I would recommend this Habit location.

Habit is my fave burger -- good quality burgers with fresh, crispy lettuce, tomato, and other additions -- very satisfying. Their fries are also consistently fresh-fried, crisp and full of flavor. Lots of good salads, sandwiches and other stuff on their menu, too

Such a clean restaurant. Staff is friendly and quick. Ingredients appear a little less fresh (or smaller portions, in the case of the portobello mushrooms on my burger) but for the same price or a few bucks more than a McD's meal you can eat much better.

Online, we saw the double char burger was the top burger in the country. So we decided to go for lunch. They have a kiosk to order at, but you can't customize your oder that well, so we went straight to the counter to order. It wasn't busy at all and the place was clean!! We got 2 double char burger meals w/ everything on it. The first bite reminded me of Culver's. Nothing about the burger " wowed me" or stood out. It was made to order, and the cheese was perfectly melted, and it was a good burger worth going back to, but I don't think "the best burger."

Been here many times, NEVER had a HOT burger yet, always just warm. Food is good, love the ranch for dipping fries into. But just don't understand why the burgers are never served nice and hot.

Good fast food with nice selections. Well kept, they keep tables clean. Unfortunately, ordering is slow. Often only one person taking orders and line is out the door. This happens repeatedly.

Food was fine but had an issue with a snotty cashier. I like their burgers, my wife ordered their Tri-tip sandwich. They really don't know how to properly cut the meat. Tri-tip must be cut correctly or it's tough. This is the 2nd time this has happened to us. Was not impressed with the manager type we spoke with. She had no clue about anything like how tritip should sliced.

Overall everything was just ok... Burger was good, but nothing special. Onion rings all fell apart and weren't all that great. Much better places to get a burger and rings around here. Most likely will not return.

I ordered nothing unusual, just a #2 with cheese and whatever was loaded on to it. The taste of both the fries and burger were OK. The fries were hot and had great texture although the burger was a different story. The cold ingredients on the burger were seemingly too cold (not frozen, just really cold) and the hot items were warm. It tasted OK, although the temperatures made this an average meal. I arrived early, so crowds and wait times were not an issue. Pricing was a bit high for this standard fare and I could go elsewhere for a better meal at the same price. Cashier was friendly and at least 5 staff members were on break already after opening

Tried this place out. The burger was messy and the buns didn't hold together. The flavor was average, nothing to write home about. Kind of expensive for what you get... I did like the different options for fries. Updated 12/1/18:. Still hold to my original review, the food is okay but nothing amazing or even great. Over priced, average food.

We love The Habit, especially for it's crispy fries and awesome burger 🍔, don't forget Tempura Green Beans and Onion Rings. But tonight we disappointed ☹️ It's 9:30ish, not many customer, I asked for Double Char Burger with raw onion, pickle, mustard and no cheese. Onion rings and Tempura Green Beans fine, but French Fries was not done, soggy, not done, i have to put it in fryer at home. The Burger is smeared with lot of cheese and patty still red 😔 I didn't check until we were home because I trusted Habit quality. But I guess not tonight.

Love the tempura green beens but ordered the new parmesan cheese fries.. was literally regular fries with a small amount of cheese on it and a side containing of what tasted like thousand islands dressing with garlic in it. Wack!! My bacon burger was ok but I wasn't impressed. I've had a better burger at a whole in the wall or at home.

Location was Temecula on the 79 south. Good enough food, the burger was 6 of 10, the potato fries 5 of 10, for fast food that is. Clean the tables better though, ours had food bits on it of bread crumbs, small lettuce shreds and dried grime.

Ordered online. Nowhere during the process could you put in special requests. My daughter wanted grilled onions on her kids' burger, and there's no way to request it. Her chocolate milk was not sealed in a carton like the milk at Chipotle. It was just mixed in a soda cup. It's kind of weird. Oh, however, the online order form sure had a spot to leave a tip. Go figure. That's how this company is managed. Also, the sidewalk and windows were really dirty. Obviously, it has NOT been cleaned in a while.

Pretty good burgers.. Little costly. 2 burgers, 1 fries, 1 onion rings, and kids meal was $22 bucks. No soft drinks either.!! And everything was touched by bare hands. Watched the guy dig through the lettuce and then start touching burgers and buns with lettuce stuck to his fingers.. NO utensils were ever used... Kinda Nasty..!! And countertop didn't look very clean either.. Don't think I'll be coming back.. Just unsanitary methods..

Normally the burgers are really good. This visit our burgers where dripping grease all over the place. My burger was so seasoned with pepper, that's all I tasted was pepper and nothing else. I had to have it re made and the manager looked at me like i was crazy when i told her. My re made burger was dine right except the amount of grease that drained from it. I litterly filled up 1.5 of those little ketchup cup full of grease that poured from my burger. My bun was soggy from the grease. On a side note the onion rings where really good.

After ordering pickup, burgers were stale, fries were stale, order was incorrect, and didn't know what a half/ half milk shake was. Poor quality at best. Second time this has happened. Gave it a second chance, will not give it a third.

I've eaten here and other locations for years and it has always been great. I've never really had a bad experience from any habit locations. However, the past year after covid this particular location has been pretty bad. My orders are never right with the curbside pick up, shakes are always melted, food burnt etc. Gave up on the curbside and even dining in the food quality just isnt there. For $8 a sandwhich the quality doesnt justify the cost. I know it's hard to find good staff through covid but I would avoid this place until they get back up to habit standards.

Waited 30 minutes for the order to be ready. We were provided a device to let us know when our order was ready. Annoyed to see how much longer for 2 salads to be ready. The food was waiting on the counter. We were never informed the meal was ready and waiting! The ice in the soda was melted. Disappointed at the service!! No apology the food was handed over in a rude manner.

Have had great experiences at other locations of The Habit, but was very disappointed at this one. Came in on a Sat for lunch. Our shakes came up 5 mins after ordering, but no one told us they were ours. Waited 30 mins for our food. Fries were over-cooked, tempura green beans were under-done, and all 4 of our burgers were bland. Maybe something was wrong with their grill that day? The food was definitely not on par with the quality I've enjoyed at other locations of The Habit. Cannot recommend this one.

We love the food, but online ordering here is terrible with abysmal quality control. Nearly every time we pick up, our order is wrong. Add ons are often missing. Special instructions not followed. Been an avid customer for years and I think we're done. Corporate is no help on issuing refunds for missing items. Terrible!

The food was great but the cashier got my order wrong and instead of fixing it or even apologized he acted like it was my fault and did nothing. He wasn’t even busy and it would have been easy for him to help me. I’ve had this same problem at other restaurants and they always been very kind and help me with the problem. The burgers aren’t that good. The ground beef they use just isn’t fresh at all. It tastes like frozen patties I think. The price here are to high for the quality. I get my burgers from 5 GUYS and just come here for tempura green beans.

I went here 12:58, survey code 1662-3089. staff member that took my order was great. I sat there a little over 10min, 5 min in i noticed a bag sitting on the counter and fries sitting on a counter above the bag, all sat there for more than 5 min. the manager walked out from the back, put the old fries in the bag and said my name. she asked if i needed anything else and i said i would like to know why my food has been sitting there for over 5 min, she said nothing and turned and walked away, so i asked her a little louder and she kept walking. i asked the lady that took my order, who that was and she said the manager. i will never go back here again. second time here, second bad experience.

The fries were oven baked grocery store frozen fries and the burger meat was tough and had no flavor, but they dumped a ton of salt to make up for the blandness. I would recommend anywhere else for a burger. Closest fast food equivalent is Burger King which isn’t too great, but still way better than here.

Every time I go to a habit they get slower and the service gets worse. 20 mins for a to go kiosk order at 330 on a Sunday. Not busy at all. You can go to a sit down, get greeted, drinks and your meal faster than that in many cases. Bottom bun on my ahi sandwich was as stale and crispy as a potato chip.

I won’t go here anymore. They are now charging over a dollar for extra salad dressing when they don’t give you enough to begin with. Not cool! Sorry, you lost a customer

Take out service is horrible. They have screwed up two take out orders on two separate occasions and you can't contact the store via telephone to get the issue corrected. You have to complete a form on the web and then they contact you a couple of days later and offer to send you some Char Tickets. Basically if they leave something off the order don't expect to recover the money you spent. I am not sure this isn't theft.

Brutal. App said it would be ready in 5 minutes. 40 minutes later we had to tell the staff to put our order together from the food sitting on the counter. Additionally, the food was terrible and didn't even taste like other Habit locations where we've never had a single problem. This location is an imposter and needs to be closed down.

Second time in a row my order was made incorrectly (no onions). First time tossed the burger away at home and let it ago. This time I drove back and got a refund. Didn't even say sorry....will not be returning.

Completely disappointed in this place walked in to both cashiers falling asleep on me as I ordered! With a little bit of attitude maybe due to the fact they were tired but uncalled for! Then I get home with 2 kids meals to find the nuggets completely burnt crunchy! Unacceptable! Will not be returning!

Ordered curb site and they never came out. I waited over 15 minutes, so I went in and the manager ( male) said they weren’t doing curbside? How would I have known that? This has happened 3 other times. Why offer curbside? Also half filled fries. Late and a dollar short.

It doesn’t matter what you order! They build a sandwich that they like 😡 I always ask for NO PICKLES and still I get my sandwich with pickles in it. I ask for double char but I get single char. When I called them for explanation, they just said bring the sandwich back to store!! 😤 Customer service sucks!

My mother ordered on the Habit App & then sent me to pick up the food. The App said the food would be done in 6 min. I got there as the text came in saying the food was ready, so I sent a message back online saying I was out front. I waited 8 min before walking into the store to get the food. Only 1 person was in line & about 1/3 of the stores seats were in use. By the time they finished the person in front of me, someone was finally sending out our food. When I got home my mother & I agreed that the sweet potato fries & onion rings were too cold. Calling the store is a joke (something we found out the last time they messedup our order), so my mother drove all the way back to complain & get fresh sides. The STORE MANAGER had the nerve to LIE TO MY MOTHER! She claimed that there was a long line & that was why the food was late. Again there was ONE PERSON WHEN I WENT IN TO GET THE FOOD (something I should not have had to do with curbside pick-up). I am so frustrated that they messed up a 2nd time, but more insulted that they treated us so poorly.

Location charged me over $20 for my food which they did not make, closed early, wasted my time and gas and refused to give a refund and forced me to jump through hoops with their online support and is likely going to force me to do a charge back with my financial provider. No offer and a weak apology given by the manager. Would not recommend this location on the attitude alone.

I frequently visit the habit in Temecula. Today I ordered my lunch as usual. I asked for an extra ranch for my salad . The employee proceeded to let me know that they are now charging for extra ranch . I understand that due to increased cost these important decisions have to be made . My issue do they want that extra $1 for the extra ranch? Is it worth losing a loyal customer for $1 I guess so just disappointed I will no longer spend my money at the habit . Very sad .
