Been here twice so far, once because we were craving boba teas and the second to try the rolled ice cream. The pricing is awesome, most of the drinks are less than $6 for the largest drink. We each tried to get something different to sample as many items as possible from the menu, so we got a Cookies N Cream smoothie (obviously delicious), a Taro Tea with boba (perfect and fresh!) and a Sea Salt Cheese Milk Tea. Do NOT sleep on the Cheese drinks! If you're filipino, the cheese foam tastes exactly like Magnolia Queso Ice Cream, it sounds crazy but it really is delicious. The rolled ice cream has a flat rate and size running you $6.75 and has a fun and chewier texture since it is scraped flat against the cold pan. It's actually really fun and made completely fresh from scratch in front of you and it doesn't melt as fast which is great because it's a LOT of ice cream. The staff, can't speak highly enough of them. They're very friendly and informative especially if you're not familiar with anything on the menu. They have special discounts for Military, students, teachers and unicorns (only on Thursdays). Please check them out, it's a great little spot and cute as hell.

If your craving something sweet IC RAINBOW is the place. I come from San Jacinto to get my sweets here it’s by far the best place I’ve been to and will still be coming here. Always greeted very nicely, once you enter through the door you feel so much positive energy ! Try it out I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Always pleased with the service of this location. Came in today, and my order was taken promptly and accurately. My daughter always loves ordering herself, and they are very patient with her. She's 8 and gets overwhelmed very easily. Drinks were made very quickly. Love this place.

This was my first time going and the employees were so friendly, I think someone is also from the Navy because I saw a flag hung up in the back by the community board! The store was super cute in pastel colors, easy to read and understand menu with many cool choices, prices were really affordable ($5.75 for the Thai rolled ice cream with unlimited toppings), and it tasted so light and good! Will absolutely come again!

Absolutely love Thirstea! Their Thai Tea and bubble waffles are a must-try. Fellow Filipinos, you have to check out their Halo Halo—it's the best in the valley! I've sampled many, but nothing compares to Thirstea's. They load it with toppings and the leche flan is incredibly fresh and authentic. Plus, the owner, Jose, is super friendly and a veteran, which adds to the great vibe. I’m really looking forward to their Karaoke night on Fridays! Highly recommend!

There's actually a lot of options in Temecula for boba, and all of them are pretty good! IC Rainbow is no exception! Except for the fact that their drinks look extraordinary! Presentation takes front and center stage here! Drinks do run on the sweeter side and if you get a reusable bottle, it does add up quite fast. But it is super tasty and the owners are so nice!

Stopped by ThirsTea in Temecula with my daughter and had a great experience! She ordered the boba taro ice cream and loved it. Ordering was quick and easy, and the staff was super friendly, they answered my questions about the flavored boba with no problem. One really cool touch: they even have a spot where you can request songs to play while you hang out. Great vibes, great treats, and great service. Definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area!

Delicious! Love the taro and avocado flavor. Best rolled ice cream place I have ever been to. They recently added new things to the menu like souffle cake and many drinks including milk tea. The owner is really nice and greets everyone.

Great place for boba tea and other treats, such as halo halo, rolled ice cream, and shaved ice. They also have food items like chicken bakes and taiyaki. Definitely appreciate the fact that this place is veteran owned and gives discounts for both veterans and active duty military. The service provided at the counter was also very friendly and respectful which is a nice change from some places where the service received is nonchalant. Definitely coming back to try more of their flavors...the taro milk tea and strawberry matcha were both very delicious!

My experience with IC Rainbow boba tea and rolled ice cream was amazing 🤩. This ice cream was one of the best I have ever tasted I have not tried the soufflé cakes or the boba but I bet they are good. The employees are very awesome and nice. In all this boba/rolled ice cream establishment is very good and I recommend to you all food/dessert enthusiasts.

Found this boba shop randomly after visiting Round 1 at the mall across the street. This Thirstea had so many menu options and everything looked great. Ryan and Adriana were the super kind and helpful bobaristas who served our party of 6. They helped us choose out some really great drinks and gave us customization recommendations for toppings. They also recommended us to try out the rolled ice cream, which was amazing with unlimited toppings! They were so nice and helpful, really making our first experience here enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back to see them again!

Service was great! Came for boba and loved it! They have a big menu and flavors I hadn't seen before. Want to try more next time. I got a matcha milk tea with boba. Love the cups and the carrying bags! The bags have seperate compartments for each drink.

Incredible service! I ordered the Chocolate Chip Bubble Waffle w Vanilla Ice Cream + Cookie Crumbles. I like the texture of the waffle a lot its soft but crispy on the edges lol. Quiet atmosphere when I came in -- not a busy day but for me its good to come in to read and study while having a snack 😊👍🏽👍🏽

We have been going to IC Rainbow for a few years now and I understand that they are under new management, but I was shocked by the bubble waffles we ordered today. I had joked that my daughters scoop of ice cream wasn't even a full scoop, until I got mine (pictured). It actually fits on my spoon. For the price, you would expect a full scoop which is what we had always gotten. If this is how it is under new ownership, I don't think we will go back. For the record, the kid working there was super nice.
